Fusion War
Super 18 looked at these fusions angrily, she knew they had done a fusion but she didn't expect them to use it now after all this time.
Looking at both of them was odd.
These two were different versions of them. And now they were mixed with different people instead of another copy like she and her brother were.
Lapiks, he looked like her brother only with longer hair, part of it purple, that beard and the fierce look of a Saiyan.
Then she looked at Zazuli, a fusion between that alien girl and her weaker self. Green skin red hair.
Zazuli giggled, she seemed completely different from what she knew of her human self.
Super 17 was focused on Lapiks, he glared at him in anger.
Lapiks looked back at 17 with a serious look, he glanced over at Zazuli.
The two nodded the same way Lapis and Lazuli would do.
"Let's finish this, shall we?" Zazuli asked.
The sibling fusions descended to the ground.
The Super Androids glared at them but followed along.
Both pairs of fusions landed on the ground.
Zazuli was only at Super 18's waist but she smirked looking up at her.
Much to the Super Android's annoyance.
"So? What do you think?" Zazuli asked posing. "Not bad right? Best of both worlds."
"Tch" 18 smirked. "Please, it's nothing compared to mine." She said grinning down at her shorter counterpart.
"You think so?" Zazuli asked while tilting her head. "Your right, at least my fusion doesn't come with strings, you big puppet."
Super 18 squeezed her fists, she was looking forward to tearing her in half.
Lapiks and Super 17 glared at each other, Lapiks only came up to his chest.
"Never" 17 began. "Did I imagine another version of me would resort to a fusion with a non-Android, especially, with that weakling that kept getting in our way."
Lapiks didn't seem offended by that he only grinned.
"As you remember from before, Trunks, is no weakling, if it wasn't for your sister fighting with you, I would have destroyed you. Trunks's power had clearly gone far beyond what you remember from the past." He referred to Trunks's earlier fight against 17 and 18 before their present counterparts arrived. "It was only after you tried to destroy the earth that you had weakened him, then you had to resort to fusion because you knew that Lapis had you beaten you in a fair fight."
17 glared viciously at Lapiks along with his sister.
"Don't get cocky you miserable brat!" Super 18 interjected. "I had you under my boot not too long ago!"
Lapiks only glanced at her and gave a playful smirk that Lapis would give.
Zazuli decided to interject. "After you had a fusion yourself what's wrong, can't handle an even playing field?"
Super 18 shifted her glare at her.
"Even?" 18 crossed her arms. "You think mixing yourself with some alien from who knows where is making us even? She smirked at her. "We are true Androids, free of your pathetic human tendencies!"
"Yes" Super 17 agreed while looking at Lapiks. "You are polluting yourself with that weakling's DNA, now I get to give a beating to both that pathetic version of me and that not at the same time!"
"Hey!" Super 18 interrupted. "You better not kill him, you promised we'd kill him together!"
Her brother glanced at his sister.
"Relax, I'll make sure to leave enough of him for both of us to, you just focus on your other self." He said to her and focused on Lapiks. "I will focus on mine."
Lapiks grinned and took on a unique fighting stance, one with his right arm and leg extended outward like Lapis would do. While his left arm is risen in a guard position like Trunks's.
A perfect blend of the fusion's fighting stances.
Zazuli did something similar with one arm risen for blocking and the other on the side below.
"Let's you and I start, I'm sure the boys will be occupied." Zazuli stated as she vanished.
Super 18 scoffed. "Whatever" She looked 17. "You better keep your word."
"Yeah, yeah" Super 17 said nonchalantly looking forward for the fight to start.
She vanished.
Both fusions of Android 18 floated above where both fusions of their brother were standing.
Zazuli smirked and immediately dashed towards the Past Android.
The Super Android was annoyed at how straight forward she was being, she thinks anything like that would work.
The half Hera threw a kick aiming for Super 18's head but the Android rose an arm to block the strike, she had an unbothered expression.
Zazuli only kept her smirk and swung a palm strike aiming for her face.
The Super Android ducked underneath and threw her own palm strike but it was faster than Zazuli's.
But the fused hera ducked underneath and threw a straight punch aiming for her midsection.
The attack sent the Super Android back but she was more annoyed than in pain, looks like this fusion did have some bite to it.
Zazuli smirked at her, clearly from Zangya's influence.
Super 18 was getting annoyed and charged after the other fusion at maximum speed.
She smashed a knee across Zazuli's stomach forcing her to keel over, she then rose her other leg kicking her up her chin forcing her to look up. She then pulled back her fist and punched straight into her stomach.
This sent Zazuli flying and crash into a pillar of rock.
The Hera was against the rock, but she was smiling as if the battle was just starting. The fused woman then screamed.
Her hair became blood red and her skin became light green.
Super 18 looked at the form unimpressed. "So Trunks turns blonde, and you turn into a red head, not a bad look I guess, but your skin color is gross."
The red head pulled the right of her hair behind her ear. "Say what you want, a machine like you has no sense of beauty, so whatever you say is invalid."
The Past Android growled and raced after her.
She threw a punch aimed across Zazuli's face only for it to be caught in her hand.
18 pulled her arm back and jumped while throwing a barrage of kicks.
Zazuli had swayed every kick by the skin of her teeth, likely because Lazuli within her can still predict her movements.
Frustrated Super 18 then threw a straight punch to throw her off, it landed into stomach.
Smiling the Past Android then low kicked against her opponent's shin making the shorter girl start to fall forward.
And the assault continued with a wide kick aimed at her right arm. But Zazuli leaned back avoiding the kick and started to fall back.
She flipped kick up against 18's chin forcing her to stumble.
Zazuli then palm struck across her face.
18 was surprised by the amount of force and tried to throw a punch for her head.
But Zazuli evaded it and elbowed the taller woman's stomach forcing her to keel over and cough some spittle out.
The Hera then slammed a kick against 18's arm forcing her to away from her.
18 was sent flying away from her and stopped her momentum as Zazuli was headed for her.
She rose her arms and fired a Ki blast down at her.
So Zazuli dodged but the Past Android appeared right in front of her.
18 then landed a palm strike across Zazuli's face, she then swept kick forcing the Hera to be in awkward position midair. She then grabbed Zazuli's leg and tossed her downward.
The Hera landed on the ground and looked vulnerable.
Super 18 appeared beside her and glared down at her. "Ha! See your fusion is garbage next to mine! You pathetic little imp! Here, this will show you!" She then threw a kick down at her while she was down.
But Zazuli jumped up and slammed a kick across her face, forcing the surprised Android to take a step back.
The Hera didn't stop and swiped across 18's face with a fist, she then turned around and threw a fist backwards of her body with her left arm, she then spun back around and swiped a chop across her face, and then another fist making the Super Android look up.
The attacks forced 18 to look down struggling to recover from the force of the attacks.
Zazuli giggled while aiming her arms up like she was dancing, before turning around and throwing her hand in a spear position against her face. Sending her skidding across the ground.
Super 18 stopped herself and was so angry that she let herself get attacked that easily.
Zazuli tilted her head while looking up at her taller opponent. "You sure that my fusion is inferior to yours? Amazon freak?"
