The Shredder Strikes - Part 2
"It took Leo a while, but he finally saw Oroku Saki for who he was like I did: The Shredder."
Alex and the Turtles faced the Foot Ninjas and The Shredder on a rooftop with lightning flashing the sky and rain pouring down. The Shredder then raised his arms up as a bolt of lightning flashed behind him.
"Of course, how we got to this point was by fighting against some Foot Ninjas. Which was surprisingly easy."
Leo slashed at a pair of ninjas, Alex slashed another pair's legs and Mikey whacked others with his nunchucks.
Hun roared with his arms up as lightning flashed.
"Then we had to face Hun again, which proved to be hard."
He and the five brothers charged at each other before Hun knocked Donnie towards the edge of the roof and then unsheathed two swords and charged at Alex and Leo, who kicked him repeatedly in the chest until he fell through the skylight and into the interior of the building.
"But all of that pales in comparison to the nightmare that's about to face us."
The Foot Ninja and The Shredder faced Alex and the Turtles, The Shredder crossing his arms as lightning flashed.
"And I know without hesitation that this fight will push us to our very limits."
Alex and the Turtles stared down The Shredder and his Foot Ninjas as the rain kept pouring.
"The time for games has ended. No more charades!" The Shredder said before taking off his kabuto, revealing the face of Oroku Saki, which didn't even phase Alex and the Turtles.
"You see me as I am. And it will be the last thing you will ever see." He grinned before putting the kabuto back on and crossed his arms. "Prepare to face your destiny and your doom!"
"If you think our destiny is to fall from your hand, you must be stupid, you cheese grater." Alex snarled as he twirled his katana, glaring at The Shredder, who growled at the insult.
"Well, he's your friend, Leo." Donnie said nervously.
"And he certainly has a strong sense of personal style. I mean, nice outfit." Mikey admitted.
"Now is not the time to complement the enemy, Mikey." Alex told him off.
"Besides, something tells me he didn't get all dressed up for nothing." Raph agreed with Alex.
"Guys, we're in for the fight of our lives." Leo told his brothers with seriousness, silencing them as they readied themselves.
"Foot Ninja, attack!" The Shredder barked and they all charged at the brothers, all wielding katanas. "Destroy them!"
The five all yelled as they leapt at the ninjas.
Leo kicked two of them in the chest, launching them back, one of them reaching Alex, who spin kicked their head right before he jumped over them and then did the splits on the roof and then spun, sweeping the ninja he faced off his feet and then he slammed the pommel of his katana on their chest and then their head, knocking them out.
Donnie ducked in time to avoid his head getting sliced off and then jumped over another swipe at him, hitting the ninja in the back with his staff.
Raph caught a katana in between the space of one of his sais and kicked the ninja in the stomach, knocking them back.
Mikey spun his nunchucks as he faced three ninjas, but then The Shredder leapt from behind and kicked his shell, knocking him off his feet.
He then turned to Leo, who kicked one of his ninjas in the chest and when he turned to face the other, he ducked for his master to kick Leo in the chest, knocking him on his shell, but he was able to flip back onto his feet.
Alex was able to take down another ninja by slicing their katana and kicking them in the face before The Shredder kicked him in the back, launching him off his feet, but he was able to roll onto his knees and face Shredder with a growl.
"DISHONOURABLE BASTARD!" He roared, pointing his katana at him, seeing that The Shredder was letting his cronies face against him and the Turtles and throw cheap shots.
Donnie spun his staff as he stepped backwards from two ninjas closing in on him until they backed off as The Shredder landed to Donnie's left, grabbing his staff and threw him away.
"WHOA!" Donnie yelped before he landed on his shell. He then gasped as a ninja leapt down on him, ready to slice him with a katana, but it was blocked by Raph with one of his sais, allowing Donnie to roll away and get back on his feet.
"Watch your back, brainiac!" Raph cautioned Donnie.
"Isn't that what you're for, Raph?" Donnie asked smugly before he leapt off.
Raph soon knocked the katana out of the ninja's hand, sending it flying towards Alex and Leo, who were back to shell as they faced more ninjas.
"Hit the deck!" Alex shouted as he was able to notice the katana and so they ducked, which led to the sword hitting a power generator, which exploded and made the building catch fire.
