"See? Now you're doing it again." Copen huffed.

How?" Naomi asked.

"By correcting my definition with the word." Copen elaborated.

"So now you're finally calling me out. Just doing it lowkey though huh?" Naomi wondered.

"I'm just noticing that you participate in a lot of risky behavior is all." Copen noticed.

Naomi rolled her eyes and folded her arms.

"And now you're thinking you're better than me." Copen remarked.

"No, right now I'm just wondering how I wound up being stuck with you." Naomi scoffed.

"At least you realized why I called you out." Copen remarked.

"My definition of risky behavior is talking to you and not actively avoiding you." Naomi complained.

"Then how would you classify your job then?" Copen pondered.

"Which one?" Naomi queried.

"Working for QUILL." Copen answered.

"Exciting, until you have to start filling out paperwork, organize the filing cabinets or write a report. Then it gets super lame." Naomi elucidated.

"Uh, we're seriously here not being noticed." Lola huffed.

Naomi decided to bring Lola to her room while Copen went to talk wit Mytyl in the basement.

"Weren't you and Mytyl supposed to be spying instead of revealing your presence purposefully?" Naomi scolded.

"Yeah, but-" However, Naomi cut her off.

"Remember what I told you about the rules of being a spy? And how one of them was to always remain hidden and be silent? Even though you can't be no matter how hard you try. I'll see if Copen can fix that." Naomi supposed as she grabbed Lola from her charger and brought the combat pod downstairs.

"Ay, I was wonderin' if you could do somethin' 'bout Lola's CPU being so gosh dang loud." Naomi supposed as she put Lola on the work bench.

"It shouldn't be a problem, I'll see what I can do." Copen confirmed.

"So, I heard something happened to your gun. Mind explainin' what it was?" Naomi queried.

Lola perked up at the metnion.

"It was bad! There was huge fight! He went to Firmament and battled against this girl that kinda looked like, that was you!? What were you doing working for the Sumeragi!?" Lola ranted.

"She's not the only one." Copen sighed.

Naomi peered curiously over her shoulder with a smirk and mischevious glint in her eyes as she looked at Copen.

"So, finally figured it out huh? Neither of us has a say in the matter though. There's been talk lately of possibly employing you too." Naomi informed.

"That would entail the death of their Adepts and technological advancements." Copen stated.

"Meaning you'd steal them to further increase the efficacy of your own weapons. And that you'd try to eliminate their Adept employees and test subjects for personal reasons. Which isn't allowed since personal matters can't interfere with work." Naomi noted.

"The situation would bring up interpersonal matters which would most likely cause me to be fired. There would also be an increased likelihood that you'd lose your job as well." Copen theorized.

"Yeah, and my life, well, yeah, whatever, you get the idea. Asimov already suspects foul play from me so I feel that it won't be long." Naomi declared.

"Didn't he say that you already worked for the Sumeragi?" Copen suspected.

"Yeah, for that mission." Naomi remembered.

Copen shook his head.

"Before QUILL I mean. Didn't you work for both Project Muse and Project Gunvolt at some point before joining them?" Copen interrogated.

Naomi flinched like a deer in headlights.

"What made you think I didn't already have them?" Naomi wondered.

'I'd heard that they were all implanted." Copen mentioned.

"Well then I guess you didn't hear about my absorption Septima." Naomi rambled.

"That's not a thing." Copen doubted.

"Yeah, right. Just like how you told Mytyl that giraffes only sleep for twenty minutes at a time while leaning against a tree! If that's not phony information then I don't know what is." Naomi huffed.

"Says the one who lied about blueberries growing legs so that they could find the best conditions to grow in." Copen reminded.

"At least I had better reasons to lie. You just did it blatantly and without reason." Naomi argued.

"You shouldn't have lied to begin with." Copen cautioned.

Naomi rushed to cover Mytyl's ears so she wouldn't hear Naomi's next words.

"Well then maybe if you didn't go around being a self employed assassin, none of this would've happened." Naomi remarked.

"Then are you insinuating that just because you're a trained and employed hitwoman makes all the difference in the world?" Copen snarled.

Naomi, still keeping unwavering eye contact with Copen uncovered Mytyl's ears.

"Fine, then you tell your one and only precious little sister the truth. That the reason Lola came back damaged was ater you decomissioned Asroc was because you rushed fixing her. Which was done so you wouldn't be too late, causing Mytyl to worry. Therefore, in trying to not make her worried, you nearly frightened your beloved little sister to death!" Naomi accused.

Copen gritted his teeth and glared at Naomi. She smiled with her eyes shut as to not show she was scared.

"How can you be smiling at a time like this?" Copen retorted.

"So I don't say what I really want to while Mytyl's here." Naomi snarled.

"You do remember I'm the same as both of you right?" Mytyl huffed.

"I'm not stupid but you don't seem to remember that." Naomi grumbled under her breath.

"Don't you have somewhere you need to be right now?" Copen added.

"Yes I do as a matter of fact. Right here, right now, getting answers out of you. And I'd like to start with the million dollar question of do you mean by my power being in the wrong hands do you mean the Sumeragi or me?" Naomi questioned.
