Nothing new was happening at Ekoda. Kuroba Kaito was still planning his next heist as Kaitou Kid to find Pandora, while wondering who the hell was Kaitou Corbeau.
Nakamori Aoko had not giving up on capturing Kid nor did Hakuba Saguru, while Koizumi Akako was still aggravated from Kaito.
But then, Kaito gets attacked by a group of strange people with strange powers, led by a woman, who claim that they'll purify Japan from the demons by burning them alive, live on television.
And the demons happen to be those with magic, and since Kaito's magician skills were incredible, they had mistaken him for one, and they were after him, and after Corbeau too.
And now the police with Saguru and Aoko were torn between capturing Kid or helping him defeat those maniacs. But it wasn't just Kid and Corbeau who were truly in danger…
