AN:

DarkDremora: I actually planned on including some of things you said in this chapter to have it cohesive, including the massage.

Samurai Seven: Well, Diethard was willing to follow through with Zero until everyone began turning on him. Of course, it's only because he's opportunistic, but it shows how far he's willing to go for a good story.

Alan Wake: I mean, technically everything is plot armor in a story, since nearly everything is done to push the plot forward. But I've already thoroughly planned both Karma Suzaku and V.V's end. Also, Karma Suzaku absorbing the two D.S power is certainly... an interesting take. Very out of the box thinking. I have no idea what he'd do with that power, considering he'd effectively be a god at that point.

Chapter 96: Beach Day

Tamaki slammed his foot on the beaches hot sand with a smile, taking a gander at the festival before his group, which was bustling with hundreds of people, "Would you look at that!?" he shouted with his bare chest fully on display, with green swim trunks, as he pointed at the sea, "When's the last time we went to beach like this, Naoto?"

The Kozuki stepped forth, wearing only black and red swim trunks, "I can't even remember. What about you, Tohdoh? When's the last time you've done something like this?"

"Before the war." the Miracle worker answered while wearing his own brown trunks, "Other than that, I've never taken the time to… have fun on the beach."

"Even so, I've been waiting for something like this." Senba added while pulling a cart filled with beach gear, including an umbrella, and cooler. He chose to wear shorts and a white t-shirt, "Feeling the cool air against-"

"Your three hairs?" Urabe joked, wearing his own beach attire, "You know, I hear balding is caused by stress, so it'll do you some good to get a tan-"

"I'm laughing so hard at your jokes." the big man responded with a blank stare, "Besides, I'm still a long ways from losing all my hair… unlike you."

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"Have you looked in the mirror recently? I think your hairline is receding." Senba said as the light gleamed off his own forehead.

"What!? How dare you!" Urabe rolled up his nonexistent sleeves, intending to get his friend back for that comment, only to be restrained by Asahina, who wore an aloha shirt with his trunks, "Hey! Let me go!"

"That's enough. Now's not the time for fighting." the bespectacled man explained, "Today… is a day of relaxation. We don't want to disrespect Tohdoh's invitation to such an event, do we?"

The Miracle Worker sighed upon hearing his name mentioned, "It wasn't even me who had this idea. For some reason, Kallen thought it would be a good idea if we all went to the beach." in the background, Mario and Rolo entered the scene, wearing matching trunks, "I'm still surprised she wasn't mad at me for trying to train Lelouch yesterday. I was certain, with how she reacted, I would've gotten an earful this morning."

"So, where to first?" Tamaki asked while he and Urabe tried to strut toward the festival, only for Naoto to suddenly grab both of them by the ears.

"No. We have to wait for the girls."

"Ugh. Do we have to?" Urabe complained, "Who knows how long it's going to take for them to finish changing?"

"Yeah. I'm sure they'll find us eventually." Tamaki added as Nagisa's figure approached in the distance, catching Naoto's attention. Of course, his friend didn't notice the woman's presence at all, "I'm pretty sure Nagisa's a Tohdoh magnet, so wherever he goes, she'll be close behind."

"You got that right." Urabe said as the Miracle Worker tilted his head, clearly confused by what they were talking about, "Oh come on, Tohdoh. Don't tell me you haven't noticed that Nagisa-"

Suddenly, the woman grabbed Tamaki and her fellow Holy Sword by the head, and slammed them into the sand, burying them with a red face, "D-don't listen to them, Tohdoh."

"Um… are you sure? It sounded pretty important-"

"It wasn't important at all!" the woman shouted while tightly holding onto her cover up, wrapping tightly around her body, hiding her purple bikini.

"You'll never make any progress acting like that." Maya butted in while wearing mesh pants with her sports bra, and white shirt that was tied halfway up her chest, "Be more assertive." she playfully pushed the woman forward, which caused her to uncharacteristically yelp in response.

"Hey! Don't do that!"

Clara suddenly appeared behind the woman, wearing a green bikini with a skirt wrap that covered the lower half of her body. In addition, her hair was tied into one segment, and hanging off her right shoulder, giving her a mature look, despite how childishly she was acting, "Don't be so scared, Nagisa. You got this."

