(Sonic and the Secret Rings- The Lost Prologue)
Fog, all Kai could see was fog, it was a purple hue, it almost looked poisonous but Kai already knew it wasn't as he had been here before, multiple times in fact, suddenly the fog started to move and shift around him as it started to collect in front of him, towering over him like a giant, the fog begun to take shape, twisting and turning into form, that being a woman, the fog, now completed its transformation, displayed a woman, who's skin matched the colour of the fog, her eyes were glowing with violet and her hair was as black as the night sky, Kai upon seeing this quickly kneeled down before her and bowed his head in her presents, " My Raven Queen", Kai said as he awaited her response, " You may raise Kai", The Raven Queen said with a calm tone as Kai rose from his kneeled position, "What is it that you need me to do?", Kai said awaiting orders from the towering figure, "I have a very important task for you, a task that might be your greatest one yet", The Raven Queen said with a calm yet authoritative , despite that Kai was eager to hear what she had to say regardless as he was fully devoted to The Raven Queen, " What ever it is, I'll do it to the best of my abilities, my queen", he said with pride, "I know kai, I have complete trust in you, which is why I need you to go beyond the dimensional webway and into the outer planes", she said shocking Kai a bit, " The outer planes, my queen what could possibly be out there thats so imporant?", he questioned, " That would be this", she said as the fog started to shift and create a picture of a young girl with brown skin and dark brown ponytail, wearing a jean vest with black and white shirt underneath along with a magenta skirt and black shorts.
Kai was puzzled as he did not understand why The Raven Queen was showing this to him, " Uhh… a girl, I don't mean to be rude my queen but I failed to see me going to the outer planes for a single girl is important", Kai said with a slightly let down tone, "I mean she doesn't even look dangerous or of high importance", Kai continued further sumeanting his dissapointment, " While I too do not know the reason of her importance, what I do know is that a lot of spirits across the dimensional webway have been homing in on her dimension and I do believe that they mean to do her harm", The Raven Queen said with seriousness in her voice causing Kai to staighten up a bit, " That is why I need you to go and find her, protect her by any means neccersary, do not let the spirits get to her", The Raven Queen said, her seriousness increasing in her voice.

Kai gave one last look at the picture of the girl before turning to face The Raven Queen, Kai once again knelt down before her and spoke," While I may not understand it fully, consider it done my queen", Kai said with vigour and pride, making The Raven Queen smile, "Thank you Kai, when you land in her dimension all your equipment will be with you, along with both my magic and yours ", she says as Kai braced himself to be sent away,"Are you ready Kai?", The Raven Queen said, Kai gave a stern look and a strong stance, "Yes my queen, but may I ask the name of this girl im looking for?", he said, making The Raven Queen respond in her previously calm tone," Certainly Kai, her name is Molly Mcgee."
Kai suddenly awoke, remembering his conversation with The Raven Queen and the mission that came with it, Kai slowly got up and walked out of the crater he was in, as he dusted off any ruble on him. Kai observed the area around him, he could hear multiple car alarms going off along with some dogs barking, he saw that he was in an alleyway filled with small bags of trash and some graffiti along the walls, the smell from the trash cause him to scrunch up his noise in disgust, "How can someone so important live in a cruddy place like this", he thought to himself, but Kai put that aside as he had a job to do, he checked his body to make sure that he had his equipment, he noticed he was wearing his black ninja garb, along with his two katanas strapped to his sides. After he was done checking, Kai felt like he was ready for his mission, " Alright, got my equipment ready, time to find this Molly Mcgee girl, hopeful she isn't the type to run away and make my job difficult but regardless I'll find her one way or another", he thought to himself, before disapearing in to a flock of ravens, flying into the night sky, beginning his search for Molly Mcgee.