This pushed her even more, she heard that comment and snarled. "I think I'm going to turn you into the bald lady for that!"
The Hera, ever confident just rose a finger to demand her to attack her.

Down below both Super 17 and Lapiks stood far from each other, both waiting for the other to make the first move.
Super 17 had an annoyed expression on his face looking down at his counterpart's fusion, he can see the confidence radiating out of him.
He was going to enjoy seeing that terrified expression Trunks always shown him.
Lapiks stared down at the Super Android he took a breath and his hair began to spike up. And it started to turn golden, his eyes became emerald.
"Ha!" Lapiks had now turned to a Super Saiyan and decided to charge at him ready to finally start their fight.
"Tch" Super 17 was rather annoyed. "Really? You choose to be blonde and not your Ultimate Form?" Annoyed and insulted by the clear holding back, he swung a fist straight for his counterpart's stomach.
But the half Saiyan merely ducked underneath the fist as if he knew what he was going to do and swept kick the surprise Android.
17 felt himself fall over, surprised at how quick he was.
Lapiks then threw a fist up the Android's gut.
The Super Android flinched but didn't seem so bothered by it, he grabbed the fused man's arm and tossed him aside while floating.
This was enough force to send him skidding across the ground and crashinto a mountain.
Super 17 grinned and aimed his hands forward.
"Flash Bomber!" He fired multiple yellow energy blasts, towards where he had tossed the fusion.
A large barrage of explosions appeared where Lapiks had been sent.
The Super Android grinned watching the explosions.
But just as the smoke cleared, he can see the body but to his annoyance there didn't seem to be any damage.
Lapiks was floating without a scratch and his arms closed.
"Enough of these games." Super 17 said to him. "Hurry up and use Trunks's form, you can't beat me with regular Super Saiyan."
"Enough of these games? That's not like you 17." Lapiks asked with a frown. "Besides it's kind of tricky for me, see Trunks wants to end the battle now, but you know better than anyone that Lapis wants to play with his food, so it's kind of 50/50 on how I want this fight to go. How about you step up your game and then I'll decide if your worth putting an effort in destroying?"
Super 17 scowled. "Fine" he said as he raced towards him.
Lapiks did the same.
The two got into a clash of punches and kicks.
Lapiks tried to knee at Super 17's stomach.
But the Past Android jumped and kicked the side of Lapiks's head first with his right foot, and again with his left.
He then threw a fist aiming for his stomach.
Only for Lapiks to catch it with one hand.
17 growled and tried to kick up Lapiks's face.
Only for the fusion to pull his head back to avoid the hit.
Lapiks then threw a kick into 17's midsection forcing him to stumble back. He then threw a fist across the past Android's face.
17 growled and grabbed the other fusion's fist and pulled him closer to elbow him across the face.
The force forced Lapiks to spin away but he caught himself midair.
17 flew behind the Saiyan and tried to smash his fist down his back.
But Lapiks ducked underneath it and kicked up 17's chin, it sent him flying upward.
Then Lapiks flew up where Super 17 was headed and slammed a kick into his torso, launching him forward.
17 growled but caught himself midair.
The fused Saiyan flew towards 17 intending to continue the assault.
He flew forward and tried to spin kick the Android by the side.
But 17 put his arms aside forming his Android barrier blocking the kick.
The Android stopped the barrier and threw an elbow down onto the Saiyan's shoulder forcing him to lower himself.
17 then threw a fist across Lapiks's face, he then kicked across the other side of it and smashed his elbow into the Saiyan's gut.
Lapiks looked pained but grinned which made the other fusion angry. With a yell he powered up and his hair grew spikier and blue lightning surrounded him, he had now entered Super Saiyan 2. He grabbed the other fused Android's arm and swing around while holding his leg and tossed him upward.
Super 17 was surprised at the amount of force from Trunks's simple Super Saiyan 2 state.
Lapiks then flew up and bashed his knee up against Super 17's back. Lapiks then pulled his knee back and smashed his fist across 17's gut.
This sent the Android to the ground and created a large column of dust.
Lapiks would look down where he struck him and moved his arm to the right.
This moved the dust aside to show him that 17 had gotten on his feet in the center of a crater formed from the impact.
Lapiks wasn't surprised.
'Hmm, like I thought he hasn't shown me his true strength yet. Even though he is completely programmed he is still just like Lapis, always toying with his opponents and refusing to get serious.' He thought to himself. 'I should finish him quickly, but I need to know the limits of his absorption first, then I'll know if it's safe to take him out with Ki.'
Super 17 scoffed. "You'll need more than that to keep me down." He flew upward towards his present self.
Lapiks dashed downward and the two would meet with their fists clashing. The impact was so strong that it made the earth shake from the force of their attack, making an earthquake that spread across the world.
The ultimate battle between fusions is about to go a step further.

In the Forest
13 was annoyed beyond belief, these children were even more trouble than expected. They were supposed to be helpless to his power, and they were. Until they showed something that was not in their data, at least not from this timeline.
Shoraku stood in his mixture of Super Saiyan and the Hera transformation with his arms up, ready to fight. "I guess, we'll call this form Super Hera, not sure what else to call it since my mom never named it, not that it'll matter to you when your scrap!" He said cockily.
Iolite was barely conscious as she looked at the newly fused boy stood up to Super Android 13. So this was the fusion dance that her father taught her brother and cousin. It's even better than she was told, that energy is way past her. It can at least handle her mother with Kaioken times 3.
But still their just kids, she can't let herself lose consciousness, in case they need help, she needs to recover to hopefully do something.
The Android scoffed. "You little rascals are going to be buried in the ground!" He yelled running after the young man.
Shoraku rose his arm blocking a punch headed for his face.
13 then slammed a kick against his midsection causing him to wince in pain and keel over.
The Android grinned and tried to backhand him with both fists.
But the Hera Saiyan hybrid would vanish and reappear behind the Android. He had golden energy in one hand and slammed it against the Android's back.
"Rahhh!" The Android screamed as the energy exploded against his back and he had a hole in his chest from the up-close energy attack.
But the Gete Android grinned as he then suddenly tore in half. This shocked Shoraku not expecting this much damage.
But in truth 13 only divided himself into two bodies, just like its predecessors he is able to create clones.
13 then slammed a double fist on top of Shoraku's head forcing him to look down. The other 13 then grabbed the boy by his sides and lifted him up before slamming him on the ground.
The clone then kicked up the boy's body sending him far away.
Both copies then remerged into one before spreading his arms apart.
"S.S. Deadly Bomber!" 13 created a huge red energy ball and pushed it forward.
Shoraku stood up while looking at the powerful energy bomb.
The attack exploded creating a gigantic red explosion.
13 chuckled but he stopped when he detected his power level hadn't decreased.
Once the smoke faded, Shoraku was revealed to have a barrier surrounding him like his father Lapis had taught him.
Shoraku smiled. "Good attack! But useless to this." He punched his own barrier and it faded away. He then aimed his hands forward firing multiple energy blasts.
13 roared as he ran forward deflecting the energy blasts aside surrounding everyone in golden energy explosions.
