Pandora Pov:
"For most of my time living amongst the Kaiju community. I had finally found a family that accepted me not just for my power, but for how I could work with them to that of assisting in their moments of need. It has also allowed me to be close to the King of the Kaiju, Gojira. He believes that being 'open' is a weakness since he is always targeted by rivals to take his title and power. However, that wouldn't be needed for where we were going in the human world, an island. It is said that this place has been home to an unknown race of creatures that have survived centuries without being detected by humans or monsters. This alone could mean that there are others like Gojira who had lived in the human world before the Kaiju had left for their realm. The travel there would be dangerous, meaning a group would venture to this unknown island to see what we see. I hope for both ours and the creatures will meet can make peace."
Years Ago-Bermuda Triangle
Off the coast away from human civilization was a mysterious part of the ocean where it was considered forbidden to travel due to the stories of anything traveling there would vanish. Though for monsters, they knew there was a secret island that was homed to a mysterious race of creatures that have looked over it for years and protected it from all manners of intruders. Walking through the trees was Pandora who was wearing an explorer look as she was taking a moment to check out the environment.
"All this paradise and no human interfering with it. Perfect, but lonely at the same time."
She spoke to herself about how it was peaceful here with no type of human contact to ruin the environment. The horned witch continued her walk as she noticed the wildlife that was unusual to that of human and monster standards, along with how it was survival of the fittest. Continuing to make her way past the bushes and plants that seemed almost alive, she listened carefully to see if any hostile animals would take the chance to attack her. Continuing the walk, she didn't notice a set of eyes observing her as Pandora's fascination with the island made it impossible for her to notice. Suddenly out of nowhere, a predator leaped up from behind and was about to attack her. It was stopped by Gojira who held the creature's tail and dragged it away from her.
"Are you always this unaware of your surroundings, witch?"
The king of Kaiju questioned her on how unprepared she was and how she could have been killed before turning her head around to see the attacker. Taking a moment to examine the creature that Gojira was preparing to kill, she stops him with a spell before walking over to calm its thoughts.
"I did know my surroundings Gojira, especially the sound of your breathing that was coming from behind the bush. All I was doing was waiting for the right moment for one of the inhabitants to come to me."
She responded as Pandora was able to make the former predator think about its actions and leave their presence since the pair were more dangerous than it was. The couple took a moment to look around the trees as they decided to look for the possible residents of the island.
"This is still a bad idea Pandora, traveling to another part of the human world that we know little about. Importantly I could start a war if I end up killing the wrong thing."
Gojira responded that if anything would try and attack him either on instinct or out of curiosity. He could accidentally start a conflict with his realm and the beings of the island. Pandora could see how he was trying to be cautious which left her to smile at him realizing the consequences of his fighting, it meant it was growth for him to be a king.
"Which is why I was able to bring in someone that understands wildlife as well as knows what could be a potential threat."
She responded to the king before they heard another set of footsteps coming from the trees as they saw something upon the tree. Leaping downwards between the two, it was a female werewolf with silver and violet hair along a small scar down the right side of her eye. She was wearing the same type of formal wear that Pandora had on but matched her wild personality, in which the werewolf smiled at the pair as she was lucky enough to rejoin them.
"Selena Wolf. Out of all the wolves you decided to bring, it had to be her."
Gojira grumbled under his breath since the werewolf had a thing for messing with him whenever she was around the lizard. Despite his power and status as king, she in return was considered a leader amongst the monsters in the community due to her noble nature and optimistic personality.
"Not happy to see me? I heard about this little trip and thought you'd need someone who knew how the wildlife works, it also gives me time to write notes for my husband."
She teased him as Gojira said nothing since unlike most of the monsters he had met, she was the one he'd respect due to how fearless she'd be toward him. Deciding to not respond toward Selena, the lizard decided to walk forward in the chance to meet the residents of the island. Both women laughed at how he couldn't argue with them since he had difficulty speaking to girls, which they considered adorable from a powerful Kaiju like himself.
"While I'd like to know what you have found out about the island. How's your relationship doing with the human."
Pandora asked Selena that out of every werewolf she could have fallen for was a human who had a fascination with monster culture. Most of the monsters who made Monster High and the Kaiju that had worked with Gojira in making peace amongst the community didn't know that she was dating a human, which everyone considered to be against everything that they'd work for in making a place that would be safe away from the humans.
