As the alliance continued to make way towards the Johto region, Jexi however was curious about something as he and Tails looked over the Zikan Phone.

"This device really is something. Its even more advanced than the comms. Infinite storage, numerous apps, even multi-dimensional communications, and multiple encyclopedia's on almost every world in existence. No way I could replicate this." Tails said as he looked it over. "So…why bring me this?"

"Its cause of this." Jexi said, as he pointed to a certain app. A picture of a Pokeball being on it.

"Call My Trainer?" Tails asked as he tapped it as it showed multiple trainers faces. "Whoa…this is everyone who allied with us against Cipher so far, along with some crooks. When did this get on here?"

"Not sure. I didn't notice till after we went to Sinnoh. I'm sure its probably on the other leaders Zikan Phones as well. But I don't wanna test this thing out right now." Jexi said.

"Probably the best choice since we have no idea what it could do." Tails said.

"Yeah…" Jexi said, even though his curiosity had yet to be sated. "(I wonder what other surprises these things Zeo and the others got the leaders is loaded in here.)"

As the ship was soaring over the skies of Johto, the group couldn't help but look out at the resplendent beauty of its old japanese style vibe.

"Wow…so this is what Johto actually looks like." Pinkie said.

"Yeah…but remember, this is a region being put under Team Rocket's control." Gray reminded her.

"Oh yeah." Pinkie said.

"What's the radar saying?" Emo asked.

"Hmm….oh, its picking up a battle below. I'll put it through." Jet said, showing a battle with three trainers on each side. One with a Dragonite, one with a Xatu and another Umbreon.

"It's Lance!" Ash K said.

"And those other two are from the Johto Elite 4. Will and Karen." Kieran said.

"Who are they fighting?" Jexi asked.

The image soon shifted to the opposing side were on it were two Ho-Oh, one normal and one shiny as well as a Suicune.

"Whoa…all legends…." Odd said.

They looked at the opposing trainers. One was a boy with red spiked hair, a tired looking man and a young girl with dark green hair.

"I know one of them. That's Morty, the Ecruteak City Gym Leader." Ash K said.

"I've seen the girl before. She sometimes helps the region's professor. Her name is Kris. Though…that boy…No clue who he is." Pinkie said.

"That would be Silver." Sheer said. "He is Giovanni's son."

"Wait, Giovanni has a kid?!" ZS asked.

"Doesn't seem like they're on good terms if he is opposing Team Rocket." David said.

"Opposing? Huh…yeah, you're right. None of them are being controlled." Entrapta said. "This must be a training battle then."

"However, the fact that there are two Ho-ohs is a bit alarming." Himeno said.

"Well, Ho-oh made his home in the Burning Tower, so it kind of makes sense why Morty would have one." David said, noting the shiny one following Morty's orders.

"Plus it shouldn't be that surprising to see multiple legends considering what we've been….huh?" Jet said, checking the radar. "Whoa…we just picked up on something. It's one of those…"

"Shadow Pokémon! Ha! So…wait…why is the signal…getting bigger?" Aria said.

"Uh…guys?" Blake said as they looked out the window to see a large Dynamaxed Shadow Togepi looking right at them.

"Did it…just Dynamax? How?" Titanica said in shock.

"Team Rocket must have something to do with this. Guess Mega Evolution wasn't enough for Giovanni so now he's testing out gimmicks from other regions." Dan said.

"Right, Dynamax Raid it is." ZS said.

The group hurried to the rooftop of the Galaxy King as the trainers prepared for battle.

"Right…Let's go, Toedscruel! Sludge Bomb!" Arven said sending out Toedscruel as it fired sludge at Togepi, causing a lot of poison damage.

"Pikachu…use Iron Tail!" Ash K called out as Pikachu ran out, its tail glowing as he leapt from the roof and swung its tail, landing a hit on Togepi's head.

Togepi stumbled backwards a bit before an explosion of energy came from its body.

"Now is the time!" Arven said as he tossed a Pokéball at it, sucking Togepi inside. The ball shook for a bit before it clicked. "Excellent!"