Both Mikey and Donnie faced off against a couple of ninjas just as the fire started spreading all over the rooftop.
Meanwhile, The Shredder faced Alex, Leo and Raph, the three glaring at the armoured individual.
Eventually, The Shredder leapt at the trio, who leapt at him, all yelling, but Shredder split kicked Leo and Raph and slammed Alex onto the roof as the fire continued spreading.
Back in the lair, Splinter exited his room after he had done some meditating.
"My sons, I have been in deep meditation regarding The Shredder and -" He said before realising that his sons were nowhere to be seen. "Not here? I cannot even take a few minutes for meditation without those kids running off!"
He walked over to Donnie's workshop, where he found a note written by the purple clad turtle.
"Hmm." He groaned as he read it. "Huh, what is the one thing I did not want them to do?" He scratched his ear. "Face The Shredder! I am sure that is what they have done!"
He then grabbed his walking stick and decided to bring the remote for the Battle Shell, just in case as he headed for the elevator leading to the warehouse above.
"I must find my sons." He said.
Back on the burning rooftop, Alex, Leo and Raph were busy fighting The Shredder while Mikey and Donnie were busy fighting against Foot Ninjas.
Mikey spun one of his nunchucks as he kicked one of the ninjas in the chest, sending him flying before another jumped in and kicked him in the plastron, making him crash into two other ninjas that Donnie faced off.
"Nice landing." Donnie remarked.
"They don't call me Air Mikey for nothing." Mikey replied as he was pulled up by Donnie.
Raph leapt at The Shredder, who jumped to the side and kicked him away and when Alex charged at him and slid, before he could swing his katana, The Shredder kicked him away, making him skid across the roof.
Leo then leapt at Shredder, also getting kicked, hitting the edge of the roof, which broke upon impact with his shell, the force of such impact making him drop his katanas down the side of the building, landing on the hood of a yellow car.
Then four ninjas came in and held Leo down as The Shredder walked up to him, laughing evilly.
"I will finish you first!" He said, holding up his pronged gauntlet.
But before he could even leave a scar, the building started collapsing.
"What?" The Shredder exclaimed, not expecting this.
Donnie kicked a Foot Ninja away when a streak of fire crawled its way across the roof from it collapsing, heading right for The Shredder, Leo and the ninjas holding him.
Leo screamed as the ninjas all let go of him to run for their lives. He then got cornered and edged closer to the edge of the roof until the fire got too close and he fell off the building, landing on the roof of the yellow car, caving in from his shell and he fell to the ground.
Donnie ran towards another edge of the building and jumped off before it fell apart, grabbing the top of a lamppost before he ended up falling and landing on the street, groaning in pain.
Raph ended up falling off the roof and landed right into an open dumpster, which closed up once he landed.
Alex ended up charging from one part of the roof to the edge at top speed and was launched through a window of a nearby building, where he got up instantly and ran off to maintain distance from the burning and collapsing building.
Donnie groaned until he noticed Mikey nearby, on top of some bin bags, trying to lift a piece of rubble off of his leg.
"I can't take you anywhere, Mikey." Donnie remarked.
"Hey, I was trying to move, but the building just jumped out and attacked me!" Mikey replied.
"Let's get you out of there." Donnie said before putting his staff under the rubble and lifted it up, freeing Mikey's leg.
"Ow. I think I hurt my ankle." Mikey said, hissing through the pain.
"Duh." Donnie said like it was obvious he'd hurt his ankle as he gave Mikey his staff and wrapped an arm around him. "Come on. I'll help you."
The two then walked away as more rubble started falling from the building. But before they could maintain a great distance from the building, they tuned and were shocked by what they were seeing.
"Oh, man." Mikey gasped.
"Uh-oh." Donnie muttered.
They saw The Shredder exit through a doorway out of the fire like it was nothing.
"Tell me I'm not seeing what I'm seeing." Mikey begged.
"I wish I could, Mikey." Donnie replied as Foot Ninja joined their master's side. "I wish I could."
"Find the Turtles and the boy! They cannot be far!" The Shredder ordered his men. "Do not let them escape!"
Then he heard some sirens approaching.
"Foot Ninja! Disappear! Report to me when you find them! I want to finish them myself!" He then ordered before he and his ninjas all leapt into the shadows just as police cars and a fire truck showed up.