Iolite had to raise her arms as the explosions got closer to her. "Grr, those kids, really need to be careful where their energy goes." She said annoyed
The Android deflected the last energy blast and he punched across Shoraku's face.
He then threw another, but the fusion grabbed the Android's arm and pulled before slamming a palm against his abdomen.
This sent the Android skidding across the ground while still standing.
But Shoraku ran forward and slammed a kick against the Android's side forcing him to bend to the side. He then jumped and slammed an elbow across his cheek, before spinning and slamming him with his other elbow. He then got on the ground and swept kick the Android.
13's body fell over unable to keep up with the boy.
Shoraku then kicked up the Android's backside sending him upward.
"Ahhh!" 13 screamed as he was sent upward.
Shoraku smiled as he rose his arms up in a chop position preparing a technique Shorz created inspired by his father's Royal Blade. Both formed red energy and shaped into what looked like where the symbol of the Vegeta family. "Royal Daggers!" He yelled spreading his arms apart.
Six daggers were fired at his sides and bended and reached the still flying Android's side.
"You little-" The Android's sides exploded in a giant red explosion.
Shoraku smiled looking up at his handiwork.
13 was revealed to have lost his right arm and half his face. "Raaah!" He screamed as the wires started to form and reform his entire body.
Shoraku chuckled looking up at him, clearly his Saiyan side getting cocky that it was clear who was superior.
The Android growled at how easily it countered him but he smiled. Shoraku was definitely stronger, but not too much stronger. This fusion still had finite energy and will likely start to wane soon.
Shoraku wondered what he was laughing at but kept a smirk, it doesn't matter he had this. He wondered if this is how both pairs of his parents felt when they were winning against a villain.
"Hey, idiots!"
The boy stopped laughing and glanced down to see who yelled at him. It was his sister Iolite conscious but still too fatigued to fight.
"Haven't you learned anything from mom or Lapis? He has infinite energy ou need to finish him somehow now!"
"Huh?" Shoraku processed what she said and she realized she was right. 13 wasn't exactly weak compared to him, sooner or later he's going to run out of energy.
Or worse he'll defuse if 13 lasts long enough and then they'll be helpless to him again.
"Don't matter now little lady!" The Android yelled as he spread his arms apart. "Y'all are going to die sooner or later, so just let it happen!" He powered up his S.S. Deadly Bomber.
Shoraku looked ahead to see him power up his attack. Iolite was right, he needed to find a way to destroy him completely. But he can't not if the gap of their powers is this much.
He remembered both of his mother's tried something when hey were fused.
"Fine, let's see you recover from this!" Shoraku aimed his hands forward, each one formed Royal Dagger, he placed one over the other.
"S.S. Deadly bomber!" He yelled it raced towards Shoraku.
The fusion really hope he doesn't screw himself up. First, he formed the Android Barrier technique Lapis taught him. Only this time it shrunk and fighting around both his skin and his twin daggers.
And the final step, the Royal Daggers glowed purple.
"Alright here we go!" Shoraku yelled as he flew forward with his daggers forward. "Psycho Daggers Thrust!"
Shoraku flew forward towards the S.S. Deadly Bomber and once his daggers collided with the attack seemed to give way to his attack. The entire energy bomb was split in half as though it were butter.
"What the-" 13 looked shocked as the boy wielding his daggers dashed forward and stabbed into his stomach.
13's entire body glowed purple as the young fusion flew past 13's back leaving behind a decent sized hole.
The Android growled at how easy he just broke through his signature move. He'll be sure to make him pay for that.
Shoraku sighed and turned around to see 13 with a hole in his abdomen. Hopefully that trick worked.
The Android seemed frozen for a few seconds, his self-repair wasn't working, he looked at the hole in his chest and it wasn't repairing.
"Wh-what?" 13 yelled trying to force his body to recover. "Why? What in Sam hell did you do to me!"
Shoraku sighed and seemed to relax. "There we go it did work I used my mother's technique but added my own spin from it. Her Psycho Poison really does work on you, without your power core's infinite energy you can't reform right?"
That technique was beyond Joyaku's ability, but the fusion seems to increase not just power but battle intelligence to. With it they were able to wield a technique that can defeat almost anyone.
"F-for the third time? No! Every time, every time I fight you varmints something like this happens! Why?!" 13 asked wondering why he would be cursed to come back over and over only to be destroyed each time. "And this time to a bunch of runts…" He said as he started to fall over.
For good measure Shoraku fired a powerful Ki blast at the body, scattering 13's body in multiple pieces, now even if his technique wears off it won't be able to regenerate.
Moments pass as both Iolite and Shoraku waited for the Android to reform. Nothing happens.
It was done Android 13 was gone once again.
"You see that sis!" Shoraku yelled excitingly. "We won! Woo!" He flexed his arms smiling. "Aw yeah! Look who's bad!"
Iolite scoffed at him or rather them celebrating. She was disappointed in herself for not being able to stop the Android. She felt just like she did against Baby useless and someone that needed to be protected.
But seeing her brother and cousin end up better than she was when she was a kid, a smile came to her face. She forced herself up and patted Shoraku on the head.
"You guys did really great!" Iolite said to him, or rather them. "Our parents are going to freak hearing about this."
He looked up to her and nodded at her.
"It's too bad you won't get to tell them." Another female voice spoke from nearby.
The children stopped and looked at the source of the voice.
The fusion and Iolite are shocked to see a pink humanoid with a long tail and cotton candy like hair.
"Hiya kids!" 21 yelled with a wild grin.
Iolite turned to her assuming she was an enemy.
"Don't worry Iolite!" Shoraku yelled standing in front of her. "We got th-" Just then the boy glowed and reverted to the two boys.
"Huh?" Shorz looked at his hands wondering why they had separated so soon.
Joyaku was the same. "Wait, I- I thought we had 30 minutes!"
Iolite looked the most scared seeing them separate at the worst timing. She stepped in front of the boys looking at the new enemy that just showed up.
"Aww, don't worry you two." 21 said grinning. "I have a new game we can play together." She dashed forward. "It's called dissection! Hahahaha!"
Iolite couldn't even see her move she just crossed her arms in front of the boys who looked on in fear.
Just then, a large bulky figure arrived and tackled 21 before she could reach the children.
21 crashed through multiple trees and collided into a boulder.
The children looked at their savior and didn't know what to think as they saw who it was.
16 stood their not long after he had tried to take them.
Iolite was confused wondering what to say.
But the Android spoke. "Run now!" He demanded.
Iolite smiled lightly able to tell that this was her uncle but she had to get her priories straight and grabbed the boys before taking off with whatever little energy she had regained.
16 turned to 21 who yelled in anger.
"16!" She yelled in anger. "You have no idea just how bad you screwed everything for me! I just know that after this Towa is never going to let me live this down!" She had promised that her programming was flawless, but this android resisted so easily.
"Please, stop this." 16 said to her. "I don't know why you did last time, but please surrender, maybe I can help you."
21 grinned at that. But her right eye started to change color slightly, she even had a worried expression but then she shook her head and grinned.
