Mavis: Last time on Challenge Island, our twelve contestants competed in a game of truth or dare. There were some interesting truths and fun dares. The dares got a bigger reaction. In the end, Mirajane refused to do a dare and that resulted to the Tenacious Tigers losing and Mirajane being eliminated. There was also quite a turn of events after the Elimination Ceremony. Only eleven are left. What is going to happen now? Let's find out on Challenge Island!
Everyone thought it was just going to be another day on Tenrou Island, but there are secrets stirring. Natsu isn't aware of it. As he was in the middle of a workout out in the open, Lucy was watching him. She liked seeing him work like that, but she was also feeling bad after what happened last night.
"Hey, Lucy." Natsu said. "You need something?"
"Uh... No." Lucy said as she didn't have the heart yet to tell him. As for Gray, he just finished up breakfast and was on his way back to the cabins, but Juvia appeared to be waiting for him.
"Hi, Gray!" Juvia greeted. "I was thinking of taking a hike through the woods. You like to join me?" She offered in hopes of being alone with him. "We could find cute animals, find some yummy berries, maybe go into a spooky cave where we have to cling to each other for comfort."
"Uh... No, thanks." Gray said as he just brushed her off, but did give Lucy some attention. "Hey, Lucy."
"Hey." Lucy said, but noticed Juvia. "Uh... Juvia, did you invite Gray to go for a hike like I suggested?" Gray thought it was weird Lucy would give Juvia that idea, but Lucy has her reasons
Confessional (Lucy): I am so dead! Last night, I made-out with Gray! If Juvia finds out, she's going to kill me! If Natsu finds out, I don't know what he'll do. I've got to keep this a secret.
As they all were talking, Levy and Erza were just sitting on the cabin and trying to relax. However, Levy was having a hard time relaxing because she knows what happened between Gray and Lucy.
"Is something wrong, Levy?" Erza asked. The real issue for Levy is that she isn't sure if she should say anything or not.
Confessional (Levy): Last night, I saw Gray and Lucy kiss, and it was an intense one. I don't know if I should say anything to anyone, but I don't know if I can keep something this big a secret. Shouldn't Natsu and Juvia know about it?
"You know you can tell me if there's something bothering you." Erza encouraged.
"I... I appreciate that Erza, but I'm just not sure if I should." Levy said. What she didn't know was that Minerva was passing by and she overheard the two of them. She saw this as a way to gain some power.
Confessional (Minerva): Interesting... Levy seems to have a secret. She acted pretty normal yesterday, which means something had to happened after the challenge. If I can find out what, I might be able to use it, and I got ways.
It seemed like a relatively normal day until they heard the sound of an engine. They all looked around and saw an ATV riding out of control. All of them cleared out of the way until Mavis pulled to a stop and removed the helmet.
"Wow! These things are awesome!" Mavis said. "I hope you all enjoyed that because we're taking this challenge...to the extreme!" She declared with her shouting that last part. "Today's challenge features three parts just like in the water challenge. That means the team that wins two out of three challenges will be the one that wins the challenge. This time, it features some extreme events."
"Wow. This is going to be awesome, Rogue." Sting said. "We always wanted to kick it to the extreme when we were kids, and now we get to."
Confessional (Rogue): In case you don't know, Sting and I have been friends for a long time. Our fathers are old friends, and that's how we know each other. You've probably noticed that he can be a little energetic and I'm a little more mellow. Still, we're great friends.
"There's one other difference between this challenge and the water challenge." Mavis said. "Rather than choosing who competes for your team, we've already made the choices. The first part of the challenge features skydiving."
"You mean we actually have to sky dive?!" Levy said as that sounded scary.
"That's right. You dive down and try to land on the target." Mavis said. "This one will have Minerva vs. Gray." Both of them took it rather well. Neither of them wanted to back down. "The next challenge features a mechanical bull. You have to hold as it thrashes around, and it will be harsh."
"That doesn't sound so bad. I've ridden real horses that like to thrash." Erza said.
"It's your lucky day, Erza, because you are competing for the Fierce Falcons." Mavis claimed. "Competing for the Tenacious Tigers will be Sting."
"Awesome. I always wanted to try this." Sting said.
"The final challenge will be rock climbing." Mavis said.
"How is rock climbing extreme?" Laxus questioned.
"It can be rather hard, especially at great heights." Mavis said. "The two competing in this one will be Natsu and Rogue."
"Sweet. No way I could miss this challenge." Natsu said as he was getting really fired up.
"Well, if we all understand how this is going to work, let's get started." Mavis said. "Minerva and Gray, the helicopter is going be fueled and ready for you."
Confessional (Minerva): This could be my chance. I'll have to play it carefully, but I might be able to get some info I can use.
Gray and Minerva were loaded up into a helicopter and were taken high above the ground. They could see the target, but the height would make anyone uneasy.
"Is this really safe?!" Gray called.
