Irene could not see where she was going from the tears in her eyes that blinded her vision as she frantically ran away, but she had to stop once she felt brights lights ahead of her.
She wiped away her tears and her eyes widened once she saw the colored lights of Aquariam that automatically turn out at that time.
Red, Orange, Green, Blue, White…

Irene's eyes widened as she stood frozen, having a quick flashback.
10 years ago,
"What the…", Irene mumbled once she opened her eyes, and found herself strapped into a metal bed, her arms by her side, in a completely white room.
She struggled as she tried to free herself, but to no avail, and then a hologram screen appeared on top of hers.
"Well… Well… The little Hybrid has woken up…", Rum's distorted voice said in mockery.
"So, who are you then? Are you a Saurian? Or a Bounty Hunter from Transyl? Or a vengeful Martian?", She asked before she narrowed her eyes, "Or are you from the Venator Tribe?".
Rum laughed a bit before he said, "So your father did not tell you a thing about us, huh?"
"I'm still actually surprised he had a child, let alone with an alien.". His words made Irene's eyes widen.
"You're Human?!", She cried in disbelief.
"I think the term Metahuman suits my men, or those who were born into our Organization, and I better than Human.", Rum replied and Irene's eyes moved once she saw the metal devices that were lowering towards her face.
"You are my greatest achievement yet, you know that? To have the daughter of one of the highest NPA SB members under my control, and send her out to kill him is something!", Rum cried.
"GO TO HELL! I WON'T DO AS YOU SAY YOU-", Irene cried at the top of her lungs, but Rum interrupted her.
"You won't even remember him. Or anyone for that matter.", He said viciously before he let out a loud laughter.
And it was the last thing that Irene heard before she fell into a coma once the metal arms touched her forehead.
Irene blinked a few times before she fell on her knees, her eyes staring ahead with a blank expression, and she did not move a limb, resembling a statue, but years fell down her face unconsciously like a waterfall.
"There she is!", Cerine cried once she spotted her daughter, Kuroda, Dracule, and Kaiden following her, but Kaiden stopped in his tracks, his eyes wide in disbelief.
Dracule noticed and turned to him, "Kaiden-san, what's wrong?".
"Akuma… Akuma is here with his generals.", Kaiden mumbled before worry appeared on his face, "They're going to face the Rangers.".
"H-Haven't you trained them well enough with the FAUSD Agents?", Cerine asked worriedly as she knelt next to her daughter, examining her.
"Months of experience is nothing compared to years… and they haven't reach their full strength nor potential. If Akuma and their Generals don't use their full power, they'll put a good fight, but if they even use half of it…", Kaiden explained but trailed off, recalling the sight of seeing the former Rangers' dead bodies.
His previous students' dead bodies.
"Go! We've got Irene!", Kuroda ordered. Before Kaiden can even move, a group of Black Organization agents surrounded them, aiming guns and rifles towards them.
"Don't move. Rum has asked us to bring you in and-", the leader of the group could not finish his sentence, because Irene had jumped towards him swiftly, latched onto him like cat, before she twisted his neck, breaking it with a loud sound, before she pushed him off and landed on her four limbs.
Everyone stared at Irene at she slowly stood up, before her eyes met the agents', who stared at her in fear.
"Rum, huh?", She repeated as she raised her hands, and the agents' eyes widened once they saw her fingers extending into sharp claws, her eyes changing, and her fangs extending.
"Cerine, is she…", Kuroda mumbled.
"Using the Fighter Form of the Panthera Tribe? Yeah, she is…", Cerine mumbled.
Her claws, her eyes, and her fangs now resembled that of a Jaguar.
"Too bad he isn't here, I would've wanted to have a word with him, face to face.", She growled as she cracked her knuckles, "But maybe killing you will help my anger…".
Kaiden, seeing that the Kuroda family will have no issue facing the agents, summoned his staff, and jumped, before using the glider mode to glide away.
"Y-You need to check your eyesight! We are 30 men and you're only one!", One of them dared to say.
"Make it two.", Cerine said coldly as she stood by her daughter's side, now in her fighter form as Irene.
"Three.", Kuroda growled before he crossed his gauntlets, "Mask On.".
The Chief of Japan's FAUSD stood ready as he pulled out his handgun with his right arm, while the left was glowing white, and a round shield with a blade extending from it appeared on his forearm.
"Four.", Dracule said as he pulled out Yami.
The agents started firing the bullets from their guns and rifles just as Irene and Cerine jumped high evading them, while Kuroda raised his arm across his chest and the shield extended to form wall-like shield in front of him, and he dashed towards them.
Kuroda slammed his shield into the agents, running ahead to knock them all down, knocking their weapons out of their hands.
Kuroda's shield size changed back to its initial before he started firing bullets at the agent that had not stood up yet, his bullets piercing their foreheads, killing them.
One of the agents raised his rifle to shoot at him from behind, but Irene landed on his shoulders and twisted his neck, breaking it.
Another agent turned to aim at Irene but Cerine landed behind him and twisted his neck, killing him.
Dracule charged forward towards the agent, touching the blade of Yami, making it glow, before he swung the blade swiftly in a diagonal direction, slitting the throats of any agent across him, before their bodies would burn into flames by themselves.
Irene jumped off the dead agent and pounced towards another agent that aimed his gun at her, but she knocked him to the ground before biting him in the neck right in the carotid artery, killing him before she let go off him and ran towards another agent, dodging the bullets from his rifle easily before she slashed his neck, causing him to gurgle as the blood poured from his neck.
One agent aimed his gun at her from behind but Kuroda fired a bullet that pierced the back of his head, before he swung his energy blade towards an agent behind him, slitting his throat.
Cerine, on the other hand, dug her claws into the necks of two agents as she growled, "You deserve this for what you've done for my kid!".
She pulled her claws out and the agents fell on the ground dead, before she picked up one of their rifles and started firing at the remaining agents.
Kuroda, however, fired a bullet right past Cerine's face at the last agent aiming his handgun at the back of her head, killing him with a bullet to the head.
Dracule then noticed there were still some agents present so he raised his sword ahead of him, parallel to his face and dropped his blade to the ground and it went through it before multiple dark blades came out of the ground behind them, before they changed into small blades, the size of a cherry blossom, and charged swiftly towards the remaining agents, stabbing them in the most vital areas in the human body, killing them all.
The handle of Yami appeared in Dracule and just as the small blades disappeared, the blade of Yami reappeared, and Dracule placed it back in its sheath.
Cerine blinked at Dracule's technique in surprise, having seen it for the first time, before she smiled warmly at him as she returned back to normal and he nodded, his helmet retracting. The two walked towards each other before they looked at Irene, who stared at the ground as she wiped her hands and mouth from the blood, slowly returning back to normal.
"We… We never really had the chance to fight side by side… did we?", Irene mumbled solemnly before she turned to her parents, a faint smile on her face.
Kuroda and Cerine did not wait for even a second before they ran towards Irene and embraced her in a hug, Cerine instantly crying while Kuroda let out a sigh of relief.
Their daughter was back.
"Mama… Papa…", Irene mumbled as she returned the hug tightly, tears falling down her face, "I… I… didn't mean to kill Hayden or Bennet or Buchholz… or anyone… I did not know.".
