The girls of Class 1-A strolled through the bustling shopping district not too far from the school.
Mina's face was etched with exhaustion, and she couldn't help but voice her wish: "I really wish Aizawa-Sensei would take it easy on us for once."
"It's not that bad," Toru told her as Mina shrugged.
"I have to agree with her," Momo said as she looked at the pink-skinned girl. "He has been taking it easy on us," she told her.
"That's really easy for you to say, Yaomomo," Mina told her she spotted something.
Or rather someone.
"Isn't that, Midoriya," Mina asked as she pointed, and the other girls saw their haired classmate walking over to a store not far from them.
"So it is," Kyoka confirmed, her eyes scanning the store's name, "The Fantastic Fairy Tale." They approached the window, their curiosity piqued by the sight of the store filled with a treasure trove of merchandise from films, books, anime, and other relics of the Pre-Quirk Era.
"Look at these things," Toru said as she looked into the store.
"What do you think he's getting Tsuyu," Ochaco asked the girl with the Frog Quirk.
"Let's ask him, Kero," Tsuyu said as she walked over to the door, opened it, and entered with the other girls who came after her.
They saw him standing at a bookshelf with many titles before Tsuyu, "Midoriya-chan, what are you doing here, Kero," She asked him as he jumped before turning to her.
"Oh, girls, what are you doing here," He asked them as he turned to the girls.
"We were doing some shopping before we saw you walking in here," Ochaco said as she looked around before turning to him with a cocked head. "So what is this store," she asked him.
"Oh, this is a store that has books, DVDs, CDs and games from the Pre-Quirk Era, and I was going to buy something for the apartment that the principal gave me," Izuku told them as they looked confused.
"Why are you getting an apartment?" Mina's curiosity got the better of her as she blurted out the question.
"Oh, I'm going to be looking after Kota and Eri," Izuku told them.
"Why are you looking after both of them?" Momo asked him, her eyes flickering with curiosity as she looked at the titles of the books.
They were called Lord of the Rings, the Fellowship of the Ring, and the Hobbit.
"Aizawa-sensei can't always look after Eri, so Principal Nezu asked me if I could, and because I am always one of the first to hand in all my work, I said yes, but the dorm room that I live in was too small for both Eri and I," Izuku said as he walked around with the girls in his class following him as he picked some other things like DVD and some games, "So he was going to give me an apartment that is enough room for both Eri and I along with a working kitchen, washroom, and bathroom," Izuku added, his voice filled with excitement, as the girls looked amazed with him.
"But that only says why you are looking after Eri but not Kota and why you are here," Kyoka said as she put a hand on her hip.
"I was getting there," Izuku said with a smile as he paid for the things he picked out. "Mandalay found out about Nezu's deal with me, so she got in on the deal, so then the apartment that is now an apartment with three bedrooms, an office, a kitchen, washroom, and bathroom," he said as they looked amazed.
"And the shop, Kero," Tsuyu asked him.
"This store is one of the few in the world that still holds anything from the Pre-Quirk Era, and I have a great appreciation of that Era and all the things that have to go with it," Izuku told her as the cashier handed him the bag of goods before the cashier handed him something else, "What's this Hatchi," Izuku asked him as he looked at the box.
"It's a new figure that we managed to get the rights to make thanks to you and your connections in the Hero world, so each time a new figure comes in, you get it," Hatchi said as he bagged up the box and handed it over to Izuku.
"Thank Hatchi," Izuku said as he walked out with the girls following him.
"So where are you off to now, Deku-kun," Ochaco asked him as the other girls nodded.
"Oh, I'm heading over to my car to drop this off before I pick up both Kota, Eri, and Nezu before going to my new apartment," Izuku said as the girl's eyes shot wide.
"You have your own car," Mina asked him as she looked at him in amazement.
"Yes, I passed it last week, and Mie made it for me," Izuku said as the girls looked shocked.
"But I thought the law stated that only when you reach eighteen can you have a driving licence," Momo asked him.
"That was the old law that got replaced silently by the prime minister two years ago, but now you have to be sixteen to be able to have one," Izuku told her as they walked up to a car and made Kyoka's eyes pop wide open.
"What is that car, and why do I want one?" she asked as she looked at it.
"Oh, it's a nineteen seventy-seven Chevrolet Camaro," Izuku said as he opened the boot of his car and placed the bags into it.
"How many can it seat," Mina asked him as Izuku looked at her with a raised brow.
"Well, in the back can seat four, and in the front one," Izuku said as Mina gained a look before looking at Izuku.
"Can we join you in going to your apartment so we can help decorate it?" Mina asked him, her voice filled with eagerness. The other girls nodded in agreement.
