Yep that's right - time for the weekly update of Fate/Ultraman
Episode 5: The human limit
[Japan, Souya]
In the middle of the night, the clashing of metal against flesh can be heard as the people, now used to the presence of Ultraman, record everything while keeping their distance.
"Is that Ultraman?" "No way! Ultraman is red, this guy is just all silver!" "Keep quiet he might spot us" "Oh god he's killing that woman!" "Dumbass can any woman survive that beating"
B.E.M.U.L.A.R continues to fight the blessed one of this planet as he merely played with her. She is nothing more than a worm larger than the other insignificant worms, with more control over the dirt they travel through. How pathetic, is this the best this planet - that once terrified the Galactic federation - has to offer?
"Useless, you are weak"
[POV switch]
'Who the hell is this guy' Arcueid Brunestud, archetype Earth asked mentally as she tried to heal from her wound. Yet to no avail as for some reasons her wound just refuse to heal. She looks up at the ThInG before her and tried to get up as she felt her legs falter - She was hunting down Roa when suddenly this ???appeared and started to fight her. Even when she created a barrier of distorted space, IT merely tore through it with speed so fast i? might as well be teleporting.
! Widening her eyes, she tried to duck to the other side to avoid another attack but she felt something(not me)pierce her abdomen as she looked down to see a hand inside it as the BEING merely squeezed its hand whilst smugly(It's but a machine) saying "Do you like it? This is Carbonadium, specifically made to halt regenerative ability. Even the soul can't regenerate"
Then BEMULAR raised his arm as he slam Arcueid head into the ground. Pulling his hand out he merely stated "I expected more from the Archetype of this planet, I have been sorely mistaken. I do not see why my creators deem this planet a threat to the universe."
Watching as Arcueid rise as she held her stomach, he look at her in fascination as she then alter the probability of the timeline to fit her needs, changing every single detail until the landscape around them submit to her will. Becoming a cube that entraps him as he's cut off from reality.
"Fascinating, even lower life forms can use this ability, however that's as far as you can go. This ability is nothing compared to the power of technology"
[Activating countermeasure 2 045 - Type Maeda Reality anchor]
Acrueid eyes widen as she was blast back into a wall and collapse. BEMULAR merely walked (floated?) up to her as he said "I have had enough games, it appears I cannot pierce this world collected Noosphere, so you will have to do... Where are the Model Velber scout ship?"
Struggling Acrueid can only moan out weakly "what?"
As BEMULAR ready to blow her to smithereens he spoke out with a finality "Do not play with me, I know you know where th-"
Suddenly his sensor detected something...Alien technology - something this planet civilization should not have. But what's more frightening is that this technology is very similar to the Velber Seijin and the Ancient Meguma empire.

[A literal hour ago]
Flying through the air at speeds faster than light - I enter Mongolia, or what I think is Mongolia. I have no idea actually, but I was somewhere in China fighting some sort of 4 eye, 6 arms bronze demon thingy. The system identify it as Chiyou - a Yaoguai associated with the authority of war and chaos - which certainly proves his resilience and the fact that everyone down on the ground began to fight each other.
Fortunately, Tsuburaya like to think of themselves as a horror show despite clearly making kids show and we Ultraman have been fighting ghost and demons since 1971. Our predecessor have came up with a way to deal with such supernatural things.
Hit it with a Spacium Kousen. If it's not 'dead' hit it with one more until it drops dead.
No way who made us Ultraman scientific?
At any rate, after defeating the monster I flew north and suddenly I almost blank out. Fortunately the suit had countermeasures to automatically take control of my suit and after a bit of groaning I woke up.
So it turns out that Mongolia got fucked to the point of now literally not existing and anything passing through it would blank out until they pass through. But this is perfect. Since Mongolia doesn't exist, then that means I can use the entire country as a base.
A day or so later I managed to set up a rudimentary base as I began to work on my greatest project - Satellite There... Zea since just saying There sounds so bad and wow. It's harder than you think, since even when I can use telekinesis/super speed to build the thing and ask the system to do all the coding, this satellite still took a day to do since it needs 'date' to truly work at 100%.
Regardless, it's good enough to do complex calculations and deduce alternative timelines and even account for most probability. Of course since it can't scan the entire world, I connect it to the Ultra receiver so it's good enough.
"System, how do you feel?"
[Analysis: Computing power is at 300% than original, deviation accountability at 5% increments, and data storage has increased by 500%. In short, everything is much better, thank you master]
"Oh ok, so I am going to designate you as Zea" I said as [Affirmative, my new name is Zea]
Now what will I do today?
[POV switch GOC Chinese branch]
"Attention! Angel Branch!" A man with a missing eyes said as he looked at 12 being in an Exosuit, the white metallic plating perfectly mesh with the muscular fiber, aerodynamic with 2 'angelic' wings that mechanically flex as they held their blasters.
"26 hours ago, the being known as Ultraman entered China and defeated the being known as Chiyou, the fight lasted for roughly all but 5 minutes - then he just left. His very existence is destroying and exposing that mysteries we have kept away from the public for so long. In my opinion he needs to be exterminated! But the higher ups said that we need to bring him in. So treat him with extreme prejudice! Understood!?"
At once all 12 soldiers, man and woman, clasped their rifle in a salute as the general smiled "GOOD! now he's currently hiding somewhere in Country X" the general said as a map of the world is shown, the rough outline of Country X shown as he continue "We're currently monitoring the area for any entry and exit, and god knows that there are only 2 beings that can either enter or leave. The corpse and Ultraman, the moment he leaves, a laser from one of our Tiamat class satellite will fire on him, that will weaken him enough to take him down"
He looks back at the assembled man and woman "We currently do not know his upper limit or full capabilities aside from some sort of anomalous flight, energy projectiles and manipulation, as well as telekinesis and teleportation. Not only that but his suit uses Vibranium as an under weave and is immune to all known form of magecraft. It's best to try and immobilize him before using weapons. Is that clear!?"

