Chapter 9

The next day the group split up. The CATS took Luz to Blight manor. And the adults headed toward the head of the Titan. Luckily both Eda and Lilith are wearing coven scout uniforms. Soon they arrived and Eda told Raine to be careful. Luckily Raine has Darius and Emberwolf on their side. Soon all of the coven heads are in place. Belos got ready to start the spell.

"Emperor Belos please again what this spell is going to do." stated Raine

Belos smiled and starting telling everyone what the spell is going to do. While he talked Eda and Lilith got into potion. After Belos got done explaining the spell. Raine smirked and stated "Wow that sounds like one heck of a spell. Too bad you're not going to be able to use it. NOW!" Darius and Emberwolf started attacking the coven heads. Raine summoned their violin and joined in on the fight. When Eda and Lilith heard Raine yell now. Eda transformed into her harpie form. And Lilith got on her staff. Both flew up to where the coven heads and Belos are. Eda flew down and joined in the fight. And it looks like Mason is on Raine's side.

Lilith landed in front of Belos and got off her staff. She glared at Belos and yelled "Emperor Belos I challenge you to a witches duel! If I win you will step down as Emperor! And leave the Boiling Isles forever!" Belos studied the witch in front of him. Soon he realized that it's Lilith. He smirked and stated "And if I win you and every witch with a sigal dies Lilith." Lilith also smirked and said "Damn sound like you figured me out. Oh well you're going to able to do anything about it." Belos glared at Lilith and stated "Of course I will be able to something about it. Because I plan on killing you." With that said Lilith and Belos started fighting.

Meanwhile Luz, Willow, Hunter, and Gus. Got Amity, Edric, and Emira out of Blight Manor. They managed to get on a airship with Alador. Now they are on their way to the head of the Titan. At the head the fights are intense. Belos is finding Lilith to be quite the opponent. Ten minutes later Belos can tell. One that his curse is about to rear its ugly head. And two can see that the coven heads. On his side are having trouble. And the ones giving them the most trouble is Eda and Raine. Belos finds Eda's new form interesting. But he thinks taking out Eda and Raine is the key to his victory.

So Belos allowed his curse to take over. Belos is now in his cursed form. Lilith finds Belos's cursed form gross. But she needs to defeat him. So she went to attack Belos. Belos turned his arms into long sharp tentacles. And he attacked but he isn't aiming at Lilith. His attack is aimed at Eda. Lilith quickly got on her staff and flew to block Belos's attack. She got in front of the attack but. Lilith didn't get a chance to put up a shield. And the sharp tentacle went right into Lilith's chest. Eda saw what is going on. And watched as Lilith fell to the ground. Eda flew down to Lilith and went up to her. Lilith is laying on the ground, her eyes are closed, and she is bleeding.

Eda knelt down and shook Lilith.

"Lilly get up get up Lilly." urged Eda

The only response she got from Lilith is a groan. Angry and afraid that Lilith is seriously hurt. Eda glared at Belos and growled "I'm going to kill you." Suddenly Eda started transforming again. Belos watches as Eda grew larger, her wings changed, dark feathers are cover her, and she is now on all fours. Just as the moon started covering the sun. Eda has finished transforming. And she looks like a combination of her harpy form and her owl beast form. Eda glared at Belos again. She let out a shriek and charged at him. Just as Eda went after Belos the airship arrived. It landed near by and everyone got off. As they got close Luz and Amity saw Lilith on the ground.

They ran up to her and shook her. Luz and Amity are trying not to cry. Because they can see a lot of blood. And all they got from Lilith was a groan.

"Lilith get up please get up. I forgive you for what happened at the castle." cried Luz

"And I forgive you for what happened at the convention." sobbed Amity

This touching scene caused Luz's egg to hatch. Luz now has a snake shifter named Stringbean. The two teen girls reluctantly got to leave Lilith. When they heard moaning come from Lilith. Luz and Amity watched as Lilith started to change. Within a few minutes dark fur and feather cover Lilith. Bat Like wings have come out of her back. Just then glyphs started appearing around Lilith. Lilith's eyes opened and they are a greenish yellow. She stood up without looking at the girls. Then she took to the sky and flew toward Belos. The moon is now covering the sun and the Boiling sea is reseeding. The girls got on their staffs and joined in on the fight.

Belos swatted Eda out of the way. And yelled "I need to do my spell!"

"You will be doing no such thing. I will not allow you to kill the witches." stated a voice

Belos looked and saw what looks like Lilith but different. He glared at her and growled. Eda saw Lilith and flew up to her. Lilith patted her on the head and said "Go help fight the coven head. I've got this." Eda let out a grumble then flew off. Glyphs surrounded Lilith and she attacked. Five minutes have passed and the coven heads have been defeated and tied up. Suddenly they heard Belos let out a scream. Everyone looked and saw and ice spike going through him. Just then a glyph that no one has seen before appeared. And not long after it appeared a bright light also appeared.

The light is so bright that everyone closed their eyes. Soon the bright light is gone and everyone opened their eyes. They looked and saw that Belos is gone. Lilith flew up high so everyone can hear and see her. When she spoke her voice sounds different.

"People of the Boiling Isles. I am the spirit of the Titan that you live on. I am sharing the body of the witch known as Lilith Clawthorne. Emperor Belos is now gone. I got rid of him. The spell that he was going to use. Was going to drain and kill every witch with a sigal. He didn't care about you all at all. He was out to kill you all because he hated witches. He hated witches because of what happened between him, his brother, and a witch that his brother fell in love with. He has been living on the Isles for hundreds of years. And he has been lying about wild magic and being able to speak to me.

People of the Boiling Isles. You can practice whatever magic you want. The only one that I was mad at was Belos. One more thing before I go. Inside my skull is a pit where. Belos would dispose of the bodies of the golden guards. Also in that pit is a plate with the collector trapped inside. Use my son's blood to release him." informed the Titan

Lilith looked down and found King. Then spoke again "My son I'm sorry that I wasn't there for you. That's why I sent Eda to you. I'm glad that she took you and raised you. I love you my son. And goodbye. everyone."
