Neb: What can I say accept for I don't own Beyblade, Beyblade Burst, Beyblade Rise, or any other forms of Beyblade. This is just an OC fanfic, starring my OC Domori Venger. In the last chapter Domori faced off against Delta in the second round of Sin's tournament. The battle got heated and Delta managed to bring Domori back to reality by providing a real challenge. Domori forgone his dark aura and re-released his shining gold resonance, but just when Diabolos and Draconids were about to collide midair, another blade entered the ring. This black dagger shaped blade knocked both parts of Diabolos out of the ring like it was nothing and shattered Meteor Draconids right in front of Domori. I hope you all continue to read and enjoy the story.

"It sucks doesn't it," Sin remembered Lui shouting. "But sometimes this happens when facing your brother. Circumstances occur and you're left waiting."

"Oh Domori," Sin finally spoke up as she witnessed Meteor Draconids scattered across the arena just like Mighty Draconids was.

Domori fell to his knees and grunted. How could this happen? All his life he had been waiting for a worthy opponent to push him to the next level. Just when he found that opponent through Delta, some random blader comes in and breaks his Draconids at the very end of the fight. "D-Draconids..."

"D-Domori," Delta spoke up also in shock. Domori had many sides, good and bad, but Delta had never seen this look on Domori's face before. The look of being broken.

Domori stood up as he turned towards the mask blader. "You made your entrance, now what do you want?" The dark aura surrounded Domori once more as his eyes turned golden.

The blader took his mask off and nodded. "I am Arthur Peregrine, the soon to be King of Beyblade. My goal is to defeat Aiger Akabane, and to change the world of beyblade into one that suits my image."

"And how does shattering my Draconids change the world!"

"Your Draconids may have been the first to fall before my Prime Apocalypse, but it won't be the last. I had been watching you Domori Venger. You and your sister seemed to enjoy bouncing between the light and darkness, never choosing a true side. As your king, I have made the decision for you. No longer shall you cast your light across the stadium, instead you will be a shadow of your former self, as we change the world of Beyblade together."

Aiger jumped down from the stands and pulled out his Achilles. "If you want a fight, then I'll give it to you!"

Delta held out his Diabolos and shook his head. "No, you will face me for your insolence. Draconids was my prey, and you stole that from me!"

Dante, Valt, and Sin also emerged from the stands holding their own blades.

"Come face my Dragon!", Dante shouted.

"He's my brother, I'll fight for him!", Sin argued.

"How could you do that to Domori?", Valt yelled. "You'll face me!"

"You will all have your chance," Arthur grinned. "Aiger is the next one on my list however." As Arthur walked towards the stadium he kept his eyes on Aiger who glared back at him.

However, Domori met Arthur at the stadium instead as he raised his Abyss Draconids. Domori's demeanor changed again, and the darkness had re-consumed him.

"Shadow Domori," Shu spoke up. The others grunted as they stared at Domori.

"No," Delta yelled. "It was supposed to be my battle!" He readied his launcher as well. "I'll face you both!"

"If he's in then so am I," Dante assured as he raised his Dragon.

"Delta, Dante," Domori spoke up as his dark resonance begun to fill the stadium. "Buzz off."

Arthur grinned and then got into position.

"Let it rip," the boy yelled.

Abyss Draconids and Prime Apocalypse hit the stadium and begun circling each other.

"You actually forced him to retreat to the back of our mind," Shadow Domori sighed. "That was a victory I longed for, but it was you who broke him instead."

"What are you even talking about?", Arthur wondered. "What are you?"

"I am a persona forged from loneliness, helplessness, envy, and betrayal," Shadow Domori explained. "I was going to be the persona that filled Domori's void as we took over the world of Beyblade together. But then." Shadow Domori turned his head to Valt. "He found light, regained his will to fight for himself, and eventually defeated my Shadow Draconids with his Mighty Draconids. After that he thought he could control me. But I would not go down so easily, none of us would."

"I see," Arthur realized. "So Domori was a nutcase this whole time. As amusing as that is, I wonder, can you use Dark Flux?"

Shadow Domori grinned as darkness spread across the arena and the two blades begun clashing back and forth. "I'll do you one better, Abyss Uproar!"

As an onslaught of strong attacks begun to swarm apocalypse, Domori begun to notice something. "It's not bursting," Shadow Domori grunted. "I've rotated your blade all the way around but it won't burst!"

"My Prime Apocalypse has an unconventional burst prevention system. You can rotate it as much as you want, but it can't burst!"

Shadow Domori's eyes widened surprised, but then he focused again. "If it won't burst, then I'll break it apart! Draconic Axe Slash!"

"Counter, Dark Flux!"

Both blades collided again, but even the spring loaded system couldn't push back this monster of a dagger. "What is this?", Shadow Domori yelled. "No, Abyss Repulse!"

"I said it's over," Arthur yelled. "Omega Blast!"

With that Abyss Draconids bursted open.

Shadow Domori fell back afraid as Arthur entered the stadium to pick up his Prime Apocalypse. "For the record, I think the real Domori would have put up a much better fight." He then exited the arena as Shadow Domori just sat there.

"Domori," Sin spoke up. "Are you ok?"

"Why?", Shadow Domori groaned. "It was working out just fine! Domori deals with you losers, and I take care of the extras. We had a perfect system, I was going to battle him again with my Abyss Draconids." Shadow Domori shook his head and then sighed. "Who am I fooling?" He stood up and headed for the exit.

"Domori," Delta grunted as he grabbed his shoulder. "You can't leave until we've finished this! I was going to face you at your strongest, so beat this other persona of yours and come face me. I would have beaten Arthur by then."

Shadow Domori glared daggers at Delta and then shook his head. "Domori is gone for the moment, I am what remains. Just a shell, a shadow of his former self. It was really nice of you all to bring his confidence back, but when he just kept winning, he could feel it again. The loneliness behind having an invincible bey. Each passing day I grew stronger from that loneliness, but then you went and challenged him Delta. Your passion for being number one gave him something to look forward to, but Arthur took all that away. Even if you found a way to beat Abyss Draconids or any other form of Draconids, there will always be that question. Were you really going to win, or was it Domori?" With that Shadow Domori disappeared.

It didn't take long for the world of Beyblade to change. Soon after Arthur defeated Aiger and became the King he always dreamed of being. He defeated Sin and Valt as well. Dante started teaching Gwyn how to blade and he finally constructed his Genesis. But, Dante and Delta had also challenged Arthur, and unfortunately for them, they followed in their mentor's footsteps. Dragon and Diabolos was shattered just like Draconids. No one had seen or heard from Domori, but they all suspect that his Shadow self was the one in control.