Tamaki and Urabe finally freed themselves from the sand, and shook the grainy substance from their hair, "Can we go now?" the former asked impatiently, "Everyone's here, right?"

That's when he felt someone smack the back of his head, and Kallen walked past with a clenched fist, "Quit being so impatient." she said as Benio kept close to her, wearing a yellow swimsuit with orange floaties around her arms, "See what I mean about bad influences?"

"Oh Kallen~" C.C entered the conversation with a Cheshire grin, wearing a purple bikini with a matching skirt wrap, "Today's a day of fun at the beach. We don't have to be so uptight." she poked the red head's exposed side teasingly, "I'm sure you know that, considering how you're dressed."

Kallen swatted the witch's hand away, defensively crossing her arms, before saying, "I'm just dressed in normal beach attire." she began scanning the beach, as if looking for someone, "Oh my. Who do you think that is?"

The red head pointed at a boy with toned muscles, covering his face with a large sun hat, while wearing an open black aloha shirt, and matching trunks. She confidently approached him, making sure to sway her head from side-to-side, while humming a soothing tune. Once she got close, Kallen tipped his hat up, revealing the boy to be Lelouch, "Hey there. I couldn't help but notice that you were all alone." she leaned forward, causing the boy to look away, in fear of his eyes landing somewhere… inappropriate, "Wanna hang out~"

Lelouch's face turned a deep red, as he mumbled, "I hate you…" he then scanned his girlfriends figure, as she wore a white bikini with red accents.

"Awe." she grabbed his arm teasingly, making sure to hold it close to her chest, evoking an even deeper blush from him, "A handsome boy like you should learn to smile more."

Naoto watched the interaction with a raised eyebrow, before glancing at Benio, "Is… this okay? Won't she be questioning who he is?"

Meanwhile, Nagisa glared at the Prince, studying his facial structure to compare with any information she might gain in the future. That's when Tohdoh put a hand on her shoulder, "Are you okay?"

The woman jumped slightly, with a light blush forming on her face as she gazed upon the man's form, "I'm… fine…"

"Are you sure? Your face is turning a bit red." he turned to Senba and ordered, "Could you set up the umbrella? I think Nagisa needs to take a break-"

"I'm fine." Nagisa responded in a slightly firmer tone, "Anyway… let's head to the festival already."

"Not so fast!" Kallen suddenly proclaimed, drawing everyone's attention, "Naoto, Tohdoh. I challenge both of you to a volleyball match! My teammate… will be this boy!" she held Lelouch close, who seemed like he was about to faint at any second from the proximity.

"Um… can't we enjoy ourselves first-"

"Absolutely not!" the red head demanded a match at this instant, "This is to prove which of us is better!"

Benio raised an eyebrow, clearly confused by the situation. Thankfully, Tamaki tapped her shoulder gently and pointed at the beach, "Come on. Let's go build a sandcastle."

Instantly, the little girl's face beamed with delight, "Right!"

"Come on, Mario!" Maya began dragging her brother across the sand by the feet, to which he hardly protested to, "Let's go hunting for seashells."

"Okay… but can't I just walk there?"

"I don't wanna risk you running away!"

C.C sat on the sand as Senba planted two umbrellas, where she gladly took the shade for herself, as Clara and Rolo joined her, "You two seem to be getting along well. What's up with that?"

Rolo rolled his eyes at the Immortal's attempt to start conversation, "We don't even speak to one another like that."

"Even so, I remember hearing you fighting every breath. Now, it looks like you've grown to tolerate Clara's existence."

"Pft." the pink-haired girl snickered, "Tolerate is an overstatement. You know what he did this morning? Rolo complained about how I wasn't packing fast enough! Telling me I shouldn't worry so much about my hair, because I'd get sand in it anyway. How insensitive is that?"

"I definitely didn't say all that." the boy clarified, "I said to hurry up, otherwise we'll be late. Which we were."

"Who cares? You don't rush a maiden when she's making herself beautiful."

"The last thing I'd describe you as is 'Maiden'."

Clara gasped in shock, "How dare you!"

"That's enough." C.C broke up the mini argument, "You two are getting along better than I even imagined. I thought one of you would've killed the other by now."

