Well, this is gonna be part 2 for Kaisa, exploring her past and Naruto's involvement this and the Ahri 2nd part were something I've just recently been doing to get more back story on them… since Akali and Evelynn are the only ones that had started with them meeting naruto while Kaisa and Ahri already had a past with him.
I forgot to mention Kaisa and Naruto are 21 and 22 respectively.
Kaisa sat in her room, her fingers lightly tracing the delicate bracelet she had won at the arcade earlier that day. Naruto had handed her the giant orange fox plushie with a grin, but it was the bracelet that kept drawing her attention—a quiet reminder of their day together. The soft weight of it on her wrist made her smile, her thoughts lingering on the laughter, their walk, and the kiss they shared—a warmth filled her heart, one that had been missing for far too long.
Leaning back against the plush pillows, she let out a soft sigh.
'He's still the same Naruto... always making me feel like I'm the only one in the world.'
But as her gaze drifted to the ceiling, her smile faded slightly. Memories from years ago began to resurface—the bustling streets of Japan, the fresh scent of rain on the sidewalks… everything felt so vivid as if she were right there again.
FLASHBACK 6 YEARS AGO
Kaisa's thoughts drifted back to her first days in Japan, a time when everything had felt new and uncertain. After moving there because of her father's job, she had been enrolled in a prestigious school. The weight of unfamiliarity settled on her shoulders as she walked through the school gates for the first time, feeling out of place.
She had expected the usual nerves that came with being the new kid, but nothing could have prepared her for the cold stares from her female classmates or the way whispers seemed to follow her everywhere she went. It wasn't long before the bullying started—small things at first, like her books mysteriously falling off her desk, and snickers behind her back. But soon it grew worse.
'Why are they doing this to me?' she often wondered during lunch breaks spent alone, sitting in the farthest corner of the courtyard.
To make things more uncomfortable, some of the boys were no better. They'd crowd around her locker, making crude jokes and comments. Others would try to get close, their smiles too wide, their intentions far too obvious.
'This is suffocating,' she thought.
After weeks of enduring the bullying, Kaisa kept everything bottled up, not wanting to burden her father with her problems. She didn't want to make things more difficult at home, not when her family had just settled into this new life.
Naruto, who usually kept to himself at school, had noticed the new girl. At first, she was just shy and nervous, like most new students. But recently, he saw a change in her—she seemed more anxious, almost scared. Though he wasn't one to get involved, something about it didn't sit right with him. He began watching her from a distance, keeping an eye on her when he could.
Curious and concerned, Naruto began following her at a distance, watching from the shadows, trying to figure out what was going on. Today was no different. He trailed behind her, careful not to be seen, as she walked towards the school's ladies' restroom.
He waited a few seconds. Several girls emerged from the restroom, laughing among themselves. One of them, a girl from his class, spoke loud enough for him to catch her words.
"She's such a crybaby. Did you see her face?"
"I bet she won't say a word, just like always."
Naruto's brow furrowed.
'What did they do?'
He took a step to follow the girls, ready to demand answers, but then Kaisa came out of the restroom.
She looked shaken, her eyes glistening with tears that hadn't yet fallen. Naruto reached out instinctively, wanting to help, but before he could say anything or grab her arm, she turned and ran.
Naruto barely had time to think before sprinting after Kaisa. His heart pounded with urgency, eyes locked on her retreating figure as she dashed away. However, before he could catch up, she stumbled right into a group of frat boys lingering at the end of the hallway.
"Hey, sweetheart, where you going in such a hurry?" one of them sneered, his voice laced with arrogance.
Kaisa froze, looking terrified as they circled her. One of the boys moved in closer, his hand brushing her arm in a way that wasn't so innocent. Another, even bolder, tried to discreetly feel her up, his fingers grazing her waist.
Naruto's stomach churned at the sight. His body tensed, instincts kicking in. He couldn't stand by any longer. Without hesitation, he pushed through the crowd and grabbed Kaisa's hand, pulling her toward him.
"Let's go," Naruto said, pulling Kaisa out of the crowd of frat boys before she could respond. He guided her away with a firm grip, his heart racing as he glanced back at the boys who were now watching them with irritation.