Kuroda and Cerine's heart broke at Irene's traumatized and guilty tone, understanding from her words that she had committed several murders as Curaçao, not just exposed the three agents.
"We know, Reenie, we know.", Cerine assured her.
"But the intelligence services and FAUSD-".
"I'll handle everything. Don't worry.", Kuroda interrupted Irene to assure her, "The important thing is… you're home.".
Irene's eyes softened as she slowly nodded, "Yeah… I'm finally back home.".
Dracule stood silent, smiling faintly at the scene, and Irene slightly let go off her parents and looked at him, with a loving smile, "So, did you get married or were you waiting for me?".
Dracule chuckled a bit, "How can I marry another woman when there is no woman in this world like you?".
"What a gentleman.", Irene chuckled a bit before she gave him an apologetic look, and he nodded in understanding.
She did want to hug him too, but she wanted to stick to her parents a bit more. And he understood that, and he was willing to wait for her. He had waited for ten years, so he had no issue waiting for a few more minutes.
"What's with the ugly disguise?", Vermouth asked as she sent a punch at Dan and he easily blocked it.
"You're the on who taught me that disguises should throw off those who might know you, and I don't think they'll ever think I'm Spike Spiegel since I'm technically dead, but just to be sure.", Dan shrugged before he tripped Vermouth, jumped and landed behind her just as she stood up, and held her neck in a cobra clutch.
"This supposed fight brings back memories, you know that?", Dan smirked.
Chris smirked back, "You mean when I tried to kill you numerous times?".
She then elbowed him in the gut, freeing herself, before she turned and sent a roundhouse kick right into his face.
Dan took a few steps back as he rubbed his chin, "Particularly, when we met.".
He then charged towards Chris, ducking to avoid her punch, before grabbing her from the waist, and slamming her onto the ground, placing his knee on her chest to prevent her from moving.
"Of course you remember the day I shot you.", Chris laughed.
"It was my first time seeing a gorgeous assassin, I couldn't help but lose focus a bit.", Dan chuckled before he turned serious, "What are they up to now? Other than Irene?".
"Madeira has created new foot soldiers, as Rum had said. And from how the communication signals between all FAUSD agents had been jammed, she's developed something else to jam the signals, and then there are the new teleportation devices.", Chris explained.
"But no cameras or drones here, correct?", Dan asked.
Chris shook her head, "No… But I have a bad feeling. Rum said before he had a huge surprise for today. And Chianti revealed for Furuya and Hondou for the first time that they knew about FAUSD.".
Dan narrowed his eyes, "I thought only Rum's men and the higher agents knew…".
"I was surprised as you are…", Chris nodded as Dan stood up and pulled her up to help her stand.
"We were also ordered should the fights get tough that we leave, we don't wait for anyone. Rum does not want any other code named agent to die. He says it's more than enough those who died this year.", Chris said.
"Pisco, Tequila, Calvados, Irish, Cognac, and now Curaçao.", Dan counted before nodding, "He's got a point.".
"You know what to do?", Chris asked as she pulled out her dagger from her pocket. Dan pulled out a knife from his jacket and nodded.
"Make it real.", He said, before he stabbed Chris in the chest, the latter groaning in pain as blood poured from her injury before he pulled out the weapon.
"Now… I've got all of the medical team… on my side… a proof that I did fight…And you… are dead…", Chris panted from her injury as she placed her hand on the injury.
"You're crazy… but so am I.", Dan sighed before he told her genuinely, "Be careful.".
Chris nodded before she teleported away in black light.
Dan then turned to the second fight happening, the one that had changed from an act into a real sparring match between Nina and Rei.
Both were now panting, glaring at each other as if they were old enemies. Nina's mask was torn from the fight and she had removed it, and now her forehead and mouth were bleeding, the same with Rei.
"Enough!", Dan ordered.
Nina glanced at him, and the look of disappointment on his face with his words, caused her to have numerous flashbacks.

"W-what?!", was all what Rei managed to say as he, Matsuda, Hiromitsu, Date, Natalie, and Nina received the news once they arrived in a hospital.
Chihaya, who was being supported by Jugo, raised her head and managed to say between her tears with a broken tone.
"K-Kenji… has died…".

"What happened to Morofushi?!", Nina cried. Chris glanced towards her before she looked away, and Nina's eyes widened once she saw a tear falling down her face.
"Hiro is dead…".

"What happened to Date?!", Rei (wearing a disguise) rushed towards Takagi in a hospital hall, the latter frozen in disbelief.
Takagi slowly turned to Rei and mumbled, "Date-san… is gone…".
Nina ran up the stairs of the building until she reached the apartment door where Takeda and Maki were standing frozen, and once she stood behind them, she knew why.
Natalie was hanging from the ceiling, dead.
"Did you find out anything about the serial bomber or that syndicate Date and Natalie were after?", Nina asked.
"Nothing about the serial bomber. But I got some information from the last syndicate building we infiltrated, before eliminating its members. I know the location of their main base.", Rei replied.
"N-No… No wait!", A woman cried in horror once Nina walked towards her, her body covered in blood from head to toe, her eyes glowing from anger, hate, and coldness. There were no emotions in her eyes.
She was no longer a human. She was a monster.
"Plea-", The woman did not get the chance to continue her sentence because Nina wrapped her hands around her neck and started squeezing, slamming her back into the wall behind her
"You expect me to have mercy on you after killing two of my best friends and orphaning their children?", Nina mumbled coldly, increasing the tightness.
The woman gasped for air as she tried to free herself before she managed to say as her eyes starting rolling up, "I'm… pregnant…".
Nina did not register her words for few seconds before her eyes widened in realization and she dropped the woman, who fell on the ground and fainted.
"You did not kill her?", Rei said in disbelief once he and Nina met up in a training room in the headquarters.
"She said she was pregnant.", Nina replied curtly.
"And you believed her?!", Rei said in disbelief and anger.
"I could not take any chances. That kid inside her did nothing wrong.", Nina pointed out.
Rei glared at her before he chuckled bitterly, "Or maybe you couldn't kill her.".
"Excuse me?", Nina raised an eyebrow as she replied seriously, "I killed every remaining member in that syndicate in the whole building. Or have you forgotten that?".
"But you felt mercy for her, forgetting about our friends.", Rei sneered.
Nina frowned as she glared at Rei, "Date and Natalie were my best friends too. So were Matsuda and Hagiwara, and that's why we are still investigating this serial bomber! And we're still investigating the rat that exposed Hiro in the Organization!".
"Easy for you to say. You still have your family while I've got no one!", Rei chuckled bitterly, "Maybe that's why you let the woman live, because she is a killer just like your moth-".
Rei did not finish the sentence because Nina punched him in the gut while hissing, "You're such a lonely orphaned bastard, you know that?!", but he recovered quickly and returned the favor with a punch to her face with anger.
And the two went into a sparring match, but not a friendly one, one filled with anger and hate.
A few minutes later, both of them were panting for breath as their faces were slightly bruised while blood was falling from their mouth and noses.
Nina and Rei let out a battle cry as they charged towards each other again, reading their fists.
But suddenly, both grunted once they felt someone kick them in the ankle from behind, causing them to fall on one knee, before two arms wrapped around their necks in an anaconda clutch.