"My Geass command prevents that." Rolo explained in a low voice.

"So without it, you would've tried killing me?" Clara asked.

"Definitely. And I'd succeed too."

"Ah! You're so cruel!"

C.C shook her head while watching the volleyball match, "You know… I can't help but think this match is incredibly one-sided in favor of Tohdoh and Naoto."

"Is Lelouch that much of a liability?" Rolo asked as Asahina took a seat next to them with his tablet open.

"Hard to say. But it looks like Kallen thinks she can win, so who am I to doubt her?"

Kallen watched as Naoto served the ball, sending it flying toward Lelouch, who easily knocked it into the air, where she leapt forth, and - with all her might - spiked it into her brother's chest, knocking him into the sand as the ball spun in his chest, before coming to a halt. "Alright! First to five wins!" she announced as Tohdoh checked on his pupil.

"Damn it! I misjudged the situation!" the Miracle worker helped Naoto up, who gasped for air as his sister happily jumped on the Prince's back, nearly knocking him over with the sudden display of affection, "She hasn't forgiven us at all! If she keeps playing like this… then that means I'm next on her target list…"

Naoto patted the Miracle Worker on the shoulder, and mumbled, "Just so you know… I wish you the best of luck with this next one."

Yesterday.

Kallen hummed with satisfaction as Lelouch applied more pressure onto her shoulder blades, eliciting a cute noise, freezing the boy in place, "Don't stop." the red head ordered.

Despite his initial hesitation, the Prince continued to her sides, where he pressed a bit harder, causing the red head to spread her toes with a giggle, "You're enjoying this too much." he mumbled while moving back to her shoulders.

"This is my reward." Kallen responded with a sly smile, "I have every right to enjoy it."

"Right…" Lelouch tried to nod along, hoping that it would end soon, if he was simply complacent. However, the red head had different plans, as she stretched her fingers upon feeling a knot being pressured.

"Right there~" she moaned, causing the Prince's face to turn red. Even so, to avoid teasing, he continued applying pressure, hoping to mask his embarrassment without skipping a beat. Unfortunately for him, his girlfriend had eyes, and was able to clearly see his face, "What's wrong, Lulu~"

"N-nothing…" Lelouch responded while pushing the red head's face forward, "Just… keep looking straight, please."

"Hm… no." she rolled over, now facing her boyfriend with his red face on full display, "You shouldn't be ashamed. I think it's cute how flustered you get."

"Ugh." the Prince rolled his eyes, and tried to evade the topic, "How am I supposed to massage you from this angle?"

Kallen happily rolled onto her stomach, and said, "At least I know you're willingly massaging me."

"I have a choice?"

"Hm? Are you gonna stop now that you know that?"

"Well…" Lelouch sighed, "As long as you stop teasing me… I suppose I could continue." his hands moved to her back, where he used his thumbs to press into her shoulder blades, earning a soft groan in response.

"Hm… now I've gotta concentrate on my plan for tomorrow." the red head thought as her boyfriend continued the massage, "First, I'll need to get back at Tamaki for hurting Lelouch. The easiest way to do that… is bringing him to the beach. I'll use Benio as an excuse to do that. Though, it would be suspicious if I only invite him, right?" she smirked as Lelouch pressed down once more, letting a groan - that was teetering on the edge of a moan - escape her lips, "Then… to kill two birds with one stone - or should I say three - I'll invite Naoto and Tohdoh along with the Holy Swords."

The Prince lowered his hands to her spin, where he conjoined two thumbs, and pressed down on individual knots he found along the way, "Wow, I didn't know you were so stressed." he commented while working on a tough knot, "What's on your mind?"

"Hm? Nothing…" the red head lied while squirming under the pressure, a barely audible moan escaping her lips, causing Lelouch to freeze, "Hey, don't stop."

"Um… sorry…" the Prince returned to massaging, though he was clearly holding back now.

This prompted Kallen to ask, "Lelouch. Why aren't you pressing harder?"

"Ah-um… just… hold on…" he let out a deep sigh, and returned to the pace he was going at before, allowing his girlfriend to return to her thoughts.