Izuku looked at them deadpan. "Why do you six want to come over to my new apartment?" he asked as they nodded at him.
"We can help furnish it with you," Mina said as the other girls nodded.
"But how are you going to get there," Izuku asked them as she nodded.
"You take four in the back with one in the front so that Kota and Eri can sit on the girl's lap while Principal Nezu does the same in the front seat," Mina said as Izuku nodded. "And then when you drop them off, you can come and pick us back up from the Dorm," she told him as the others nodded.
"Do I get a say in this," Izuku asked them, but they shook their heads, "And why is that," he asked with a nervous smile.
"It's simple green," Kyoka said as she looked at him.
"You are going to look after children," Toru added.
"And so your apartment will need a woman's touch to it," Mina said as she put her hands on her hips.
"So out of the goodness of our hearts, we have decided to help you decorate it," Ochaco told him with a significant smile.
"It is only fair," Both Momo and Tsuyu finished saying.
Izuku looked at them before he sighed, "Fine, but I pick the first five girls," He said as the girls nodded.
"There's no need for that," Mina said as Izuku browsed at her. "Toru is visible, so she can just sit on one of our laps like Eri, Kota, and the principal are going to do," she said as Izuku nodded at that with a sigh.
So he let the girls into the back of the car, with Kyoka coming out so she could be in the front.
As soon as Izuku got in and started the engine, the radio started and played a song that none of them knew. "What's Midoi?" Mina asked as Izuku pulled out of the car park.
"This song was made in the Pre Quirk Era, and its called Life is Life," Izuku said as he drove.
Ochaco bopped along with the song as Izuku drove, "This is a good song," She said as Izuku looked at her in the rearview mirror and smiled before turning left.
After a little while, the sound of a piano filled the car, "Oh, what's this song," Momo asked as she listened to the singer.
"This was made by Sir Elton John and its called Your Song," Izuku said as Momo liked how the song sounded to her.
This continued as they drove, with songs playing, and each girl liked one or two of the songs that played.
Soon, they arrived in the U.A. with Nezu, Eri, Aizawa, and All Might waiting for them. "Young Midoriya, why are your classmates here?" All Might asked his superior, who smiled weakly at him.
Luckily, Mina answered in his stead. "We said that we wanted to come with him so that we could help him with decorating his new apartment," she said as Nezu looked at her.
"I see, then how will I show Midoriya how to get there," He asked his students.
"Eri will sit on my lap while you sit on Kyoka's and lead us from there," Momo said as Nezu nodded at her. Kyoka got out, and Izuku helped Eri onto Momo's lap.
Kyoka returned to the front passenger seat with Nezu on her lap, and Izuku started the engine. They pulled out of the car park and into the school campus, with All Might and Aizawa following them in a van.
"Why are they following us," Toru asked as she looked out behind her.
"They have furniture for the living room and Eri's room," Nezu said as he liked the song playing, "Take this right," He told Izuku, who turned right.
"What about the furniture for the bedrooms?" Ochaco asked the animal, who smiled at her.
"Oh, after we drop off the furniture, me, All Might, Mandalay, Eri, Kota, Mister Midoriya, and now you girls will go to a furniture store so we can buy more for the three of them," Nezu told her before turning to Izuku. "I really like this song; take that left," he said to Izuku.
"Thank you and its called You'r The Voice," He said as he drove.
"It's a good song and it has a good message about no matter where you come from your voice dose matter," Nezu said as Eri looked amazed.
"Is that right Papa," Eri asked as she looked at Izuku as the girl froze in shock.
But Izuku smiled at her in the rear-view mirror. "Yes, and it was about how there was a protest that led to the disarmament of nuclear weapons 1985 in London," he told her as she looked amazed. "And while the singer of this song, John Farnham, got it from Chris Thompson, it became a world hit," Izuku explained.
"Why did they want a dis-arma-ment of weapons," Eri asked Izuku, who smiled at her.
"Not all weapons, as the soldiers would need something at the time to defend their country, but weapons that could destroy a country if used," Izuku explained as she nodded.
"Why not just use Quirks," She asked him.
"There were no Quirks around by then, as they came about in 2041," Izuku told Eri, who looked amazed by what he said along with the girls.
"That's a long time ago," She said as Nezu nodded.
"Indeed, we are currently in 2214, so that would be one hundred and seventy-three years ago," Nezu said as Mina's eyes widened.
"It's been that long," She asked him, and Izuku nodded.
"Yep," He said as she turned to him, "And while the Darkness Age, as it's called, the age from where Quirks appeared until around thirty years ago, was the age after the Pre-Quirk era and most people nowadays think that stuff from that era should not come back," Izuku said as Nezu nodded.