Nearby, Leo peeked out from the yellow car and hid when some ninjas approached.
"I gotta find Alex, Raph, Don and Mikey." He whispered to himself before grabbing his katanas and walking off. "Gotta regroup."
He put his katanas away before he entered the subway stairs, peeking back to see the ninjas from earlier looking around the yellow car.
"But I'm not much good to my brothers if those guys find me first." He said quietly before he moved into the shadows.
Three other ninjas landed next to the dumpster Raph landed in and looked around.
Raph lifted the lid a bit to see that they've run off elsewhere.
"Man, if those Foot goons don't finish me off, the stink of this dumpster will. Sheesh!" He cringed before he got out and quietly closed the lid and threw away a banana peel on his shoulder and went off to find his brothers.
Alex didn't stop running when he managed to get off that burning building until he hid behind a door when he heard footsteps nearby.
He peeked through the gap in the door and watched four ninjas run past the door and didn't come out until he didn't hear their footsteps anymore.
Once he did, he slowly and quietly got out and crept his way down the alleyway.
"I sure as shell hope I find the others quickly." He said to himself.
Donnie and Mikey walked slowly down the street.
"Don, we need to go back." Mikey told Donnie as they approached a lamppost.
"I know, but you're in no condition to fight, Mikey." Donnie reminded him as they leaned on the lamppost for a bit before continuing on. "Let's get your ankle wrapped up, and then we'll start looking for the others."
Alex kept going down the alleyway, nearing the exit out into the street, when he stopped and hid behind a dumpster because the four ninjas he hid from earlier were out on the street. He saw movement from above and saw that Leo was on top of the lamppost directly above the ninjas.
Alex grabbed a pebble and threw it down the alleyway before hiding in the shadows of the dumpster, watching the ninjas run past and down the alleyway until they disappeared from sight.
"Leo." He whispered loudly, getting the turtle's attention, making him jump down and join his brother's side.
"Alex! You alright?" Leo asked right away.
"Yeah, I'm alright, you?" Alex asked back.
"Yeah. Do you know where the others are?" Leo asked.
"I don't. We all got separated from the building when it broke apart." Alex shook his head.
"Well, let's go and find them." Leo suggested. Alex nodded and they climbed up a building and went off.
In another alleyway, Mikey and Donnie continued walking until they stopped by a dumpster.
"Let's rest for a second." Donnie suggested, being out of breath until he looked to his right and gasped as he saw The Shredder and two of his ninjas searching the alley. "It's The Shredder!"
"And some of his little friends, look!" Mikey frowned, looking down the other way down the alleyway as three more were at the end, leaving them trapped.
But the pair looked up and saw a fire escape, which they jumped to and climbed up as The Shredder and his ninjas closed in on their last position.
They all gathered and haven't spotted the pair.
"Nothing?" The Shredder snapped in frustration. "Keep searching!"
The ninjas all split up while Donnie watched from a window ledge he soon crawled through, entering a bathroom, where Mikey sat on the edge of a bath.
"My ankle's killing me!" Mikey groaned. "You better leave me here, I'll only slow you down."
"Can that noise, Mikey." Donnie rolled his eyes before searching through a cabinet. "It's just a sprained ankle. We need to wrap it properly."
He couldn't find anything in the cabinet and tried to think of something when he spotted a pair of stockings on the shower rail and used it to wrap around Mikey's ankle when Mikey spotted a scrub.
"While you're doing that, I'll just brush my long flowing locks." He chuckled and brushed his head.
"Nice." Donnie replied sarcastically as he had just finished wrapping Mikey's ankle up, unamused.
The pair then heard the door open and looked to see a boy in the doorway, rubbing his eye until he became aware of their appearance, which left his jaw dropped as they stared at each other.
"Shh." Donnie shushed with his finger to his lips.
"Mom! Mom! There's two giant turtles in the bathroom! And one of them's got your stockings!" The boy cried out as he ran for his mother, leaving the two blushing nervously, looking at each other.
"See, mom?" The boy said when he dragged his mother to the bathroom, only to see that Mikey and Donnie were gone, leaving the mother incredibly annoyed at her son. "But they were right here, I swear."