"But who should I deal with first? Perhaps Tamaki, since he would be the one to slither away if he sensed something were off. Though… it would take a while for that to happen. Naoto and Tohdoh would easily pick up on any plans I come up with, so it has to be them first." she shifted her body as the Prince went lower, reaching the small of her back, where he carefully made sure his hands weren't touching anywhere unsavory - for him at least. "Mhm… but now the question is: How? How do I get my revenge on those two? Hm… well, Tohdoh must think he can do a better job at teaching Lelouch… while Naoto's clearly as competitive as me - maybe more." she smirked as the Prince relieved another knot, eliciting a slightly louder moan, causing him to freeze once again. This time, Kallen noticed. "Stopping again, I see…"

Lelouch sighed, "Sorry, I'm just… thinking, that's all."

"Really? What are you thinking about?" the red head asked innocently as he continued.

"Um…" he quickly came up a flimsy lie on the spot, "The Druid System, and how it'll function on the battlefield."

"Right. You said you tested it with Naoto, right?"

"Yeah."

"Well, as I said before, it would be better to test it against someone like me. Sure, if you beat Naoto, that won't really tell you anything since he's not that good."
The Prince raised an eyebrow, "What? Naoto challenged a Knight of the Round and held his own in an inferior frame. In fact, I'd be willing to have Luciano face-off against him just to prove that he could win."

Kallen puffed out her cheeks, "Seriously? So what? You think he's better than me?"

"That's not what I said… nobody's better than you, Kallen." he leaned into her ear, and whispered, "That's why you're my Q1."

Those words sent a shiver down her spine, which was soon joined by a blush that streaked across her cheeks, "Oh… look at mister confidence over here. You think flattering me is going to alleviate your punishment?" she sputtered while pointing at him, "Well… you're wrong, Mr. Lamprouge."

"Punishment? I thought you forgave me…"

"Not about training with Naoto and Tohdoh. Not even close!" she snapped her fingers, "Keep massaging."

Lelouch rolled his eyes while continuing to press the small of her back, alleviating a knot, which earned him an overexaggerated groan from his girlfriend. Of course, he paid it no mind, since she had been doing that earlier. It wasn't until the second knot, that it got embarrassingly loud, "Stop that…" he mumbled.

"Stop what?" Kallen asked innocently, "I'm just enjoying such Royal treatment from a Prince. My Prince."

"The noise…" he clarified.

"What? I can't help it. This feels great." she responded with a smile.

"It just feels like you're teasing me…"

"Not at all." Kallen lied while returning to her thoughts, "Now… what would be a suitable punishment for those two? Perhaps a volleyball match where I crush their spirits? Oh, yeah. That sounds great. I'll even have Lelouch team with me to show our superiority." the red head hummed happily as her boyfriend moved his hands up, returning to her shoulders, where he pressed down on a tough knot, causing her to involuntarily moan.

"That's it, I'm done." the Prince tried to get up, only for Kallen to grab his arm with a giggle.

"Wait no! That was an accident, I swear!" she pleaded, "Can you keep going, please?"

Lelouch stared his girlfriend in her needy eyes, secretly wanting to continue himself, but not wanting to get embarrassed in the process. After all, he enjoyed pampering Kallen. "Fine. But just don't make those noises."

"Ah. I can't promise that."

"Kallen-"

"What? I don't have control over it!"

He rolled his eyes, clearly not believing her, "Then at least try to minimize it." he put his hands on her shoulders, "Can you do that for me?"

"Yes. Don't worry, I'll behave, I promise."

"Spike!" Kallen shouted as she sent the ball hurtling toward Tohdoh's head, which he tried to block with two hands, only for it to break through his guard and strike his face, before bouncing onto the sand.

"T-Tohdoh!" Naoto cried while running to his Sensei's aid.

Meanwhile, the red head cheered, joining her hands with Lelouch, who tried to hide his face, only to have his hat pulled off, and given a kiss on the cheek. "In case you losers couldn't count, it's 4-0!" the red head announced with a maniacal laugh.

"Aren't you taking this a little too seriously?" her boyfriend asked, trying to calm the situation, only to be hushed with a finger on his lips.