"Enough, you've done what you wanted.", Dan ordered as he held Rei, looking at both of them in disappointment.
"I've warned you about this.", Chris said grimly as she held Nina.
Rei scoffed before Dan let go off him, and he silently walked out of the room, while Nina freed herself and turned to her mother.
"You warned me about what?! About achieving justice for my friends?!", Nina argued.
"About killing for revenge, it consumes you and turns you into the monster! Had you seen how you looked with the blood covering you head to toe you would understand!", Chris raised her voice at Nina, angering the girl.
"Oh yeah?! I thought you would be happy about that, Vermouth!", Nina spat angrily with a vicious smile on her face.
Chris narrowed her eyes while Dan placed a hand on Nina's shoulder and cried sternly, "Katrina! That's enough!".
"So?! Aren't you happy that your own child has finally become like you-".

Nina's eyes widened in disbelief as she slowly placed her hand on her right cheek, right where Chris's hand had landed. She slowly turned to her mother, who had a solemn yet angry look on her face.
"For the last time, Katrina, don't let your anger control your thoughts.", She said.
Nina snapped back to present day and let out a heavy sigh, making Rei raise an eyebrow at her actions.
"That's enough… You've got the injuries to prove you were fighting, and my fake identity is dead.", Nina said as she placed her hands in her pockets, turning around to leave.
Rei looked at her surprised while Dan raised an eyebrow in interest.
"You're… giving up?", Rei asked in disbelief.
"Giving up what? My mission is over, and now I need to find whatever is jamming our signals, and see if anyone else needs help.", Nina glanced at Rei over her shoulder, before she walked away, leaving a surprised Rei and a proud Dan.
Akemi let out a gasp at the harsh punch Gin had sent into Araide's chest, making the latter grunt as he hunched over.
"Trying to be a hero?", Gin smirked before he kicked the man roughly in his chest, sending him to the ground.
'Whatever made me think I could fight Gin head on?', Araide thought as he groaned in pain, 'I don't even know how to throw punch!'.
Gin then looked at Akemi, who was doing her best to hide Haibara behind her back, and not give Gin the chance to see her face.
Gin, however, narrowed his eyes once he was capable of spotting part of Haibara's face alongside her hair and growled, "You know… the kid on your back has the same hair color of the girl I used to sleep with…".
Haibara's blood froze at Gin's words, even if she was sure he had not seen her face properly to recognize her, his words made her have a flashback of awful memories.
"She was not interested in me of course but… who said I cared about her consent?", He flashed his teeth like a predator.
Despite wearing a suit that could protect her and being provided by weapons, Akemi found herself frozen in place at Gin's tone and grin, having a quick flashback to when he shot her. It's true that she had survived, but it did not mean she had completely recovered from the trauma of that moment, especially with Gin here.
Araide already guessed what was going on Akemi's mind and why she was still frozen, so he pulled out his handgun and aimed at Gin, who sensed his movement, and evaded the bullets he fired easily.
Gin managed to get closer to Araide before he kicked the handgun out of his hand, slammed his feet on his chest to keep him place, aimed his at Araide's head, and fired.
Akemi let out a scream once Araide's helmet's visor cracked, the latter's eyes widening underneath.
'This should've not happened…', He thought in disbelief.
"We've designed bullets specifically to pierce bullet proof armors but looks like your suits and helmets are much stronger, I wonder how many bullets it will take to kill you.", Gin said as he grin grew wider, "And don't think about teleporting, we've jammed the signals here in the Aquarium and the area around it, so you are doomed.".
Haibara started trembling in fear, knowing it was only a matter of time before Gin killed Araide, and then killed Akemi for good, and then her.
Araide tried to remove Gin's boot off his chest, but the man was stronger, so he didn't even look bothered by Araide's attempts, and fired another bullet, cracking Araide's visor even further, making Akemi pull out her own handgun to help.
But Gin had heard her hands while trying to hold the gun properly, and shot a bullet at her head, the impact sending her falling on her bottom on the ground, the gun flying out of her hand, and Haibara fell off her at that moment, but she turned to give her back to Gin.
Gin's eyes narrowed, having a weird feeling as he glared at Haibara's back, who was staring on the ground and panting helplessly in fear.
"You two are a waste of time really…", Gin mumbled before he growled loudly with a smirk as he aimed his gun at Haibara's head, "I'll just kill that girl!".
"NO!", Both Araide and Akemi chorused, as the first pulled out a small knife and stabbed it in Gin's leg, the latter growling in pain before kicking Araide in the face and then kicking the knife out of his hand.
Akemi, on the other hand, hugged Haibara to cover her with her own body, but Gin had quickly turned to her, and aimed at Haibara's head that Akemi had still not covered and-
The sound a male battle cry with the loud footsteps of someone running made Gin turn behind him at the source of the voice curiously, with Haibara now freeing herself a bit from Akemi to see what's going on and-
Gin grunted as Ryu slammed his head and body into his stomach muscles before he wrapped his arm around the latter's waist, and started running with him away from the three, before jumping and slamming him into the ground.
Before Ryu can get the chance to punch Gin, the latter kicked him off, and Ryu adjusted himself and stood up in a fighting stance, facing the other who slowly stood up, and noticed that he no longer had his gun, since it fell out of his hand from Ryu's spear.
"Black Cat-", Akemi started as she carried Haibara again on her back while Araide stood up and walked up to her.
"Healer, Mercy, leave with the kid, I've got that bastard.", Ryu spoke in a tone none of the adults had heard before, but Haibara had.
"What the…", Ryu mumbled in disbelief in his glass cage once Shiho walked into the lab, and he immediately noticed the bruises on her neck and face.
"What happened?", He asked worriedly.
"We are now going to test how will you react to certain Viruses-".
"Shiho, I just asked you what happened!", Ryu nearly yelled in anger at Shiho's cold tone.
"And we will see how long will it take you to-".
"SHIHO!".
Shiho snapped.
"STOP IT OKAY?! STOP PRETENDING THAT YOU TRULY DO CARE ABOUT ME?! IT'S ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE YOU ARE FREE FROM HERE SO STOP WORRYING ABOUT ME!", She cried at the top of her lungs.
"ARE YOU GODDAMN BLIND OR SOMETHING?! ALL THAT CHATTING AND FLIRTING THE LAST 4 MONTHS NEARLY EVERYDAY WAS NO INDICATOR TO YOU?!", Ryu cried at the top of his lungs before his eyes widened for a second and then he growled, "It was Gin… Wasn't he? He was the only male agent who would come here and bother you… He rapes you, doesn't he?".
Shiho's eyes widened at his words before she looked away, sadness and shame filling her eyes.
Ryu said nothing but clenched his right fist, and slammed it into the glass cage. Shiho's eyes widened and her jaw dropped as the cage crashed down from Ryu's fist. This wasn't a normal glass, it was made specifically to contain the animal hybrids for their strengths during testing so for Ryu to destroy it with one punch.
And at that moment, Madeira walked in.
She raised her eyebrows in interest at the broken cage and looked at Shiho for explanation, before smirking in joy at Shiho's sight, "Gin was rougher than ever this time, wasn't he?".