This shocked the girls more than Eri calling him Papa, "Why," Tsuyu asked him.
"They think that because it does not have anything with Quirks, it does not matter to the world, unlike the wars that changed the world," Izuku said as Ochaco looked confused.
"Wars," She asked, with Mina nodding.
"Back in 1914 was the start of the First World War, whereassassination of Austrian Archduke Franz Ferdinand kicked it off," He told them as they looked shocked, "And it ended in 1918 with the day that is being talked about be taken away from people in America, Armistice Day, where Germany had to singe an armistice, an agreement for peace, which caused the fighting to stop," Izuku said as Momo nodded.
"And then there is the Second World War when the Axis Powers, consisting of Germany, Italy, and Japan attacking the world being led by a genuinely evil man by the name Adolf Hitler started a genocide of a group of people in 1939 when he organised an invasion of Poland," Nezu took off from him as Kyoka looked down at the Quirked animal on her lap.
"Why did he start the war," She asked him.
"He started it on the intent on conquering Europe for the benefit of the Aryan race and started his genocide of the Jewish people as he believed that they are the ones that stopped Germany from winning last time," Izuku said as Nezu told him to turn Left once more.
Izuku saw the looks of sadness in the eyes of the girls in the back, "But there were brilliant things that came out during that era as well," Izuku said as he drew the girl's eyes once more, "The first black person became the president of the USA, equal rights for men and women, the first woman to be made a court judge, the fall of the Berlin Wall, same-sex marriage being legalised, creation of the first artificial heart, the Paris Agreement, and many more," Izuku said as the girls was shocked by the things he mentioned.
"While wars are the main thing that is covered by the wars that cover the world as they bring out the worst in people and after them the best in people with shine a bright as a star, that right," Nezu said as the girls nodded at him before they saw something.
"Is that the dormitories," Momo asked as Izuku passed the 1-A dormitories.
"That it is and the reason as to why it has moved places is because I plan to make a city for the students to live when they leave school as most of our students from class C to Z suffer for not being in the hero world and wanting to be in the everyday world," Nezu said with a soft shake of his head.
"That amazing," Momo said with a light shining in her eyes.
"Yes, we're even opening both an elementary school along with a collage and there is word for a university," Nezu told her before he told Izuku to make one last right turn, and they found that was an apartment complex.
Izuku stopped the car and opened the door. As the girls exited the vehicle, Eri looked amazed at the complex. "It's so big," she said, bright red eyes shining.
Izuku smiled down at her as he took the things out of the boot and walked up to the building, with Eri following him.
Izuku looked back to Nezu, who looked at him, "You're on the ninth floor," He said with a smile smiled back with the girls looking confused before they all got into the elevator as they saw All Might and Aizawa carrying a couch out of the van.
The eight in the elevator started to go up floors as the girls could not wait to see what the apartment would look like.
After a few seconds, they reached the ninth floor. Once the elevator doors opened, they were greeted by a five-star hotel hallway with a red carpet with gold patterning.
On the walls were bronze lights that were designed to look like flowers.
"This way," Nezu said as he led the students and child to where the apartment was located as Mina had to help a practically catatonic Ochaco with them.
"Each floor of this complex has twelve apartments," Nezu said as they passed doors.
"So this door leads to my new home," Izuku asked Nezu, who nodded.
"You, along with Eri and Kota, are going to be living in apartment 108, or 9L," Nezu told him. Izuku nodded. Nezu pulled out a key for Izuku, who expended it off him and placed it in the keyhole.
Once he opened the door, the first thing he saw was that the room was just white.
"Now, as you can see, the room's decoration has just not been touched, so we have left that up to you," Nezu told Izuku as the eight walked into the apartment. "And once All Might and Aizawa get here, we can all go shopping for paint and other things we will need," he added as Izuku set down the bag of stuff he bought as the girls looked around.
"Deku do you already have a colour in mind for the living room," Ochaco asked as she looked around.
"Yes, peacock teal for the living room and then I'll let Kota and Eri deised on the colour of their rooms," Izuku told her as Ochaco nodded.
Momo walked into the living room, made herself a notebook, and started to write down the diameters of the rooms.
"Then if you're going with a peacock teal for the living room, the dining room can be a Copper green and have the two blend into each other," Mina said as she walked around the dining room.
"When are the appliances getting delivered, sir?" Momo asked Nezu as Tosu led Eri to the room that she had claimed for herself.
"Aizawa is going to stay here and make sure that everything is working and up and running by the time we get back from shopping," Nezu told her as both All Might and Aizawa arrived, and the group of eight went shopping.