"No worries! You just have to pull the cord on your backpacks and everything will be fine!" Mavis called. "I promise you that you are in good hands. Any beginner can jump from this height and be unharmed as long as you pull the cord!" This was already shaping to be an extreme challenge. However, Minerva saw this as an opportunity.
"Something off with your team?! You're not the only one that's nervous!" Minerva said.
"What do you mean?!" Gray said.
"Levy was rather anxious about something earlier!" Minerva said. "I don't blame her. What she saw last night could end up disrupting your team!"
"What?! Are you saying you and Levy know about me and Lucy?!" Gray said. He gave her just what she needed.
"Thanks for the tip!" Minerva said and jumped down.
"Hey!" Gray called as he could tell he just been played. "Get back here!" He called and dived after her. Without thinking, he forgot for a moment that they were skydiving. Gray panicked and pulled the chord for his parachute. However, he pulled it a little too early and caused him to drift away. "Hey! No! Wait!" He called as the wind just carried him off. Minerva waited a little sooner and then pulled it at the right time. She released her parachute and was now drifting down with her landing right on the target.
"Looks like the Tenacious Tigers win the first one! That means them winning the next part will mean they win the challenge!" Mavis announced. What's more is that Minerva has knowledge that she can use against the other team.
Confessional (Minerva): So something happened between Lucy and Gray. That's good to know. Now, I just need to figure out when and how to use it.
"Wait! What happened to Gray?!" Juvia called.

Gray
"Hey! Hello! Someone get me down!" Gray called. He ended up drifting to the other side of the island and now he's caught in a tree trying to get down.

The Challenge
"Now, let's move on to the second part of the challenge." Mavis said. "Don't worry about Gray. We'll make sure that he's okay. It's now time for the mechanical bull. Sting and Erza, I hope you two are ready." A mechanical bull might not be so easy to ride, but the Fierce Falcons can't afford another defeat. "Sting, you're up first. That means you get to set the time."
"Awesome." Sting said as he was going first. As they were getting things ready for the next challenge, Natsu wanted to talk to Lucy.
"Hey, Lucy. Could we talk?" Natsu asked.
"Sure. Is something wrong?" Lucy asked.
"Listen, I can't shake the feeling that there's something going on between you and Gray, so I want to say this while I still can." Natsu said. "I think you're something special. I also don't like how your father tries to control your life, but you're trying to regain control."
"Uh... Thanks." Lucy said, but that wasn't really anything new.
"And...if you want, when this is all over...I could help you leave that place. You wouldn't have to go back to it." Natsu offered. "Heck, I could talk to my family and have you stay with us. It has to be better than living some fancy life where you can't be yourself." That surprised Lucy.
"You would do that for me?" Lucy said. No one has ever made an offer like that before. She couldn't believe it. Natsu must really like her if he's willing to do something like that for her. She couldn't believe it, but Levy heard it and made it harder for her to keep the secret.
"Are you ready, Sting?" Mavis asked. Sting put himself on the mechanical bull and readied himself. "I should warn you that it's going to harsh."
"Do it!" Sting said as he was ready. The bull was turned on and started thrashing around like a real bull. It ended up being harder than Sting thought.
"And Sting is..." "Awww!" Sting ended up flying right pass Mavis just as the clock started.
"Out?! That was only like eight seconds." Mavis said.
"Are you okay, Sting?" Jellal asked as he and Rogue helped him stand.
"No more sweetie pickles for me, Mommy. My tummy hurts." Sting said in a delirious state. That mechanical bull thrashed him around pretty good, and Erza is up next.
"Okay, Erza. If you can hold on to that thing for more than eight seconds, your team will win this one." Mavis said. After seeing how the thing moves around, Erza could be in trouble with this. However, she's not backing down. She cracked her fingers and readied herself for whatever that thing might try to do to her. Erza mounted on it and held on tight. "Ready?"
"Let's do it!" Erza said. The bull started up and started thrashing around with Erza holding as tight as she could. This provided Juvia the chance she needed.
"Excuse me, Lucy. Can I talk to you about something?" Juvia asked.
"You too?" Lucy questioned.
"Yes. I've been doing some thinking, and I would like us to be friends." Juvia said. "It does seem like you and Gray are close, but then Lyon said something to me. Nothing really has happened between the two of you, and I can tell you're a kind person. So, if it's okay, I want us to be friends. Just please don't try to hit on Gray. I really like him, and I certainly wouldn't want our friendship to be in jeopardy. Besides, Natsu really likes you. I can tell."
"Wow... Juvia, of course we can be friends. I thought we already were." Lucy said. Juvia was glad to hear that. She actually hugged Lucy, but it just made Lucy feel so guilty about the other night.
"Erza! It's been more than eight seconds! You can get off now! Your team won!" Mavis called.
"No! This is fun!" Erza called as she was actually enjoying it.
"Okay... While we try to get her off that, the third and final challenge will determine which team will be the one that wins." Mavis announced.