"We should keep an eye out for any other Dynamaxed or even Terastallized Pokémon while we head for Goldenrod City." Hope said.

"What about the trainers? Should we pick them up?" Mark asked.

"We probably should." Lloyd said. "Can we go for…huh?" he said before noticing the six of them and their Pokémon were suddenly gone.

"They disappeared!" Klonoa said.

"How? We only looked away for a second!" Pit said.

"They must've left." Alkaline decided.

"But that fast? We would've noticed the Ho-Oh flying away." Shantae said.

"Questions for later. We need to get to Goldenrod." Bardock stated.

Johto Region, Goldenrod City…

The Galaxy King flew over the city as they landed just outside of it.

"According to the report, Team Rocket is using the radio station as their base." Jiro said.

"Uh…found it." Kaminari said as they looked at the large building with the antenna on top with a number of Team Rocket grunts guarding it and shooing people away.

"So how do we do this?" Ragna asked.

"Giovanni probably would expect a frontal assault after we attacked him at Silph Co. We need another way in." Adora said.

"Hmm…I may have an idea." Hermit said.

One Visit to the Dress Factory Later…

The group all came out dressed in Team Rocket uniforms as they emerged from the ship.

"These disguises aren't going to work. They didn't before." Genis said. "And besides, there are a lot of us. They'll definitely know something is up."

"Hey, how's it going, fellow Team Rocket member?" a grunt said to Genis as he passed by.

"You were saying?" Hermit asked.

"Are these guys really that stupid?" Lei asked in disbelief.

"If they didn't have Giovanni, they wouldn't get squat done." Emo stated matter-of-factly. "They are some stupid folks."

"Wow, Johto Branch is really going on hard times, sounds like." David said.

Hermit's idea worked like a charm. With their Team Rocket disguises, they were easily able to get past the Team Rocket guard blockade and inside the Goldenrod Radio station.

"I can't believe that worked. We need to use the Dress Factory for infiltration ops more often." Kendo said.

After venturing through the radio station, the group reached the top, where they found Giovanni standing there with his top admins: Proton, Petrel, Archer, and Ariana.

"That's definitely someone we recognize." Simon said, spotting Archer.

"Yeah, during the Kanto adventure you and Tsumugi had." Hope said.

"You think we can take all of them at once?" Amethyst asked.

"That depends on what kind of Shadow Pokémon Giovanni has. If it's Mewtwo again, we'll have to divide and conquer." Mark said.

"No no…nothing like that. I decided to use something much more…interesting." Giovanni said as he tossed out a Pokéball as out of it emerged a Shadow Nidoking.

"Well, guess we don't need these disguises anymore!" Genis said as they cast off their disguises to face Giovanni and the Execs.

"And now for the interesting part. I wonder how you will deal with this?" Giovanni said as he took out a Tera Orb.

"He wouldn't…." Tsumugi said.

"He would." Dan said.

The orb was tossed as Nidoking was engulfed by crystals before emerging with a crown shaped like a devil.

"So that's the Shadow Pokémon Tera Crown…fitting." Mark grunted.

"Mega Evolution…Z-Moves…Dynamax…and Terastalization….all of these powers…don't belong to just Team Rocket but all of Cipher." Giovanni said, laughing evilly.

"And all the good they'll do ya against us." Eddy said, cracking his knuckles. "We all know how this song and dance is gonna go. Why not give up now and save us all the trouble?"

"Surely you're joking." Archer said as he and the other Admins stood on different sides.

"Well, it was worth it for you to ask." Glimmer said to Eddy.

It was as if on cure, all four admins sent out their Pokémon. Proton sending out Honchkrow, Petrel sending out Weezing, Archer sending Houndoom and Ariana releasing an Arbok. All four of these Pokemon being, of course, Shadow Pokémon.

"Even your own Pokémon? Is no Pokémon safe from Cipher's depravity?" Tenko asked.

"That's not even accounting the fact they did so willingly." David said.

"But the difference between us and them, is that we fight together with our Pokémon as a pack." Natyal said.

"Yeah…so let's go hunting!" Carmine declared, as the Trainers stepped forward towards Team Rocket.

