Bye bye! Here it is my Young Prince's Adventure-story's new chapter. See you in the next chapter.
Adrien went with his mother to Tara's cave, and they saw Tara lying on the floor of her cave, and they saw Tara's belly having grown since last seen.
"You look bridge, that you are doing well, Tara," Rose said looking at Tara with a smile.
"Thanks. The little one is clearly doing well too," Tara said looking at her stomach with a smile. "Nevertheless, I am a bit worried about one thing."
"What are you worried about? When you, and I were fawns, so nothing seemed to worry you," Rose said to her friend.
"How long have the two of you been friends?" Adrien asked hearing the words his mother, and Tara had just used, making Adrien feel like, that Adrien's mother, and Tara had known each other for a really long time.
"Adrien, I've been your mom's friend since we were little. Me and your mom grew up together," Tara said.
"Really?" Adrien asked.
"Yes. What are you worried about, Tara?" Rose asked.
"Soon it will be a really cold season, so there is little food. I just hope, that if my little one is born soon in the future, in the cold season, that I will find him food. My mother has been here, and sees me now and then, and my mother said, that he can bring me food before the cold season, that I said before begins, if feeding trips are long, and the fawns are Adrien's size. My mother has offered to take care of me, and wants to take part in raising my fawn," Tara said. "Parents worry about their children, because they love their children. Adrian, you probably know that, that your father is a kind of father-figure to all the animals living in our forest, and many animals sometimes ask your father for advice. Your father knows a certain type, paternal duty to take care of the whole forest, but he cares about you a lot, and your father proved it by guiding you, and your mother off from the meadow that day, when you first heard the shot of a hunter's gun."
"Wow!" Adrien said, unable to believe his ears. Adrien admired his father a lot, but now he admired his father even more and tried to think about all that his father did for the whole forest.
"Yes Adrien. Your father is strong, and so much is expected of him. Even a prince's life isn't always easy," Rose said. "Tara, if you're ever worried about the future, because of the cold season, why don't you come live to Adrien, and my cave during that time, so we can help you?"
"Very generous. You've always been very helpful to your friends, and thanks for the offer, but I don't want to bother you, because you, and Adrien's cave might not have room for four deer, even if two of them are still fawns, but hopefully Adrien will befriend my fawn at some point" , Tara said.
"I hope so. Come on, Adrien. Let's go home. Let's let Tara rest," Rose left with Adrien Tara's cave. "See you, Tara".
"Yes, mom. Bye, Tara," Adrien said following his mom. "Mom, why has Tara's belly gotten bigger since, the last time, we saw her?"
"I looked the same, before you were born. You'll understand that one day, when you've found your own princess, Adrien," Rose said.
"Princess?" Adrien asked.
"Male-deer are called princes, and doe are called princesses. Your father is The Great Prince of the Forest, so your father rules the entire forest. As your father's wife, I am The Great Princess of the Forest," Rose said. "But if a daughter is born into the family of The Great Prince of the Forest, she will one day become the protector of the forest, and she will be called The Great Princess of the Forest. In that situation, it will be her job to protect us, and the forest."
"Really?" Adrien asked.
"Yes, Adrien. I'm taking you to see a certain place," Rose said, as she walked forward with Adrien.
Finally Rose, and Adrien turned right, and stopped abruptly, in front of rocky hill.
"Why did we come here, mom?" Adrien asked.
"This road leads to, where we're going," Rose said.
"Huh! Isn't there another way to get there?" Adrien asked, looking down at rocky hill dejectedly. The hill looked really steep, and big, and Adrien couldn't understand, how the fawn could get up the hill. Going down the hill was easy, if you were careful enough, but going up the hill could be difficult for anyone, but a grown deer like Rose.
"Yes, but it takes a lot of time to use, Adrien. This method is a shortcut of sorts. Taking shortcuts isn't always the best option, but it's useful in some situations," Rose said. "I think you'll be able to walk up that hill one day. I'm sure I can help you, if you want."
"Mom, I'm the son of The Great Prince of the Forest, so I'll be fine," Adrien tried to walk up the hill, but rolled down.
"Don't let your father's status get to your head, because arrogant behavior often leads to problems," Rose said.
"Alright, mom," Adrien said, and tried to climb the hill again only to roll again on the small rocks only to stop suddenly. Adrien looked behind him, and felt something touch his rear, and looked back to see his mother pushing him up the hill:
"Thank you".
"Please," Rose said, when they arrived top of the hill.
Finally, Adrien, and Rose stopped on a ledge of rock, and looked at the forest, whose raindrops on the branches of the trees glistened beautifully.
"Look, Adrien. This is our forest, where the living animals are protected by your father. Someday it will be your job," Rose said.
"Really? Can I walk along the forest then?" Adrien asked.
"Yes, but before that you must get to know all the places of our forest well, why you can't walk through the forest yet, so you don't get lost in the forest. If you got lost in the forest, so I, and your father we would be really worried about you, and we would search the forest to find you, because you are important to me, and to your father. The Great Prince of the Forest, and The Great Princesses of the Forest protect the forest by watching over the safety of the forest's inhabitants by standing on such ledges of the rock to see it, that is a hunter, or some dangerous creature coming into the forest. In those situations, The Great Prince of the Forest, and the task of The Great Princess of the Forest is to warn the other animals of our forest in the same way, with which your father warned us that day, when you first heard the shot of a hunter's gun. Protecting forest animals is the responsibility of The Great Prince of the Forest, and the mission of The Great Princess of the Forest," Rose told.
"But isn't it a lonely task, if the prince who protects the forest, or a princess has to stand alone on a rock like this?" Adrien asked.
"It's lonely, but it's also an important mission," Rose said, watching the sun rise. "Maybe at some point you'll tell someone about this, for the young prince".
Adrien didn't quite understand, but still nodded off the cliff with his mother.
"Adrien, take good care of that little prince, to whom you will one day tell those things, which I just told you," Rose said.
"Yes, mother," Adrien said.
