Heyyyyyy!
This scene was requested by L'Oracle de Delphe (i loved your idea btw!) So here we are! *excitedly squeals for more Sokeefe*
I honestly didn't think that I'd get all the way to my sixth scene…I didn't expect anyone to read it, but I'm glad everyone did! Also in case you didn't know, these scenes aren't affiliated with one another, unless it says "part 2" or "Part 3." Just putting it out there.
So anyway, back to the story; L'Oracle de Delphe suggested a story of them announcing they were a couple, and I started writing this, like, seconds after reading it! (If you can't tell ;) imma bit of a weirdo)
I'm soooo excited about this one, because I'm using different characters' perspectives! I hope they acted like they would in the real books! Also, random question, but is anyone else fangirling hard about book 9.5 coming out in less than a month?
Keefe's perspective
"Are you ready?" Keefe asked Sophie as they glittered into view in front of Havenfield. Specifically in front of the Panakes tree.
Sophie sighed and said, "No."
"I know how you feel…" Keefe said, looking at her house.
"Really?" Sophie asked, and looked up at him.
"No, literally, I know how you feel." He held up her hand, which was still intertwined with his from the light leap. Sophie pulled her hand free and playfully smacked him on the shoulder. Keefe laughed, "But really Foster, you have nothing to worry about, they all know I had a crush on you, and they all know you and Fitzy aren't a thing–"
"But what if they aren't happy, or if they get angry, what if they don't want to be our friends anymore?" She panicked.
"Umm, we're still talking about our friends, right? The ones who left everything behind to join the Black Swan with you? Who risked life and limb to fight at your side? Who cared about you so much that they'd get up at 6:00 in the morning just because you said you had to tell them something?" Keefe raised his eyebrows for good measure.
"I couldn't wait until morning!" She said in defense.
"And then you came tumbling into my house to wake me up? By the way, I still haven't recovered from that." Keefe said and shuttered.
Sophie smiled, "Hey, it's not my fault that you didn't clean away your toys!"
"I didn't expect you to flop on me early in the morning!" Keefe smirked.
They laughed until they reached the front door, and stopped walking.
Sophie took a deep breath.
"It's really going to be okay, Foster." Keefe said.
"I hope so." Sophie reached for his hand, as she opened the door and led him into the most…interesting conversation of his life.
You know, I realized that I haven't given you guys a cliffhanger yet! If you haven't realized from my little side note about the "part 2" thing in my earlier note, then I'll tell you now…ITZ LA CLIFFHANGER!
I'm evil *Bwahahaha!*
Bye!