Later
After finally getting Erza off that mechanical bull, the teams moved on to the final challenge. They all made it to a rock climbing wall that was really high up with a flag sitting at the top. Natsu and Rogue were placed in climbing gear to help them up that thing and keep them safe.
"This is it! The final challenge will be between Rogue and Natsu!" Mavis announced. "The first one to claim the flag at the top will be the one that wins!"
"You good at rock climbing, Natsu?" Levy questioned.
"No problem." Natsu said.
"It might be. Sting and I did this sort of thing back home. It was a lot of fun." Rogue said.
"This one could be close." Jellal said.
"Yes... Perhaps I can turn the tide." Minerva said as this might be the opportunity she needs. She decided to go for it. "Levy, I must admit something." She said as she stepped forward to her. "I know, and I know that you know. This secret can't be kept from your team. You owe it to them, especially Natsu and Juvia. Tell them what you know about Lucy and Gray."
"What?" Juvia said.
"What is she talking about?" Natsu said as his attention was on that now. Lucy could feel it. She's going to be in so much trouble, especially since Levy struggled to hold it in.
"I saw Lucy and Gray make-out last night!" Levy admitted, then sighed with relief. "That actually felt good."
"What?!" Natsu said.
"What?!" Juvia shouted. Both of them in shock and anger over hearing that. "You!" She turned to Lucy and attempted to attack her, but Erza held her back.
"Uh... I don't mean to sound insensitive to the situation, but we do have a challenge to get through." Mavis said.
"How could you?! I thought we were finally friends! I hate you! I hate you!" Juvia shouted. Good thing Erza was there to hold her back.
"Go!" Mavis called. The challenge started with Rogue starting to climb with his team cheering for him, but Natsu didn't even attempt it. He was too distracted over what he heard.
"You! Gray! I knew it!" Natsu shouted as he was plenty angry.
"Worry about it later! Climb, Natsu! Climb!" Erza called.
"Natsu, stay where you are!" Juvia said.
"But we'll lose." Erza reminded until she realized that's exactly what Juvia wants so she can get rid of Lucy. "Oh..."
"You are so el-imi-na-ted!" Juvia claimed with Lucy really scared now. She can't go home like this, but she might not have a choice.
"Go, Rogue! You're almost there!" Sting called.
"We've got this." Minerva said. Natsu was plenty angry at what was going on, but he needed to take that anger out on something. He couldn't ignore the rage and took to the rock climbing. He started to climb straight up and was moving like a savage beast up that thing. They all couldn't believe the speed he was going at.
"Look at him go!" Levy said.
"Come on, Natsu." Lucy said.
"You don't get to cheer!" Juvia shouted. Natsu just kept on going like climbing was as easy as running for him.
"Rogue, watch out!" Laxus called.
"Huh?" Rogue looked down and he saw an angry Natsu heading right for him like some sort of monster. Rogue got really scared from that and tried to climb faster, but Natsu was unstoppable. He even grabbed a hold of Rogue and actually tossed him off the wall. He didn't stop there until he reached the top, grabbed the flag, and let out a mighty roar. They were all astonished at what they just saw.
"And... The Fierce Falcons win!" Mavis announced with all of them stunned at what they saw.
"Yes." Lucy whispered.
"Well... That didn't go the way I expected." Minerva said.
"Hey! I'm back!" Gray called as he finally caught up with everyone else. "What did I miss?"
"You!" Natsu shouted. He took the flag and threw it like a spear with it narrowly missing Gray.
"Are you insane?!" Gray said, but Natsu's rage and anger was so hard for him to control. He came right down and attacked Gray. This could be a problem for the Fierce Falcons.

The Elimination Ceremony
"Tenacious Tigers, this does not look good for you." Mavis said. The Elimination Ceremony was underway once again with the Tigers needing to vote out another. "There are only five you, half of what their originally was. Now, there will only be four of you left. Laxus and Jellal, you two are safe since you have no votes and really no reason to be voted out."
"Unlike Minerva. I have to say that what she did back at the rock wall was a low blow." Rogue said.
"Maybe, but Minerva is safe because she completed her challenge and only has two votes against her." Mavis said with Minerva glad to hear that. "That means one of you two have three."
"What?! One of us?" Sting said as he didn't like that.
"You two did fail your challenges, and that cost your team the win." Mavis said. "The one who is safe is..." Both of them were a little nervous. They've been good friends for a long time, but now it looks like they're going to be torn apart. Will it be energetic light Sting or the shadowy mellow Rogue. "Sting."
"Oh man. Rogue, I'm sorry." Sting said.
"It's fine. It was bound to happen." Rogue said. "It's been fun." He said as he said his farewell to each one of them. "Good luck, Sting. Try to behave yourself without me."
"Hey! I'm not that immature!" Sting called. It might be tough to see his buddy go, but he still had some fun. With that, Rogue got on the next boat and was now eliminated.
"And we are now down to ten. We're halfway through." Mavis announced. "With the tension and drama stirring now with Lucy, Gray, Natsu, and Juvia; what is going to happen next? Find out on the next Challenge Island!"
