"Yes, I know Demon King. He and I are really close."

"He saved me from that crazy nutcase. Of course he would do that for me."

"Do I know him in real life? Of course, I know him because he and I are just that close." Labilia is a glory hound. She loves being in the spotlight. As she was at home and taking in all her content, she loved seeing the views and popularity she gets.

"I know I'm technically fibbing and telling some lies, but there's no way anyone is going to find out." Labilia said. "Demon King, you are quite the guy." Even though she's only using his name to boost her own popularity. As she looked over what she had, she noticed that Aoneko's videos were still doing rather well herself. "Sorry, Aoneko. Your friend is actually going to help me." She might be using Demon King to boost her own popularity, but she isn't aware of how dangerous that really is.

Justice

Meanwhile, Justice got a mysterious message to meet with someone in the middle of the night. He was at a warehouse district, but he was alone. There didn't appear to be anyone anywhere.

"Hello?! Anyone out there?!" Justice called. "That message said to meet here because there was something important I needed to know about."

"I'm glad to see you came." He recognized that voice coming from behind him, but he didn't think she would actually come to him.

"Elsie?!" Justice said.

"Don't turn around. If you do, I'll be taking off and you won't hear what I have to tell you." Elsie said. "Justice, I know you don't trust me, and I know how much you would love to arrest me, but I'm here to warn you about something."

"I'm not interested in what you have to say." Justice said.

"Well, you'll have to listen to what I have to tell you." Elsie said. "It's about Poseidon Nero, Acnoella, and Deadend Crow. It would seem that three of them have decided to work together."

"What?! That can't be!" Justice said as he never thought something like that would happen."

"I'm afraid that it is." Elsie said. "There's another added to that as well, and it seems he's just as powerful and as dangerous. He calls himself Ziggy."

"Ziggy? Who is he?" Justice questioned.

"I don't know, but he is someone you need to watch out for." Elsie said. "Those four are planning to start a new digital era, but the real world could suffer from it. Those three combining their resources together is bound to be something dangerous. You have been warned."

"Elsie!" Justice called as he turned to her, but she was already gone. At least Interstellar knows because they have a common enemy with Shiki and the others. They might have to help each other.

The Next Day

Shiki and the others will have to be careful now. This Poseidon Nero has formed himself a dangerous alliance. Unless something is done, a lot of people would be in a lot trouble, but only a small handful of people know the truth. Needing to keep an eye open for them, Rebecca has been scouting the network.

"You're using streamers and other postings to try and find Poseidon Nero? You really think that will work." Shiki questioned.

"Oh yeah. People will want to post some incredible things that they see." Rebecca said. "If any of those guys make an appearance, we'll know."

"Ingenuous." Eden said.

"It might not be easy to slip away during school, but there's nothing more we can do. We can't gain access to that place we were at before." Rebecca said. "We can go and patrol around the place until after school."

"Agreed. We need to be ready to act when they do appear." Eden said. "However, I do find it to be concerning. We need to be able to formulate a plan because if we run into Ziggy again..." "Hold that thought." Shiki interrupted as he tried to hide Eden when they saw Labilia coming over. Not only do they have to deal with her in Duel Links, but at school as well.

"Hello there, Rebecca. It's Shinji, right?" Labilia asked.

"It's Shiki."

"What do you want, Labilia? We're a little busy?" Rebecca said.

"I just thought you might like to check out some of my latest videos." Labilia said.

"We don't have time, and your videos aren't all that anymore. You're only doing well because you have everyone believe that you're so close with Demon King." Rebecca said. "You really shouldn't go around and say lies like that."

"And what makes you think I'm lying? Demon King and I might really be close. In fact, we could be dating since a celeb like him should be with a celeb like me." Labilia claimed.

"Gross." Rebecca complained.

"It's funny. You two claim you're close, but how come Demon King hasn't made any personal appearances in your videos." Shiki said.

"Probably because he's too busy saving people. Now stop probing in matters that don't concern you." Labilia said and just walked away like she was the top dog.

"She is such a pain." Rebecca said. "She's got a lot of nerve to claim such things without any proof, but I can't believe people would actually believe her. How can they love her when she doesn't even duel?"

"I don't know, but that gives me an idea. How about I just do some videos with you since a lot of people admire Demon King?" Shiki questioned. "It could really help you out."