[A bit later]
'Alright, time to leave and save the world again, I wonder what today will be li-'
[Master! From above!]
Instantly I stopped flying as I trusted Zea and instinctively raised my hand up to conjure a giant Ultra barrier shaping it into a kind of bowl as it spreads the laser outwards above - the surrounding area began to break down from the amount of energy being created but I merely pushed as the Ultra barrier flew high into the sky - impacting the source of the laser.
My eyes widen as I look around - Zea pinging all the hostiles surrounding me, humanoid in shape... Are they angels? No obviously not, looking at it they seems to be an exosuit of some sort. They are fast, using some sort of anti gravity mechanism to remove resistance so they can reach near the speed of light, in addition to that their suit is made out of... Adamantium!? Well that was unexpected... But I have faced tougher.
The 12 angels circled around me as I looked around. I decided that they might be humans, so
"Ultra teleportation!" I said as I tried to teleport when suddenly a bunch of light flash around me and... nothing occurred. It was like I am being repelled by something. Well this is very interesting
"Ultraman!" one of the angels (female?) shouted as she got closer to make her voice heard "Surrender now and take off your armor! By the orders of the G.O.C you are under arrest"
GOC? Where have I heard that before?

[POV switch: Ultraman]
I accessed all their comms as I made an important announcement for the GOC to hear. Speaking as if I was right next to them {Tell me... Does the GOC see me as a threat to humanity? Or a threat to their delusional grandeur?}
Silence is all I could meet until suddenly I heard a voice on the comms line
{Ultraman correct? I am Lucia Gonchalez, a negotiator of the GOC and I wou-} {Silence} {... Mr Ultraman} {What part of 'silence' did you not understand?} {... Very wel-} {Could it be that you were an orphan? Perhaps without parents, you never learnt how to stop being an annoying little prick} {...} {Now, I only asked a very simple question... Does the GOC see me as a threat to humanity or a threat to the 'veil'}
[POV switch - Lucia]
Turning off the Comms, Lucia couldn't help but ask 'What?' fortunately he is one of the best negotiator of the GOC so he decided to de escalate things before it get any hotter "Mr Ultraman - it appears that there is a communication barrier around us, can you please surrender so we can escor-"
"There is no barrier" Ultraman voice rang out across the room and into their ears... How is he doing that? "I merely ask which one? Even a 2 year old could answer this question. But since it appears you are mentally challenged, I shall answer for you"
"The GOC, regard me as a threat to the veil, they see me as a threat to the thin line between what they call normalcy and mystery. In my opinion, humanity should no longer be kept in the shadows, it's time they learn and embrace the truth that's the universe. The paranormal will be the new normal - the mysteries will become the new norm, something that we can confidently say is understandable. Humanity infinite potential should not be undermine by those with false power."
"... Humanity is not ready... Not only that but what about you Ultraman? What say you in all of this?" Lucia fought back as he continue "The GOC has been protecting Humanity from threats that they can't even began to comprehend ever since WW2."
"You do not get to decide when humanity is ready. It's humanity who decide when they are ready. If not now then when? You cannot confide a man to a small dark room forever. As for me?... I am neither human nor alien... I am..."

