AN:alright I'm gonna give this one more go. For all you people who wanna complain about how I am doing this fic, this is my work and mine alone, I'm done letting you lot get into my head. Anyway let us continue the story.

/Virgos manor./

Everyone is enjoying a small lunch made by Tily when a ministry owl is seen descending down to them. The owl lands on the table and offered the letter it was carrying to Cyrus. He then takes the letter and he opens it. He sighed"Great."

"What is it Cyrus?." Roxanne holding Daphne.

"Dumbledore is taking Sora and Kairi to the Wizengamot. He wants to battle for Harry's custody. The same with several other families. They expected to be there within the hour." Said Cyrus.

"This will not do…Albus will not get his way this time ... .not if I have a say in this" said Virgo grabbing his staff and he looked at Tilly. "Tily, go to my office and grab the scroll on my desk."

Tily nodded and went inside the manor.

"The kids should stay here." Said Aqua

"I agree. the children will be safe here in case the dark faction try anything. " said Cyrus before Tily returned with an scroll of parchment with the potters seal, "is that.?"

"Yes, a copy of the will of James and Lily before it was sealed up. It was sent to me by Lily before her death and it holds evidence of Lord blacks innocence." Said Virgo, putting the scroll of parchment in his pocket.

"Sora Kairi. Are you both ready?" Asked Merlin

"Yeah, we're ready merlin." Said Kairi. With a puff of smoke they vanished from the Paladins base.

/ministry atrium,/

The six of them appear in the entrance of the ministry of magic, Cyrus led them down the length of the atrium to the security gate. The guard on duty weighed their wands and offered a receipt. Cyrus glared at the man for a moment before the guard stammered an apology and offered them back Merlin and Cyrus their wands.

"Sir..the staff?" Asked a guard.

"You Wouldn't part an old man from his walking stick wouldn't you?" Said Virgo.

"Just try not to use any magic with it." Said the guard allowing the six to pass.

What was that all about?" asked Sora.

"Part of the security of the Ministry is that visitors must hand over their wands before entering beyond the atrium," replied Cyrus. "However, as I - and Merlin - are on the Wizengamot, we are considered employees. That means we carry our wands through with us. The guard was being disrespectful by not immediately offering our wands back as we entered."

"Good to know," said Kairi.

Cyrus led them to the bank of elevators. To their surprise, discovered what Sora thought to be vertical elevators, could actually move along all three axies. A minute later, they were on Level Two in a narrow but long foyer. Directly ahead from them was a door marked with the title 'Auror Dept.'. To their right were a series of doors. Cyrus led them to the fifth and last doors, double doors, on the right.

Two aurors in full auror robes stood just inside the doors. They gave the group a once over before letting them through; and Roxanne went up a narrow set of stairs into what was clearly a visitors' gallery. He and Merlin, however, walked across the room and out another set of doors.

"I am representing you as your defense against Albus…he knows not to mess with me and if we play our cards right, Sirius will be a free man by the end of the day," said Virgo.

An auror opened the door to them, "there ready for you"

Sora and Kairi entered with Virgo into the courtroom. Looking around, The couple saw the room was quite circular. Almost two-thirds of the room was ringed in tiered seats that appeared quite plush. There was a gap at each end, one of which led to where the party of three entered. One half sat the dark faction and the other side had the light faction. In the middle were the neutrals where Cyrus sat with a woman wearing a Monacle over her left eye. Merlin himself sat in his chair next to Cyrus and beside him is an elderly woman wearing a vulture hat.

Dumbledore was present in the middle when he saw them entered. "Virgo?" Said Dumbledore paled, not expecting to see him with the wielders.

"Long time no see Albus..how is my brother doing these days. You do visit him in Nurmengard right?" Virgo holding his staff. He then glared at the gathered Wizengamot. "Turns out we still have to do this despite you lot not accepting the boy being adopted by two keyblade wielders when he himself has been chosen by the Keyblade. He is no longer under your laws but ours."

"Impossible" said a man named Theodore Nott.

"Oh yes mr, Nott. Harry potter is no longer the wizarding worlds concern, despite you lot letting Albus dumbledore to place him with magic hating muggles who would have abuse him!" Virgo said,

Objection" Dumbledore stood up "Harry was placed there for his safety"

"YOU HAD NO AUTHORITY ON THAT DECISION!" Snapped Cryus slamming his fist down on the table, "you forget that Harry is betrothed to my daughter and we were listed in the will as his guardians in case Sirius Black or Alice Longbottom couldn't care for him. You kidnapped him and we are fortunate that Master Sora and his fiancé were there to take him to safety. "

"Which brings up the next thing. I received word that Sirius Black never received a trial for his involvement for the attack on Halloween or November 2nd?. Why is that?" Asked Merlin now speaking,

"He was guity for leading You-Know Who to the Potters and the murder of Peter Petegrew and the thirteen muggles !" Cornelis Fudge exclaimed.

"and yet he wasnt given a trial. The law of the wizengamot clearly states that all must be tried before getting convicted!" Merlin shouted standing up from his seat and glaring at Fudge who shrank in his seat afraid of him.