16 was right there was something not right about her, something about her didn't want to fight, he wants to help her, but for now he'll need to keep her so she wouldn't harm the children.
"Oh, my poor naïve 16, you shouldn't be doing this, you need to come back." 21 explained to her while eying the metal pieces on the found.
Little did anyone knew she had a little backup plan in case 16 managed to rebel and that the other Androids were destroyed.
She only hoped that he would arrive close to their pieces.
The pieces of 13, 14, and 15 couldn't reform, but they had one fail safe in case that was happening.
They gathered behind 16 who couldn't detect them.
And then they swarmed his back.
"Huh?" 16 heard the noise and turned around.
But it was too late, 16's entire body had all the pieces of the fallen Android connect to him almost as if he were a magnet.
"No! Stop!" 16 yelled as the pieces started to fade into his skin. "S-stop please!" The Android felt himself losing his identity again.
"No, no no!" 21 grinned looking down at him. "You 16 are coming with me, back where you belong."
Just then her right eye had began looking like it did in her human form. A small tear can be seen.
"Back with your mother." 21 finished.
16 finished and screamed as his body began to change shape.
He can only hope the children are now safe.

In the Mountains
In the air huge impacts of air would destroy nearby mountains and force the wild life to run thousands of miles away.
Both pairs of fusions were battling in the air.
Lapiks appeared with his arms risen blocking a haymaker from Super 17.
The Android then rose up his knee for the Saiyan's midsection.
Lapiks rose his knee and blocked it perfectly.
The Saiyan Android then grabbed 17's wrist and pulled before swiping an elbow across his cheek, he then threw a fist into his stomach and finished the short combo with a strong kick to the side.
17 was sent flying but caught himself midair, angry that he was having so much trouble with this fusion. But then something were to happen that caught his interest.
Lapiks created two blue energy balls and he tossed them forward.
Super 17 smiled at the sight and he stood there smiling with his palms out, and just like that the energy would hit but not explode and only shrink into his palms.
Lapiks gave no reaction he only had a serious expression as Trunks would.
The Android would first grow bigger but then would return to normal size. "Haha, thank you for that, it hit the spot. Please keep it up, it's refreshing."
The Saiyan didn't give any expression for a few moments. Before strangely he smirked as Lapis would as if he was satisfied with what happened.
17 frowned at that. "What are you smiling at? Has this fusion caused you to lose your mind."
"Don't worry about it." Lapiks grinned. "Just know you're getting closer to your demise."
The Android growled at the cockiness and raced down towards him as did Lapiks, the two would enter another clash.
Super 17 throws a right straight aiming for his head but Lapiks evades it.
Trunks then throws a fist aiming for his sternum but the Super Android catches it.
Grinning the Android pulls the Saiyan forward and bashes his elbow across his face and then a fist to his abdomen forcing the smaller fusion up, then he kicked across his face.
He then threw another kick aiming for his get.
But a small green barrier surrounded his target.
Super 17 recognized it, this was his technique. Lapis's usage of his barrier.
Lapiks smiled, so he couldn't just absorb his barrier, at least not in this position. He then threw a fist into the Android's stomach forcing him to keel over, he then pulled back and smashed his shoulder up his jaw.
Super 17 growled and threw an uppercut up the Saiyan's chin forcing him not only up but to flip. He then flew up with him and kicked into his gut sending him forward.
The Past Android then aimed his hand forward and fired a energy blast towards him.
Lapiks saw the attack coming and dashed upward evading the Photon Flash.
17 appeared in front of him and threw a back hand.
Lapiks flew up above it and then threw a fist against his face forcing him back.
Not too far the Super Android stopped his momentum and saw Lapiks flying towards him. With a grin he placed his hand on his right wrist and surprisingly took his hand off like 16 would do and fires what seemed to be a hail of bullets from where his hand used to be.
But Lapiks can see they weren't bullets, just tiny bits of energy. He flew to the side trying to avoid them.
As he flew Super 17 grinned before placing the hand back and threw himself forward and smashed his elbow up against Lapiks's gut. He then rose his knee up his chin forcing him to flip then he smashed his elbow down his gut, once he was going down, he grabbed his leg pulled him up and kicked him to the side.
He collided threw multiple mountains until he reached a fourth one.
Super 17 laughed heartedly, as he spread his arms forward preparing Ki. A black sphere formed in his hands with lightning around it.
"Electric Hell Sphere!" He thrusted his hands forward firing the black ball of energy.
Lapiks felt the pain but he still had a serious face as he noted something. He hasn't tried to grab him once with the absorption. His barrier can't be absorbed. He seems unable to use it unless he meets a certain condition So he was right, and if so, he has a safe way to end this fight.
He sees a black energy ball headed for him and even then, he still smirked like this battle will go his way.
The ball connected and created a black explosion that could be seen from space.
17 smirked at the sight, this fight was over. Both his weakling version of him and the Saiyan that was just a toy for him and his sister were back where they belong!

Not too far away the other pair of fusions would clash.
Zazuli and Super 18 collided their kicks against each other. Despite the Hera's shorter legs her strength seemed to match the output 18 was putting out.
Super 18 looked annoyed at the shorter fusion. "Not bad half pint" She said with animosity. "I'm actually trying here, but the only reason your still here is because I'm still getting used to my power." She said grinning at her.
Zazuli chuckled at her. "Everyone looks like a half pint with your stature, giraffe." She quipped back. "But the same can be said for me, last time I appeared I wasn't exactly in my right mind." She thought back to the first time she appeared for Daburack, how she saved the earth and plotted universal domination. "But rest assured, I'll be cutting you down to size, you'll need it with that large stature."
18 snarled at that, enraged, she pulled back her leg and tossed an energy ball down at her.
But Zazuli backhanded the blast away before firing her own.
Super 18 grinned and spread her arms apart ready to absorb, but then her eyes had small symbols appear, she stopped and jumped to evade the blast.
"Oh?" Zazuli noted while looking up at her.
The Super Android said nothing and had a blank stare at her.
"What happened, didn't you want my energy?" She asked as she aimed her hands forward. "Here, I'm sure you can't miss these!" She fired multiple pink energy blasts at her.
Again Super 18 didn't try to absorb them, instead she fired her own Infinity Bullet.
Huge pink explosions came all over the area, when the exchange was over the area.
"Come on!" Zazuli yelled while holding up another energy attack. "I'm practically begging you to take my energy? Why aren't you?"
Super 18 said nothing to that.
"Oh" The Hera smiled. "I guess you already know what my energy can do, let me guess, you saw what happened with Daburack."
The Super Android said nothing and gritted her teeth.
It was true, while 21 had been upgrading them, she had them look through a time window to see all they've been through to prepare properly. Zazuli had destroyed Daburack despite being weaker because she was able to blend her Psycho technique in with her Ki, which creates Ki attacks that can not only damage but decrease the power of an opponent. If any of that hit, her energy wouldn't or recharge, or worse, decrease.
"I'll take the silence as a yes." Zazuli said to her. "Well, I'll give you this, your better prepared than most villains. I can't just keep throwing energy all day so I guess I'll stick to close combat." Her energy faded.