Naruto's grip on Kaisa tightened. He had trained for moments like these—martial arts, swordplay, the discipline his mother's family instilled in him coursed through his veins. When one of the frat boys tried to shove him, Naruto's reflexes kicked in. With a swift movement, he sidestepped the attack, his free hand grabbing the boy's wrist and twisting it back. The boy yelped in pain, recoiling.
Another tried to grab Kaisa, but Naruto quickly blocked the advance with a sharp kick, sending the boy stumbling back.
Naruto's eyes darkened, his normally quiet demeanor giving way to a cold intensity. "I won't ask again. Leave her alone."
The group hesitated, realizing Naruto wasn't someone they could easily intimidate. Grumbling under their breath, they eventually backed off, leaving Naruto and Kaisa alone.
"Are you okay?" Naruto asked softly, his grip on her hand finally loosening as the tension faded.
Kaisa nodded, though her hands still shook. She couldn't meet his eyes, too overwhelmed by everything that had just happened. She felt a rush of gratitude and something else, something deeper.
"Thanks…" She said in a low voice
"Don't mention it" Naruto said
As they began walking, Naruto glanced at her, sensing the unease lingering in her posture. "You know, classes have already been dismissed. Do you want me to walk you home? It might be safer."
Kaisa hesitated, the unfamiliarity of kindness making her wary. But something in Naruto's earnest expression reassured her. "Um, okay," she finally agreed.
As they walked side by side, Naruto tried to break the silence with small talk. "So, what's your family like? Do you have any siblings?"
Kaisa bit her lip, contemplating how much to share. "It's just me and my dad. We move around a lot because of his job. I guess that's why I've never really fit in anywhere."
Naruto listened intently, nodding as she spoke. "That sounds tough. Do you like it? Moving around, I mean?"
Kaisa shrugged, glancing down at her feet. "It is… makes it hard to make friends. I'm usually the new girl, and it feels like I'm starting over every time."
Naruto's heart ached for her. He could see how the constant changes affected her, a girl who just wanted to belong. "I get that. My father is the CEO of a massive tech company, and everyone expects me to live up to the family name. They want me to take over one day, but it feels like a lot of pressure."
Kaisa looked up at him, surprised to hear such honesty. "That sounds like a lot to deal with."
"Yeah, it is," Naruto admitted with a slight sigh. "Sometimes I feel like people only see me as my father's son, not as who I am. It's exhausting."
Kaisa nodded, her heart softening at his vulnerability. "I understand. It must be hard to find your own identity when everyone has expectations of you."
"Exactly," he replied, a hint of a smile creeping onto his face. "But I try to focus on what makes me happy. Like martial arts. It's not just about the discipline; it's a way for me to express myself."
Kaisa's eyes lit up with interest. "I've practiced martial arts before, I didn't far into it though. But I did excel in dancing."
"Dancing? That's awesome!" Naruto replied, genuinely intrigued. "I've never really tried it. Maybe I could watch you sometimes?"
Her cheeks flushed at the thought of spending more time with him
"Sure… I have no problem with it" she said shyly.
As they approached her home, Kaisa felt a mix of gratitude and something deeper—an unexpected warmth that came from having someone stand up for her and now offer to be her friend. "Thank you for saving me today, Naruto. And for walking me home. It means a lot."
"Anytime," he replied, the sincerity in his voice making her smile. "You're not alone anymore. If anyone bothers you again, just let me know."
Kaisa felt a swell of emotions, her heart fluttering at the thought of having someone like him in her corner. "I will. I promise."
After that, the following days, the two spent most of their time together. Sometimes it was at the school dojo, where Naruto practiced both his martial arts and sword techniques while Kaisa watched, captivated by his skill and focus. Other times, they would be in the dance studio, where Kaisa showcased her routines in various styles—traditional, ballet, and ballroom.
One afternoon, as sunlight streamed through the large windows of the dance studio, Kaisa stood at the center, poised in a classic ballet position. Naruto leaned against the wall, his arms crossed, his expression a mix of admiration and intrigue. He had never seen someone move with such grace and elegance. Kaisa's movements were fluid, each pirouette and leap filled with an energy that drew him in.