"His name is Apollo. And he's nice unlike the humans that used to hunt me down back in London, who has taken an interest in my life. Plus, he's been a good father for my little pup."
She spoke out his name and brought up about being a mother with the human which Selena brought out a photo that showed her with a child in her arms and Apollo by the side. The photo made Pandora's heart fall at the sight since she'd imagined having a family and possibly teaching her child about her life, especially witchcraft to continue looking after monsters and Kaiju.
"I'm sorry. It's just I believed that if things were different back in Salem, I could have found a husband to be with. Possibly have children to share my stories, maybe even grow old enough to see them lead covens to a prosperous future."
Pandora responded to Selena that if she had never cast the spell that sent her to Gojira's realm and the village people welcomed her like their own, there could have been a chance for her to make a family that came from her. The wolf could tell that despite the community that she helped build with and without magic, Pandora yearned to be a mother who could enjoy a prosperous life.
"Just because you might think it won't happen, it can. It matters about finding the right person, whether it can be a monster, Kaiju, or even that of a human. Still, I bet the second someone is attracted to you will fall head over heels."
Selena gave her advice on there being time to get her wish and numerous people would love starting a family with her. Their conversation was cut short by Gojira falling over a branch which made several trees topple amongst themselves and scaring off the birds around the trio. The women hid their laugh at the king's fall as Gojira got up to dust off the feathers that had fallen onto him, and he felt something around them.
"Someone is watching us."
He responded in a serious tone Selena could sniff out that there were numerous scents around them. Almost as if it was an ambush waiting to happen, in which soon came that of growls coming from the trees were apes descending from above and armed with skeleton-styled weapons. Surrounding the three and preparing to attack them, Gojira and Selena aggressively growled at them to show they weren't from the island. The apes were soon stopped by a roar that caused them to halt attempting to attack the three, footsteps were coming from the side which caused several of the birds and wild life to flee which left an impression that this would be the ruler of the island as well as the apes.
"Be nice. I think you're going to meet their leader."
Pandora whispered to Gojira as the lizard said nothing but kept his guard up to see what was approaching them. Stepping out of the trees to show its presence, it was a male ape with black and grey fur. He had scars across his chest and not that much armor unlike the apes, the only thing he had was a bone club in his right hand which was stained in dried up blood. Smelling the scent of him being a dangerous beast like himself, Gojira walked over to snarl at the ape as he did the same to the lizard.
"You might want to cover your ears."
Selena warned Pandora as the witch could tell from how the apex beasts continued to growl at one another. They both at the same time let out a monstrous roar which felt like a storm was happening in front of them. Pandora and Selena covered their ears at how loud it was and that it made everything around them blow away, even the ape warriors had trouble standing due to the roars that came from Gojira and the ape leader. They continued to roar until the both stopped to see if one of them would confirm they had the better roar, it left Gojira to snort his nose at the ape of how bold he was to not be intimidated by him.
"Gojira. King of the Kaiju."
He introduced himself to the ape leader as it seemed that the standoff had ended since the two now decided to act like leaders and speak with a firm tone of voice.
"King. King Kong, ruler of the great apes. As well as protector of my apes."
The ape gave out his name and him being in charge of the speakers as his warriors beat their chests to show respect toward their king. With introductions being said, Gojira moved to the side where Pandora and Selena could introduce themselves to the leader.
"Greetings. My name is Pandora, a witch from a human village before I was exiled due to my practices in witchcraft. This is our friend Selena, a werewolf who is with us as a representative to the monster community. While Gojira represents the Kaiju that he stands for."
She explained on what they represented two different factions which caught Kong's attention at them from the creatures on the island. Looking back at Gojira to see if he was their protector, the ape lets out a laugh toward him which the others joined in on it which made the lizard agitated as if he was being mocked for being with the witch and werewolf.
"Three leaders of their own tribes? Isn't this an honor. Nonetheless, I welcome the arrival of new people to my island."
Kong spoke with a friendly gesture and welcomed the trio as he gestured to his warriors that they were alright. Deciding to lead them into the jungle, the outsiders kept close with the ape group while being cautious to where they would be going to. It took a while for King to take them to their village as they soon pass by several bones that came from deceased beasts twice their size. They continued the walk until they had arrived to the village which showed various apes living in peace and harmony.
