Things have gotten awkward now. First the attempted date to get Blitzo and Stolas back together, and now this date was ruined by Cody's paranoia and outburst of anxiety and trauma. "Come on, guys." Said Misty. "We're telling you the truth."

"Just give us a chance to prove we are telling you the truth." Irene pointed.

"Well, I have the nose that can prove it." Loona admitted. "Let me see if you are all telling the truth." She walked up to them, and carefully smelled the hellhound family, even invading their personal spaces a little. But alas, being an aloof hellhound, Loona didn't care about that. When she was done, an awkward look appeared on her adorable face. "They... are telling the truth."

"Oh." Blitzo's left eye twitched. "Can this get any more awkward?"

"I agree, sir." Moxxie narrowed his eyes.

Coming out from the desk and walking up to his friends, Cody looked guilty for this accusation he pointed to his girlfriend and family. "Guys, I... I'm so sorry about this."

"Don't worry about it, Cody." Misty smiled as she gently grasped his arms. "It's understandable why you did that."

"Egen though you were chasing us on all fours and looking like rabid wolves?" Asked Loona

"Well, we only did that because you guys didn't give us a chance to explain what was really going on." Said Kevin.

"Yes, we just wanted you to understand that we would never hurt or eat Cody. Ever." Irene added

"I'm... sorry for the gun and shooting near you guys. I really am." Cody pointed. "Now I don't know how I can face you guys again!" More and more guilt appeared on his face. "Misty, I understand if you never want to see me again! I'll... I'll just get out of your hair." He gave an awkward smile of his own

"Cody, come on. It's morning, really." His girlfriend patted him on the back a few times. "You're still my boyfriend and I would never hurt you." Then he felt her hug him warmly and affectionately. "I love you. Besides, if I wanted to cook and eat you, I would hair do it right now."

"Gotcha." As Misty broke her hug from him, Cody looked at her smiling parents. "Kevin, Irene. I'm very sorry about the gun. I was just scared and-" then he felt himself being hugged by Kevin's strong body.

"Oh it's ok, kid." Said Kevin before letting him go. "Admittedly, that was quite a workout for me."

"And fun a little." Said Irene. "But you still want some dinner at our home, Cody? I promise we will not hurt or cook you for dinner."

"Do you all promise?"

"We swear on my dad's grave... even though he was a junkie that fucking hit me many times."

"Kevin." Said Irene. "Don't say that."

"Sorry, just making a point."

Cody smiled as he sees that Misty's parents are willing to give him another chance. All was forgiven and Cody went back to Misty's own apartment (Though he still secretly kept his gun with him for good measure just in case). The hellhound family was eating the meat pieces of the deceased Neo-Nazi while Cody just had some regular meatloaf to eat. Despite everything, he was glad to meet Misty's own parents.

The Next Day

Playing some video games, Cody suddenly got a phone-call from Tommy. Pausing the game, he picked up the phone to see what his big bro wanted. "Hi Tommy, how's it going?"

"Doing good, little brother." Tommy replied. "Me and Celeste wanna come over to talk to you. Tell Loona to ready that book of hers, ok?"

"Am I in trouble?"

"What? No. Trust me. If you were in trouble, you would know it, buddy. No, we just wanna talk to you."

"Sure. So what do you want to talk to me about?"

"Oh ho, just wait until i get there, Cody. Trust me. It will be all worth it. See you soon." Cody hung up on his phone and had to wake up Loona, who was napping in her bed, snoring loudly with her mouth open. Normally, she hates being woken up from her naps with a burning passion; but in Cody's case, being her new adopted little brother, he is a big exception for her. Not even Blitzo can wake her up from her naps without getting hurt from her first, though he is very much used to getting hurt by his moody adopted daughter.

When she finally did wake up and Cody gave her the whole story. Despite how groggy Loona was, she put on her regular clothes and opened a portal for Tommy and Celeste to step forward through Hell. "OK, give me the lowdown. What's going on?" said Loona as Cody, Celeste, and Tommy were sitting on the couch.

"Cody, Loona," Tommy began, "How would you both like a trip to France?"

The boy and female hellhound's eyes widened with surprise. "Go to France?"