Ryu instantly deduced from Madeira's tone that the woman did not find traumatizing Shiho and threatening her with her sister's life constantly (and vice versa) was not enough, but she was also elated at was happening to her from Gin.
"What do you want, Madeira?", Shiho entered her Sherry persona, making Madeira frown at her cold tone.
"What happened here?", She asked.
Shiho did not like Madeira's comment, so she decided to return the favor.
"What? You want to know so you can tell the boss first and remain the most important scientist?", Sherry smirked in mockery, not missing how Madeira's frown deepened and her eyes turned cold, "After all, you and I know I'm smarter and-"
Shiho did not get to finish the sentence because Madeira grabbed her from her neck, raised her above the floor, and slammed her back into the wall next to them, squeezing tightly as Shiho tried to remove her hand while gasping for air.
"Looks like you knowing how I killed your parents and I threatening you with Port's life was not enough for you to get the message…", Madeira said coldly as she squeezed even more, making Shiho gasp for air, "You and Port belong to me… Your life is in my hands… So, you two are nothing, so don't go ahead and compare yourself to me and…".
Madeira trailed off as she glanced behind her to see Ryu still standing in his place, his face having a cold expression, him doing his best to contain his anger, because he knew if he did anything.
Shiho will die.
Madeira, on the other hand, was suspicious, so she threw Shiho aside before walking towards Ryu while saying, "I still find it suspicious how you survived our experiments…".
"I've got a boosted Immunity, some people are born special.", Ryu nearly spat, trying his best not to glance at Shiho to make sure Madeira doesn't notice.
Madeira pulled out of her lab coat a syringe and twirled it in her hand and said, "I was going to give this poison to one of the failed agents, but I will use it to perform a test… If you die, then Sherry was telling the truth. If you survive, then you have healing powers and Sherry was lying all along, which means I'll have to kill her.".
Madeira did not even give the chance for Ryu to react and instantly stabbed the syringe in his neck right in the carotid artery, and emptied the liquid in it before pulling the syringe away.
Rio remained calm while Shiho's eyes widened in fear and disbelief. Nothing happened for a few minutes, but then you started groaning in pain before he fell on his knees, he started panting for breath, feeling weak.
"My body… is burning…", He groaned.
Madeira let out a vicious laugh before she started walking away, "Then you weren't lying Sherry. For a moment, I thought you fell for the kid and let him live. Have fun watching him die and getting rid of the body, I certainly do.".
And she left the lab.
"RYU!", Shiho cried as she approached the latter who started to sweat heavily.
"I… didn't… use my powers… She would've killed you…", He managed to explain between panting breaths.
"Why? Why did you do that for me you idiot?!", Shiho nearly cried as she texted with her Organization phone Akemi.
"Because… I love you…", He said.
"And now you're leaving me after making me love you too?", Shiho chuckled bitterly and sadly.
He smiled at her confession before he panted as he tried to say his last words, feeling heavy, "Nah… I'm tough to kill… I'll make it… And I'll save you… And… And we'll be together…".
Ryu then fainted and fell face first onto the ground, just as Akemi walked into the room, and helped Shiho carry him.
Shiho had his right arm around her neck while Akemi had his left, and both of them walked with him out of the lab.
"I've made sure there are no cameras in this hall and no present agents, and if there are, we will tell them we are disposing the body.", Akemi said before she glanced at Ryu in worry then back at Shiho, "He did what he did because he loves you, doesn't he?".
Shiho nodded silently.
The walk was safe for them for nearly five minutes, until they heard someone call from behind them.
"What's going on in here?", Vermouth asked suspiciously, staring intently at Ryu's back, hoping he was not her son, for she had just found this Secret Research Building and did not want to arrive when it is too late.
When they turned around with Ryu to face her, Vermouth's eyes widened in horror and worry before she dashed towards them, and raised her fingers to check for pulse.
Akemi and Shiho shared a look of surprise, since this was the first time they see such emotions on Vermouth's face.
Shiho shivered once Vermouth looked at her the deadliest look she had ever seen, which would put Madeira's look to shame.
"What did you do?", She asked dangerously.
"Madeira poisoned him to see if Shiho was lying about his healing powers, and he was! So he did not heal himself because he loves Shiho and did not want Madeira to kill her! And now he fainted!", Akemi explained as fast as she could before Vermouth could strangle Shiho in rage.
Vermouth looked at Akemi in surprise before looking at Shiho, and the latter felt for a second that Vermouth's surprise at her was different. It was not because of her act to save Ryu, it was because of the fact that Ryu loved her and did this for her.
"We have to take him to a hospital.", Vermouth ordered before she motioned them to follow her, "Follow me.".
The three had walked out of the building from the back door, where Vermouth had parked her bike, and she placed Ryu on it before she mounted it, wearing her helmet.
She looked at the two sisters, noticing how they wanted to come with her somehow so she said, "Don't. Madeira will notice, and she will be suspicious and won't believe he is dead.".
At her words, the two nodded.
"Arigatou, for trying to save him.", Vermouth mumbled before she drove off, leaving Shiho and Akemi to their thoughts.
"Vermouth is acting weird, do you think she knows Ryu-kun?", Akemi mumbled.
Shiho remained silent, analyzing Vermouth's reactions and actions since she had seen Ryu, and came up with the only possible reason about just happened.
"She is his mother.", She mumbled, surprise in her voice at her own deductions. She never thought she will say such thing about Vermouth.
Akemi shared her thoughts since she stared blankly at her sister with her jaw slightly open before simply saying, "Huh…".
A few days later,
Shiho had never thought in her life that she would be happy to see Vermouth walking into her lab. She understood that the woman did not appear again since she remained in that research building for days, but now that she had moved to one of the known research buildings, nothing was suspicious about Vermouth entering her lab.
"How is he?", She asked once Vermouth closed the door.
Vermouth raised her eyebrows as she tilted her head and mumbled in surprise, "You do love him…".
Shiho slightly blushed as she looked away, "Is it that obvious?".
"Had you seen the worry on your face then and now, you'd guess the same.", Vermouth shrugged before she narrowed her eyes at her, "You deduced I'm his mother, didn't you? And you told Akemi.".
"No one will ever know.", Shiho promised, knowing what Vermouth wanted to say.
"You better… Or else I'll show you hell, especially if you hurt my son.", Vermouth threatened.
Shiho ignored the threatening once she heard the second sentence and said hopefully, "He is still alive?".
"In a coma though. But he's a stubborn kid and he'll make it through.", Vermouth said as she placed her hand on the door knob.
Before opening the door, she looked at Haibara and said "Someone will get you and your sister out here soon, trust me. He's a spy in the BO, and he and I are working together.".
Shiho said nothing at her words, feeling suspicious, but she simply nodded.
Haibara returned to present day as she stared at Ryu and Gin. She knew back then that Ryu had wanted to beat Gin up, and he had been waiting months to do so, and now was his chance.
To beat Gin up for her sake.
"We'll be near if you need any medical help.", Araide nodded before he grabbed Akemi's hand and started running away from her.
"Maybe a body bag.", Ryu smirked.
"For you, Kitty?", Gin scoffed, mocking Ryu's Codename.
"Yeah… I got that because whenever I was sent on a mission, I bring bad luck to whoever faces me, death for example, like a black cat.", Ryu threatened.