"Thanks. That's sweet of you to offer, but I want to be a success because I make great content. I don't think I like it if my videos are only doing well because I had Demon King in them." Rebecca said. "Anyway, we need to figure out how we're going to stop Poseidon Nero. I don't know what he's planning, but it won't be good for anyone." She was right. There'll be plenty of time for that other stuff, but they have to focus on their mission.

Shura

Meanwhile, Shura was getting himself ready. Despite what his father has planned, he is still aiming to take down Demon King. His latest duels with him has him even more determined to beat him. That's why he's studying all of Demon King's duels until he can find him.

"You think you can run from me, but you can't hide." Shura said. As he was studying Demon King, he saw he was getting a message on his phone and it was his father. "Yeah? What is it?"

"Shura, what are you doing? Are you still focused on defeating Demon King? Remember our plan." Poseidon Nero said.

"Yeah, I know, but I want to beat this punk. Besides, he's made it clear he's going to get in our way." Shura said.

"Be that as it may, you are getting your priorities mixed. Keep your focus." Poseidon Nero said.

"Lay off. I know what I'm doing." Shura said and then ended the call. Shura's well aware of what's going on, but beating Demon King is a matter of pride to him. Then, he got another call and saw it was from Ijuna. "Ijuna, did you find a way to track Demon King? If we know who he is in the real world, I can go straight to him."

"Not exactly, but there might be someone who does." Ijuna said. "I've been doing some research and stumbled across something that might help. Look at this." She sent him a link to a video, and it was one of Labilia's.

"Do I know him in real life? Of course, I know him because he and I are just that close."

"The person who posted this is named Labilia." Ijuna said. "She claims to be close with Demon King. She doesn't keep a low profile, so she should be easy to find in Duel Links. We can use her to get to Demon King. That being said, it really comes down to whether or not she's telling the truth. She could be lying just to gain some attention."

"Really..." Shura said as he thought he might be able to use this to his advantage.

Labilia

"Okay. Time to get into Duel Links and give my fans what they want: me." Labilia said once she got home, she went straight to her room and made herself comfortable. "Initiate link!" She activated the link and was heading straight into Duel Links.

Duel Links

Once Labilia got into Duel Links, it was business as usual for her. Fans tried to greet her, get what they could like an autograph from her, and she took in all the love she was getting.

"Yes, yes. I know you all love me, but can't be as much as I love me." Labilia said. "Just make sure you pay for all of this." She was acting like one of those obnoxious celebrities and acted like she was better than everyone, and the worst part is that everyone was humoring her with it.

"Someone is quite popular. Are you really good friends with Demon King?"

"Yes. He and I are rather good." Labilia said.

"So, you must be a great duelist like him. Care to prove it?"

"Say what?" Labilia questioned. She finally turned to who was talking to and was faced with Shura. "Do I know you? I feel like I should know you."

"You were fortunate enough to have him in one of your videos from when he first dueled Demon King." Ijuna explained.

"I happen to be looking for him. If you are as close to him as you say, how about you take me to him?" Shura said. "I highly suggest you do it because I wouldn't want to hurt a cute face."

"Are you threatening me?" Labilia said. "Just for that, I'm not going to waste my breath on you. Go away." She said as she tried to ignore him.

"What? All I want is for you to show me where I can find Demon King? Unless, you're not really as close to him as you say and you're really a big fake." Shura claimed. That had Labilia caught. "I bet you're nothing but talk. Why else would you say you're close with Demon King but not have him in your videos? You've been lying about him the whole time."

"That's not true." Labilia said.

"If it's not true, prove me wrong. Take me to him." Shura said.

"I will not because you're a creep. Go away." Labilia said as she tried to getaway from him, but Ijuna grabbed a hold of her and stopped her.

"You won't take me to him? Fine. I have a better idea." Shura said. "We duel. None of Demon King's friends would turn down from a duel." Labilia was getting nervous now. There are a lot of eyes watching. She can't turn away, but what she really wants to do is just hide before she gets exposed. However, with so many people watching her, she felt the pressure.

"Fine. I'll duel you." Labilia said.

"Great, and winning means you take me to Demon King." Shura said. The two of them stood facing each other for a rare opportunity to see Labilia actually duel herself.

Rebecca

Rebecca continued to search around for any sign of the enemy to try and find them. As she was searching around, she got a notification. She took a look and saw that it was Labilia about to face against Shura.

