Chapter 7: The talk

Naruto and Sasuke stepped in the house awkwardly, with the raven's arm draped around the blonds for support.

They were greeted by Itachi who sprinted towards them when he saw the state of his brother.

"Sasuke are you okay?" he asked worriedly and pried him off Naruto to which he escorted him towards the couch.

Deidara popped out of nowhere like the magical man pixie fairy he is with a glass of water. The couple then looked at Naruto for answers while Sasuke downed the entire glass.

"It's my fault gu--" he began but the ravenette gave him a pointed look.

"Guys if you don't mind, I'd like to speak to Naruto in private," asked Sasuke and the two men nodded but didn't make an effort to move an inch.

"In private," he added and they 'ohed' before getting up and leaving.

Naruto then took a seat on the couch adjacent to Sasuke's and waited for the man to speak.

When not a single word was exchanged between the two of them, Naruto grew antsy and started tearing at some receipt he found in his pocket.

"Naruto," started Sasuke and the blond whipped his head up so fast that it was a wonder that he didn't decapitate his own head.

"I don't know where to start," he said honestly while looking into azure eyes.

Sasuke was so conflicted that he didn't know what to do, what to say so he decided that he'd let Naruto take the lead.

"Sasuke about Sakura and I..." he began but the onyx eyed man growled beneath his breath.

"There is nothing going on between us I swear Sasuke."

"Yeah right, that's what it totally looked like to everyone within 200 yards," he replied bitterly and Naruto sighed.

"Sasuke why would I lie to you about something like that?"

"Why would you openly hurt me like that? Is my feelings a toy for you?" asked Sasuke angrily and anger flashed through Naruto's.

"Oh so we're finally talking about feelings now huh Sasuke?" he asked bitterly and the raven flinched at the tone.

"I've been chasing you for months Sasuke and you haven't been fucking bothered to even acknowledge that."

"Oh I'm sorry. I'm sorry that my fucking deteriorating health is less important than that!" spat Sasuke back while raising his voice.

"You seem fine if suddenly you're drinking and shit!"

"What the fuck are you on about Naruto?! I was so fucking pissed at seeing that pink bitch practically glued on you that I grabbed anything and drank it!"

"We'll I fucking though you were over me!"

"Why would you think that huh?! How can you be so fucking retarded?! Naruto we we're fucking kissing at the movies! You think I would kiss you if I felt nothing for you?!" screamed Sasuke and stood up which prompted Naruto to do the same.

"How the fuck was I supposed to know that?! You've rejected all my advances this whole time, I thought what happened at the movies was just a fucking mistake on your part!"

"Mistake?!" scoffed Sasuke exasperatedly. "You think I'm some fucking child who doesn't know how he feels?!"

"Yes I do Sasuke because unlike you I fucking know how I feel. I've known how I feel about you since the first time we've ever met!" spat Naruto venomously.

"Oh and so kindly enlighten me Naruto!"

"You know what Sasuke, I don't think that talking right now would do us any good since we're too fucking pissed to even talk properly!"

"Are you running away now Naruto?! I never pegged you for being a fucking coward!" he screamed towards the retreating man and Naruto turned around to glare at him.

"I'm not fucking running away you asshole! I just didn't want to fucking tell you that I love you while feeling like punching you in your stupid, stubborn face!" he yelled back and Sasuke's eyes grew wide with shock.

Naruto looked at Sasuke's face and realized that he slipped up and suddenly his anger transformed into despair.

"I'm gonna go now, we can talk some other time when we're both in our right minds."

"Naruto wait I..." he began but was cut off.

"Sasuke I'll see you, around, whenever," he said and walked out, closing the front door with a soft click while the raven stood staring at the place where Naruto stood a mere second ago.

Something clicked in him and he bolted at the door even though his sides screamed in protest.

"NARUTO!!!" he screamed on the porch and said man turned around in shock.

Sasuke then ran towards the frozen man and he all but threw himself at Naruto who managed to jump out of his stupor and catch him.

The raven then wrapped his arms around the whiskered faced man's neck and crushed his lips on his.

Naruto's shock vanished almost quicker than it came and kissed him back with everything he had, completely forgetting that they were standing in the middle of the street.

He placed both his hands on either side of Sasuke's face while the raven wove his fingers through Naruto's hair causing his scalp to tingle pleasantly.

Sasuke moaned into the kiss and Naruto took that opportunity to thrust his tongue into his mouth. Shivers of pleasure wracked through both of them as Naruto explored every inch of Sasuke's mouth, leaving no corner untouched. The raven then started to wrestle his tongue with Naruto's causing them both to moan wantonly. The two men fought for dominance to which Sasuke conceded and allowed Naruto to win.