As she completed a series of intricate steps, Kaisa glanced over at Naruto and caught his eye. A warm smile broke across her face, and in that moment, she felt a rush of confidence. "What do you think?" she asked breathlessly after finishing her routine, her cheeks flushed from exertion.
"You're incredible!" Naruto exclaimed, his enthusiasm genuine. "I didn't know you could dance like that. It's mesmerizing."
Kaisa's heart fluttered at his compliment, and she felt a swell of pride. "Thanks! I love dancing. It's a way for me to express myself, you know? I just forget everything else when I'm moving."
Naruto nodded, understanding her passion. "I get that. Martial arts is the same for me. It's like a form of meditation, focusing on the moves and letting everything else fade away."
On another day, they found themselves in the studio again, but this time Kaisa had decided to try something new. "Okay, Naruto, today you're joining me!" she declared with determination in her voice. "I want you to learn a few ballroom steps."
He hesitated, a nervous laugh escaping him. "Ballroom? Me? I'm not sure about that."
Kaisa approached him with a playful grin. "Come on! It'll be fun. Plus, I could use a partner to practice with."
After a moment of thought, Naruto agreed, and Kaisa quickly showed him the basic steps. He stumbled at first, trying to follow her lead. She laughed softly, guiding him with patience and encouragement. "Just relax and follow my lead," she said, her eyes bright with excitement.
As they danced, Naruto couldn't help but feel a warmth spread through him. Kaisa's laughter was infectious, and her gentle guidance made him feel more at ease. With each step, he found himself laughing along with her, and soon they were both spinning and twirling across the floor, their inhibitions forgotten.
"See? You're getting the hang of it!" Kaisa beamed, her hands clasped together as they paused for a moment. "You're a natural."
"Maybe I am!" Naruto replied, playfully striking a pose. "Watch out, world! Here comes the next dance champion!"
Both Naruto and Kaisa burst into laughter at his joke, the sound echoing joyfully in the studio. As they chuckled, Naruto took a playful step back, trying to maintain his balance in his exaggerated pose.
However, amid their laughter, Kaisa stumbled unexpectedly, her foot slipping on the polished floor. In an instant, Naruto's instincts kicked in. He lunged forward, arms outstretched, and caught her just as she began to fall. Kaisa landed against his chest, the warmth of his body enveloping her.
"Whoa, careful there!" Naruto said, his voice a mix of surprise and concern as he felt the weight of her against him. He adjusted his stance to absorb the impact, taking the brunt of the fall on his back.
Kaisa looked up at him, her eyes wide with a mix of gratitude and embarrassment. "Thanks! I didn't mean to almost take you down with me!"
Naruto chuckled, his heart racing from the close call. "No problem! Just part of my dance champion duties, right?" He flashed a playful grin, his earlier seriousness fading into lightheartedness.
Kaisa laughed again, her cheeks flushing slightly as she pushed herself away, regaining her balance. "Okay, maybe I should be more careful next time. I wouldn't want to put my partner in danger!"
"Danger? Nah, I can handle it," Naruto said, puffing out his chest jokingly. "I've trained for this kind of thing—like a superhero!"
They shared another round of laughter, the moment weaving a thread of bond between them. As they resumed their practice, Kaisa couldn't shake off the warmth of the embrace, feeling a growing connection with Naruto that made her heart flutter.
As the years passed, the bond between Naruto and Kaisa deepened, and their friendship blossomed into something more. They shared countless afternoons in the dojo and the dance studio, their laughter mingling with the rhythms of their practices. Moments that once felt fleeting now lingered, filled with a warmth that made them both giddy. They often caught each other's eyes, a flutter in their hearts revealing the unspoken feelings growing between them.
One afternoon, as they were finishing up a particularly energetic dance routine, Naruto paused, his heart racing for a different reason this time. Kaisa was catching her breath, her hair slightly tousled, and that familiar sparkle in her eyes made him realize he couldn't keep his feelings to himself any longer.
"Kaisa," he began, taking a deep breath, "I was wondering… would you like to go to the homecoming party with me?"
Kaisa's eyes widened in surprise, and for a brief moment, time seemed to stand still. The thought of attending the party with Naruto, the boy who had been her rock through the toughest times, filled her with joy. A smile broke across her face, lighting up the room.
