Midoriya and aoyama sat on top of the school building, looking out at the city with midoriya being the first to speak "so... You were quirkless as well..." He mumbled making aoyama sigh and nod.

"yes..." Aoyama mumbled feeling ashamed for everything he had done.

Midoriya was quiet for a moment but he had chuckled softly "guess we are two sides of the same coin... But let's look at the bright side other than the bad"

"the bright side?" Aoyama said confused as he looked at him.

"yeah the bright side... you were able to become a hero that was able to protect your family, plus you were able to get a quirk that was able to shine as brightly as you do... So please keep sparkling brightly, so that way if I ever lose my way, you can be my guiding light" midoriya explained with a smile as he looked at aoyama.

Aoyama eyes widened and he started to cry tears of joy "midoriya... Your kindness knows no bounds..." he whispered as he wiped his tears away and rested his head on midoriya shoulder, their hands brushing against each other before they had slowly intertwined them together "I'll always be your light in the darkness, as long as you do the same for me" he whispered making midoriya nod.

"it's a promise" midoriya smiled as they sat in silence, watching the sunset.