It was as if time stopped and the two of them were the only people in the world. The background warped behind them into nothingness and it felt as if they were at the center of the entire universe.

Naruto felt something wet beneath his fingers and opened his eyes to see the tears flowing from Sasuke's eyes. He broke their kiss and gently pecked the man before him on the forehead.

"Don't cry Sasuke," he said gently which made the raven do the opposite and bury his face by Naruto's neck.

"I-I'm so sorry Naruto," he said as he bit his lip shakily when a sob escaped him.

Naruto ran his one hand through Sasuke's midnight locks while the other held on to him tightly.

"I admit that I've taken your presence and feelings for granted and I'm sorry about that N-Naruto," confessed the raven while breathing heavily.

He pulled back to look up at the man who was only an inch and a half taller than him. Naruto had an uncertain look in his eyes and Sasuke felt his throat swell up.

"Naruto, I-I want to give us a chance. I want to be with you. I don't think I can stand by and let us just be friends anymore knowing that you be my other half, that you can complete me," he stuttered as he tried to speak the words straight from his heart.

A sob broke him out of thoughts and he saw Naruto crying as well. The blond gave him a chaste kiss and buried his face on his neck while embracing him tightly. He felt Naruto nod against him and couldn't stop the heart wrenching sob that escaped him.

When he saw Naruto walk out on him, he felt like one of the best things that could have ever happen to him slip through his fingers and he felt like a part of him died right then and there.

Naruto pulled back to kiss him again and wipe a few tears off his face.

"I want to be with you too Sasuke, more than you'll ever know," he said tenderly and gave him a sweet butterfly kiss.

The two men relished in the feeling of just being in each other's arm until a honk scared the living daylights out of them. They scampered to the sidewalk as the angry driver sailed pass them and when they looked at each other, the laughed lightly.

"Let's get back inside now okay," said Naruto sweetly causing Sasuke to nod. He then proceeded to usher them both back to the house since the raven basically looked dead on his feet.

When they reached the porch, Sasuke stopped them and Naruto turned to look at him questionably.

"Stay the night," Sasuke said softly and Naruto nodded but not before placing another kiss on pale pink lips.

The newly couple then walked hand in hand into the house.

As soon as the couple got back in, they heard small footsteps run across the hall and a small head of raven basically flung itself into Sasuke's arms.

Caught off guard by the sudden attack, the two men looked down at the small boy who was now wailing against his father.

"D-Daddyyyyy!!!" cried Shirosuke with snot and tears rolling down his face as he clung onto his father.

Shiro woke up earlier to the sound of his father and Naruto-nii arguing and was so scared that he hid himself under the covers with the pillow over his head. He had never ever heard his father speak with that tone of voice before.

Before he knew it, he was out of his room and was trying to peep into the lounge. When he saw Naruto leave and his father follow soon after, for some unknown reason, he felt like his father was never going to come back again.

He ran towards his uncles room and started crying and banging on the door. Itachi opened the door and was shocked when Shiro clung onto his leg and started crying and mumbling things about his father never coming back.

The two men then tried their best to console him and when Shiro heard the front door open, he jumped out of his arms and ran to the front, the two men following close behind.

"Shiro, buddy what's wrong?" asked Sasuke worried as he walked into the kitchen with his crying boy. He took a kitchen cloth and wiped his baby's red face before filling a glass with water and setting him on the counter to drink it.

Shiro drank a bit of the water while still holding onto his father and when he pushed the glass away when he had enough, Sasuke put the glass down and held his son against him.

The toddler cried some more with his head nestled against his father's neck while Sasuke muttered words of comfort in his ear.

"Daddy's here now okay my love, he's not going away," muttered the raven to his son softly while kissing the side of his son's head but the other three men could all hear him.

After the boy was somewhat calmed, the teen father turned to his brother and sighed.

"Itachi what happened?" asked Sasuke while rocked his son who was only sniffling now.

"I think your arguing woke him up and after I heard the both of you leave, Shiro came up to our room and started pounding on the door hysterically. We couldn't understand a thing he was saying but we tried consoling him as best as we could," answered Itachi but he was looking worriedly at his nephew.

"Shiro baby look at daddy," said Sasuke gently and his son turned to him with eyes red from crying. Sasuke brushed some of his wet bangs aside and kissed him lovingly on the forehead.

"Listen baby, daddy's sorry if he scared you by shouting loudly. Naruto and daddy were upset with each other but we're okay now okay buddy. No one is angry anymore okay," he said and Shiro nodded even though a few stray tears fell from his eyes.