"I think the Arbok's trainer and I can use a little girl talk." Cia said.

"I can handle the big mutt." Carmine said.

"Then I guess I got Weezing then." Kieran said.

"Then I will handle obtaining Honchkrow." Tokoyami said.

"Oh…did you think it would be just us?" Archer asked as he snapped his fingers as multiple grunts started filing into the room with Pokémon at the ready. "We're criminals, remember? Since when do we fight fair?"

The group looked a bit uneasy before they heard a screech as a rift opened up in the air.

"What in the?" Ariana said before something large flew into the room. To all of their surprises, the group saw it was a Lugia flying right in with a young boy riding its back.

"Whew…looks like we made it." a voice said as a young girl walked in with a Celebi beside her.

"Wait…Lyra?" Ash K asked.

"Oh, Ash. Long time, no see. Man, been ages." Lyra said. "Hope you don't mind but I invited a few friends to the party." she said as emerging were Silver, Kris, Morty, Lance, Karen and Will.

"What the heck?! How is…oh…the disappearance was just Celebi time travelling." Hope realized.

"Get them!" one of the grunts said.

"I'll say it once more. Those who fight in groups….are weak!" Silver said as his Ho-oh went and blew them all away with its Sacred Fire.

"Get them!" the four admins commanded to their Shadow Pokémon as they moved to attack.

"Now!" the four trainers said as they quickly counter attacked and captured the four Shadow Pokémon.

"Not bad for a four man team." Carmine pointed out.

Giovanni simply smiled as he snapped his fingers as Nidoking roared, charging at the four before taking them down with just the swing of its tail.

"Man, Shadow Terastallization is broken!" ZS complained.

"Then we'll do it the old fashion way. Come on!" Mark dared the Shadow Nidoking.

Nidoking glared at Mark as he went charging right at him.

"What are you, crazy?" Carmine said. "What am I saying? Of course you are!"

Mark powered up, going into Six-Armed Vajra Form, meeting the Nidoking's charge by catching it, pushing against the Drill Pokémon with four arms while the other two fished out a Pokéball and a Steelium Z. "Corkscrew Crash, Corviknight!" he yelled out, tossing the two items into the air.

"(As you wish!)" Corviknight declared as he grabbed the Z-Crystal with his beak, while his trainers shoved his opponent off and quickly went through the proper motions. The Raven Pokémon then began spinning, flying towards the Shadow Pokémon before ramming into it at full force.

"Even gods are not above reproach."

The memory of those words emerged in the Pokémon's mind as he pushed his opponent back before breaking off and striking from above.

"Now's the time!" Mark said back to the others. "Snag 'em!"

"Right." the others said as Glimmer stepped up and snagged Nidoking before the others could even react, capturing the large brutish Pokémon.

"Wait, Glimmer wants - right, it involves using a Moon Stone." Emo remembered.

"Gig's up, Rockettes!" Eddy laughed. "You got no Shadow Pokémon left!"

"Hmm…so it would seem. Then I suppose there's no more point in being here." Giovanni said as he tapped a button before smoke started to flow into the room from the air vents.

"Oh come on, the classic smoke veil? Seriously?" Mark asked, as he used a Kiai to blow the smoke away. "All that mochi must've clogged up your-" he started, before noticing that the Team Rocket members were gone. "...One of them had a Pokémon that knew Teleport, didn't they?"

"Most likely, yeah." David said.

"Well, at least we've freed Johto." Scarlet pointed out. "I'd call that a win."

"Yeah but Team Rocket…" Simon said.

"The fight with them will always be ongoing…but it'll all end…one day." Dan said.

"So…where are we going next on our Pokemon World Adventure?" Pinkie asked excitedly.

"Hoenn would be next since it's got Team Aqua and Team Magma." David pointed out.

"Ah, the prodigal son returns, eh?" Sir Saiyan asked with a chuckle.

"Said prodigal son and his partner." Sectonia said.

"I don't think it means what he believes it means." Jesse said.

"It's been some time since we've last seen Hoenn, hopefully the chaos there isn't too great." Rarity said.

"Given what we're up against…that may not be a guarantee." David said.
