Prologue: Who am I?

I guess before we start I should formally introduce myself.

My name is Everett Anemoi Asura. I am the 2nd oldest child and eldest son of King Edward Anemoi Asura and Queen Christina Anemoi Asura. My Grandparents are some of the most powerful people in the world. Ranging from Former Queen of the Asura Kingdom, Ariel Amenoi Asura all the way to the 7th Ranked World Power Magic King Rudeus Greyrat. I also forgot to mention another one of my Grandmas, The Mad Sword King, Eris Greyrat. There are other great people in my family, but we can talk about that later.

I am a Magic-Swordsman who specializes in Water and Earth Magic and Sword God Style swordsmanship. I also can use chantless magic on all attack spells except for buffs, debuffs, and healing. Other than that my magic skills are fantastic.

While I was living in the Asura Kingdom I attempted to learn Water God Style from the Water God herself, Reida, but it didn't fit my type of style. So I only ended up becoming an elementary-level swordsman in Water God. In North God, I'm currently intermediate.

When it comes to having people close to me I tend to keep everyone at a distance except a select few people who will not be named. When it comes to being popular with the girls I tend to be the shit of course. Good-looking genetics runs in this family baby. Except my only defect is that my hair is a mix of the colors Red and Blond which is stupid. I don't even know how that is possible, but that won't bother me whatsoever. But enough of that now.

Chapter 1: Training Session and School.

My name is Everett and at this very moment, I am currently getting destroyed by Ghyslaine in some daily training right now. Sure I may hold the title of "Sword Saint" but that's only because I learned the longsword of light. Attack magic on the other hand is where I excel.

I'm also currently on my back, in a lot of pain, because I just attempted to parry Ghyslaine's attack. Never doing that again, but I decide to get back up and continue training.

"Hey, Ghyslaine! It wouldn't hurt if I use some magic during this training session right..?" I obviously had the intent to stop her moments with Quagmire and then use Longsword of Light against her.

"If you think it'll do anything, sure."

I laughed like crazy on the inside before assuming my battle stance. As soon as Ghyslaine started to move I held out my right hand and said "Quagmire!", a spell that my grandpa would always use. The ground around Ghyslaine's feet was turned into a mud-like substance, and then hardened as soon she stepped in it.

A grin appeared on my face before I tried to use Longsword of Light. The moment I started to move into a stance that I had practiced over a thousand times for, it felt like something cracked near my ankle.

"W-What?"

I fell onto the ground confused. I had no idea what even happened, but all that I know is that my ankle is in a lot of pain. By the time I had fallen on the ground Ghyslaine had already gotten out of Quagmire and was ready to attack me until she saw me on the ground.

I dropped my wooden sword on the ground and placed a hand on my ankle. I began to chant the incantation for intermediate healing and tried to heal my ankle. Looks like that was enough to heal it, so I must have been working a little too hard.

"Well, I guess we can call it a day then," said Ghyslaine.

"Alright. Thank you for today Ghyslaine."

I got up and gave Ghyslaine a bow before heading back to the living quarters.

By the time I made it to the living quarters, I was almost stopped by my mom until she realized how tired I was from my training session. Guess I can consider myself lucky since my mom kind of cares for me a little too much… I don't have any complaints about it, but it does get annoying sometimes.

I walk into my room and go directly to my bed before I realized that I am forgetting something. So I quickly made my way to the bathing room and washed up before returning to my room. By the time I had made it back to my room, it was already time for me to sleep. I was tired as hell anyway so it didn't bother me.

NEXT DAY.

Welp, it's a brand new day of course. The sun's bright, everything looks well outside, it's almost like today will be a good day! If only that was true… If only I didn't have to go to the Asura Academy then this day would fantastic. I only have a year left here anyway, I plan to go to the Magic City Sharia and live with my grandparents while going to school at the Ranoa University of Magic.

There isn't really anything good going for me at this school right now considering I already know how to read, write, and do math to a certain extent. The only reason I'm still here is because of me being royalty and shit. Hey, at least I'm the strongest at the school though. The only reason I dont skip out on classes is because of two people. My good friend Leo White and this girl that I somewhat have a crush on named Kiara Greenbull. The only people who can keep me company in this school, and kingdom besides my family.

By the time I had arrived at school, classes were about to start. When I had noticed that I started to sprint to my first class so I wouldn't count as late. Luckily I made it just on time, and I have an open seat near my good friend Leo.

"Well if it isn't the stunning prince! Couldn't get out of bed or something?" Leo said while I sat down next to him. I rolled my eyes before I pushed him lightly.

"Yeah, yeah whatever Leo. Did you happen to see Kiara on your way in by the way?"

I slowly scouted our surroundings to make sure she didn't hear me and appear out of nowhere. It'd be a shame if she were to find out I liked her, even though there's nothing wrong with it.

"Calm down loverboy, she's here. Now, turn to the front of the class and suffer with me, my dear friend." Leo made a laugh that sounded like 'FUHAHAHA!' which also made me laugh until the professor looked in our direction and yelled at us.