"Can you tell me why my baby is so upset?" asked Sasuke gently and Shiro rubbed his eyes.

"I-I t-thought d-daddy wasn't gonna come b-back," he said and started crying again. Sasuke had questioning look on his face but instead pulled his son into another tight embrace.

"What made you think that Shirosuke?" asked Sasuke but the small boy merely shrugged against him and continued crying.

Sighing loudly, he walked with his son to the bathroom so that he could wash his face and change his clothes. He took out his phone and saw that it was going for ten and put it in his pocket.

Deciding that a bath was something both he and Shiro needed, so that his body could relax and for his son to calm down, he started running the water and put some bubble bath in there. He then walked back to the lounge to talk to the three men there.

"I'm running Shiro and I a bath right now, Naruto can you explain to them what happened?" he asked while adjusting his hold on his son and Naruto nodded while getting more comfy on the couch.

Sasuke then returned to the bathroom to turn off the water and then started stripping both his and his son's clothes off. He then put Shiro in the water and after putting their clothes in the hamper, he joined his little man in the tub who immediately went to go sit by his father. Shiro then wrapped his arms around Sasuke's neck and got comfy on his chest.

The two of them laid there comfortably in the tub for a few minutes before Shiro got antsy.

"Daddy why were you and Naruto-niisan fighting?" he asked curiously while playing with the hair at the bottom of Sasuke's neck.

"Baby remember what your uncles and I talked about in the park..." he started and the little raven nodded.

"...Naruto and I were fighting about that. Just know that everything was a big misunderstanding but we've sorted it out okay," he said and Shiro had a puzzled look on his face.

"Daddy?" he called suddenly after several seconds of silence and said man looked down at his son an 'hned'.

"What does misunder-under-something mean?" he asked innocently causing Sasuke to smile.

"You mean misunderstanding? It's when you don't understand something properly. Like in mine and Naruto's case, we were sending each other mixed signals and we couldn't understand each other properly. Does my baby understand now?"

"Yes I do daddy. Can I ask another question?" he asked but hid his face by his father's neck.

"Of course buddy, didn't I say you can ask daddy anything?"

When Shiro remained quiet instead of asking him his question, Sasuke pulled him back and cradled him against his chest. The teen then proceeded to tickle his son's collar bones causing the toddler to squeal and thrash about.

"Are you gonna tell me now huh huh or do I have to go for your foot next?" asked Sasuke sneakily while Shiro tried to hide his toes.

"Is daddy and Naruto-nii friends again?" he asked but failed to mask his sadness.

"Yes we are my baby. And do you wanna know something else?" he asked and Shiro looked at him with excited eyes.

"Daddy and your beloved Naruto-nii are finally together now."

Shiro stared at his father for a few seconds before what Sasuke said finally sunk in and he sprung into his father's arms and started crying again.

Sasuke held his crying son who was now crying tears of joy. He run his fingers through his hair while his son mumbled incoherently on his shoulder.

When the little raven pulled back from his father, he had the biggest grin imaginable on his face causing Sasuke to laugh out loud.

"Anyways buddy let's get you all nice and clean now," said the young father while he grabbed for one of his son's ticklish feet causing said boy to start screaming in laughter.

Shiro was basically in dreamland by the time Sasuke put him in bed. After their bath, he got out some baby oil and gave his son a delicious massage that had the boy asleep instantly.

He then dressed the sleeping child in some fluffy Dinosaur Rex clothes (I made this up btw) and put him in bed gently.

Still clad in a towel, Sasuke made his way to his bedroom and when he flipped on the lights, he was startled so see Naruto staring at him from his bed.

Naruto smiled sheepishly at scaring Sasuke but started blushing when his eyes roamed over the man's almost naked body.

"Ahem," said the raven while clearing his throat while a feint blush adored his cheeks.

Naruto got up and walked to him slowly making Sasuke feel a prey being stalked. When the blond man reached him, he pulled Sasuke flushed against him and gave him a fierce fiery kiss.

Sasuke moaned when he felt Naruto's tongue lick his bottom lip for permission, the raven granted him entrance by opening his mouth immediately. The two men's tongues danced around each other's lazily and when Naruto pulled back, a single string of saliva connected their lips.

Naruto licked his lips while he stared into onyx eyes causing Sasuke to shiver from the intensity in those azure orbs.

"You're gonna catch a cold wearing just that so go lay down while I get you something to wear okay," said the blond while he ushered Sasuke to the bed to sit down.