"Lelouch, clearly you don't get the deeper meaning behind this match." she pulled him close, and pointed at their opponents, "You see them? Yeah, those guys wanted to humiliate me yesterday, by suggesting Tohdoh's a better teacher."

"It's really not that deep-"

"Shh. I'm talking." Kallen said while fluttering her eyelashes, "And you wouldn't want your darling girlfriend to be humiliated, right?"

"Um… no… I guess not." Lelouch responded with a light blush.

"Good." she slapped his back happily, "Then you know what to do next." the red head received the ball and went behind the line, before serving it.

Naoto quickly set the ball to Tohdoh, who spiked it at an opening by Lelouch. However, the Prince managed to dive for the ball just in time, sending it flying upward, where Kallen happily spiked it between the two men. In response, the Miracle Worker set it for Naoto, who easily used his strength to spike it over to the other side, where it was easily stopped by Kallen. Lelouch followed up his girlfriend's move by trying to spike the ball, but due to being significantly weaker than her, it didn't travel nearly as fast, allowing Tohdoh to easily set it up, with his teammate spiking it toward an opening.

However, Kallen dove for the ball, barely reaching it on time. As it soared through the air, Lelouch ran up to it, and prepared to set it for the red head, who quickly recovered from her dive. Both Naoto and Tohdoh backed up in response, preparing for a devastating assault, only for the Prince to barely tap it over the net, causing the former to shout, "Lelouch! You mother-" he tried his best to dive for the ball, only to eat a face full of sand.

"Lelouch!" the red head cheered while leaping onto her boyfriends back, "You did it! I can't believe it!" she began laying affectionate kisses on his cheek, causing both of them to fall over, "That was way better than what I had planned!"

Tohdoh sighed in defeat as Naoto shook the sand out of his hair, "She really didn't forgive us after all…"

"Damn it… I can't believe Lelouch actually got us like that." the Kozuki complained as he watched his sister celebrate.

"To be fair, we had been conditioned to dealing with Kallen the whole time, so a switch-up in strategy at the last moment was his best move to win." the Miracle Worker patted his disciple on the back, "Even still, you did great."

In the background, Nagisa watched as Kallen rubbed her cheek on the Prince's face, making her wonder, "Does she know? It's beyond clear they're together… so Kallen has to know, right?"

C.C got up with a smile, swaying her hips as she approached the couple, "Not bad, Lelouch. I never thought I'd see you try hard at sports."

"Hm? What's that supposed to mean?"

"Exactly what I said."

Kallen pulled her boyfriend to his feet, and took a picture of them with her phone; the sea in the background adding an extra layer of depth, "I'm making this my wallpaper." she announced while going to her settings. Then, she walked over to her opponents, who rolled their eyes upon seeing her approach, "How'd you like that, Tohdoh?"

"Yes. You won, Kallen. Congratulations. But you don't have to rub it in." the Miracle Worker said, as her brother was clearly bothered by the loss, due to his competitive nature.

Even so, the red head continued to boast, "Actually, I do, Tohdoh. Especially after the stunt you pulled the other day." she put a hand on her hip, and dramatically pointed at them, "In short, keep your grubby hands off Lelouch. No matter what you think, he doesn't need your help."

Clearly, Tohdoh had never heard of the term 'womanly wrath', as he foolishly tried to contend Kallen's logic, "Well, don't you think it'd be better if Lelouch got training from two teachers? That way, he'd get double benefits from learning two styles."

Obviously, he lost. "How dare you!" Kallen roared, taking a step forward and actually startling Tohdoh due to the sudden flash of anger, "You can have my brother! That idiot needs all the training he can get."

"Hey… that's kind of mean-"

Ignoring Naoto's intervention, the red head continued, "But Lelouch is mine! All mine! Can you comprehend that idea, or do you need to meditate on it first!?"

In the process of backing up, Tohdoh managed to trip himself up, and fall backwards, landing on his butt while Kallen continued to menacingly tower over his frame, "Y-yes… I understand… Kallen. I won't be bugging Lelouch about training in the future…"

"Wait… is Tohdoh actually… afraid of Kallen?" Naoto wondered as Nagisa approached in the background, "Uh-oh. That can't be good." thinking a fight was about to break out, he braced himself for a clash between Nagisa and Kallen.