Of course, Mikey and Donnie were moving across the clothesline to the other side of the alleyway.
Elsewhere, in another alley, a pair of Foot Ninjas walked as they searched before stopping next to a large shadow.
One of them sniffed as they picked up on a rather unpleasant smell.
"Something around here really stinks." He told his fellow ninja.
"Don't look at me." The other shook his head.
Raph came up behind them in the shadow, bashing their heads together, knocking them out as they fell to the ground.
Raph then sniffed his armpits.
"I don't smell that bad, do I?" He asked slightly offended.
Before he could continue this train of thought, a pair of grey hands reached for him from the shadow and grabbed him by the shell, pulling him back in the shadow.
Raph struggled until the hands let go of him and he turned to see that it was just Splinter.
"Master Splinter!" He exclaimed with relief.
"Shh." Splinter shushed him.
"The others. We got split up." Raph explained the situation.
"Come. We must find them." Splinter told him and they left the alley.
Back with Alex and Leo, they ended up being found by some of the Foot Ninjas and were backed up to a wall as they had their katanas out, ready to fight them all.
But then both the blue haired man and the woman landed amongst the ninjas, smiling at Alex and Leo. They then pulled out swords from their trench coats and stood, the ninjas all gasping right before their swords started lighting up brightly, leaving Alex and Leo stunned.
Donnie and Mikey made their way into another alleyway, the very one that they and their brothers first fought against the Foot Ninjas in months ago, breathing hard as they were getting tired.
Then a pair of shadowy figures landed in front of them, making Donnie put Mikey on the ground before wielding his bo staff, ready to defend his brother.
But the shadowy figures revealed themselves to be Raph and Splinter.
"Oh, am I glad to see you guys!" Donnie smiled with relief.
"We heard you two miles away." Raph replied before he heard Mikey moaning, which made his eyes widen when he looked at him before kneeling in front of him. "Mikey, you okay?"
"I don't know if I can make it. Raph, is that you?" Mikey moaned as his eyes looked like they were about to close. "The lights… the lights are turning out. It's all going dark. Tell Raph… tell Raph…."
"I'm right here, Mikey. I-I-I-I'm right here next to you." Raph said worriedly, placing a hand on Mikey's shoulder.
"You tell Raph he's always been a cheese head." Mikey remarked, his eyes wide open with a devious look, leaving Raph angry. "Psych! I can't believe you fell for that! Oh, oh, the lights are turning out!"
"I'll turn your lights out for real, wise guy!" Raph snarled as he raised a fist next to Mikey's face.
"Raphael! Michelangelo! Quiet down!" Splinter told them off. "If we could hear you, so could the Foot Ninja. We must move more quickly than this."
"We could always leave Mikey behind." Raph suggested with a sly grin.
"Hey!" Mikey said in offence as Donnie started searching his belt and started panicking.
"I didn't bring the remote for the Battle Shell, or I could get it -"
"Here." Splinter pulled the remote out of his kimono.
"Perfecto, Sensei!" Donnie grinned with relief. "Looks like -" He glanced to his right and saw several Foot Ninjas. "- we're surrounded."
He then glanced to his left to see that there were more ninjas, completely surrounding them with no way out as they were boxed in.
"Master Splinter, use the remote! Get the Battle Shell!" Donnie then said as he wielded his bo staff.
The ninjas all jumped at them and both Donnie and Raph, with his sais out, leapt at the ninjas while Splinter pressed a button on the remote, making the Battle Shell, still in the warehouse, shoot smoke out of its mufflers and the headlights to turn on briefly.
"Hmm?" Splinter groaned as he pressed another button, causing the Battle Shell to back up slightly, crashing into a turned over car.
"Hmm!" Splinter groaned again in annoyance as Raph ran towards three of the Foot Ninjas, knocking one back with the pommel of one of his sais, kicked the second away and blocked the third's katana before throwing him to the ground.
Splinter then pressed several buttons, making a satellite dish pop out on the roof of the Battle Shell, spazzing until it closed up.
He groaned in even more annoyance while Donnie jumped behind a pair of ninjas, knocking one off their feet and shoving the other away and blocked a third's katana before kicking them right into a support beam, breaking it and causing the platform above to fall apart, another ninja falling as well.
