Disclaimer: It's Halloween in Adventure City, and it's gonna be awesome! I seriously can't believe it took me until season five to do something Halloween related. Christmas and Valentine's Day must've had something to add a lot sooner. Then again, it's a fun night of trick or treating, and that's all you really need. So let's have fun with it!

Also, I don't own Paw Patrol.

Powered Up Pooches Arc Episode Four: Halloween Candy Patrol

It was Halloween night in Adventure City, and Wave and the others were all getting ready with Wave and Liberty checking out their costumes in the living room mirror. Wave was going as a dragon this year, and Liberty was going as a superhero. Both were quite fond of their costumes with Wave joking about the kind of duo they could be. "Just look at us Libby. If I learned how to fly, we could soar over Adventure City and punch all evil in the face!"

"I love punching evil in the face!" Liberty exclaimed, being excited for what would be her first time trick or treating. "I still can't believe I'm finally gonna go trick or treating. This is gonna be so much fun!" Just then, a ghost started hanging over Wave and Liberty, who were surprised by its entrance. Liberty barked as soon as she saw it, backing up when she did. This alerted everyone else, especially when Liberty called out the ghost's sudden entrance. "You're not haunting us tonight ghosty! This is a no haunted house zone!"

Zuma then started laughing from nearby, and he was revealed to be a bard in a pirate hat, with Claw, who was next to him, going as a knight. Obviously. Zuma then hi pawed Claw as he declared his rightness in that prank. "I told you it'd be hilawious!"

"And hilarious it was!" Claw exclaimed, laughing with Zuma due to how much fun he had with it.

Rocky then came over and kissed Zuma's cheek while dressed as a paladin, the closest friend of any bard. "Is my bard gonna start singing about pranking people?"

"If the lywics can be made." Zuma said flirtingly, nuzzling Rocky's nose after the latter lowered himself to his level.

Ryder was going as a vampire this year, and was making sure his fangs fit right. Chase and Skye were going as a King and Queen respectively, and were flirting with each other over how beautiful they looked. Marshall was going as a jack-o-lantern, and Everest, who was going as a snowwoman, was helping him keep his flashlight on. Rubble was going as a DJ, and Charm was going as a demon, which he had Skye make the costume for accordingly. Snow then came out as a zombie, sneaking up behind Wave and grabbing her shoulders while playing her part. "Braaaaaiiiiins!"

Wave started laughing before taking Snow's arm, leaving Liberty to start talking about seeing Arrby. "I can't wait to see what Arrby is!"

"Can Arrby even afford a Halloween costume?" Snow asked, knowing Sid and Arrby were always sailing outside of stealing expensive artifacts. And even then, they always gave most of the money to the poor.

"I'm sure he and Sid made enough money to figure something out." Wave said optimistically, being excited to see what kind of costume Arrby would wear. She couldn't wait to see what trick or treating in Adventure City was like.

Wave and the others were meeting Arrby at the Adventure City park, which is where they would start their trick or treating. Sid was going as a shark, and Arrby was going as a dolphin. Zuma took an immediate liking to Arrby's costume and was quick to compliment it. "Way to stand out Awwby dude. Nothing like a dolphin fwiend to help with twick or tweating."

"They aren't called our best friend in the sea for nothing." Arrby added, attempting the dolphin chirp, but failing horribly.

Snow just had to chime in with her usual snark towards that one. "I don't remember anyone referring to dolphins like that."

Arrby shrugged, allowing Liberty to then start explaining the situation to her. "So, there's something I probably should've told you sooner Arrby. I didn't want to throw away my evening routine, so we all agreed we'd split up into groups of four, and make the most out of our night in the city! So tonight, my evening patrol will double as our trick or treating session. Or, the other way around. Whichever one sounds better."

"Okay, that's fine with me." Arrby replied, still being excited to partake in the trick or treating. "And it's a big city, so this way, we'll get to cover every ground possible."

"Exactly!" Liberty exclaimed, and then something else came to her mind in that moment. "Oh! Do you wanna come with me? Wave and Snow will be joining us too."

Arrby looked to Wave and Snow, the former of whom happily confirmed her willingness to go with Arrby. "Marshall and I decided we wanted to go with our girlfriends tonight, and Liberty wanted to come with us. So, you'd be the perfect fourth member to make our team feel complete!"

Arrby smiled, looking to Liberty as he made his answer. "I'll go wherever you go matey!"

Liberty gasped, squeeing at the fact that she was just called matey. "Did you hear that Wave!? Arrby just called me his matey! I'm a matey!"

Wave and the others laughed with Wave smiling as her group was formed. "Then it's settled." She then looked to Snow and nuzzled her as she thought about what they could do with the candy. "We're gonna get so sugar high on this candy."

"And yet, it still won't be as sweet as you." Snow flirted, giggling a bit over how much she loved Wave.

Wave's group was currently going around the city, and all four of them were receiving their candy. Liberty started to drool as she looked at her candy and made an impulsive request. "More!"

Wave snorted in response with Snow and Arrby being surprised as Wave guided Liberty down. "Liberty; no, we're good." She then looked back at the owner of the house to thank her for the candy. "Thank you ma'am!"

The woman waved goodbye and continued waiting as Snow gave Liberty some advice about trick or treating. "Quick word Liberty. Most people aren't gonna be as cool about that as she was."

"I wasn't trying to be rude." Liberty said remorsefully, wondering what came over her in that moment. "I just saw the candy and started wanting more."

"Maybe you have a secret sweet tooth we didn't know about until tonight." Wave joked, making Liberty laugh a bit as they all started going across the street to some more houses. "And hey. Now you know for the next few houses."