"How dare you talk to us like that stranger!" Yelled a woman who wore pink and soras case was very ugly. "I am no Stranger" Said Merlin, taking off his good to reveal his face. "I am Merlin Emrys, Founder of this Wizengamot."

"You cannot be him, He died a long time ago!" said a wizard with long blonde hair.

"Oh try me, I Swear to the old magic that i am the real Merlin, so mote be it!" said Merlin saying an oath to magic. He raised his wand before firing a powerful boom making all the members flinch. Including Dumbledore.

"I return from what I consider a long vacation to see Magical Britain in a great deal of decay, muggleborns and magical creatures are oppressed and treated as third class citizens and what's worse is that you all abuse the power of this Wizengamot to satisfy your own ends. Not the need of Magical England. If it was up to me I would disband this government but I can't until the Heir to the throne of Camelot is found." Said Merlin.

"you can't be serious?" Said Lord Parkinson.

"try me." Said Merlin.

"And we have proof of Lord Blacks innocence for I hold a copy of the late lord and lady potter." Said Virgo pulling out the scroll which made Dumbeldore pale which went unnoticed by everyone. Virgo handed the Will to the woman wearing the monocle and she read the paper. "It's true…Sirius Black was not the secret keeper. Peter Petegrew was." Said Amelia bones ,

The minister was an elderly woman named Matilda Marchbanks. "You mean to tell me that we sent an innocent man to prison without a trial."

"Yes minister Marchbanks, it's true." Said Madam Bones.

"Send someone to retrieve him and get him out of there. as of now. Sirius Black is pardoned." Said Marchbanks.

"No need for that Matilda. Allow me" said Virgo before a corridor of light opened and Tilly appeared with Sirius. "Well it looks like I'm finally getting my trial today."

"Sirius still insisted that he be given Veritaserum" said Virgo pulling out a bottle of the truth potion. He then had Sirius tilt his head back and dropped three drops of the potion onto his mouth, once the potion was taking effect did he guesture to Amelia to begin the questioning, "what is your name,"

"Sirius Orion Black"

"What is your date of birth?"

"14th of February 1960"

"On the night of the 31st of October 1981, were you the Secret Keeper for the Fidelius Charm placed over Potter Cottage?"

"No, that was Peter Pettigrew."

"Why would people think it was you?"

"I thought I would be too obvious a choice. I suggested to James he choose Pettigrew, another friend, instead."

"During the day of the 3rd of November 1981, did you track down Peter Pettigrew to a street in the shopping district of Covington?"

"Yes. It took me almost three days of hunting to finally find him."

"Did you kill Peter Pettigrew?"

"No."

"Did you kill any of the thirteen non magicals that were in the vicinity?"

"No, that was Pettigrew."

"Who blew the hole in the street?"

"That was partly Pettigrew using a Blasting Curse to open up a hole in the street, and that he hit a gas main line when he did so."

"What happened to Pettigrew after he blew the hole in the street?"

"He cut off the little finger on his left hand using an underpowered cutting curse, changed into his animagus form of a brown common rat, and disappeared down the opened sewer pipes."

"Pettigrew is, or was, an unregistered animagus?"

"Yes."

"Are you, or have you ever been, a member of the organization known as Death Eaters."

"No."

"Have you ever desired to, or wished you could, join that organization?"

"No, never. I would rather die than join them" said Sirius.

"Madam Marchbanks, I have no further questions for this man," said Amelia after first turning to the elderly witch. "May I have the antidote given?"

Madam Marchbanks sighed and said, "Go ahead."

The same auror stepped forward and pulled Sirius's head back. He carefully dropped a couple of drops of the antidote into the slightly open mouth. When he released Sirius's head it moved back to it's original position. A few moments later, Sirius blinked a few times and he became more animated. Clearly, the antidote had taken effect.

Amelia called, "Madam Marchbanks; based on the evidence presented this day, I move that all charges be dropped and Lord Black be exonerated of any wrongdoing in this matter."

Nodding, Madam Marchbanks called, "All those in favour of dismissing all charges and exonerating Sirius Orion Black of any wrongdoing, raise your wands."

A quick count and the court stenographer gave a small nod to the elderly witch.

"All those not in favour of dismissing all charges and exonerating Sirius Orion Black of any wrongdoing, raise your wands."

Only a few wands were raised.

"Based on the count," said Madam Marchbanks, "Sirius Orion Black, due to the overwhelming evidence in your favor, this court has dismissed all charges against you and exonerated you of any wrongdoing. You are free to go."

"Woohoo!" exclaimed Sirius before he then said, "I would like to say I fully support Sora and Kairis adoption of my Godson. It's clear to me they have formed a bond with him."

"As do I" said Cyrus

"And so do we!" Said a male voice. All heads turn to gasp and Agustas cane dropped. Standing at the door of the chamber was Frank Longbottom and Alice Longbottom wearing the red robes. They were being accompanied by a Paladin knight named Sally, a blacked haired girl about the same age as them.(think of Thorn from scooby doo and the witches ghost." Vanitas was with her. Alice was holding her wand out ready to hex a certain someone.