Super 18 didn't say a word but found it strange that she would say that. She's bluffing, she'll use energy again when needed and she'll remember to avoid it.
Zazuli charged towards Super 18 ready to continue the fight.
The taller fusion threw a fist towards the Hera's face.
Zazuli ducked beneath the strike and bashed an elbow into her stomach forcing the fusion to keel over, she then threw to punches into her abdomen and jumped to kick across her face forcing her to float backward.
Super 18 stopped herself and watched the green skin woman throw a high kick. But the Android blocked it.
The Android then forced her arm down making the leg go down and then smash her clasped hands across her face, sending the Hera downward.
While she was being sent down 18 aimed rose a hand preparing a powerful pink energy blast and tossed her Power Blitz down where she was.
Zazuli caught herself midair and evaded the energy blast.
Super 18 then body flickered behind her and she threw a kick across her arm from behind. The Hera couldn't avoid it and was sent spinning sideways from the kick. 18 raced after her, she then kicked into her spinning waist sending her down again. Her smaller variant crashed into the ground creating a huge earthquake.
The Super Android smiled down at where she had sent her opponent before dashing down where she sensed her energy.
Zazuli was on the ground, just getting to a knee, she stared up seeing the Super Android racing down towards her.
Super 18 smashed her foot down where she was, but the kick would go threw an afterimage and crashed into the ground, annoyed she used her sensors to find her.
And Zazuli appeared and kicked her heel across the Android's face forcing her look away.
Annoyed the Android threw a palm strike.
But Zazuli grabbed her arm and pulled her down, then she rose her knee up againts her chin, she then jumped and kicked up her chin with her foot this time forcing her to look up. Then she rose up and smashed her elbow down her face.
This forced the Super Android to fall to the ground forming another crater.
Super 18 closed her eyes in pain and she reopened them and threw a sweep kick.
But Zazuli backflipped to avoid it.
Super 18 stood up and charged at her, she jumped and threw vicious kicks aiming for her face.
But her fellow fusion was able to evade each kick like nothing.
Both were at equal speed, but the more experienced fighters were able to predict her strikes.
She then got down and swept kick the taller fusion.
This forced the woman on her back, she looked up to see her try to kick at her waist.
But she rolled out of the way and jumped to threw multiple punches aiming for her waist and face.
Zazuli was able to evade or block each strike.
Having enough of this, 18 smirked before jumping back. This confused Zazuli wondering why she gave up the assault that easily.
Super 18 realized that If she was going to win she needed to utilize her new techniques. She rose her hands each spread apart. "Infinity Vortex!" She spread her arms apart, all her finger tips firing pink energy blasts all over the area at fast speeds, clearly an improved version of Infinity Bullet.
Zazuli sees a large spray of small needle like Ki blasts blasted all over the area. She tries to fly back but these tiny blasts would actually be faster. She spread her arms apart using an Android Barrier. The tiny blasts would break threw.
Zazuli would then be struck, all over her body, these tiny blasts would rain all over her body, propelling her body to the side.
And to make it worse Super 18 would appear where she was with a risen leg and smashed it up the other fusion's chin. She then grabbed her leg and pulled before kicking against her side and her other side. She then grabbed her head and pulled before rising one knee into her face and another into it. The Super Android cackled before she would finally let go of Zazuli and threw a fist into her face.
Super 18 brushed her hand threw her hair, she smirked at her handiwork. This battle was pretty much over.
Now the question was should she help her brother or not?
Just then she saw her rise from the rubble.
The other fusion stood up covered in cuts and bruises. She stared down at her opponent with blood coming out of her mouth.
"Hahaha!" Super 18 laughed at her. "Look at you now! You tried to copy me and this is what happens! You are nothing but a little wannabe human!"
Zazuli said nothing her head was down, she looked as though she was struggling to stay standing.
The Super Android smirked and raced forward. "Now it's over!"
The Hera did nothing as she got closer and closer, until at the last minute she rose an arm and caught the fist without staggering.
The light red aura grew bigger and surrounded the Hera.
"What?" Super 18 yelled confused at how easily she caught that. "This again?"
Zazuli finally looked up revealing a smile. "Kaioken"

At the same time Lapiks Super 17 was watching the battle between them. And was about to intervene when he detected that technique.
"What?"
"Hey"
The Super Android turned to him to see Lapiks who had gotten out of the mountain he had been punched into and looking somewhat damaged but not too much.
"Kaioken!" Just then Super Saiyan 2 Lapiks was surrounded in a fiery red aura with blue lightning from Super Saiyan.
Super 17's eyes widened. They can use Kaioken while fused!
"Focus on your own fight, don't worry about your sister." He said to him.
The Super Android charged forward while yelling.
And Lapiks charged as well and threw various punches and kicks into the Super Android who could only defend himself.

Zazuli threw a kick up Super 18's chin and let go of her hands forcing her to stumble back.
Super 18 felt the pain even more than she thought, her eyes were boggling.
The Hera then chopped at Super 18's side forcing her to move to the side. She then palms struck across her face, then she spun kick across the other side of it.
Super 18 recovered and screamed as she tried to elbow down Zazuli's head.
But then Zazuli leaned back avoiding the attack with less effort than before. Then she back flipped kicking up her chin sending her upward. She then dashed up where she was sent and kneed her stomach forcing her to bend. Then she spun kick across her face, then kicked up her body to send her further up multiple times. She then slammed a final kick to her side sending the woman away.
Super 18 screamed as she was sent flying. She tried to move, tried to stop her flight, but she couldn't. The force was too much! Just then Zazuli floated above her.
The Hera kicked down her midsection forcing her down.
She crashed into the ground creating another earthquake.
18 pushed herself out of the ground, looking down and in rage. She wondered how she had been more damaged than she should be.
Just then her she looked at her energy reserves. They were less than her maximum.
"What?" She scanned herself. Her power level was lower.
Zazuli grinned looking down at her while brushing her hair behind her ear. "That's all you got? Talk about pitiful."
The Android said nothing but glared angrily at her. "What did you do to me?"
"Isn't it obvious?" Zazuli asked with a grin. "Don't you think it's odd that before our fusions, I needed Kaioken times 10 to keep up with you? Both of my selves are on the same level without Kaioken. Don't you think that's odd?"
Super 18 thought that was strange, her fusion was also a fusion. Multiplied her power instead of just adding to it. There was only one answer. "Psycho energy? But how you couldn't have, I avoided all your energy attacks."
"Yes" Zazuli agreed. "You avoided all my energy attacks."
The Android thought of that. "Wait" The entire fight she stuck to up close combat. The entire time was she. "No"
"There we go, you do have brains with your brawn." Zazuli noted. "Now that I'm more put together than the last time I appeared I can now mix my Phsyco Poison with physical attacks, something Zangya can't do alone."
Super 18's eyes widened, her energy, she lost over a third of her energy. "T-this whole time?"
"M-hm."
Wait. Her last technique, her Infinity Vortex. That should have torn her apart, but it didn't. Did she get that weak just from their exchange?
Zazuli walked to her and grinned while looking up at her from her very shorter stature.
