"Wha-Copen! What are you doing here other than giving poor Quinn a heart attack!?" Naomi snarled as she aimed her gun at Copen.

"I was wondering where you were." Copen stated.

"You could've called! And besides, that doesn't explain this!" Naomi ranted.

"I thought you were being held hostage." Copen assumed.

Naomi folded her arms and rolled her eyes.

"Yeah, sure, blame it on the wiretapping device." Naomi huffed as she swung a charm looking piece with Copen's emblem on it.

"You weren't supposed to know it's true purpose." Copen retorted.

"Well then don't leave your insignia next time! It's on your shield and your gun! And making Mytyl give it to me isn't any better. You could've at least made the charm look like Lola so it'd be less suspicious." Naomi rebuked.

Naomi began to look at Quinn with concern. That's when she decided it would be best if she went somewhere else to deal with the issue. Preferably in a location more secluded from the public.

"I'm so sorry about him intruding Quinn. I'll make sure he learns his lesson so this doesn't happen again." Naomi apologized as she pulled Copen seven feet away by his right wrist.

'I should've grabbed him by the ear. Then he really would've learned his lesson. I'm surprised he hasn't by now.' Naomi pondered.

"Well, aren't you going to say anything? Especially about me getting repercussions for my past actions?' Copen huffed.

"Just because you say 'past actions' doesn't mean I'll let this one slide." Naomi reminded.

Copen sighed.

"I suppose I'd better apologize. Can't have her thinking the wrong idea." Copen supposed as he went to apologize to Quinn once Naomi finally let him go.

"There is no wrong idea about this Copen! You had a gun aimed at her and that's all there is to it!" Naomi yelled after him.

Naomi glared at him the entire time until Quinn started laughing.

'What in the world did he say that's so funny? Because funny ain't part of his personality. He was probably born without his funny bone.' Naomi mentally droned.

She decided to call the self acclaimed joke master.

"Hello?" Odd yawned.

"Hey, sorry to bother you, you got a sec?" Naomi asked.

"Nope." Odd denied before ending the call.

Naomi's right eye twitched once.

"Maybe he was finally sleeping and I woke him up." Naomi guessed.

Feeling the conversation was taking too long and fearing for Quinn's safety, Naomi decided to trick him into hurrying up.

"Hey, I'm leaving without you and telling Nori to lock you out." Naomi teased as she walked towards the door.

Copen removed the magazine rounds from his gun before firing a blank. Naomi hit the ground chest and abdomen first in panic. It took a few minutes of searching and questioning for Naomi to realize that she was unharmed. After apologizing for the final time and waving goodbye, Naomi left with Copen. On the walk home, things were tense between the two siblings.

"At least I wasn't making false accusations to make others or myself believe I was right." Copen accused before realizng what he said.

Naomi suddenly started cackling so hard she started wheezing. She had to sit down on a nearby park bench and take a breather.

"At least it doesn't say wet paint." Copen mumbled under his breath.

Naomi growled at him.

"What were you doing back there anyways? You could've had Lola contact my watch, call me from my computer or texted me. Wait, is this about me destroying all the trackers you put on my shirts?" Naomi giggled.

"No, I wanted to see where you kept going so often is all." Copen lied.

"You couldn't be a worse liar." Naomi remarked.

Copen muttered something as he took a seat next to his sister.

"Quinn doesn't mind guests. She only minds them when they aim a gun at her." Naomi retorted.

Copen gave Naomi a pretty intense glare before looking forward and resting his chin on the plams of his hands.

"You still haven't answered my question. So, why the idea to invade Quinn's house?" Naomi interrogated.

"I just wanted answers." Copen explained.

"Hm? Answers on what? What kind of question did you have that only I could answer? That was so important you had to trespass?" Naomi asked.

"I don't want your power winding up in the wrong hands." Copen explained.

Naomi turned to look to her right.

"It's too late for that Copen, far too late." Naomi stated as she got up and began to walk home.

Copen ran to catch up.

"What are you talking about?" Copen wondered.

"The boss caught me fighting the Sumeragi while I sleep apparently." Naomi elucidated.

"So that's why you kept leaving in the middle of the night." Copen realized.

"And you never bothered to tell me this, why exactly!?" Naomi fussed.

"You always leave at ten thirty at night and come back at five thirty. Well, usually, the time varies." Copen informed.

"I still do it!? That's it! I know this may quite possibly be the dumbest thing I've ever done. But, I need you to come with me. And you need to tell Asimov every, last, detail." Naomi declared.

"Okay, but do we accomplish this now or tomorrow?" Copen queried.

"Tomorrow. We'd better get some sleep tonight, because I've got a feeling we'll be in for a really rough morning." Naomi advised.

So, the two proceeded to head home.

"You technically still work for the Sumeragi you know." Copen announced.

With the sanatorium about 40 feet away, Naomi made a run for it. Finally home, Naomi leaned on the left door panting with her right hand on the door. Nori opened the right door and saw Naomi. But when she looked around, the maid saw no signs of Copen whatsoever.