"Yeah, get a glimpse of what it's like to travel to another country and see the different cultures they have." Tommy smiled

"And i have a feeling you will love my home." Celeste pointed. "You know a little français well, Cody. So you should put it to good use with my friends and family."

The boy smiled and said: "Sure, that sounds fun. What do you think, Loona?"

"Hey, if you want me to come with you, then i'll come with you."

"Fair warning though," said Tommy, "You might want to study your French a little."

"Not a problem." Loona said.

"If you are in a foreign country and if you try to speak their native language," said Celeste, "They'll be happy because it shows zat you are really trying."

"Noted." Loona rolled her eyes. "I've been studying a little French recently, admittedly... don't judge me. So when do we go and how do we get there?"

"With your book of course." Celeste smiled. "Though it would be best if we do it someplace where many people cannot see us. Zat way, Hell's secret won't be exposed."

"First thing's first; we'll show you around our house in France first. You're gonna love the peace and quiet of the French countryside. Many farmlands, friendly farmers and neighbors, nice bistros and old-fashioned restaurants, those sort of things." Tommy smiled.

"But aren't you guys visiting home for the week?"

"Yeah, but we'll be going back home to France in a few more days, so there's not a lot of time for us left back in America."

"Right... So i'm ready. Loona?"

"Yeah Cody, ready when you are." Loona nodded her head. She opened the book and created a portal to the French countryside. Tommy and Celeste were right, France did look so beautiful, even if it wasn't Paris itself. Maybe the kid could visit La Ville de Paris another day since Paris is one of the biggest cities in the world. If the city is that big, then there would be many things that would probably take a week or two to go through.

They all looked around and Tommy and Celeste were surprised to see that they were right in front of their nice house. "Wow, how did you know how to get us back in our house, Loona?" asked Tommy

"I didn't. Just... lucky shit, i guess." Loona replied. "Oh, i almost forgot." she then turned on her human disguise so there wouldn't be an uproars or moments of mass hysteria from Tommy's neighbors.

"Welcome to our humble maison, Cody." said Tommy. He opened the front door and allowed Cody, Loona, and his lovely girlfriend to set foot inside the nice house. Giving Cody and his adopted sister a moment to look around at the place and tell the couple what they thought.

"Meh, it's... fine, i guess." Loona said. "Could be a better setup in decorations."

"Loona, do you always have to be so blunt?" asked Tommy

"Yep. Blunt is my middle name." Loona didn't bother to look at Cody's big brother and his girlfriend.

"Come on, we have a large TV in the living room." said Celeste.

"Pfft, so?" said Loona. "I've seen a shit ton of large TV's before. If a thing is owned by a lot of people then it's not really a thing anymore. So it can't be that impressive."

"Not even my own collection of guns i had with me in the Legion?" said Tommy, looking a little overconfident with his arms crossed like a cool stud. "Wanna see my bedroom?"

"yeah!" said Cody in excitement.

"Whatever." Loona flatly said. Someone like her would be indifferent to pretty much everything.

"Look, Loona, i know you're bored... as usual. but come on, can you show a little more appreciation?" asked Tommy. "You are, technically part of the family, too."

"I know that." Loona finally put her phone down to go upstairs, following Cody, Tommy, and Celeste to his and his girlfriend's bedroom. Cody was astounded by how cool and amazing the bedroom was. There were many rock and metal posters of many kinds, and some posters that involved some French ballet or musical posters like Les Miserables and a few ballet posters. "Pfft, what's with the ballet posters?" Loona snickered

"Those are mine." Celeste frowned. "I've always been fascinated with musicals and similar performances."

"Oh. Sorry." Loona gave her an awkward smile.

"Let me show you my little arsenal." Tommy smiled as he opened his own gun safe. "Et voila!"

Cody (and Loona without admitting it) looked amazed by the kind of weapons that Tommy was given during his service in the French Foreign Legion, ranging from the ones he used against Belmont's forces in that terrible battle, to a few old ones that the French army doesn't really use anymore like the Fusil-Mitrailleur M29 or "Chatellerault" light machine gun for short, or the MAS-38 submachine gun. "wow, this is cool, Tommy."

"Thanks, Cody. And, we also have something we really want to tell you, buddy."

"What's that?" asked the boy

Both Tommy and Celeste looked at one another for a few seconds while smiling and then turned to the other two. "We're getting married!" they sang in unison