Super 18 took a step back from her despite her being roughly half her size.
"Aw nothing to say amazon freak?" She had a cheshire grin knowing she won.
18 glared at her.. "You! Little green imp! Your dead!" She screamed and jumped as she spread her arms apart.
She prepared a violet energy in the center of her hands. Her ultimate technique in this fused state.
"Heh" Zazuli smiled, guess it really was over, she'll finish this fight now and test out a theory she's had for a while. She pulled her arm back preparing a pink energy ball with yellow blended in. A combination of Beauty Trigger and Power Blitz. With something a little extra.
Super 18 had her hands at the large violet energy.
"Star Pressure Wave!" She fires her strongest energy attack at Zazuli.
Only for the cyborg to throw her hands forward with her pink and yellow energy sphere. "Beauty Blitz!" She fired the powerful energy shot.
A beam struggle occurs but it's only for the briefest moments.
And Zazuli's Beauty Blitz powered through as it was coated in energy.
"Nice try!" Super 18 yelled and jumped to evade it.
But then Zazuli appeared in front of her and slammed a knee into her gut and slammed her elbow across her cheek.
Zazuli then grabbed her hands.
Super 18 looked at her wondering what she was doing.
"Here" Zazuli's hands glowed purple.
"Ahhhhh!" The Past Android screamed as Phsyco Poison spread throughout her body.
Phsyco Energy had entered her system and as she was warned her power level shrunk drastically and she fell to her knees and fell face first.
Super 18 was now incapacitated.
"Guess I'm done on my end." Zazuli stated. But then Super 18's body began to glow. "Self-destruction?" She crossed her arms, but no explosion came. The light faded away and to Zazuli's surprise there was something she didn't expect.
Then the woman glowed a white light and split into two.
Lazuli and Zangya look surprised first at each other thinking they had more time.
"Huh" Zangya grinned. "That was more pleasant than I thought, wouldn't you say?"
"Hmph" Lazuli didn't comment but she smiled, it was a better feeling than the last time they resorted to this. "So what now?"
Zangya looked down at where Super 18 is or rather was. "I got an idea."

Lapiks blocked a kick from Super 17. The Saiyan had a neutral look, he didn't seem to care at all while 17 gritted her teeth showing he was doing the best he could to attack him.
The Android pulled back his leg and tried to swipe a chop against his neck, but the Saiyan tilted his head avoiding the strike.
Lapiks then low kicked the Android forcing him to stumble forward. Then the Saiyan threw a fist straight into his face forcing him back. Then he swept kick him forcing his body up, then Lapiks kicked up his back forcing him upward.
Super 17 was shocked as he was sent flying up, he couldn't stop his momentum, not even as his body escaped earth's atmosphere and all the way into orbit.
Now he was in space outside of earth.
His foe flew before him and grabbed his leg, he pulled and palm struck his stomach before uppercutting him. Then he flew up and kicked at his abdomen forcing the Android back.
17 growled as he finally managed to stop his momentum. He looked all around them.
Both fighters were now in space, over the planet earth.
He glared at Lapiks in rage. "No! No! I refuse to let this disgusting fusion go on! Just looking at it make's me sick! I'm ending this now!" He screamed as he dashed forward.
Lapiks knew what this meant, 17 was finally done fooling around, now were getting close to ending this. He dashed forward as well.
The two clashed with their elbows before entering a barrage of punches and kicks. 17 threw a straight punch but it was blocked. He tried a left hook and it was also blocked. He then went for a spin kick but the other fusion leaned back.
17 then rose his left arm and chopped down Lapiks's shoulder forcing to kneel slightly, then the Past Android shoved a kick into his abdomen forcing him back.
He then rose his hands, firing multiple energy attacks from his fingers.
Lapiks saw it coming and spread his arms apart utilizing the Android Barrier blocking the blasts.
17 dashed forward with a fist cocked back.
The other fusion was confused for a moment before realizing what he was doing.
The Past Android's fist was wrapped in a smaller force field copying what Lapis had done earlier. Her smashed it through the barrier.
But Lapiks managed to block it with both arms.
17 cackled proud that he had copied Lapis's method then he rose a leg, this time it was wrapped in a barrier to add more force to it.
But Lapiks rose his left arm and created a force field just around his wrist area like a shield and blocked it.
This annoyed the Past Android and he noticed energy focused on his right hand.
Lapiks's right hand formed a red energy anchor shaped sword. A blade of the Vegeta family, Trunks's Royal Blade.
He then rose it intending to cut the Android down the middle.
But 17 tilted back.
But the cut was so quick that it cut deep up across his torso to his right shoulder. He growled angrily at the sight.
Lapiks floated with his left arm holding a green wall of energy. Lapiks's barrier made into a shield. And his right arm wielding a Vegeta family symbol shaped blade.
He looked like a warrior wielding a sword and shield.
Lapiks dashed forward wielding his new weaponry.
Super 17 growled as he spread his arms apart forming his Electric Hell Sphere, he then tossed the black energy ball.
Lapiks put his left hand up blocking with his force field shield. The attack exploded but Lapiks made it to the other side.
He then swung Royal Blade forward.
17 grinned as he spread his arms apart, ready to absorb-
But his stomach was kicked forcing him to change positions.
Lapiks then bashed his left arm with his shield across his face forcing him to look away. He then thrusted his right forward, aiming to end 17 with impalement.
But the Android tilted his body just in time for Lapiks to only pierce his left shoulder.
He screamed and then low kicked Lapiks and then punched straight into his chin forcing him back.
Super 17 then aimed his hands into his face ready to blast his head off.
But Lapiks rose his barrier shield blocking the blasts. He then swiped his right hand aiming to behead the Past Android.
It connected.
But to Lapiks's surprise and even to Super 17's it didn't even pierce the skin.
The taller fusion was wrapped in a green light, similar to 17's barrier. He had now made the barrier skin tight enforcing his defense.
"Woah" Lapiks was impressed. "Not bad, might have to steal that trick for myself."
"You won't get the chance!" 17 yelled as he thrusted a fist against the other fusion's stomach, then he rose his leg kicking up the Saiyan's chin, before kneeing his stomach and bashing head into Lapiks's skull.
This forced the other fusion back who the first time since this battle had started felt serious pain. He realized with that variation of the barrier his strikes are harder, and piercing techniques won't work. He'll need something explosive, without giving him the opportunity to absorb it.
Lapiks's Royal Blade and Barrier faded, now planning to stick with hand to hand.
Super 17 grinned wildly, with this his defenses are far beyond him and now he can destroy him easily. He dashed forward intending to finish it.
The Saiyan then took a breath and focused. He was now utilizing 17's newly created barrier, with Lapis's experience, whatever 17 can do he can as well. Maybe better.
He then dashed forward intending on ending this with a strategy he knows will work.
Lapiks threw a right fist towards his face, but the Past Android barely managed to duck underneath it and get behind the fusion.
Super 17 rose his fists and threw them down his head.
But Lapiks backflipped and avoided the sledgehammer strike. He also had his right leg extend and kicked down the top of Super 17's head.
'How can he do that?' The Android asked forced to look down. 'When he can't sense me?'