"Looks like all of your nine lives end here then!", Gin growled before he and Ryu charged at each other at the same moment with a battle cry.
And both sent a punch towards the other.
Gin professionally evaded Ryu's punch but his punch slammed into Ryu's gut, making the teen hunch over with a grunt. Gin took the chance and grabbed him from his head, slamming his knee into the helmet and then into his chest.
Ryu did not just feel the impact of the knee, but also felt his head hit the helmet from the impact, before feeling pain in his chest from Gin's knee.
'Shit! I can't believe he can do such pain even while I'm wearing my armor!', Ryu cried in disbelief before he freed himself from Gin's grip and sent an uppercut at Gin's chin.
Gin walked a few steps backward as he rubbed his chin, glaring at Ryu, before Ryu charged towards him, jumped, and sent a kick towards Gin.
But Gin crossed his arms above his face, blocking Ryu's kick effectively. Ryu landed on his feet and activated his gauntlets, one starting to form a sword while the other was going to use its telekinetic powers, but Gin surprised Ryu by holding him from the gauntlets, squeezing with all his might on them, and breaking them.
Ryu's eyes widened as the gauntlets shattered and fell off his wrists, for this had never happened to him.
"I forgot to tell you that I have incredible strength for a Human, Agents of my rank and higher aren't just trained agents or with potential, we are real Super Soldiers.", Gin smirked viciously, "That's of course, for those who are Humans and haven't become Metahumans nor Mutants, nor born as Magi.".
Ryu narrowed his eyes at Gin angrily before he stood in a street fighting stance and growled, "I don't need the gauntlets to wipe the floor with you.".
"Such confidence. I'll enjoy shattering it!", Gin growled as he charged towards Ryu.
Ryu, in all his life of fighting, never had had such tough time like now. Gin was faster and stronger than him, so Ryu was receiving punches more than blocking, and even the punches he would block, he would still feel pain.
He received a punch in every part of his upper body, especially his face, and Gin's assault caused him to keep on taking steps backward while Gin would move forward.
Gin then gathered all his might and sent one last punch into Ryu's face, cracking his visor, almost breaking it, just as Ryu gathered all of his might and sent a punch right into Gin's face.
Both took a few steps backwards from the punch, with Gin's mouth and nose bleeding from the punch while Ryu was panting heavily, some glasses from his visor starting to fall, and he placed his hands on his right rib, feeling that it was fractured from Gin's punches earlier.
Gin smirked at him, and walked a few steps forward to attack, before he saw his gauntlet's having glowing signals on the screen. He glanced at it for a second before he looked at Ryu.
"You got lucky this time. The next time, you'll be dead, kid.", Gin spat before he teleported in black light.
Once Gin teleported, Ryu let out a huge breath and fell on his knees, every part of his body now hurting him more than ever.
"Shit…", He panted, "I seriously need to train some more… That guy… is on another level.".
Takaaki and Shukichi shared similar minds, analyzing their opponents and figuring out strategies with the current information they had on them from Vermouth.
Snake was a Weresnake literally, Rosé and Cognac on the other hand, were Magi, which made this battle unfair.
"I hope I'm not late.", Alaina said as she floated down on the ground from the sky, standing next to the two men.
"Perfect timing, you'll make our battle much easier, 3 v 3.", Shukichi nodded.
"Easier? You're dreaming, boy.", Rosé chuckled as Snake transformed into his hybrid form.
"Why don't I show you how easy our battle can be?", Snake hissed.
"Funny, I was going to say I'll handle you.", Shukichi commented.
"I'll handle the other guy Cognac, for I love crushing men and their egos.", Rosé eyed Takaaki, who said nothing.
"That leaves you and me then.", Cognac mumbled as he eyed Alaina, his hands in his pockets.
"Think you can handle me?", Alaina raised an eyebrow as she stood in a fight stance, her fan appearing on her back out of nowhere.
"I can handle people even stronger than you.", Cognac smirked.
Snake hissed angrily at Shukichi before he charged towards him with a growl, Shukichi charged towards him too, before he slid on his knees, sliding from between Snake's legs, shocking the latter, and standing up straight behind him.
Snake turned around to face him surprised, and Shukichi pointed down at the hybrid's legs. Snake blinked before he looked down to see a black round ball with a line around its circumference glowing red rapidly, before it exploded in Snake's face, sending him flying away with a cry.
Snake fell on his back before he sat up to glare angrily at Shukichi, but the latter was nowhere to be seen. Snake stood up quickly and flicked his tongue rapidly, trying to pick up Shukichi's smell.
His eyes narrowed and hissed, "Blood… Looks like your bomb hurt you too… Bastard…".
Snake followed the trail of the smell towards droplets of blood behind one of the booths, and he walked toward it, cracking his knuckles. He picked up the booth with both his hands and threw it behind him as he cried, "GOT YOU!".
But Shukichi was nowhere to be seen, only the droplets of blood were present.
"The Codename isn't bastard.". Snake turned behind him swiftly to see Shukichi holding a cylindrical shaped device with a red button on the top.
"It's... Checkmate.", He said as he pressed the red button, and Snake's eyes widened once he noticed for the first time the four small poles surrounding him like square edges, glowing white, before created a cube like electric field, and Snake let out a continuous cry of pain for around five minutes before Shukichi removed his finger off the button, and the poles powered off, the electric cube field disappearing, and Snake fell face first, knocked out, before he slowly transformed back to his human form.
"I can see why Kaitou Kid easily kicks your ass now.", Shukichi commented.
Rosé stared at the knocked Snake in disbelief while Cognac simply snorted, before he turned to face Alaina, but she was not across him.
She was standing on her fan, floating high in the air, raising her hand upward, creating multiple wind currents that formed into tornados, and they moved towards the burning rides and sights, covering it, absorbing the oxygen inside, to cause the fire to die down.
Cognac whistled, "Impressive. She used her wind powers to put off the fires.".
Shukichi walked up to Takaaki as he told Rosé, "I hope you don't mind me joining this battle.".
Rosé slowly smirked, "No, I don't.", and then she let out a sonic scream, that sent both Takaaki and Shukichi flying away from the shockwave.
The scream made Alaina look down, she only saw Rosé. Her eyes widened once she felt Cognac's presence behind her and once, she turned, she received a kick to the face that sent her crashing into the ground down below, and Cognac landed on her fan.
"You ain't the only Magi here, Van Helsing.", Cognac chuckled, before he jumped off the fan, which then returned to Alaina's hand as she slowly stood up.
"Yeah… I noticed.", She mumbled as she quickly glanced at Rosé, "She's a Booster Magi.".
"Ah, the old stupid classification of Mana powers. I never really liked it, since one often ended up mastering another class of powers, even if he was born with a different one.", Cognac sighed mockingly.
"It's not stupid. It helps us know our capabilities and how to train to improve them.", Alaina adjusted her glasses, "I'm a Nature and Blaster Magi, and I also know how to use the basic spells.".
"So, you can use Mana as energy blasts and beams, and create some stuff from it, next to your Wind powers. Impressive.", Cognac snorted mockingly before he motioned towards Rosé, "My partner is indeed a Booster Magi, but she's also a Conjurer like your cousin, Dracule.".
Alaina narrowed her eyes, "You seem to know my family very well have we met before?".