"Welcome to the skull tribe. This has been our home for several years now, as well the one place where we have coexisted with the wildlife and the ecosystem."
He introduced the three to his home as he led them into the village where they saw how the apes weren't afraid of their appearance, it seemed natural on seeing sentient creatures. Gojira on the other hand kept a serious composure since it was new for him to be somewhere that was out of his realm. Taking the chance to see the sights, the lizard saw in front of them was a larger hut which presented to the tribe as King's home.
"Father!"
A voice spoke out which came from the opened window a young ape girl who leapt out of it to land on top of Kong's shoulders. It caught the three off guard of him being a parent and leader at the same time, the sight alone made Gojira lower his head to avoid any sign of jealousy.
"Apologies for the surprise visit. This is my daughter, Kali Kong. Who should know that when their elders are talking, they should not interrupt them."
He introduced his daughter to the three which had Kali fascinated with them in which the child hopped off her father's shoulder to get a closer look at them. While she was frightened at Gojira due to how the scent of him was familiar to her father's, Kali looked over at Selena and Pandora as she was curious at how they appeared since they weren't like anything she'd seen before.
"You have horns on your head."
Kali pointed out at Pandora which her father groaned at how rude she was at pointing out one of the things that made her stand out. She didn't take it as an insult but a compliment as the witch decides to do something special for the ape girl. Grabbing a small sunflower by her feet, she rotates her finger around the flower which makes the petals grow bigger and give it a sweet scent on the flower.
"And you. Have a flower on your head."
She responded back toward the girl which made Kali smile at the remark along had the villagers surprised by the unusual power that she had displayed. Gojira looked over to Selena in the chance for her to explain their reason for being here.
"Your majesty. While our visit wasn't announced, we come from the outside world along with another land were Kaiju's live together. We hope that we can establish peace amongst our people."
Selena explained the purpose of their sudden arrival which made King give a questionable look towards the trio. Especially towards Gojira as he had his apes keep Kali by the side despite the peaceful nature that Selena and Pandora presented, the lizard was entirely different from the two.
"On this island. We each take a moment to learn what type of creature we are, whether they are hostile or friendly. While the women seem to be friendly in their own way, you. Much like myself can only figure that out by one solution."
Kong spoke directly towards Gojira that if there was a way to determine whether he'd be peaceful or not, there'd be a solution that the likes of them could resolve it. Pandora and Selena could tell how faint his scales were glowing at what sounded like a challenge, but the glow went away as the lizard smirked at what the ape was suggesting.
"By seeing who is the strongest."
He answered Kong's statement as the apes who watched the two hit the ground to alert the village to get to safety, so they didn't see Kong's aggressive side. The two leaders made space for one another before getting into a proper stance as they were to engage in a fight to prove their strength toward one another. Pandora, Selena, and Kali watched from the sidelines as both Kaiju let out a menacing roar at one another before charging into each other to engage in a fight to show why they were leaders to their people. Meanwhile with Kali watching the display of combat, she'd hope that one day she be able to prove her strength against Gojira's kids if the lizard plan to have any. For Pandora, she hope that they could establish an understanding so that both groups could work together in making their union between monster and kaiju kind stronger for the next generation.
Centuries Later-Monster High
Time passed on with Pandora and Gojira's school coming to life along with the students of various races attending together in harmony. All in the while of the deceased Kaiju king's son took over the title and has looked over the realm along had found friends that wouldn't be afraid of him and see the lizard boy like any other ordinary monster. While in the addition of forming a unique relationship amongst the ghouls who he befriended them when he arrived to the school. Right now in the gymnasium was the new king of Kaiju, Junior Godzilla in a formal fearleading outfit as he was waiting for his cue on when the practice would start.
"The things I do for this school."
He muttered to himself as Junior raises his tail in the air before hitting it on the ground which caused the lights above him to shine directly on him as the practice had started with Clawdeen and Frankie doing several cartwheels toward him as he helped the ghouls up and placed them on his shoulders.
"Okay that's perfect. Draculaura, your up."
Cleo requested from the vampire princess as the Fearleading captain saw a bat doing several flying maneuver's before changing into Draculaura and landing on Clawdeen and Frankie's hands to form a pyramid formation. Coming to the side was Caesar and Armor who rushed over by Junior to do a pose where they waited for the next members of the Fear team to come over and join them.