"Frank….Alice?l" said Augusta before getting out of her seat to go hug her son and his wife, "mother. Thank you for watching Neville for the last few weeks," said Frank,

"How is this possible? The healers said you would remain catatonic forever." Said Agusta

"The key bearers healed us. It felt like we were trapped in a dark void but this young man helped us" said Alice gesturing to Vanitas who nodded.

"Now I have one thing to do, mother." Said Frank before marching over to Dumbledore and within seconds. A swift punch to the face made the old man stagger a bit. His nose was broken and blood was leaking out of it. "That's for leaving us to fend for ourselves Albus. Take that as our resignation out of your order of the Phoenix." Said Frank. He looked at his mother before he said, "mother. May I"

"Of course Frank." Said Agusta.

Frank then pulled out his wand and he raised it, "I, Lord Frank Longbottom of the most ancient and Noble House of Longbottom call for a vote of no confidence in Albus Dumbledore . He has abused the power of the chief warlock, sealing the will of the late lord and lady potter and kidnapping of its heir!"

"All in favor" said Marchbanks. All the wands even rose except for a few wands that showed dumbledore's supporters.

"Very well. Albus Dumbledore, you are hereby stripped of being chief warlock." Said Marchbanks banging the hammer. She then looked at Sora and Kairi. "Master Sora…Miss Kairi. Do you wish to keep the young Mr Potter under your ward? Despite Lord malfoy and Nott have filed for adoption "

"We do.." said Kairi,

"Master Sora" Amelia Bones raised her hand "what exactly do you intend to teach young Harry when he is older?"

"First, reading and writing . I'd like to teach him some magical theory when he is a bit older, he will learn to wield his keyblade but I also want to teach him about the wizarding world, your cultures and traditions and so forth. I will teach him whatever will be necessary to help make his life easier in this world. Does this answer satisfy you?" Said Sora

"Yes" Amelia nodded "it does"

"Good" Sora then turned to Malfoy and Nott "I apologise Lord Nott and Lord Malfoy but I am not willing to allow either of you to have custody of Harry."

"How dare you?!" Malfoy turned red "I am the Lord of the noble house of Malfoy"

"Titles mean nothing to my brother…in fact. He outranks you blondie. He is the King of Light." Said Vanitas standing next to sora.

"This boy a king. Hes nothing but skin and bone and I'll prove it" said Nott before he fired a sickly yellow spell right at Sora. Before the spell could hit him. The X Blade appeared in his hand and fired Dark Firaga right at the spell. The two clashed but the dark firaga was stronger than Notts spell as it went straight for him. Nott had to duck to avoid getting hit by the spell. All eyes were now glued on the weapon in soras hand which glowed with a golden energy.

"Lord nott!" Barked Madam Marchbanks.

"/Xblade Theme from Kingdom hearts 3 plays./

"What is that thing?" Asked Alice, seeing the X Blade.

"This weapon you all see before you is the original in which all Keyblades were made to model. This X Blade is the counterpart to the great power of Kingdom Hearts, Sora here has been chosen by this very blade himself. He battled a man with more than eighty years of experience with the keyblade when he himself only has two. Now tell me if he isn't worthy of being the guardian of Harry Potter. " Said Virgo.

Sora held the weapon out before he said. "Let this be a warning to those who want to cause harm to me or my family. I will not tolerate any threats and will use Lethal force. You have been warned"

"Master Osment? Do you wish to press charges against Lord Nott?" Asked Amelia. sora shook his head. " forgive him this one time, the next time he try's to attack me. I won't be forgiving."

Amelia nodded before Sora dismissed the xblade. "Minister Marchbanks. Anything else?" Asked Virgo.

"No, court adjourned." Said Marchbanks slamming the hammer down. Most of the members piled out of there. Roxanne came down from the visitor galley and she was quick to throw herself to Alice which the other woman was more than glad to accept, Virgo looked at the Longbottoms. "Perhaps you would like to join us at the Sanctuary"

"Of course, we want to see Harry and I'm sure Neville would love to see his god brother again" said Frank. He darkly glared at Dumbledore clearly he was still angry at what the headmaster has done.

"Of course….Sally go with them" said Virgo.

"Yes Master " said Sally before she gave Vanitas a wink who blushed. Sora could only smirk. Something to tease his brother about, sally went to the Longbottoms and escorted them out of the courtroom. Merlin came down with Cryus. "We'll rendezvous later. Now that you have been freed Sirius, let us get you a new wand. Yours was snapped right?" Said Cyrus.

"We need to head for Gringotts too. Bloodtooth needs to speak with you Sirius" said Merlin.

"Alright." Said Sirius before the three of them vanished away by Merlin.

"Come." Said Virgo opening a corridor of light for them to travel though. He kept his eye on Dumbledore while the rest of them enter the corridor. "Know this Albus…your days of playing with people's lives are though…Harry Potter is no longer your concern. Continue to try to take control of the boy and we will not be merciful." Said Virgo. He entered the corridor just as it closed leaving the manipulator alone in the courtroom.

Next chapter will be the Punishment of the Traitor and the group learning the full prophecy. Then the wedding of the sea and sky.