"All Magi know about you bastards.", Cognac said before he disappeared in a blink of an eye, and appeared in front of Alaina in another blink, before slamming his fist into her chest, sending her flying metres away.
Cognac then grabbed the fan that had fell from her hand and bent it with his might until it was divided into two pieces and threw it aside, "No need for such garbage now.".
Alaina slowly stood up, groaning in pain as she placed her hand on her chest on where Cognac had attacked her, 'I've never met a Booster Magi with such powers…'.
She then looked up to glare at Cognac, who smirked at her like a predator, knowing he had the upper hand.
"My ears.", Shukichi groaned as he and Takaaki stood up.
Takaaki looked behind him and said, "Looks like we won't just be dealing with sonic screams.".
Shukichi looked behind him to see Rosé's hair extending and moving like tentacles, her hands surrounded by dark purple mana, a confident smirk on her face.
"She just had to be a Magi, didn't she?", Shukichi complained.
"Magi aren't almighty and unstoppable, they do have a weakness.", Takaaki said determinedly.
"Don't tell me it's holy water.", Shukichi deadpanned.
Takaaki ignored him and said, "Every person has a weakness, can you guess what hers is?".
Shukichi then looked at Rosé, who had her hair shoot forward towards the two, now sharp pointed as any blade, and both men jumped sideways.
Rosé then raised her hand and shot a mana beam towards Takaaki while she had her hair chase Shukichi. Both men ran around, evading the beams and hair, and Shukichi and Takaaki looked at each other, before they passed each other, and their move made Rosé's mana beams striker her hair, and she shrieked in pain as she stopped the beam, part of hair being burned by the attack.
'Mana is their weakness just like it's their power.', Takaaki and Shukichi thought at the same time.
Both men stood next to each other just Rosé's eyes glowed dark purple before she let out a huge sonic scream, just as Takaaki used his Technogaun to create a dome shield around him and Shukichi.
"If you keep on screaming like that, you're going to need hundreds of lozenges and gargles to help your throat.", Takaaki mocked with a smirk, making Rosé even more mad, and shot from both her hands beams of Mana towards the dome, but her eyes widened once they reflected off the dome, and hit her right in the chest and face, knocking her out as she fell on the ground, her hair returning back to normal.
"Overconfidence is her weakness.", Shukichi noted as the dome disappeared.
"Being stupid too, is another weakness.", Takaaki added.
Takaaki and Shukichi turned around once they heard Alaina's scream of pain, and their eyes widened for a second before her body slammed into both of them, knocking them all to the ground.
Alaina's glasses were destroyed, her face was bruised, and she felt her ribs were broken, as she stood up with the help of of the other two men.
"Stand back… He's too powerful… Find the others…", Alaina panted.
Shukichi and Takaaki wanted to argue but she said, "This is all about keeping us busy and away from the Rangers, find them!".
Shukichi and Takaaki slowly nodded before they ran away, and Alaina looked back at Cognac, who was still smirking with his hands in his pocket.
"Are you still up for a beating?", He chuckled.
"Just because you have incredible strength and speed, doesn't mean you're more powerful!", Alaina insisted determinedly as she wiped the blood that fell down from her nose.
Cognac raised his hand, pointing his finger towards Alaina, before he swung it diagonally downwards, and Alaina's eyes widened once she felt something invisible strike her, creating a diagonal cut across her chest, and she let out a gasp of pain, unable to emit any sound from the immense pain, and her body moved violently for a second, as if she had a seizure.
He swung his finger diagonally from the other side, creating another diagonal cut across her chest, forming an X on her upper body, before he pointed his finger towards her.
He then clenched his fist, turned it upside down, and flicked his finger four times. The first and second time had cuts form on Alaina's arms, and the third and fourth time had cuts form on Alaina's knees, causing her to fall on them involuntarily.
Alaina felt dizzy, her vision becoming blurry from the immense pain and the blood pouring from her injuries. Through all of her years of being a FAUSD agents and facing the supernatural and extraterrestrial, she had not faced such a powerful opponent.
Cognac smirk grew wider as he pointed his finger towards Alaina's head, and she closed her eyes, tears falling down her face, remembering the face of her dead relatives; parents, grandparents, and Hayden.
'Guess I'll meet you all soon…', She thought before she remembered her cousins, 'I'm sorry everyone… I failed…'.
She then remembered her daughter and her husband, 'Yuzu… Sango… I'm so sorry… I love you…'.
"Goodbye, Alaina Silvia Van Helsing.", Cognac spat the name in pure hatred.
And he shot his invisible attack.
"You don't seem convinced that we are on a vacation, Keibu.", Black directed his speech calmly towards Megure from where he took cover behind a booth.
Megure fired two bullets towards the agents of the Black Organization, one grazing an agent's shoulder while the other pierced an agent's head, before he took cover again behind another booth.
"We meet up with you on different occasions, which are always cases or crimes. Doesn't that sound weird to you?", Megure pointed out.
"Honestly? No.", Black shrugged nonchalantly.
Megure then turned to Kazami who took cover next to him, "And what does the NPA SB have to do with this? We received information that a group of criminals were hiding here.".
"It's none of your business.", Kazami replied before he fired at one agent, the bullet going through his throat, before turning to Megure, "But since you mentioned it, we did receive the same kind of information.".
"Funny how all our information say that a group of criminals were here when they actually teleported here.", Black snorted.
Takagi, Sato, Shiratori, Chiba, Jodie, and Camel too took cover behind different booths and stands, with them glancing solemnly at the other police officers and FBI agents who died in the shooting, but they did not die in vain, for they had killed some agents before their death.
And then, they heard the sound of the agents trying to use their guns and rifles, but they were out of ammo.
"NOW! Don't give them a chance to reload!", Megure cried as he was the first to get out of the cover and rush towards the agents, followed by the others.
Megure slammed the back of his gun into the first agent he met in the face, knocking him out, not sensing the agent that was creeping on him with a knife, but Sato grabbed that agent from his waist, and used a wrestling move to slam the man behind her on his neck, knocking him out.
An agent punched Kazami in the face, making him dizzy, and pulled out a knife to stab him, but Black caught his hand, twisted it, and caught the knife from him, and then stabbed it in the neck of the agent coldly, killing him.
Kazami stared at the man, angry since he let someone else save him. Black noticed that and adjusted his glasses as he said, "Instead of feeling bad that I saved you, work on your self-defense skills, kid.".
His words only made Kazami's look intensify with more anger and now hate.
Camel and Chiba both let out a battle cry as they charged elbow first into two agents, knocking them to the ground, before they slammed their gun on their heads, knocking them out.
One agent managed to reload his gun and aim at Chiba and Camel, but Shiratori used a karate chop move and hit his wrist, dropping the gun from the man's hand, before slamming his fist into the man's neck, causing him to cough and grunt, unable to speak nor breathe, before he slammed the gun on the back of the man's neck, knocking him out.
Jodie slammed her knee right below the belt of an agent, causing him to hunch over, before she slammed her gun on the back of his neck, and then swiftly turned around, swinging her gun to slam it into the face of the agent that tried to sneak up on her, knocking him out too.
An agent waved with his knife menacingly with a smirk at Takagi, who stood in a boxing stance, glaring at the man.