Donnie grinned before he looked over at Splinter, seeing that he was struggling with the remote still. He then blocked a ninja's kama before kicking them away while Raph broke a ninja's katana blade.
Splinter pressed a button that made the Battle Shell's rocket launcher pop out with smoke coming out of the holes before it closed back up.
He started grumbling as he pressed more buttons, making a missile pop out of the Battle Shell and spazz until it got back in the vehicle.
Splinter was now getting very angry as he pressed a button that made the Battle Shell's engines and boosters release smoke.
"Donatello, here." He handed the remote to Donnie, deciding he'll get the Battle Shell to them. "I will fight. You will drive."
He then leapt at the Foot Ninjas, whacking one with his walking stick and then another, struck another's dual katanas, knocked another's from their hand and stabbed a ninja's stomach from behind him.
"Activating remote!" Donnie smirked as he pressed the red button on the remote, which activated the Battle Shell and opened the garage door, the former driving out and towards their location.
Meanwhile, Splinter continued beating all of the Foot Ninjas like they were nothing until every single one of them were knocked down within seconds.
"Master Splinter, you kick butt!" Raph said, very impressed by his father.
Back with Alex and Leo, they stared at the man and woman with their illuminated swords who started slicing the weapons of the Foot Ninjas in half and took them all down within seconds, leaving the pair in utter disbelief.
These two warriors then turned their swords off and put them back in their trench coats, walking towards Alex and Leo.
"Okay, this is new." Leo said as he and Alex backed up to the wall behind them.
"You two seem to be ninjas, yet you're not with the Foot." Alex deduced, looking at their medallion, seeing that they had faces very much like the one on the pommel on the Sword of Tengu.
"We are simply Guardians." The blue haired man replied. "Beyond that, we cannot tell you anything more."
"That's pretty helpful." Leo replied with sarcasm.
"We are sorry, it's just that we can't reveal anything to the both of you right now." The woman reasoned, looking at Alex, who started feeling uncomfortable being at the centre of her attention.
"Is there anything you can tell us?" Alex asked the pair.
"Just that you are caught up in a battle that is bigger than either of you can imagine." The blue haired man explained.
"Yeah, Oroku Saki said the same thing. How do we know you're not trying to manipulate us, too?" Alex glared at him, pointing his katana at him.
"Because that was the only truthful thing he told you two. And by rejecting The Shredder's evil, you two have made powerful allies today." The woman explained as she and the man held out their hands to Alex and Leo.
They looked at each other and ultimately agreed that they were being truthful, so they put their katanas away and shook hands with them.
Meanwhile, Donnie was driving the Battle Shell through the city, getting annoyed by Splinter's backseat driving.
"Slow down! You drive too quickly!" Splinter said with concern right before Donnie made a sharp left turn into the very alleyway that Alex and Leo were in. "And that turn was too sharp!"
Both Alex and Leo, as well as the man and woman, turned to the Battle Shell as it parked.
"Master Splinter, you've been backseat driving the whole way!" Donnie groaned before he poked his head out of the window while Alex and Leo covered their eyes from the blinding headlights.
"Hey, guys! Need a ride?" He asked them with a grin.
"Sure." Alex sighed with relief, knowing that the others were alright.
"Guys, we'd like to introduce you to -" Leo said, only to be surprised that the man and woman were now gone, leaving Alex just as surprised as well. " - the mystery ninjas."
Once the pair made it in the Battle Shell, Donnie wrapped an arm around Leo and Alex fist bumped Raph, all five brothers glad to see they're all alright.
"Good to see you two!" Mikey grinned as he sat.
"We were all pretty worried." Donnie said as he let go of Leo.
"Yes, my sons, but now you are safe." Splinter said, walking up to them before slapping them all in the cheek.
"Ow!" Mikey whined.
"Hey!" Donnie moaned.
"Seriously?" Alex frowned.
"What was that for?" Raph questioned.
"For being so foolish!" Splinter scolded them. "You should never have tried to face The Shredder alone! He is too powerful."
"You're telling me. I've got bruises that have got bruises." Donnie complained.
"And did you see the way that Shredder walked through that fire?" Leo said, recalling what happened in the fight.
"Yeah, I'm starting to think that he's not even human." Alex frowned.
