Albus Dumbledore raised his wand into the middle of the circle of Wizards and Witches he was part of. Moments later, Molly and Arthur Weasley joined their wands in, beginning to join him in reciting the spell. Minerva joined next, followed, reluctantly, by Severus.
This was their last hope. Albus had tried every spell he could think of and found since Harry Potter, Ronald Weasley and Hermione Granger had vanished off the Hogwarts Express at the end of their first year. Finally, he had to resort to an archaic spell that took a cabal of wizards casting together to work.
As the spell wound down, there was a loud, glass shaking bang above their head, and the Hogwarts Astronomy tower was cast into darkness. Looking up, he found an island of stone and dirt hanging above their heads.
"Accio broomsticks!" he called, keeping as calm as he could, why was a ritual designed to call for Harry, Ron and Hermione's souls summoning an island?
Unless, their soul was tied to the island in some way. What had they been up to while they were gone? Where had they been, even?
They all mounted their brooms, and took off towards the island. Halfway there, they were intercepted by a redheaded woman with a spear on her back and bow in hand and a man with brown hair and dusky skin, a yellow cape, and a bow seemingly made of bone. It was clear to everyone involved that this was as much a preparation to attack as it was an escort above the bristling emplacements. Albus quietly gestured to Severus, who was preparing to attack himself.
Finally, they landed outside a castle on the island. A blue haired teen wearing gold armor came out of the castle, flanked by a young woman with cyan hair wearing a qipao and gripping a long sword, a a redhead teen holding a spear followed by a short teen with purple hair and eyes
"Ronald Weasley," Albus said, looking over the boy with helmet hair wearing what he would call medium gold armor.
"Morgan," Ron said, "go get Harry. I'm pretty sure Hermione will show up soon, but you know Harry…"
'Morgan', the purple haired girl, muttered something under her breath before departing back into the castle. Molly took a step forward, and Albus heard two bows draw back as the woman behind the blue haired man began to draw her sword. Gripping the Elder Wand, he tensed before Ron raised a hand, "Guy's, it's ok. This is my Mum. Mum, it's good to see you agai- oof!"
Ron staggered backwards as his mother slammed into him, Arthur hurrying in shortly after, "What happened, Ron? Where did you go? You just appeared off the train one day!"
"That would be our fault, technically," the blue haired teen said.
"Technically?" Albus asked.
"An ancient relic of ours activated, calling it's rightful wielder from across the worlds…"
"...And of course, when a portal opened up and sucked Harry in, me and Hermione followed," Ron finished, "Couldn't leave him in danger alone. Though it didn't turn out he wasn't in danger."
"You said "you know Harry", what do you mean by that?"
"Harry likes to sleep in. He found that out when he actually got the opportunity to. He probably hasn't even noticed that we teleported."
"Perhaps it's best to continue this conversation inside?" The blue haired teen said, "My name is Alfonse, Prince of the kingdom of Askr."
—
Harry woke with a groan at the knock on his door, trying to snuggle deeper into the pile of bodies.
"Harry," Morgan's voice came from the other end of the doorway, "Harry we really need you. It's important."
Harry disentangled himself from his loves, grabbing the Breidablick and pulling on his robes opening the door, he blinked at the girl, "What?"
"We were teleported," she reported dutifully, "and a bunch of strange people showed up on brooms. Ron sent me to get you."
Harry sent a rueful look at his bed, where Fjorm, Edelgard and Lucina were still asleep, before sighing, "Fine."
Following Morgan through the halls, Harry transformed the Breidablick into a sword, just to be safe. Stepping into the main hall of the Aether Keep, Harry's eyes landed on the group.
"Harry!" Mrs. Weasley gasped, and Harry had just enough time to drop the Breidablick before he was bundled into a hug, "You don't realize how worried we were when you disappeared off the train. Oh, we were so worried we wouldn't see any of you again!"
"Hi, Mrs. Weasley," Harry gasped, surprised by just how strong she was, "We were teleported above Hogwarts, I'm guessing?"
"Yes," Dumbledore said, "Harry, my boy, I'm glad to see you safe and looking well."
."The same to you, Professor. May I welcome you to Aether Keep, headquarters of the Order of Heroes and seat of House Potter?"
"House Potter?" Snape sneered, and Harry rolled his eyes.
"Yes," Alfonse said, "I convinced my mother it wasn't right for the Summoner of Askr to not be a nobleman. As such, Harry is the lord of House Potter, Hermione is Chamberlain and Ron is the signifier of it."
"That makes it sound like you've gone to war before," Dumbledore pointed out.
"Several times," Harry shrugged, "it's part of being the Order of Heroes."
"I'm sorry to hear that, Harry," Dumbledore said sadly, while Mrs. Weasley shot a look at Alfonse.
"It hasn't been that bad," Harry shrugged, "We know our duty and we do hasn't been all bad."
"Especially for Harry," Ron said, wiggling his eyebrows to an unamused look from Harry.
Just then, the doors to the library swung open to allow Hermione into the main hall, flanked by Claude van Rigen.
"Claude just told me," she said, her frizzy hair pulled into a ponytail, an ax on her back, and a fur pelt around her shoulders, "Are we really-? Professor Dumbledore! Professor McGonagall! It's been years!"
"Yes, it has. We were all worried about you," Albus said, "It's been a long two years."
"Yeah," Harry said.
"May we invite you to Hogwarts for lunch?" Dumbledore asked.
"Yeah," Harry said, "so long as it's fine with Anna."
"She'll be fine with it," Ron said with certainty, "you want to get the girls?"
"You want to get Lysithea?" Harry retorted, drawing the Breidablick from the ground.