"Ghoulia. Iris, finish it off."
She requested from her friend and recently new addition to the team as the ghouls rush over to hop onto Ceasar and Armor's shoulders. With the eight now forming a tower of monster and Kaiju power, Cleo started a timer to see how long they could hold the pose. Junior was struggling due to the amount of monsters that were on his shoulders.
"Looks like you don't have the strength for this. It's important to be strong when your a king."
Caesar messed with Junior as the lizard said nothing as he calmed his thoughts and focused on keeping the ghouls on his shoulders without them falling. Meanwhile out of the fearleaders in the pose, Iris was having trouble due to her keeping her left up.
"You're doing great Iris. Remember to breath."
Clawdeen encouraged her teammate who was having difficulty with the stance which left her to sleep underneath Caesar's paw and collapse on top of him. It caused the shisha to bump into Armor which caused everyone to collapse to the floor with the ankylosaurus to fall on his back which pierced through the floor. The ghouls fell on top of the boys except for Draculaura who was able to turn into a bat before she joined the fallen fearleaders as she flew to the floor and changed back to see her friends bundled into one another.
"Sometimes turning into a bat has its benefits. Except for the wing cramps."
Draculaura smiled about her talent in becoming a bat whenever something would happen to her and she could get out of it in a mere second. However it didn't help when Cleo walked right from behind her which startled the vampire and collapsed right onto Frankie's lap, the reanimated ghoul blushed at how close everyone was to them and tried to help their friends up since it seemed that Cleo was upset with the practice routine failing.
"While I am considered a perfectionist and have lately been in a good mood because I'm with Deuce again. But I cannot stress how good we need to be when we travel to the Bermuda Triangle for the formal Fearleading contest from across the monster schools."
The mummy spoke at the most urgency and not get upset since the Fearleading contest had been on her mind since it was announced to Monster High. She has been working them hour to hour and having each of them about to pass out from the practice.
"Cleo? I don't want to be a downer, which is impossible since I'm always up in the air and having an electrician personality. But my limbs can't take any more pressure, they might fall off my limbs if we keep practicing."
Frankie responded to Cleo as she could tell from the reanimated ghoul and her teammates that they needed to take a break from the constant practicing that Cleo's been putting them through. Seeing how it was the truth and they needed rest so they could do better on their fear routine.
"Alright. You're right, but still, I won't handle with second best. This team is number one, and we're going to prove it to those other schools. Count on that."
The fearleader captain announced that she may have pushed them too far and they needed a break. Clapping her hands and summoning her jackal servants to come into hand each of them bottles of waters to rehydrate, she goes on her royal throne before being taken out by her servants. Caesar merely scuffs at Junior on how he needs to work on his strength and decided to follow the mummy princess if she needed anything from him.
"Well. That was fun, luckily I got some frosties in my bag."
Armor stated as he rolled up into a ball and heads over by his bag to show several snacks for his friends to eat. With them walking over to enjoy the food that he was offering, Junior was helping the ghouls up since they looked about ready to pass out.
"Can't believe I agreed to do this. More or less that I'm doing this competition despite agreeing to helping out, not joining."
He grumbled in an annoyed manner due to his not being happy and optimistic on the team due to his aggressive approach along how he wasn't athletic like the others. Though it ended with Clawdeen coming over to give the lizard a huge since it was one of the ways that the ghouls helped calm him due to them dating one another in their quad relationship.
"It's important that for each of us to spend time doing their activities. Like the infamous couple Bonnie and Clyde, despite being criminals they could handle anything. Until they met a grizzly end at Louisianna. My dad is a fan of crime movies."
Frankie brought up a fact on the four working together in strengthen their relationship in order to handle anything that they'd face together. Especially now with their parents learning about the courtship between the four, which left Junior to remember about the meeting Dracula and the other royal monsters wanting to know about this unique relationship the four were having.
"Thanks for another history lesson, Frankie. And speaking of dad's, let's go see mine now."
Draculaura complementing her reanimated genius as the four got their gatherings to get ready for the meeting. Their friends on the side watched at how the four had been through a lot since they met each other at Monster High, Ghoulia and Armor smiled that it be a challenge for them in handling the challenges of looking over the Kaiju. Though they can handle it, but for the meanwhile the two decided to spend time with Iris to help encourage her on preparing for the upcoming Fearleading contest they will be attending.