"He's like the Shreddinator or something." Mikey added, impersonating Schwarzenegger.
"You have stirred the hornet's nest. He will not rest until he finds us." Splinter pointed out.
"Then what do you suggest we do, Sensei?" Alex asked, making Splinter close his eyes in thought for a moment before opening them again.
"Let him find us." He replied, making his sons look at each other in confusion. "I have long wished to avenge my Master Yoshi. Now is the time."
"But how do we let him find us?" Donnie asked.
"Sit still." Splinter said.
"I don't know, Master Splinter. Sitting still isn't one of our strong points." Mikey said, shaking his head.
"For you, it isn't." Alex frowned as Splinter stared at Mikey sternly.
"Right. Sitting still it is." Mikey said, not wanting to get on his father's bad side again. "I like sitting still. Sitting still's good.
Later into the night, they parked next to a building with a water tower on the roof and eventually The Shredder and his Foot Ninjas found the Battle Shell.
The Shredder dragged his prongs along the side of the vehicle before pointing to the roof, where the five brothers waited at the bottom of the water tower, Splinter sitting on the top in his meditation pose.
All of the Foot Ninja leapt onto the roof, with Shredder landing in front of them.
"Dude." Mikey muttered.
Shredder narrowed and lowered his red eyes angrily at Alex and the Turtles, who all glared back at him.
"Let the butt kicking begin." Raph snarled before all of them wielded their weapons, Donnie and Leo spinning theirs.
"Foot Ninja, attack!" Shredder ordered and his ninjas all charged at the brothers, who charged at the ninjas and fought when they met halfway.
Donnie hung onto his staff, using it like a pole as he kicked a ninja off the roof while his brothers blocked attacks.
"Remember, my sons, even the mighty oak bends before the raging storm winds." Splinter reminded his sons as Mikey jumped over a ninja and punched his back with both fists.
"Huh?" He muttered in confusion, making Splinter sigh as he shook his head.
"Be careful and do not be overconfident!" He translated the meaning.
Raph yelled as he tackled a couple of ninjas to the roof, rolled to his feet and ducked to avoid a ninja's bo staff before kicking them in the chest.
Alex rammed into a ninja's stomach before flipping off of him and then landed on another ninja's head with one foot before stomping on their shoulder with his other foot and then flipping off him and slicing a couple more ninjas' katanas and then roundhouse kicking their faces.
Leo jumped onto a ninja's head and then another as he dodged a couple of ninjas and then split kicked another couple in their chests, knocking them back.
Mikey blocked a bo staff with one of his nunchucks and wrapped around it before kicking the ninja in the stomach with his sprained ankle.
"Ow!" He moaned in pain before noticing a ninja coming up behind him and swept him off his feet, knocking him into the first ninja, though he did it with his sprained ankle.
"Ow! Ow!" Mikey cried out, hopping on his good foot before another ninja came at him and he kicked him with his sprained ankle yet again. "Ow, ow, ow!"
But then Shredder jumped at him from the side and kicked him right into a support beam of the water tower, crashing on the roof.
"Yaow!" Mikey cried out so loudly that nearby pigeons flew off.
Donnie spun his staff until he hit a ninja that jumped at him and used his momentum to throw him over himself and hit another that charged at him from behind with his staff, hitting their stomach.
Then another leapt at him with a katana and was able to block it before kicking him away.
However, he was unaware of Shredder landing behind him, ready to attack him, but both Alex and Raph yelled, kicking him in the back, away from Donnie.
Shredder landed on his hands and flipped in the air until he landed on his feet amongst his ninjas.
"Get them!" He snarled, his men all charging at Alex and the Turtles again.
A couple of then threw shurikens at the katana wielding pair, which they blocked, though Alex was able to deflect a couple back at one of the ninjas, hitting them in the leg, making them cry out in pain, allowing him to launch himself at them and hit their stomach with the pommel of his katana then their chin, knocking them out.
As this happened, Leo was overwhelmed by some ninjas with their katanas and Alex helped him take them down with various kicks, all crashing in various directions, even into a vent opener.
Donnie pole vaulted himself at a ninja with a bo staff, who blocked his attack and then blocked their attack before taking them down. He then blocked another ninja's attack, shattering their katana before kicking them away. Then another ninja attacked with a bo staff, which Donnie blocked.
