Harry Potter shivered as the ice cold glare that was leveled towards him and then the girl next to him. It reminded him of his father that one time he had come home late one day after a long business trip with blood on his left shoe lace. It was like he was prey under the stone faced man, like at any moment he could become a meal to this predator pretending to be a human. His fingers went to his too tight shirt collar and pulled on it. Whatever that beaver did at least he didn't look like a pink banshee. Seeing a chance he stuck out his tongue and-

*BAM!*

"Ow~ie!"

"Tongue in your mouth mr. Bond." M said sternly to the young boy. Hermione giggled before M smacked her head with a rubber launched from her desk with the flick of her pen. "Mind your manners miss Granger."

Both children clicked their mouths shut even as stars shone in their eyes. Just how did this lady do that?! Bond and Granger shook their heads at their boss's action. However the look the trio shared was one of understanding and amusement. Slowly M lowered herself into the chair and folded her hands on her lap with a blank expression on her face.

"I thought his name was Potter? Why did she call him Bond?" M hid her amusement as the young girl whispered to herself, not knowing that her voice was still heard clearly by the three spies in the room. Saying Bond was to to show that he was 007's son and the name Potter was more of James's cover for the boy to prevent his enemies into thinking the child was his. Potter was indeed the real last name of the child yet so was the name Bond as granted by the crown when the man had found the child.

Even still, she had a maintain the law. "You both know why your here?"

Silence.

M sighed. "Both of your behavior was unacceptable. One because you both were in a place where self control is important to prevent mistakes that can lead to self harm. Secondly you have embarrassed your fathers who had their trust in you. Next, mr. Harry you should know that a boy should never strike a lady in anger or in a desire to prove your dominance. You are not a dog."

Hermione giggled at the idea making M clear her throat. "And you young lady should not use violence on someone younger than you. You are both in primary school and as in the first year so you should be an example to your reception junior."

"She's six madam." Mr. Granger said making Bond shake his head.

"Five."

"Your five? Your tiny." Hermione said to Harry making him growl. "You sure your not four?"

"Says six year old beaver."

The adults groaned as the two children traded bards and insults. Before it got out of hand M waved to have them sent home. Her office was not the place to have children fighting. But there was another reason she wanted the children gone. Q was at the door sending hand messages about something important that needed her attention... Oh? Why was he pointing at Granger and Bond?

"It seems we are needed. Perhaps you children should wait in our daycare center?" 'And out of my sight.' Pressing a button Bond and Granger watched as an agent in disguise as a security guard arrived to take the two children away.

"Harry and I will be having words." Bond said slowly as his temples began to pulse from his blood pressure. Granger nodded with a dark look on his face as he placed a hand on his daughter's shoulder.

...

Ruby Gray cursed Dumbledore as she stumbled out of the Leaky Cauldron onto the streets of muggle London. She knew that the man was insane but letting a griffin carry her off and not bothering to help her? If not for the fast acting of Kettleburn she could have been killed. Now she was out of a job, had a fifth new wand because of the brats in Hogwarts that cost her fifty galleons. Fifty! All because the bloody wand was crushed with her hand because the griffin was pissed by the hexes the dam snakes and lions were shooting at one another! The trice cursive med-witch have to regrow her bones and nerves from the damage!

"You will pay for this Dumbloredore." She hissed, her teeth cracking the nail of her thumb as she tried to focus her rage into a more manageable form.

"Watch it lady!"

Ruby bit back a curse as a whale man raced past her in a hurry. Only to then curse as what she assumed was his son, or was that a drunk tortoise, and a woman came racing by.

"Vernon dear we'll still make it!" The woman's voice made Ruby's drunk induce headache worse. Perhaps it was the effects of the drinking but Ruby wanted to get back at the trio. There was something about them that tickled the back of her head. Just who were the muggles?

Using a technique for memorization of their names she started on a path for the London police headquarters. Perhaps this distraction would allow her time to think of a way to get revenge on Hogwarts.

After all, they were only muggles.

However as she made her way down the street she did not notice that she had attracted the attention of a figure. Paying for his meal he stood up and began to tail her for a moment before getting into a car. The driver paid no heed to the man, instead focusing on merging into traffic and putting up a privacy screen for the man. Picking up the phone inside of the vehicle the man gave it a look over before deciding it had not been tampered with. He quickly entered a umber and waited.

Not a minute later the line on the other side clicked.

"Yes."

"There has been a slight changes of plans. Focus your talents on the woman coming your way, ten meters due west."

A shuffle came from the phone. "... Ms. Grey of Grey's import and export insurance. Not much is know about her father and her other than they were married to a woman of class who died during the terrorist attacks years ago. Those strange events ended with the owl surge that night."

"Interesting." The drummed his fingers on his lap as he narrowed his eyes. '... She looked like she was trying to recall something after the targets bumbled into her. Perhaps they have a connection to her that we missed. Or perhaps she is linked to the strange behavior of bond these last few years.' "Keep on mission. We will review traffic footage to learn more about what she is doing in the city."

With a click the man hung up the phone. Rapping on the window the driver lowered the glass barrier. "I feel the need to see if the winds have shifted."

"Understood sir."

Leaning back the man picked up the newspaper, ignoring the sounds of screaming of London street goers and a van racing by. Clicking his pen he began to work on the day's cross word puzzle. He paid no mind to Ms. Grey who like many on the street was staring at the fleeing van as the car drove passed her.

As for Ruby, she was stunned at what had just occurred in the span of a minute. The same muggles who had bumped into her had been kidnapped in broad daylight! At least, the fat man and the thin woman had been. The boy was clearly lucky to have been ignored but the bash on his head said otherwise. Already she could hear the sounds of muggle law enforcement on their way to the scene of the crime. So she moved a a slightly fast walk to avoid notice. Turning down an alley, Rudy made sure to cast a Notice-me-not charm before using her magic to warp over to a location closer to the Police station. She failed however to notice the camera blinking in the distance.

...

M kept a firm stone faced expression as she watched to footage of the woman vanishing from the alley. She hated this part of her work but her orders came from the crown and the prime minister about such sightings.

"Scrub the footage. Scrub all footage in a three kilometer radius."

Her orders made the tech handler look at her with confusing. "Sir, the police will be looking for the van that was a part of an abduction that happened minutes earlier. If we scrub-"

M snapped a glare at the fool who wilted under it's pressure. "I am well aware of the situation. My order stands. Scrub. The. Cameras."

The man nodded frantically and rushed to follow with his orders making M pinch the bridge of her nose. Magic. It was the bane of her job as the head of the intelligence service. It irritated her to no end of the hoops she hand to jump whenever something magical came up as the bloody witches and wizards would wipe the minds of anyone who had spotted them unless they were the loop. Even then there was no way to tell if someone was wiped by magic as their agents made sure to leave as little trace as possible.

And there were few agents within the wizarding world to report the situation of the nation in hiding. Taking one last look at the witch before the picture decompiled, M wondered if her luck would change soon. A storm was brewing and she was unsure when where or how it would strike.