Naruto then walked to the wardrobe and took out a plain shirt and some black sweatpants for the raven to wear. He then began looking for some underwear but couldn't seem to find any.

"Second drawer on the left," instructed the raven teen from the bed while he watch Naruto rummage through his things. Naruto turned to smile sheepishly at him before retrieving a pair of silky black boxers.

'Oh my word I'm actually touching Sasuke's underwear,' he thought to himself as he brought the clothes to said man.

"Lay on the your stomach, I'll rub some oil on your back," he said suddenly causing a perfectly dark eyebrow to arch in question.

"It's just a massage Sasuke, I promise no hands below the belt," he said with both hands raised causing Sasuke to chuckle softly but nod nonetheless.

He laid on his stomach with his arms straight against him while Naruto looked for the herbal oil Deidara got him for his body aches.

After some comfortable silence, Naruto drizzled the cold herbal oil unexpectedly on his back causing him to flinch and the blond's melodic laughter filled the air.

"No need to be so uptight now Sasuke, as your boyfriend I'm allowed to treat you right," he said gently and Sasuke's heart skipped a few beats at hearing Naruto call him his 'boyfriend'.

'That definitely has a pleasant ring to it,' though Sasuke but suddenly moaned when Naruto started kneading his shoulders. His hands then traveled to his shoulder blades and he pressed there so deliciously that the raven felt his body turn to Jell-O. He massaged the top part of his back thoroughly, making sure that no spot was left untouched.

The magical hands then moved how his back and when Naruto reached his lower back, he pressed forward with all his weight on his arms causing a few cracks and pops to sound through the air.

"Oh fuck," moaned Sasuke deliciously as he felt the tension all but dissipate from his back. Naruto turned scarlet at how sexual he sounded and couldn't help all the naughty thoughts that's came to mind.

Sasuke rolled over to thank the blond for his magical services when he saw the man staring at him and blushing. He gave him a questioning look to which Naruto replied but after rubbing the back of his neck.

"You gave me a boner that's what you sexy bastard," he said and laughed embarrassingly.

Sasuke looked down and saw that the azure eyed man was indeed sporting a tent in the lower regions and blushed.

"Uhm..." he began but was cut off my Naruto.

"Nothing to be concerned about, I'll just think about Shrek and Fiona doing the nasties ogre style and it should go away," stated Naruto embarrassingly and Sasuke burst out laughing at the visuals he was getting.

"Shrek and Fiona? You're disgusting," he said while still trying to catch his breath.

Sasuke then reached for his clothes and started getting dressed and the blond being the gentleman he is, even turned around when he was putting his underwear on.

"I'm done now," he said once he was finished getting dressed and threw the towel perfectly on the chair by his desk.

He then looked at Naruto and contemplated whether to say what he was thinking or not. As if sensing that the raven's thoughts were about him, Naruto sat back on the bed and placed a hand on Sasuke's leg.

"A penny for your thoughts?" asked Naruto curiously with smile and Sasuke looked at him while placing a hand on top of Naruto's.

"Since you're sleeping over, you can borrow some sweats and a shirt because your clothes don't look too comfy," he said nervously and Naruto immediately started to protest.

"Uh no uhm I'll be okay I mean these clothes are not too tight or anyth--" he started but was cut off by the raven.

"Please Naruto, just take the clothes," pleaded Sasuke and Naruto had no choice but to accept. He got up to retrieved some clothes for him and changed quickly.

He stayed over once before but slept on the couch with Kiba so after he folded his clothes up neatly, he walked towards Sasuke so he could say goodnight and go back to the living room.

When Sasuke saw Naruto approach him, he sat up quickly and leaned against the headboard.

"I'm gonna go sleep now Sasuke so goodnight," he said then pecked his boyfriend on the lips.

When Naruto pulled back, he felt Sasuke grab the front of his shirt.

"Stay here..." Sasuke started and paused. He then blushed before continuing. "... With me Naruto."

Naruto blushed but pushed the covers aside nonetheless and slowly got onto the bed. Sasuke laid back down on his side and Naruto got in behind him and immediately began to spoon him. He placed his head on Sasuke's shoulder and took in a deep breath before releasing it and wrapping his arms around the raven.

Sasuke leaned back so he could be even closer to Naruto and closed his eyes with a smile.

"Goodnight Naruto."

"Goodnight Sasuke," said the blond and then placed one last kiss on Sasuke's lips before the two of them drifted off peacefully into the land of dreams.

Anyways as you can see I'm trying to update as fast as possible. I literally stayed up till 1am trying to write this before all the creative juices run out.