"Hold your staff higher!" Splinter instructed. "Sweep with your left foot from that position!"
Donnie deflected the ninja's weapon as another charged at him. He tried to swipe at them, but they jumped over his staff and got back to blocking the previous ninja's staff.
"Jeez, now you're backseat ninjaing me, Master Splinter!" Donnie groaned as he knocked the ninja away before knocking the other in the face.
Then Shredder stood before him and hit Donnie with three palm strikes and a punch, launching him right into a wall.
Leo was in the middle of a back and forth with a ninja who wielded two katanas like him and were at a stalemate until Leo kicked him away, unaware that Shredder landed behind him, though Alex and Raph spotted this.
"Oh, no you don't, cheapskate!" Alex yelled as he and Raph blocked Shredder's prongs with their weapons.
Alex then tried to kick him away but Shredder grabbed both his leg and Raph's belt and threw them right into the wall he threw Donnie at, the two landing next to him.
Mikey faced four ninjas as he spun his nunchucks when a couple approached him from behind, which he noticed and whacked them all out before getting punched by Shredder, knocking into the wall with Alex, Raph and Donnie.
All that remained is Leo, who sliced a ninja away and then kicked another off their feet until he found himself in front of The Shredder, who punched him right towards the others, who all gathered together weakly as Shredder walked up to them and his ninjas all crawled away.
Splinter watched, knowing what would happen.
Shredder then raised his two pronged gauntlet above his head, ready to strike down the five brothers, who knew he would never show them mercy or honour at all.
"None of you will leave here alive!" He bragged.
"SHREDDER!" Splinter barked with narrowed eyes before jumping off the water tower. "NO!"
He landed between his sons and Shredder, blocking his prongs with his walking stick.
"You destroyed my family once. I will not allow that to happen again!" He swore, making Shredder growl.
"No man or freak can defeat me!" He snarled with contempt.
"That remains to be seen!" Splinter retorted before he deflected Shredder's attack and pushed him away, jumping towards the water tower, where he looked at the support beams and came up with an idea. He then wagged a finger at Shredder to attack him.
Shredder charged right at him as Splinter got underneath the water tower and tried to swipe at him, but Splinter ducked, then stepped aside from a punch and then blocked his prongs and his foot before stepped back, dodging more attacks until he ducked as Shredder slashed his prongs through one of the beams, slashing it again when trying to hit Splinter.
Splinter then jumped towards another beam and jumped to another as Shredder slashed it, the same thing happening three more times until the water tower started creaking and wobbling, making Shredder realise what he had done.
"This is for my Master Yoshi!" Splinter glared at him before kicking loose one of the support beams.
Shredder gasped as the water tower started falling over. Water started leaking out as Alex and the Turtles climbed up the wall and as Shredder started running away.
He yelled right as water spilled out and swept him and his ninjas off their feet and the water tower itself crashed onto the roof and shattered, causing a large tidal wave that swept Shredder and his ninjas off the roof.
While he landed on the street, his ninjas landed on or hung onto the fire escape on the side of the building, moaning in pain.
Shredder turned and looked to see the water tower falling right at him, which made him growl before it seemingly crushed him.
Splinter and his sons walked to the edge of the roof and looked at the remains of the water tower.
"Master Splinter." Leo said in shock.
"Are you alright?" Alex asked, placing a hand on his father's shoulder, who placed a hand over his as he sighed.
"I am now, Alexander." He reassured his human son. "Come. We have avenged my Master Yoshi. Let us go home."
He then turned and led his sons away from the edge and to head back to the lair.
"I'm all over that." Donnie agreed with Splinter.
"Yeah." Raph nodded.
"I gotta tell ya, home never sounded so good." Leo sighed as Alex wrapped an arm around him.
"Definitely. All I want now is to lay in bed and finish reading Fellowship of the Ring again." Alex then said.
But unbeknownst to them, among the remains of the water tower, The Shredder's two pronged gauntlet rose up out of the remains, meaning that the fight between them and the Foot isn't over yet.

Also, he's called out for it, but Shredder is such a dishonourable cheapskate. He overwhelms his opponents with his ninjas and as their distracted from fighting, he comes in with a kick or a punch, being a lazy git.