"Are you serious?" she asked, her heart fluttering.
Naruto nodded, his usual confidence giving way to a hint of nervousness. "Yeah, I mean, I thought it would be fun… to go together."
Kaisa felt a rush of emotions—excitement, happiness, and a nervous thrill all at once. "I'd love to!"
Naruto stood in front of the mirror, adjusting his all-black suit. The sharp lines of the fabric contrasted with the vibrant orange tie he had chosen—his favorite color As he fidgeted with the bow tie, his mother, Kushina, entered the room, a warm smile spreading across her face.
"Need a hand?" she asked, stepping closer to help him fix it. As she worked deftly on the bow tie, she noticed the nervousness in his demeanor. His brow was furrowed, and he kept glancing at the clock as if it were counting down to something monumental.
"Think she'll like it?" Naruto mumbled, his eyes darting toward the floor.
Kushina paused, her heart swelling with understanding. "She'll love it, Kaisa is a wonderful girl. She already likes you for who you are You've shown her kindness and friendship all year. Just be yourself tonight."
Naruto nodded, taking a deep breath. "You're right. It's just a dance, right?"
"Exactly!" she replied, tying the final knot. "Just have fun. And remember, if anything goes wrong, you can always call your mom for help." She chuckled, nudging him playfully.
As he looked into the mirror again, he felt a little more at ease. He thought of Kaisa and the countless memories they had shared—how she laughed, how her eyes sparkled when she danced. That thought made him smile.
"Thanks, Mom," he said, feeling grateful.
"Now go get your girl," Kushina urged, giving him a light push toward the door.
Naruto slid into his car, a sleek black Toyota 2000GT adorned with striking orange highlights and a racing stripe running down the middle. The engine purred to life, and he felt a thrill of excitement as he drove through the streets, the night sky casting a beautiful glow over the city. With each turn, he imagined how the evening would unfold, a mix of anticipation and nerves swirling within him.
When he arrived at Kaisa's house, he took a moment to appreciate the warm light spilling from the windows, illuminating the porch. He took a deep breath, steeling himself for the night ahead, and knocked on the door.
It swung open to reveal Kaisa's father Kassadin, with a stern expression on his face. "Naruto," he said, his tone serious. "I expect you to treat my daughter with respect tonight. No funny business, understood?"
"Yes, sir," Naruto replied, his voice steady despite the flutter of nerves in his stomach. He could sense the protectiveness radiating from Kaisa's father. "I promise I'll take good care of her."
With a nod, Kassadin stepped aside, allowing Naruto to enter. "You can wait in the living room. Kaisa will be down shortly."
As Naruto took a seat on the plush couch, he glanced around, noting the family photos adorning the walls. Each picture captured a moment of happiness, and he felt a warmth spread through him, knowing he was a part of Kaisa's life in this way.
Moments later, he heard the soft sound of footsteps descending the stairs. His heart raced as he turned to see Kaisa stepping into view.
Kaisa descended the stairs, and Naruto's breath caught in his throat. She wore a stunning evening gown that hugged her figure elegantly, the hem just brushing the tops of her heels. The gown shimmered in shades of blue, green, and purple, each color blending beautifully into the next, creating a mesmerizing effect. Tiny crystals adorned the fabric, catching the light and sparkling with every step she took.
As she reached the bottom, Kaisa's eyes found Naruto's, and for a moment, the world around them faded. A shy smile graced her lips, her cheeks flushing with a delicate pink.
Naruto stepped forward, taking Kaisa's hands in his to help her down the last few steps. The gentle touch sent a thrill through both of them and as she reached the bottom, he held her hands for a moment longer, their eyes locked in a shared, silent excitement.
After a brief moment, they turned toward Kassadin, who stood watching them with a mixture of pride and caution. "You two have fun tonight, but remember to be back by a reasonable hour," he warned, giving Naruto a pointed look.
"Yes, sir! We'll be back on time," Naruto assured, his voice steady.
With a final nod, Kaisa's father watched as Naruto led her outside. He opened the door for her, helping her into the sleek black Toyota 2000GT, the orange highlights gleaming in the evening light. Kaisa settled into her seat, excitement bubbling inside her as Naruto slid into the driver's seat.