Lapiks then went up with the flip and kicked down the Super Android's chest, the both of them went back down the earth's atmosphere and fell down the planet at high speeds.
The two crash landed into the mountain scape and it created not a crater but an entire gorge.
Super 17 groaned from the pain, he looked up to see that Lapiks had his foot on his chest.
The sight made him even angrier. "Y-you! Get off of me!" He yelled grabbing his ankle and was unable to move it, this Super Kaioken was too much for him.
Lapiks then put his hands on Super 17's wrists to force him to let go. He then grinned down at his angry face like Lapis would do. "If you insist." Lapiks's hands glowed while he was holding the Android's arms, he got off of him.
"It's over now." Lapiks stated. "You had your chance earlier."
The Super Android looked even angrier. "Had my chance? Had my chance?!" He yelled. "No! I'm not like anything you've ever faced! I'm not some weakling you can just destroy whenever you want! You! Lapis, your just a failure who pretends to be the human who led a meaningless existence before Gero found you! And Trunks you were just entertainment for me and my sister, just like that weakling before you! I am the Ultimate Android! No one even comes close to me!"
Lapiks didn't respond nor did he glare at him almost as if he knew that this fight was over.
Super 17 stood up and immediately tried to throw a punch.
But Lapiks rose his arm and caught it within his palm.
The Past Android threw another fist down at him.
And the Present Android caught it with his other.
Super 17 tried to pull his hands back but clearly Lapiks had pushed his Kaioken beyond his strength.
Then Lapiks's hands glowed a familiar green and surrounded Super 17's, then it started to shrink and encase his fists.
17 didn't seem to notice and resorted to a headbutt.
But Lapiks kicked up Super 17's chin forcing him upward.
The Android looked down at the Saiyan before trying to fly down at him.
Lapiks glared at him. "Your right, no one does come close. Everyone else we fought had control over their actions unlike you."
Super 17 got angrier but was puzzled at what he was seeing.
Lapiks was performing familiar arm movements. "But just like them, we overcame you." Lapiks aimed both his hands forward, only instead of being connected by fingertips like Burning attack they were on top of each other. Forming not just Trunks's technique but blended in with Lapis's signature.
"Now face it you're just another enemy."
His hands glowed forming a yellow ball with orange surrounding it.
Super 17 said nothing but his his grin, this fool was going to give him his energy! He got into position ready to absorb it.
But Lapiks glared at 17's hands as if it would do something.
Just then Super 17's hands had barriers surround them and spread them behind his back "W-what? These are his barriers! But how?!" Then he realized when Lapiks caught his fists, he must have planted his energy like Lapis has learned to do. And then used that energy to act form barriers around his hands as some sort of cuffs.
He can't open his hands to even try to use the Energy Absorbers.
Wait, he can't get into position to even absorb energy. Did he figure that out?!
He must have, and now he can't move. It feels like his arms are chained into place.
Lapiks pressed his hands forward and yelled. "Burning Photon Flash!"
A powerful yellow wave of energy with orange ridges surrounding it.
Super 17 can't break free of the barriers, he can't try to absorb them because he can't open his fists.
"No!"
The energy attack connected without him able to absorb it
It connected and created a huge bright yellow explosion that shined all the way into space.
Once the explosion ended all that could be seen was a huge smokescreen.
Lapiks looked at the damage, as if scanning for him.
Just then his body glowed a bright light and separated into two different entities.
Lapis and Trunks appeared, each wearing a potara on the opposite ear.
Both of them were confused.
"What the-!" Lapis exclaimed with widened eyes.
"What happened?" Trunks asked with a worried tone. "I thought we were supposed to have an hour!" He demanded. "This isn't good, Lapis be on guard he could still be here."
Lapis looked at Trunks with a neutral expression. "Come on Trunks calm down, we got him." He said to him. "There's no way he could've survived it."
"Tch" Trunks was annoyed by his calm attitude and the duo looked to where they blasted. "Don't be so sure, we need to make sure." He said with a nervous expression. "And be ready to call Supreme Kai and Kibito if needed."
"I'm telling you it's fine, he couldn't absorb the energy so it's over." Lapis was confident that it was done.
Trunks didn't respond and the duo descended down to where they had blasted 17.
The duo landed in the center of the canyon the blast created.
"See? Nothing left." Lapis said calmly.
"I don't know." Trunks said. "We fell for this bef-!"
Just then from the ground they see an arm with a glove and bronze gauntlet come from the ground.
Trunks grabbed Lapis and jumped back.
"Damn it." Trunks exclaimed.
"Thought we were owed an easy win." Lapis admitted, regretting his words.
Another arm rose and a tall individual pulled himself out of the earth.
Super 17 stood to his feet and he grinned wildly. Though his whole outfit was ruined, he was covered in cuts and bruises.
"Hahahaha!" The Android took a step forward. "You two-"
The duo backed away not sure what to do.
"I told you, I am the Ultimate An-" He stopped and coughed.
A huge vomit of blood escaped his mouth and he fell to the ground face first.
Trunks and Lapis looked at the Android who had risen from the dead moments ago.
"Soooo" Lapis said slowly. "Did we do it?"
A female voice spoke. "Just in case."
A purple blast collided with Super 17's body.
The Android screamed as he was still alive, his entire body felt different. His energy was draining.
Trunks and Lapis looked at Super 17 and who had been firing at him.
It was Zangya floating down to them with her hands aimed at him.
"Zangya!" Lapis looked at her. "Wait, your fusion ended to?"
"Of course, darling." Zangya said as she kept firing at Super 17 who kept screaming.
Trunks had enough of it. "Hey wait, you gotta stop, if we're going to kill him it has to be quick."
"Relax and watch." Zangya said while she seemingly still tortured another version of her husband,
Super 17 finally stopped screaming and his body glowed a bright white light.
When the light faded, Trunks and Lapis were surprised at what they were looking at.
It was two Android 17's in the same classic clothing he wore all those years ago.
"You undid his fusion." Lapis said impressed and looked at his wife.
"Mhm, not just his." Zangya pointed her thumb to the side.
Both of them saw Lazuli flying down to them holding not one, but two Android 18's in her arms.
It was a bizarre sight she was holding two people who were identical to her in every way.
"Sis" Lapis noted the sight. "You're really her right? Hard to tell."
"Shut up idiot." Lazuli said as she dropped one of the two 18's. "Zangya's technique, apparently can force others to defuse, don't ask me how."
The dropped Android growled and was starting to open her eyes.
"So, what do we do?" Trunks asked. "Their programmed, I don't know if we should-"
"Let's talk to them, and then we'll decide." Lazuli interrupted her husband. "But first" She tossed the other 18 aside. "Keep their doublegangers away from them, I don't know if they can fuse over and over again, but I do know they won't let us try to fuse again."
She placed the real 18 by the 17 doubles.
"Why not destroy them both?" Lapis asked. "Wouldn't that be safer?"
"We need to learn about how their made." Zangya said. "In case they have more, I thought it'd be good if Bulma figured out a way to shut them down."
That'd be a scary thought, imagining them creating duplicates of 17 and 18 with Super forms.