That word rang out across the rooms as he then continue "It appears that we cannot come to an agreement... Call off your people, I do not wish to spill the blood of any sentient creature unless I am forced to. It's a sorrow for me to take a life."
[POV switch]
I heard one word Atkcom-1 and suddenly they started to shoot me with their blaster.
[Master, those weapon appears to be supercharge, it's best to dodge them!]
Got it. I began to fly around as I weave through the beam of light, they seem to be able to curve around yet still keep their speed. How interesting - I decided to aim for their 'wings' as I created a bunch of Ultra Barrier and began to break them by either my own fist or letting the energy balls collide with it
After a minute it was done -
"Spacium pinball!" I throw a ring of Spacium energy as it separated into 3 different saw and bounced off of the light array as the angels tried to manuver around them. The best way to defeat an ariel type fighter is to clip their wings so you can have the advantage.
[POV switch]
{Angel command, this angel 11 we're falling} {Angel 3 here, it appears he can slice through adamantium effortlessly!} {Angel command! I just hit him with full force and all it did was piss him off even more!} {Angel 8! Look at your hand!} {Fuck it's broken!}
All the angels, despite how well trained and disciplined they are could not help but turn toward Angel 8 as he clutch his broken hand. Despite everything they faced, and all the horror they witness. They have never seen this feat - Adamantium being damaged... No it was like that it was broken from sheer impact.
'What is that suit made of?' they all thought as suddenly Angel 8 had a donut in his chest - Ultraman merely looked at the other coldly and said "My turn"
[POV switch]
I maneuver through the barrage of lasers as I knew that one of these would be enough to stun me temporarily, at any rate, thanks to Zea - I managed to weave my way through without much resistance as I already had the most optimal path to fly through. I quickly reached 2 of the angels and tore off their wings. Before flying to another one and punched it so hard, his armor ripped off of him. But that's not my main priority, as I need to destroy whatever is keeping me locked in
[Master, the containment anchors should be located above at the Atmosphere, you need to achieve an energy wavelength of less than .1 atto meter in order to fire through it]
"Yeah thanks for that Zea" I said as I focus my Spacium into a single finger...
I fire a beam of Spacium so small that it managed to pass through the space in between the nucleus as it pass through a corner in the barrier array
I felt my telekinetic ability to be cut off so I had to preemptively curve the beam in order for it to hit, thank god that I made Zea before this because I could have never done the mental calculation needed to do this [You are welcome master] As the satellite was destroyed, the rest of the barrier falter before disappearing as I look down on the ground - 1...2...3... 7 angels left.
Ultraman flew higher into the sky until he felt that he was so far away that the Earth seems just like an insignificant blob to him "GOC! This is your last chance! Stand down or you shall be hunted down!"

Crossing his arm, he activated it - the Spacium Kousen, thinning it out as it acted as a fast laser, easily piercing the head of any Angels with ease until one remain.
I quickly flew down to face the wingless angel. One final warning "Do not engage with me again" I said as the man merely growl but nodded his head - knowing that he's clearly outmatched.
To be honest, I didn't want to do this. It pains me to kill sentient beings, human or not. But if push come to shove then I won't back down and steel my heart temporarily to
[Master look out!]
I managed to raise my hand to block a hand knife from something fast.
[Giza , Egypt]
"Here we can see the Great Pyramid of Giza, the last remaining wonder of the world built by ancient Egypt... Or was it aliens? Ever since Ultraman appears and all those monsters he fight on a daily basis, should we assume that there were Aliens who travelled to Earth and experimented on us? Mutating random Earth born species into monsters? As you can see, there is clearly no way that an-" Suddenly a roaring screech before it halted into a crash was heard, the Pyramid collapsing as the news reporter watched in awe as a meteor hit it
"FUCK! Quick Tom, get yo ass up! We're going to make BBC famous!" He said as James hurry to film the being that just crashed into the Pyramid... After a while... Is that Ultraman
[POV switch]
'FUCK! What was that? I can feel the numbness in my arm... Even through several layers of Mysterium and Vibranium... I can feel the impact. Thank god I managed to adjust my velocity in time... But what was that?'
Looking up at the setting sun - Ultraman saw it... A being of pure metallic silver as it said
"Greetings..."

Wow! that was a tough one! Now in this episode, I would like to say that this is merely an army of the GOC Chinese branch. I have been to the Chinese SCP wiki and let me tell you they do have some crazy power scaling issue. But regardless, I will not be using that in this story.
I would like to emphasize that Ultraman was able to defeat the GOC angel due to Zea predicting their movement and the fact that the GOC did not know his true limits - had they did they would sent their full force into of an army. Regardless I think that Ultraman will still come out on top. However, next Episode will feature BEMULAR finally facing off against Ultraman.
We saw BEMULAR beating up Arcueid at the beginning which is symbolic since if a single scout ship could bring disaster to the Earth several thousand years ago. Then a Ergoweapon that is the culmination of the Galaxy technology meant to retrieve said ship should be more than enough.
If I could rate Velber 02 a 10 compared to Acrueid then that means that Acrueid still stand a small chance to make a comeback. However Velber 02 is but a 0 compared to BEMULAR 1. Meaning that there is no chance to even pose a nuisance.
I mean 12000 years is a lot for a civilization to advance.