As he started the engine, the soft rumble resonated around them, and he glanced at her, a grin spreading across his face. "Ready for an unforgettable night?"
"More than ready!" Kaisa replied, her heart racing in anticipation.
With that, Naruto drove off toward the school, the massive gym lit up in a warm glow, ready to host the annual homecoming dance.
As they arrived at the party, the atmosphere buzzed with laughter and music. The gym was beautifully decorated, with twinkling lights strung overhead and colorful streamers adding to the festive vibe. Naruto and Kaisa stepped inside, hand in hand, their nerves giving way to excitement as they took in the sights.
They spent most of the evening together, navigating the crowd, chatting with friends, and enjoying the various activities. As the night progressed, the announcer called for the start of the dance recital for their class. The music shifted to a soft, romantic melody, and couples began to pair up for the ballroom slow dance.
Kaisa looked at Naruto, her eyes sparkling with anticipation. "Shall we?"
"Of course," he replied, his voice warm. They moved to the dance floor, Kaisa slipping effortlessly into his embrace.
Their experience showed as they glided across the floor, their movements smooth and synchronized. The choreography flowed naturally between them, a perfect blend of grace and poise. Kaisa felt the warmth of Naruto's hands on her waist, and she couldn't help but smile, savoring the moment. The world around them faded, leaving just the two of them dancing beneath the soft lights, their hearts beating in time with the music.
With the dance recital over, Naruto and Kaisa found themselves in a rhythm of slow dancing together, swaying gently to the music as they exchanged soft smiles and playful whispers. They took breaks to grab snacks, enjoying the assortment of treats laid out on the tables, their laughter ringing through the air like sweet music.
As the night reached its peak, the energy in the gym intensified. Couples danced closer, and friends gathered around, sharing stories and memories. Just as Naruto was about to pull Kaisa in for another dance, his phone buzzed urgently in his pocket.
He glanced at the screen and saw his mother's name. A feeling of unease washed over him; he knew his mother wouldn't call unless it was an emergency. "Hold on a second," he said to Kaisa, stepping to the side to answer the call.
"Mom?" he answered, his voice tense.
"Naruto, it's your father. He's dead" Kushina said, her voice shaky but trying to remain calm.
Those words froze Naruto in place, his heart racing as the world around him fell away. The music and laughter from the party faded into a dull roar, and his gaze locked onto nothing as if he were trapped in a nightmare he couldn't escape. Kaisa, sensing something was wrong, reached out for him.
"Naruto?" she called softly, but he didn't respond. Instead, he took off, running out of the gym, the cold night air hitting him like a splash of water. Kaisa blinked in shock for a moment before sprinting after him.
"Naruto, wait!" she shouted, but he was already in his car, fumbling with the keys. He jumped into the driver's seat and sped off, leaving Kaisa standing there, her heart pounding with worry.
"Why won't you answer me?" she muttered, pulling out her phone and dialing his number repeatedly, only to be met with silence.
After what felt like an eternity, she made her way home, her father's concerned gaze meeting her as she entered. "Where's Naruto?" he asked, his brow furrowing.
"He… he had to go," Kaisa replied, struggling to keep her voice steady as she explained the situation. Once she was in her room, she sat on her bed, her thoughts racing. Tears streamed down her face as she tried to comprehend what had just happened.
That night, sleep eluded her. She tossed and turned, overwhelmed by worry for Naruto and the weight of his loss. Just as the dawn light began to creep into her room, her phone buzzed. A final message from Naruto appeared on the screen: "I'll be back for you, I promise."
With a soft gasp, Kaisa wiped her tears, a flicker of hope igniting within her. She hugged her phone close to her chest, letting out a shaky breath.
BACK TO THE PRESENT
Kaisa blinked, pulling herself out of the flashback. A soft smile spread across her face as she hugged the giant orange fox plushie Naruto had given her earlier. The memory of his promise flooded her with warmth and reassurance. He's back, she thought, her heart swelling with happiness.
She nestled the plushie closer, its softness comforting her. The bond they shared was still alive, and she could feel the weight of their connection more than ever. The past had been filled with uncertainty, but now she knew they could create new memories together.