Lapis then kicked one of the Android 17's away next to where the other 18 was.
"Wait" Trunks was confused. "How do you know which are the originals, and which are the doubles?"
"We have small scanners in our eyes." Lazuli stated. "These two are made completely different than we are, a different breed of cyborgs."
"Huh" Lapis looked at the two down who were starting to wake up. "Too bad, was hoping they would resist their programming unlike we did."
Lazuli nodded it was a shame but they will need to be revived if they hope to gain their free will.
"You!" 17 yelled now waking up and he tried to push himself off the ground, he coughed as he did so. "You miserable wastes of cybernetics!" He focused on the other variations of17 and 18. "How dare you side with them! Against your own kind!"
18 also woke up from this and also glared at the other Androids. "You!" She focused on Lazuli. "Why are you degrading yourself to be with him!" She yelled pointing out how she was with Trunks. "Those brats! They shouldn't even exist! You should be killing every human! Make the world whatever we want it to be! It's what they deserve for allowing us to suffer!"
Lapis and Lazuli knew what they were talking about. Back in their programming days, they blamed humanity for the painful experiments Dr Gero had given them when they were human. A petty reason, they were all powerful children blaming the world for what happened to them.
Both Lapis and Lazuli aimed their hands down at their counterparts, ready to destroy them.
Trunks and Zangya only looked away, not wishing to see copies of their spouses to die.
"Don't worry" Lazuli said to them. "We'll revive you with the dragon balls."
"It did wonders for us." Lapis pointed out.
17 and 18 can only stare in frustration screaming in defiance wishing not to be like their counterparts.
But just then they started to fade.
"What!" Lazuli yelled as the duo vanished just before the two were able to blast them.
Trunks saw the duplicates starting to vanish to, she he grabbed them before they could. And suddenly they stopped vanishing.
Almost as if whoever was causing this didn't want to take Trunks with him.
Once the real ones were gone it caused confusion among all of them.
"Damn it, just one nano second off." Lapis stated.
"We can worry about them later." Zangya brought up. "Come on, we should focus on the children." She pointed out. "I sensed that they flew off but I don't want any more surprises for them! And not to mention I'm worried about 16."
Trunks was confused hearing that as well as Lapis who had no idea what she meant, not being told or there where 16 seemed to betray them.
"16?" Lapis asked. "Why wh-"
"Let's just go!" Lazuli yelled at her brother. "We'll explain on the way!" She knew what happened from being fused with Zangya, becoming one mind.
They all agreed while Trunks was holding the duplicates of 17 and 18. They were unsure what to do with them, they only hoped that, Bulma will figure a way to dispose any future Androids.
But Trunks had a feeling in his gut.
It told him, that this was just the beginning of something far worse.

Another Timeline
In what looked like a steel area, a blue woman with pointy ears dressed in red was standing.
Towa sighed, she had a feeling somehow 17 and 18 would bungle everything. Guess 21's programming didn't include a need to finish the job.
Oh well, she did explain that they needed some amount of free will to function properly.
She was going to have to help 21 make more duplicates for the final phase of her plan.
So much to do.
But the prize will be worth it.
"Excuse me."
She turned to see a woman with long black hair with bangs over her forehead, red eyeshadow and lipstick. She was wearing a teal trench coat. With the Red Ribbon insignia on her left shoulder.
"He will see you now, please follow me." She said to her.
Towa followed along looking at the woman, she recognized her from somewhere. But where?
She viewed a lot of timelines she looked like someone that was with another version of a young Trunks. In a set of timelines, she couldn't go to, since the higher gods were more involved in those universes it would be suicide.
She smirked, wondering what those version Trunks reaction would be seeing this version of their lady friend.
Once they reached the room, the woman turned to Towa.
"Refrain from any unnecessary movements and treat him with the utmost respect." The woman explained. "Understood."
Towa nodded, knowing what she needed would be with him.
Once that exchange was done, they walked through the door.
The leading woman kneeled down while Towa remained standing.
"I have brought her here, as you asked." The woman said. "She's the one who sent you that message, Doctor."
In front of them was an elderly man sitting with a mustache, beard and no eyebrows. Wearing an orange and black outfit, with a black hat that had the Red Ribbon insignia.
"Dr. Gero" Towa said smiling. "It is an honor to finally meet you, I see you've done wonders with your world, I'm happy that you made the most of it after you had killed Trunks."
The old looking doctor didn't seem impressed. "You, you're the one who sent that message. Claiming to have secrets to share with me, do you truly have the way to time travel?"
"That and so much more." Towa grinned. "Here let me show you." She brought a hand up, her staff appeared.
Just then the woman who bowed came to her side with her hand shaped like a gun pointed at her head.
Towa didn't flinch, she frowned, she should have expected this.
"I warned you, no unnecessary movements." She said to her.
"Come now" Towa grinned. "I am no threat to him, this isn't even his real body." She said to her. "Isn't that right, doctor?"
Dr. Gero rose an eyebrow before replying. "You know far more than you should." He said to her. "But I will hear you out, 41, stand down."
The woman, Android 41 stepped back and put her hand down still watching her.
Towa smiled as she placed her staff down.
Just then a portal opened up beside her.
Dr. Gero watched cautiously as a three-pronged foot came out making a strange noise, a figure walked out. "And who is this?"
It was a being with a beak like mouth, a wide thing on his head and a bio gem in the middle with snake like eyes. "Do you not recognize me? Father?" He chuckled.
The doctor scanned him with his robotic eyes seeing DNA from various cells.
His eyes widened. "It couldn't be." He said in surprise. "Cell, is that you?" He had long thought he was lost after finding no trace of him when his container was shattered.
Towa smiled at his surprise. "That's right doctor, we have a proposal for you."
Cell chuckled beside her looking forward to what was promised to him. And looking forward even more to paying Trunks robbing him the chance to taste perfection.
He will acquire a form beyond Perfection itself.
This has been the most fun chapter to write in this story. I hope you guys enjoyed this chapter at least half as much as I did writing it.
So the next conflict will be the end.
I don't know how many chapters we have left, just know the next couple chapters will be different before we enter the final battle.
Also I hope you enjoy Zazuli's return and final appearance in the story.
Lapiks won't be back either. As fun as these fusions are I think it's best that they don't appear for the final battle. It's why I made these fights longer than most, I wanted them to last.
The thing about fusions is if you want them to be special, make their appearance as minimal as possible like they do in canon.

Shadowwriter01: Yeah, I originally was going to have 16 be a distraction for the fusion dance. But then I thought he might not be able to do it long enough for them to do it sucsefully. And also, I don't think it would've been wise for them not to worry about the kids, so I made a change of plans.
Yep, though they wanted to make sure they knew how their energy absorption worked before they decided the best way to take them out.
Ok guys, hope you enjoyed the Final Saga so far and I promise it won't be too long before we get to the final battle. I do feel like at first I had too many peaceful chapters and I dragged the build too much I apologize.
Which is why it will not be as long for the build up of the final battle, I promise to do my best to make it an enjoyable ride for all us.
I still got more planned that I think you'll enjoy.
