When Worlds Collide

Set after HoO and during Eclipse Percy and Annabeth are going to Forks to visit Percy's second cousin, Bella Swan. They soon find out that she is engaged to a vampire and they try to act upon it while hiding their secret at the same time. Each world tries to keep its secrets but it becomes much more difficult when they find out that Rosalie was a demigod when she was human.

1. Chapter 1

Chapter 1

"Percy! Wake up, sweetheart, we're supposed to be at the airport in an hour and you aren't even awake yet."

I groaned as I crawled out of bed again, fatigued. My mother and I were going to Forks, Washington, to see Bella, who I haven't seen in 12 years. We had gotten on pretty well as kids at all the family reunions her grandmother always hosted. But I'm 17 now, and Bella is 18, so maybe she changed. My mother thought that going on a long-term vacation would do me some good. After the Giant War, and Jason dying, I had fallen into depression. Annabeth had done her best to perk me up every now and then, but… Thankfully Annabeth is coming with me to Forks, so I won't feel too alone when Bella goes off with her fiance in the middle of the night (that happens often apparently)(And she's engaged! At 18!). I yawned and slid my Goode Swim Team hoodie on, which was one too many sizes large for me, it went down to my knees.

Suddenly, a knocking noise came from the window. It was Annabeth.

"Hey Seaweed Brain."

"Hey Wise Girl"

"Now, come on, let me in."

I slid off my bed to open the window. She came inside and kissed me on my cheek.

"I missed you."

"Yeah. me too"

She untangled herself from me and looked up at me glaringly.

"Are you still having nightmares?", she asked.

I hesitated for a minute. "How did you know?"

She smirked at me and said, "You have drool over your face."

I drool when I have nightmares? News to me.

I flushed a nice tomato red, and said, "Well we have to get going soon."

She placed a hand in mine and we walked out the door together.

A/N: Its gonna get better i promise besties. But I seriously don't understand why y'all like I Don't Need You so much! Me personally, i liked The Little Princess of Volterra better. Give it a go if you haven't tried it yet. Have a good day guyss.