"Don't give your opponent a chance to see your weakness or fear. Once you see an opening, get him!", Takagi heard Date Wataru's advice echo in his head as he eyed his opponent carefully, waiting for a proper opening.
The agent let out a cry as she charged towards Takagi and shot his arm forward, to slam the knife in Takagi's neck, but the latter saw the opening and ducked, sending a punch into the man's gut, before he sent a rough uppercut into the man's face, knocking him out.
Megure looked around, checking if there were any other agents remaining, and let out a sigh of relief when he saw that all were either killed or knocked out, "It's done.".
"Yes, but at what cost?", Black commented as he looked at the dead police officers and agents.
"They died doing the right thing.", Sato sighed heavily.
"Who are these people? And how could they teleport? Since when do criminals do that?", Shiratori asked.
"It's our first time seeing criminals teleport too.", Camel shrugged.
"You ignored the first question.", Takagi noted.
"Classified information.", Kazami and Black chorused, glancing at each other with different looks, Kazami with hate while Black with nonchalance.
"Both of you? That makes things even more suspicious.", Chiba commented.
"I suggest we call an ambulance and focus on honoring our dead colleagues rather than arguing.", Black suggested.
Megure eyed him suspiciously before he mumbled, "For now…". He then looked at the only living police officers other than him (Sato, Takagi, Chiba, Shiratori), and gave them a nod with certain look.
The four returned the nod, understanding what Megure wanted. They will start investigating what's going on in secret, so no one seemed to have the answers, or want to give them the answers.
Jodie then glanced at the agents and noticed something, the black gauntlet they had on their wrists disappeared in black light, the same for those who were knocked out.
She narrowed her eyes as she crossed her arms, 'Someone doesn't want anyone to get their hands on this advanced technology. Someone is monitoring the status of the agents and teleported the gauntlets away.'.
"Get Prince and help the Rangers, I have a bad feeling about what just happened with Savage Pink.", Shuichi told Static, glancing at them for a second, before focusing his eyes under the visor on Korn and Chianti.
"What about you? Will you be able to handle them both?", Static asked worriedly.
"They're not so touch in hand-to-hand combat.", Shuichi nodded, assuring Static.
His words however, irked Chianti and she cried, "Not so tough?! I'll show you what tough means you-".
"Shut up you orange hag, no one asked for your opinion.", Static deadpanned. His words made Chianti give them a blank face for a few seconds before rage filled her face expression and she bursted into a loud speech filled with all the colorful curses that had ever existed.
Static ignored her and turned to Akai and said with a nod, "Be careful.".
Static changed their feet into jet propellers before flying high and away off the Ferris wheel, searching for their brother in order to help the Rangers.
"What an unwise decision.", Korn commented calmly at what just happened.
"And it will be his last.", Chianti sneered, still mad at what Static had said.
Shuichi said nothing and stood in a Jeet Kune Do stance, eyeing both agents like a hunter looking at its prey.
"Chianti, don't be hasty-". Korn did not get to finish the sentence because Chianti charged with a battle cry towards Shuichi and jumped, sending a flying kick towards Akai.
But the latter sidestepped, avoiding the kick and she landed on her feet before turning to face Akai, only to receive a strong punch right in her nose before receiving multiple ones swiftly in her gut, and a round house kick to send her flying on her back.
Shuichi then raised his hand and captured Korn's wrist that held a dagger without turning around. He then twisted Korn's wrist before turning to face Korn's and sent a punch into the man's face, cracking his black glasses.
Shuichi then grabbed Korn from his neck before throwing him behind him, towards Chianti, who was charging towards him already, but Korn slammed into her and both fell back on the wheel, with Shuichi crossing his arms and tilting his head slightly.
"I thought you two would give me much more trouble than that. That was not even a warmup.", Shuichi commented.
Chianti growled as she stood up quickly while Korn removed his glasses, so they do not end up injuring his eyes. Chianti charged again towards Shuichi as she cried, "I DON'T NEED A SNIPER RIFLE TO KILL YOU! I CAN KILL YOU WITH MY BARE HANDS EASILY!".
Chianti pulled out of her pocket a knife and aimed to stab Akai in the neck, but he pushed her hand out of the way, grabbing her wrist, and head butt her, making her cry in pain from the hit's impact because of his helmet, making her dizzy.
Korn decided to take the chance and charge at Akai, sending a punch towards him, but the latter side stepped, still holding a dizzy Chianti's wrist, kicking Korn in the ankle, causing him to fall on his knees, before he balanced himself on the edge of wheel behind Chianti, placing her arm behind her back, and pushed her with Korn off the wheel.
Chianti snapped out of her dizziness and started screaming as she saw the ground getting nearer while Korn activated his teleported and grabbed Chianti from her wrist, and they teleported in black light a second before their bodies reached the ground.
Shuichi narrowed his eyes behind the visor, "They got lucky with that device. Thought I was going to get the world rid of them.".
He then jumped off the wheel, landing gracefully on his feet, feeling no pain because of the suit.
'I better go help Masumi.', He thought as he started running ahead.
"What the hell are you metal crap?!", One of the agents sneered before he fired bullets with his rifle.
The bullets, however, ricocheted off Daisuke's body easily, who cracked his knuckles, before he charged towards the agents. Daisuke sent a punch right into the face of an agent, breaking his nose and knocking him out, sending him flying away.
He then grabbed the rifle of an agent that was next to him, who had not stopped firing the bullets at him, and bent the rifle until he broke it into two pieces, before he threw them away.
"It's useless.", Daisuke replied in a robotic tone before he punched the man in the face, giving him the same fate as his previous colleague.
Daisuke then raised his right fist, and from his arm blue lines appeared before it changed from his forearm. It became much larger, the size of a giant's hand, before he swung it backwards, smacking three shocked agents at once.
Then, Daisuke's legs went the same transformation, making him stand meters high above the agents, before he kicked the nearest agent ahead, and then he jumped high in the air, before he landed on the ground, the shockwave he created sending the rest of the agents flying away, knocking them all out once they landed on the ground.
Daisuke's hands and legs returned back to their normal size before he walked up to the nearest knocked out agent and knelt down, searching for anything of use to find out about those people.
He noticed the gauntlet and placed his hand on it, blue lines surrounding the gauntlet and his eyes glowed blue, trying to gather information from it.
'It has strong security, but I was able to get that they have orders to keep FAUSD and police busy. I also found out about some basic information about FAUSD and what do they look like. Space intergalactic police, huh?', Daisuke thought.
Daisuke then remembered the strange bracelets that Ryu had, the ones who could not analyze with his eyes. Could it be that Ryu was one of those agents?
"Why not? He seems to be there when the Rangers are there, and seems to know what's going on. He also disappeared during the day Jirokichi-san died.", Daisuke mumbled as he stood up, "Looks like I'll start investigating what's going on by myself.".
Vodka let out a battle cry and charged towards Akira and sent a punch, but Akira caught the punch and threw him behind him easily, Vodka slamming into a booth like a toy.
Kir blinked in awe at Akira's shear strength, this being the first time she had seen him fight with his true strength.
"I'm not Human nor a Metahuman, I'm a Dragonian, which means super strength is something natural for me.", Akira informed Vodka as he cracked his knuckles, before Kir charged towards him.