Instead, the Woman stood at a distance, waiting for the red head to finish chewing out the Miracle Worker, before stepping in, "Tohdoh." she called as Kallen walked away in a huff, "Now that your match is complete, shall I accompany you into the festival?"

"Uh… yeah. I think I need to take my mind off this." he said while finally getting up, "Naoto, I don't understand. I was being logical, wasn't I?"

"About what?"

"About Lelouch's training." Tohdoh said as Nagisa left ear-shot distance, "Shouldn't he undertake my teachings too to soak up as much technique as possible?"

"I mean… there isn't really any logic behind it, is there?" the Kozuki responded, "Kallen simply wants him to herself. Nothing more to it."

"I don't think I'll ever truly understand the motivations behind certain women." Tohdoh sighed, "It's just too complicated for me, I'm afraid."

"Same here. It made my head spin when Kallen turned 12 and began yelling at me about everything." Naoto stood up, and stretched his arms, "Alright, I'm in the mood for some grub. You enjoy your time with Nagisa."

"What's that supposed to mean? We always enjoy our time together."

"Haha… right… just forget I said anything."

"Behold… Fort Tamaki!" the Japanese man announced as he stood in the middle of a giant sandcastle he, Benio, and Urabe constructed.

"No way!" the brown-haired girl protested, "We agreed to call it Fort Benny!"

"Oh… yeah." Tamaki cleared his throat, and shouted, "Behold, Fort Benny!"

Urabe brought a fist up as Maya and Mario arrived at the scene with decorations, "Where do you want the seashells, Benio?"

"The walls! Make sure they're nice and center!" she pointed at the castle like a cute construction worker, making sure everything was going according to plan.

Kallen, C.C, and Lelouch approached the plot of land as Tamaki layered some moist sand on the top of the wall, raising them slightly higher, "Wow. This looks great, Benio." the red head bent over and gave the girl a high five.

"Thank you so much!" Benio responded with an unbelievably bright smile, "I couldn't have done it without Urabe and Tamaki's help!"

"Yeah. Manly men are needed to do some heavy lifting, after all." the Holy Sword flexed his arm with a hearty laugh.

"And what about Mario and Maya?" C.C asked.

"They offered to decorate the castle with seashells they found."

That's when the black-haired girl approached and handed the brown-haired girl a conch, "Hey, if you put your ear up to this, you can hear the ocean, did you know that?"

"Really!?" Benio eagerly took the shell, and held it up to her ear. However, that's when a wave came in and took a chunk out of the castle's wall, causing both Tamaki and Urabe to gasp in shock.

"Don't tell me they really didn't see that coming…" Lelouch facepalmed as the men frantically tried to repair the wall, only for another wave to take it out.

Meanwhile, Benio's mouth turned agape as she watched their hard work get washed away. She looked like she was on the brink of crying as she fell to her knees, so that's when Kallen stepped in, "Hey, it's gonna be okay." she picked up the girl and held her close, "These things happen. But what matters is how you rebuild, okay?" she glanced at Lelouch from the corner of her eye, who merely shrugged in response.

"But… the fort…"

"How about we go to the festival?" the red head expertly changed the topic, "We can go eat some food there, and we'll make another sandcastle later. Does that sound good?"

Benio bravely nodded as she was put down next to Lelouch, who gave her a perplexed gaze, "Then you just stay here, okay? I'm gonna take care of something real quick." Kallen began stretching her arm as she approached Tamaki and Urabe, who were still trying to save the fort.

That's when the brown-haired girl turned to Lelouch and asked, "Have we met before?"

To which he responded, "Hard to say. I meet plenty of people every day."

"Oh…" she turned to face the men, only for the Prince to keep her facing him.

"Why don't you listen to this conch first? I'm sure it'll be pretty magical to hear the ocean while not actually seeing it."

Benio took the shell and put her ear to it, closing her eyes to heighten her sense, "Ah! I can hear it!"

"Told you so." Maya butted in, "It's pretty cool, right?"

"Yeah!"

"Yo, Urabe." Kallen called, "Get out of here. I need to speak with Tamaki alone."

"Um… sure. But what about the fort?"

"Just forget it. We're going to the festival."

