"We've found some more locked files for you. I hope they may add some clarification," replied Carter as she handed O'Neill a data crystal.

"Well let's see what they say," replied O'Neill inserting the crystal in the control system.

O'Neill here with 2 L's. There is another Jack O'Neil with 1 L at the Pentagon he has no sense of humor. I'm here at the Nexus, as you can see. This is our first day here. Construction was just completed two weeks ago here. Janus has outdone himself. Now if you're seeing this, then things did not work out the way we hoped. I can't go into details on what you need to expect because of that whole grandfather paradox.

Entry 2:
O'Neill appears in human form.

I've explored Nexus. It's far more advanced than Atlantis. It better be. Considering what we are trying to do here. Janus is working on the research for our special project, while I oversee a few other certain details. Make sure things are where they need to be at the correct time.

Entry 3:
O'Neill appears in human form.

This is all Jackson and Mitchell's idea. They better know what they were talking about that we had to do this. Sam if you see this, I miss you and the kids. Tell Samantha, Jacklyn, and Jacob I love them and give them a hug from me.

Entry 4:

We had an encounter with one of the local races today. I don't think they will bother us again. We showed them what we could do and they turned tail. However, if the Nexus is in the Andromeda galaxy still, you should know other advanced races are found here. Can't tell you much about them or what they will be like in your time.

Entry 5:

We have been tacking destiny and we see it made a major course correction as we expected. Everything is happening as it did before. Hopefully, we can change things for you only in this one instance.

Entry 6:

I'm bored. Really bored. Like that time Teal'c and I were trapped in that time loop bored.

If Janus tells me to be patient one more time, I'm going to hurt him. We've been here a year now. I can't tell we've made any progress, but Janus says we are doing great.

Entry 8:
O'Neill appears in human form.

I was able to plant an Ancient Repository of Knowledge on P3R-272 today. That will be the first one you find on your missions. Tomorrow I am placing one on P3X-439, the second one you use. That's the one I took all of those good notes on. That's critical that we do that as you know.

Entry 9:
O'Neill appears in human form.

Janus tells me we had some success today. The system was able to lock onto a spatial coordinate. Now he says the tricky part is to lock onto the time coordinates. Not sure how that works, but he does.

Entry 10:
O'Neill appears in human form.

The time coordinates are proving to be even more difficult than Janus originally thought it would be. He says he still has an idea, just needs more time. All we have here is time. It's been two years since we completed the construction of the Nexus. I'm still going through and making sure everything is ready for SG-1 and Atlantis.

Entry 11:
O'Neill appears in human form.

Well, Atlantis is abandoned now in the Pegasus Galaxy. Except for Weir in stasis. I was able to go and enter the address of Nexus in the repository of knowledge there. It's buried deep, so it will take time for Nyan to find it. I don't know why the address for Ida was entered into the repository of knowledge or by who. It wasn't us.

O'Neill appears in human form.

I'm sure you're wondering why all of these recordings are so short. Can't give away too many details. Sam lectured me on messing with the timeline before Janus and I came through here. So I can't go into very much detail.

Entry 13:
O'Neill appears in ascended form.

We drew the attention of one of the old ones today. We were not able to phase the city in time. Janus and I had to fight him. We were able to destroy him. Hopefully, this had happened before and won't affect the timeline. Janus is very concerned about it.

Entry 14:
O'Neill appears in human form.

I'm trying to make sure that all of the things necessary to keep the timeline consistent are in place. It seems I set up a number of the things that happened to us as a team.

Entry 15:
O'Neill appears in human form.

We just replaced the ZPM on Taonas. So it will still be charged for you when you need it. I wanted to leave you a few dozen, but Janus said no. I could hear Carter agreeing with him in my head. Can't mess with the timeline.

Entry 16:
Janus appears in ascended form.

If we fail, Samantha, you going to need McKay, Zalenka, and Rush to fully work through everything. I can't tell you more.

Entry 17:
O'Neill appears in human form.

Well according to Janus things are working. We will be taking the Nexus and jumping through time in this Universe. We have a few more adjustments to make.

Entry 18:
O'Neill appears in human form.

Well, I created a small sand storm in Egypt. That jumper will be detectable by the Jaffa. I got to see everyone. Samantha, I wanted to give you a hug and tell you so much but Janus stopped me. He was right we had to go through that event. Ra had to be driven off.

Entry 19:
O'Neill appears in human form.

I took a small sample of the nanites from Atlantis to Asuras. To allow the replicators to rebuild. I know this sounds insane, but we must fight replicators in the Pegasus galaxy. While I'm mentioning it. I also turned loose Reese's replicators free. I hope the Asgard can forgive us.

Entry 21:
O'Neill appears in human form.

I have placed a couple of communication stones and a long-range communication device in Ortus Mallum for the Ori resistance to find. Sorry Daniel and Vala, but you will have to go through that again. I will make sure they are connected to the stones and device in Moro's Cave.

Entry 22:
O'Neill appears in human form.

We did something to alter the timeline today. We blew up a planet called Icarus. If we had left it we would have used it to access Destiny earlier and things would have gone wrong. Instead, it's better we let things go the way they did. We would have lost a lot of good people.

Entry 23:
O'Neill appears in human form.

We jumped again in time. This time we gave IshKur's Jaffa a push toward a planet they can call home. We also gave them a vision of how to use the Ancient transporter on the planet. The Sodan will be there in time.

Entry 24:
We gave Omaroca a vision of Earth and what the Babylonians were going through at the hands of the Goa'uld. This is like a giant chess match in getting our pawns in the correct spot to make sure things happen the correct way. As much as I would like to prevent all the suffering we could change, if we don't we won't be ready.

Entry 25:
O'Neill appears in human form.

The Asgard nearly detected us, fortunately, we were able to phase from this dimension in time to avoid detection. It appears this maybe the Vanir when they left the Ida Galaxy and went to Pegasus.

Entry 26:
O'Neill appears in human form.

Everything has to happen as it did. That's why I made sure these measures are in place. If we fail there will be a crossroads in your future, neither option will be good. We hope to give you a 3rd option.

Entry 27:
O'Neill appears in human form.

There is a time machine on Praxia. I have enclosed the coordinates. If we fail you can use it for do-overs.

"Well that was interesting," spoke O'Neill.

Carter was shocked, "So you set all of those things in motion to happen?"

"No I haven't done that," replied O'Neill, "I don't think."

"Janus moved on from our universe with all of the Old Ones, several years ago right?" asked Carter.

"Yes, he's been gone," replied O'Neill.

"Then how did he come back?" asked Carter.

"I don't know," replied O'Neill.

Jackson was in the command center with McKay going through the systems trying to piece together what could be going on.

"Rodney, these controls look more advanced than what is in Atlantis. right?" asked Jackson.

"Well they were built more recent than Atlantis, so they should," replied McKay.

"It reminds me of the controls, in Janus's secret lab," replied Jackson.

"Could Janus have built all of this ten thousand years ago?" asked McKay.

"Well of all the ancients he would have been the most likely, but this would have been a significant feat even for him," replied Jackson.

Mitchell ordered, "Drop us out of hyperspace and let's send Altera this information."

"Yes sir," replied Jinn.

Curiosity dropped from hyperspace, in a desolate region of space.

"Zalenka, please send our communication out to Alterra," ordered Mitchell.

"It's on its way. Now we wait," replied Zalenka.