"What?! Labilia is about to duel against Shura?! This can't be good!" Rebecca said. Knowing this is going to be trouble, she hurried to get the others and tell them about this.

Duel Links

"Let's duel!" Both of them said as their duel was starting.

"I'm making the first move, sweetheart." Shura said as he went first. "When I have no monsters on the field, all I have to do is give away 800LP so that I can summon Dark G. Golem!" Shura summoned out his golem as it appeared with 1800atk points. "I'll place two cards facedown and end my turn. Let's see if you're all talk or not."

"Okay. It's my turn!" Labilia said as she drew her card and looked at her options. She actually got a rather good hand. "Not bad. This will work. I'll begin by summoning Freya, Spirit of Victory!" She summoned out a cheerleader with it having only 100atk points. "And her special ability gives all fairy-type monsters 400atk points." She claimed as her cheerleader's power increased to 500.

"I like cheerleaders as much as the next guy, but how is that going to help you?" Shura questioned.

"She'll help me because I am free to activate my Court of Justice." Labilia said. "Since I have a level one fairy-type monster, I can special summon another fairy, or I should say an angel in this case. I summon Guardian Angel Joan!" She summoned out an angel with her having 2800atk points, but that quickly rose to 3200.

"Okay, I'll admit that isn't too bad." Shura said.

"Of course. A star like me gets all the best cards." Labilia claimed. "This duel is already over because there's no way you can beat this monster. Guardian Angel Joan, attack his rock thingy!" Her angel attacked as it unleashed a blast of light.

"That's not good enough! I activate Dark G. Orbital!" Shura called. "My trap not only saves my monster, but all the damage I would have taken is sent your way instead."

"What?!" Labilia said. The light did a roundabout when it reached Shura's monster and blasted her instead with Labilia's life points dropping down to 2600.

"That was just reckless. She didn't even think about the two face-downs." Ijuna said.

"Well, I just... I was just getting you to activate them so I wouldn't worry about them. I end my turn." Labilia said. Shura didn't even seem the least bit impressed. True, she may have gotten a powerful monster on the field, but that's really all she did right.

"My turn." Shura said as he drew his next card. "Since I have a Dark G. on the field, I can summon Dark G. Rockhead!" He said as he summoned out his other monster with 1800atk points. "Next, I activate my trap: Emperor's Vice! It switches one monster into defense mode with it's defensive power dropping all the way to zero. That means your angel is losing all of it's power!" Labilia's angel was forced into defense mode, and all of her defensive power dropped to zero. "Next, by paying 400LP, Dark G. Rockhead's ability activates!" He claimed with his life points dropping to 2800. "Now one Dark G. can inflict piercing damage, which is what's going to happen! Dark G. Golem, attack Guardian Angel Joan!" His monster attacked with it destroying Labilia's monster with a powerful punch and caused Labilia's life points to drop to 800. "And that means Dark G. Rockhead can attack your cheerleader and end this!" His other monster smashed its head against Labilia's other monster like a hammer. Not only was it destroyed, but Labilia's life points dropped all the way to zero. Just like that, it was all over.

"No... I lost." Labilia said.

"You don't even have to take me to Demon King. You really are a liar." Shura said. "Demon King's friends saved Duel Links. They would have dueled a lot better than. I beat you without really trying. If you were so close to Demon King, you would have done a lot better than that." That had everyone wondering if Labilia really was lying about Demon King.

"That's enough, Shura!" Shura looked up and spotted Demon King. "I'm here! I'm the one you want!"

"I knew you couldn't stay away." Shura said. "I knew that girl was lying, but it looks like she did bring me to you after all. Even the cute ally cat girl you hang out with would have done better than her."

"I might not be close friends with her, but that doesn't give you the right to humiliate her like this." Demon King said, but that just confirmed what Shura claimed about Labilia. "I'm the one you're really after. You want to duel, let's duel!"

"Gladly!" Shura said. "Let's take this to the sky!" Both of them called for their duel boards and jumped right on them with them taking to the sky. However, Labilia was left there and was humiliated. Everyone looked at her with disapproval and pity. She lied to all of them just to get more views, but it looks like her little career might be over now because of this. She's done for, but let's hope that Demon King isn't when he faces Shura for the third time.