Akira then turned to her and blocked her moves easily, feeling no pain from her attacks, but he was also trying to figure out a way to beat her and not make it look as if it was planned, yet at the same time not hurt her.
Kir narrowed her eyes at him and slammed her fist in his hmchest, him not even flinching, but he did not miss the stern look in her eyes, and he understood what she wanted to tell him.
She did not want him to go easy on her, she wanted him to make the fight look as realistic as possible, even if he was going to hurt her.
Akira closed his eyes for a second before he pushed Kir away from him easily and raised his hands above his head, forming a yellow beam of energy.
"Masenko! (Demon's Flash Of Light)", He cried as he pushed his hands forward, the ball becoming a yellow energy wave that sent Kir flying away with a cry, before she flipped mid air and landed on her feet gracefully.
Akira frowned, knowing who should not give her a chance to take a break, so he formed the same yellow energy ball in his hand before he threw it towards Kir while crying, "Masendan! (Demon Flash Bullet)".
The ball slammed into Kir's stomach, making her cry in pain, as it pushed her until she slammed into a booth, crashing into it, making Akira wince. He stared ahead, watching as Kir came out of the remains of the booth but remained seated, panting from the pain of both hits, and he saw that his last move tore her clothes at her stomach, a deep red bruise in its place.
He almost forgot the plan, had he not heard Vodka's running footsteps behind him. Feeling anger running in his veins at one of the reasons of why he had to hurt his girlfriend, Akira turned to Vodka with a cold look of hatred.
"I'll show you what my fists could do! Why I was known in the Berlin as the bloody butcher because of them!", Vodka cried as he readied both fists, clenching them tightly.
"And I'll show you why no one dared to fight me back on Dragonia.", Akira replied, "This move, I learned from Kaiden.".
Akira had white aura surround him as he readied his fist before he charged towards Vodka while spinning and cried, "Super Dragon Fist!".
He then evaded both of his punches, and punched him twice in the face, before he sent an uppercut, and then kicked him in the face, sending him flying in the air. He then, with the same right fist, released a shockwave, that sent Vodka flying meters away, before he landed on the ground with a thud, his face bleeding profusely, his glasses destroyed, and completely knocked out.
Akira, seeing that Vodka was knocked out, rushed towards Kir, and stared down at her.
She looked up at him weakly, "Don't worry… We turned off all our communicators and those special gauntlets they had given us :9 you don't notice our new technology…".
Akira knelt down to her level and said worriedly and in guilty, "I'm so sorry! I didn't want to do it! But… but…".
Hidemi placed her finger on his lip, silencing him, and chuckled a bit, "I'm the one who technically told you to give it all you've got… so I'm not mad…".
"Hidemi I-", Akira stopped talking and his eyes widened in horror as he looked away, making Hidemi look at him in alert.
"Akira, what's wrong?", She asked seriously, ignoring her injuries.
"Akuma and his generals are here… I can sense their energies… they're fighting the Rangers!", He said in disbelief.
Hidemi's eyes widened in horror, "No…. you don't think they teamed up with the Organization… But… it's too much of a coincidence for them to be here…".
"I wish I could've told you no… but they definitely required a portal and if they could've built it before, they could've been here earlier… So, who else built it?", Akira explained grimly.
Hidemi cursed, "We were a diversion. It wasn't just about killing Curaçao. It was about keeping all FAUSD and any ally busy until they defeat the Rangers.".
She then looked at him determinedly, "Go help them! The medical team in the Organization will heal me, my role and Vodka's is done now.".
"Be careful.", Akira nodded before he gave a quick peck on the cheek, and flew high in the air, just as Static arrived.
"Akira-".
"Akuma and his generals are here! I sensed their energies!", Akira interrupted Static, and the latter's eyes widened.
"Lead the way then! We are right behind you!", Static cried in hurry, knowing that they had to help the Rangers before it was too late.
Hidemi watched as Static and Akira flew away at their top speed, before she slowly stood up, and walked at the same speed towards Vodka, activating her gauntlet, before she held his hand, and they both teleported in black light.
The Rangers slowly stood up as they stood in fighting stances, burying their fears and doubts deep down, as they faced Akuma and his generals.
"I honestly did not think we will meet you that early.", Shinichi voiced his thoughts.
"Neither did we, but here we are.", Akuma sighed in mockery before he rubbed his chin and then counted, "1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7… Against 70.".
"70?", Heiji repeated in confusion, and that's when he and the Rangers noticed that a straw-looking baskets were surrounding them.
The baskets then stood up, revealing that they were robots. They had flat silver feet with sharp clawed fingers, their legs and arms were black, they had a long cylindrical tube as a chest between the straw-looking part. Wide red eyes with a straw-hat on their head.
"What the? Those aren't the Gridnoids.", Masumi noted.
"Forget about the Gridnoids. They were made with limited materials. These are the Deathnoids, made from strongest materials in the universe and the most advanced technology provided by Genesis, by the hands of Madeira.", Akuma introduced the robots.
"They don't look so special.", Saguru mumbled.
"Yeah, they're just straw baskets.", Kaito mocked.
One of the Deathnoids' eyes glowed red before he shot from his chest a long black rope that landed across the Rangers, and a second later, it exploded, sending the Rangers flying into different directions.
"Do your job, like last time.", Akuma ordered.
"What about you?", Blaze asked curiously. Akuma raised his head and stared at the night sky.
"Don't worry, I'll keep myself busy.", Akuma mumbled.
"Guess I'll kill myself another Blue and Black Rangers then.", Kisame laughed as he took twenty Deathnoids and headed towards where Heiji and Makoto fell.
"It's time for me to hunt another White Ranger.", Reaper growled as he headed towards where Kaito fell with ten Deathnoids.
"Those girls need to learn their place.", Kaguya smirked as she headed towards where Masumi and Ran fell with twenty Deathnoids.
"The Red Ranger is mine, this time.", Blaze rushed to where Shinichi fell with ten Deathnoids.
"I'll handle the Green Ranger.", Genesis adjusted his glasses as he headed towards where Saguru fell with ten Deathnoids.
A minute later after the Generals left, Akuma narrowed his eyes as he counted, "3… 2… 1…".
And then a white beam landed across him roughly, causing smoke to surround it as the beam died down.
"It's been 10 years, and you still haven't changed.", Akuma commented.
"I could say the same to you, Akuma.", Kaiden replied coldly as the smoke around him cleared.
"So, you finally registered that I'm no longer your old friend, Klaus Vegason?", Akuma mocked as purple aura surrounded his body.
"A long time ago when I saw the blood on your hands. You'll pay for everything.", Kaiden replied as whit aura surrounded his body.
"You think so? Because I believe I'll easy kill you, absorb the Medallions' powers, and kill your beloved adopted sons and Rangers, and add this planet to my empire.", Akuma laughed evilly, "As we speak, my generals have probably wiped the floor with your students!".
Kaiden said nothing for a second before a smirk appeared on his face, recalling the harsh training his students had gone through with him and their FAUSD instructors, before he looked Akuma in the eye as he readied himself in a fighting stance, the latter doing the same, and said,
"I don't think so.".
And both charged at each other.
As a celebration for me finishing the midterms early, I published this chapter earlier than the date I said I would.
