The Waaagh! Eternal tore deeper into Commorragh, leaving a trail of ruin across the Dark City. Killkrumpa Weirdblitz and his Boyz reveled in the chaos they brought. For Red, the data streams from the captured Eldar tech whispered dark secrets of fleshcraft, and she was already modifying her designs. Now, as the Waaagh! continued to carve through the twisted city, they were met with resistance from the Haemonculi Covens. These deranged masters of fleshcraft and nightmare had prepared for the invaders in their dark lairs, where they practiced grotesque sorceries and genetic horror.
Killkrumpa himself was having the time of his life. His monstrous form—over thirty feet tall, his massive Necrodermis wings unfurled, his tail thrashing—loomed over the battlefield. His four arms ripped and blasted through the cityscape. His powerklaws crackled with Warp lightning as he tore through flesh and metal alike. His two shoota arms blasted bolts of green energy into anything daring to cross his path.
The massive Ork was unstoppable, wading through ranks of Drukhari warriors with laughter that shook the city. Red, watching from her command post within the Galaxy Burna, grinned as she continued upgrading and coordinating the assault.
Through the dim alleys and twisted spires of The Bloodweaver District, home to the Shrikes of Despair Haemonculi Coven, Killkrumpa's Boyz advanced. This was no ordinary Kabal territory. These were the lairs of the Haemonculi, filled with bizarre, grotesque experiments and bio-horrors. Wracks—mutated, pain-worshipping servants with twisted limbs and bladed limbs—emerged from the shadows, hissing in glee at the chance to rip into new flesh. Massive Talos Pain Engines clanked forward, their limbs twisted into unnatural shapes, fitted with saws, claws, and cannons made to inflict endless torment.
One Talos, larger and nastier than the rest, barreled toward Killkrumpa, its sawblade limbs spinning. Killkrumpa laughed, the challenge only spurring him on. "Oi, ya think ya can handle me, ya rusty meat grinder?"
With a roar, he charged, his wings stretching as he slammed into the Talos, his claws digging into its metallic flesh. The Talos flailed, slicing into Killkrumpa's massive Necrodermis frame, but the cuts healed almost instantly, green Warp energy knitting him back together.
"Ya gotta do better than that, ya ugly grot!" he taunted, driving his claws through the Talos's central frame, ripping it apart in a spray of metal and corrupted blood.
As Killkrumpa rampaged through the Talos and Wracks, his Boyz moved in behind him. Meganob Groz Sunklaw led his squad of Meganobz straight into the center of the Bloodweaver District, their custom mega armor shrugging off the sprays of acid and dark energy shot by the Haemonculi's twisted creations. Groz laughed as he smashed his claw into a writhing Wrack, sending its broken form flying through the air.
"Come on, ya spikey gitz!" Groz shouted, swinging his claw into another Eldar horror. "Ya think you're tougher than the Waaagh?!"
As the Meganobz hacked through the dark city streets, Red sent in her Goblins, who had adapted to the Haemonculi's stealth tactics, slipping in and out of shadows, their submachine guns spitting explosive rounds as they sliced through the Wracks. They were the perfect counter for the Haemonculi's nightmare creations, stealthy and quick, striking from the darkness before disappearing into shadows again.
Red watched the battle unfold with clinical satisfaction. "They thought they could fight the Waaagh with their little science experiments?" she mused, her fingers tapping rapidly across her control panel. She deployed nanobombs into the heart of the Bloodweaver District, releasing swarms of nanobots that consumed everything in their path not Ork—metal, flesh, bone, and dark matter—reducing it all to resources she could use.
Her nanobots targeted one of the larger Talos engines, breaking it down as the machine writhed in agony. Red laughed, her eyes gleaming with excitement as she analyzed the Talos's structure. "Oh, we're going to have fun with these…"
Meanwhile, Killkrumpa stormed deeper into the coven's lair, where Haemonculus Kaezrik Sythe, a twisted figure shrouded in a cloak of syringes and bone, awaited him. Kaezrik's face split into a sickening grin, his eyes glinting with the madness of his craft.
"An Ork… so magnificent and twisted by the Warp," he hissed, circling Killkrumpa. "I will tear you apart, limb by limb, and you will scream my name in agony."
Killkrumpa only grinned wider. "You lot never learn, do ya?"
Kaezrik lunged, his bone-bladed staff striking forward in a flurry of blows. But Killkrumpa's hulking form moved faster, his claws intercepting the Haemonculus's attacks with ease. The Ork laughed, feeling the thrill of the fight as Kaezrik's blade scraped against his Necrodermis.
"Is that the best ya got?" Killkrumpa jeered, throwing a punch that sent Kaezrik flying across the chamber, his brittle bones cracking under the impact. The Haemonculus coughed, scrambling to his feet, but Killkrumpa was already there, grabbing him by his spindly neck.
"No one gets to tell me what I'll do but me, ya skinny git!" With a flick of his wrist, Killkrumpa snapped Kaezrik's neck, tossing his limp form to the floor.
"Oi, Red!" he roared, standing over the carnage of Wracks, Talos, and Haemonculi, "This place's a wreck! Anything worth keepin'?"
Red's hologram flickered beside him, her smirk growing as she gestured to the ruins around them. "I've already collected a few things worth experimenting with. These twisted xenos had some interesting ideas, but they lack true vision."
Killkrumpa laughed. "Good. Let's grab what we want and move on."
With the Bloodweaver District reduced to ruin, Red directed the Waaagh! to regroup, her Mekka Korp scavenging through the wreckage and extracting parts from the fallen Talos engines. As they moved, she began integrating the Eldar's dark tech into her own designs. Necro Talos was the result—hulking abominations of metal and bone, powered by Ork fury and controlled by her command threads.
As they prepared to move to the next district, Red relayed her latest findings. "There's more of these Haemonculi Covens deeper in Commorragh, big guy. They're hiding something powerful called the Nightmare Cage—a device that traps psychic energy."
Killkrumpa's eyes lit up, his grin widening. "Somethin' that can hold the Waaagh? We'll see about that!"
Red nodded, calculating the best approach. "I'll lock down their escape routes. No pointy-ears are gettin' out of this."
