Shoto defends himself by creating a wall of ice, the interesting thing about Shoto is that on his chest there is an X-shaped fire that is half orange and half white.

- "I don't think so, at least not directly."- Mera said. – "No matter how twisted his mind is, he was part of the commission, perhaps he temporarily allied himself with the league for his own benefit or for some mutually beneficial deal."-

As soon as everyone processed that information, the reaction was something expected. – "That's not a normal thing!"- They all said.
- "Wait, the League of Villains, do we finally know where it is?"-
- "Yes, it was to discover that that I was absent the other day."- Aizawa said. – "Before continuing, I want to emphasize that everything you hear here you will not say to anyone outside of UA."-
- "Yes, sensei!"-
- "Well, now, the reason I tell you this is because you will participate in the operation."- Aizawa said.

Another chapter finished and yeah.
As I said, another quiet chapter before the final fight, this time to simply finish preparing everything for the final battle so as to excuse how this arc happens at the same time as the previous one, since months passed for the previous arc to happen.
Besides that we also have why no one wonders what the hell is going on with Izumi and all her quirks since this time she unlocked them much earlier than in canon.
There's not much to say except that we simply added a little more history to Hiro who we don't really know anything about and before you say anything, this is how I planned it, an enemy who simply doesn't have the great past that he has always been like this.
Also, just in case you didn't notice, the heroes who helped Hiro escape are the ones who would become the silver guard in the future.
They are small details that help expand small things in the story.
Lastly, we have the Mid-Gauntlets; that and the cape by Gran Torino in the last chapter is to update Izumi's hero suit to be similar to the one from the last arc in the canon, I really like that suit so I wanted to add it here.
Other than that, as I said, just a chapter to finish preparing everything.