"Oh! Festival you say? I'll be heading back to the Holy Swords then."

The red head cracked her knuckles as Tamaki tilted his head in confusion, "Hey, Kallen. What's up with you?"

"I need to talk to you… about Lelouch."

"You mean my best buddy? Sure, what do you-" the Japanese man froze upon realizing what she was implying, "Wait, I can explain!"

Kallen took a step forward, and delivered a devastating punch to Tamaki's stomach, lifting him off the ground, before sending him flying into the water, where he tumbled twice, "I already know the story!" she grabbed him by the hair, and plunged him into the salty water. After not even a second, she pulled him out, "How long did you think you'd get away with that!? Huh!?"

"I'm sorry! I swear I didn't know!" Tamaki pleaded before being dropped into the water, "Once I found out who he really was… I regretted attacking him!"

Kallen continued to glare at the man, keeping her face unreadable as he began to genuinely fear for his life. Then, she grabbed him by the shoulder, and lifted him to his feet, "You're lucky that Lelouch asked me to go easy on you." she sighed, "Just make sure you don't let his identity slip, got it?"

"Yes! I understand!" Tamaki bowed as she walked away, "Thank you for your kindness!"

Kallen clung onto Lelouch's arm tightly, as C.C did the same. A mental battle ensued between the girls as they tried to pull the Prince toward their side, "Let go." the red head demanded as the Immortal held on with a smug smile.

"No way. You got to hang out with Lelouch during that volleyball match, so it's my turn for some attention."

"There's no such thing as 'your turn'. Didn't you hear what I told Tohdoh?"

"Fortunately for me, I'm not Tohdoh."

Finally, Lelouch broke into the argument, his face red from making contact with Kallen and C.C's breast, "That's enough, from both of you." he said, trying his best to keep composure, "Either C.C needs to let go, or both of you need to let go."

"What? Why me specifically?"

"It isn't acceptable for you to cling onto me like this."

"Is that so?" the Immortal held his arm even tighter, "Well, nobody even knows our relationship, so it's fine."

"Relationship?" Kallen butted in, "There's no such thing between you two!"

"We have a relationship, Kally." C.C put a hand on her chest, and spoke passionately, "It's a very deep one that connects our very minds-no. Our very souls through a binding contract for life. Think of it like marriage."

"M-marriage!?" the red head sputtered in disbelief, "There's no way Lelouch agreed to that!"

Meanwhile, the Prince had very much the same reaction, "Yeah! I never signed up for that!"

"Oh really? You don't even know the details of our contract, so it's entirely possible that I made the condition our marriage."

"You wouldn't dare."

"Oh, but I would, darling~"

Kallen pulled her boyfriend away, and placed herself between him and the Witch, "There's no way you made such a deal."

"You don't have any proof of that being the case, Kallen."

"Why you-"

"Kallen!" Benio shouted for the red head's attention, "Look at this!"

Instantly, all of her anger dispersed, and she walked over to the girl as she pointed at a squid-on-a-stick, "Wow. That's a good find, Benio. I'll get us some." Kallen put up two fingers, and the stand owner handed over the confection, which the brown-haired girl eagerly took a bite of, "How is it?"

"It's really chewy… but it tastes great!"

"Awe. That's good." Kallen gave the girl a head pat, and looked around for her boyfriend and C.C - both of which were missing, "She better not have…"

"By the way… Kallen… who was that boy you were with?" Benio asked meekly.

"Hm? Well he's-"

"Because it kind of seems like you and him are…" the girl began twisting her foot back and forth, "Like you're… dating…"

Kallen sighed, "Well, is there something wrong with that?"

"N-no… but C.C told me you and Zero were very… intimate at times. So I thought you two were together… or something…" then Benio shook her head frantically, "O-of course, I could be wrong, and I have no right to peer into your personal life, but I'm just curious, that's all."

The red head stared at the little girl with disbelief, fully believing this was a ploy to separate her and Lelouch. And unfortunately, it seems to have worked. "I hate you, C.C."

AN: If you couldn't tell, this is going to be two parts, because there's suprisingly a lot more I want to cover in this beach event than I thought, and I feel like cramming it into one chapter wouldn't have worked as nicely.