Arrby had a question on his mind, and he felt now would be a good time to ask it. It was for Liberty specifically, and he hoped it wouldn't be too invasive. "Hey Liberty?" Liberty looked at Arrby, who went ahead with his question. "Why did you wait until now to go trick or treating? If you don't mind me asking."

Liberty showed a glimpse of how she used to see herself when answering the question. "It always looked fun. I just... never felt like I deserved it." Wave and Snow looked at each other concernedly after hearing that, stopping in front of their next house with Liberty and Arrby so they could finish. "Until I met Wave and the others, I always felt bad about taking anything from others without paying. Even if it was to survive." What Liberty said next broke Arrby's heart. "It didn't help that I used to be called a burden and a waste of breath by my old orphanage."

Arrby didn't know what to say to that. He couldn't imagine anyone calling someone a 'waste of breath'. Wave and Snow already knew about this from Liberty, but it was so new to him. After seeing Arrby's expression, Liberty started to worry she was scaring him off. "Sorry! Did I go too far?"

"No no, you're good!" Arrby assured Liberty, knowing he was setting himself up for something shocking. He then put out his paws, leading to Liberty holding them as he told her what he felt about her. "None of what those mean orphanage people said is true. Assuming there was more than one. We're all worthy of the breath we draw."

Liberty smiled, and what she said next showed that she was starting to move past her old self. "I've been seeing that myself lately. Thanks to Wave and the others." Liberty and Arrby smiled to each other before realizing they were still holding paws. Wave and Snow noticed their blush, and their quick head turn, picking up on what was happening. Wave couldn't help grinning widely, and Snow rolled her eyes while smiling as she realized what was about to happen. Liberty and Arrby had no idea what these blooming feelings were. Or how to describe them.

Liberty then made the call to keep focusing on trick or treating, not wanting this sudden rush of emotion to conquer the night. "Let's get back to getting candy and patrolling the city."

"Good call." Arrby responded, heading up to the next house with Wave and Snow as he walked with Liberty. They may not have realized it yet, but a love flower was starting to bloom between them. And Wave was more than happy to help Liberty with it if she ever wanted her to assist.

In another part of the city, Marshall, Chase, Skye, and Everest were covering their own part of the city with Marshall telling a joke to their current house for more candy. "And then my sister's new friend asked why I was acting so weird. And so I said 'Sorry. I'm a bit of a pumpkin'."

The owner couldn't help laughing at the pun, giving Marshall some extra candy as a result, gaining a respecting nod from Chase. "You deserve a little something extra!"

"Thank you." Marshall said, heading off with the others before tripping on the last step of the walkway. "Whoa!" He ended up falling flat on his face before getting up with a smile. "I'm okay!"

Marshall and the others headed off after Everest helped Marshall up, leaving Skye to compliment Marshall's trick or treating tactic. "Gotta hand it to you Marshall. You really know how to charm your way into getting more candy."

"It's all a part of embracing the 'trick' part of trick or treating Skye." Marshall started to explain, being quite proud of his method. "It helps whenever I do it at a house that just so happens to have someone who's a fan of puns. Then, the candy starts raining, and my teeth get chomping."

Marshall mimicked his teeth chomping on candy, making the other three pups laugh before Chase spoke up about one of his scrapped ideas. "You've definitely got a better method than I do Marshall. One idea involved me showing off my butt for extra candy, and letting them get a look at my glorious bod." Marshall and Everest raised an eyebrow to that while Skye, who was actually there for it, snickered at memories of it. "Which in hindsight, was incredibly weird for them, since they're humans."

Marshall managed to find a positive to this after looking back at the previous house. "Well... at least you knew to stop before your teen years."

Everest smiled as she thought about how long they would all be in the city for. "We sure have a lot of houses to go to. It's surprisingly fun thinking about how many we'll reach before we head home." Marshall, Chase, and Skye smiled in agreement with Everest then commenting on something else. "Good thing we already had dinner."

"Tell me about it. And as usual, it was a real treat." Marshall quipped, snickering a bit after making it.

"Marshall!" Chase, Skye, and Everest called out, and as they did, they finally went up to their next house. They definitely had to pick up the pace if they wanted to get a good load by the end of the night.

Rocky, Zuma, Charm, and Rubble were in the last group (Ryder and Sid stayed home since they're adults), and Zuma was playing a brief bit explaining one of Rocky's 'paladin journeys'. "And so, we spend this lovely night collecting candy. And for a sweet tooth, it would be wather handy." The woman who owned the apartment was definitely into the song, giving Rocky and Zuma some extra candy as Zuma finished the melody. "And getting so much of it isn't too hawd. Especially when you have such a gweat bawd."

Zuma flirtingly smiled to Rocky after saying that with the woman complimenting the song. "Well aren't you a talented musician. I hope you plan to spread more of that music around the city."

"If I didn't, what kind of musician would I be?" Zuma asked rhetorically, heading off with Rocky as they both thanked the woman for the candy. "Thanks for the candy miss!"

Rocky and Zuma met up with Charm and Rubble, who were covering the other side of the complex, as Rubble started showing off how much candy he got. "Boom! The first two floors alone, and I've already filled half my first bucket!" For context, the bucket was as big as five buckets.

Rocky and Zuma showed off how much candy they got, and Charm and Zuma were amazed to find that theirs were even more full. Charm sneakily stole some sour candy from Rocky's bucket as he complimented their trick or treating skills. "You two clearly have a lot of experience in this. Or a gimmick that you turned into your own."

"If Zuma singing amazing melodies to the candy passers to get extra candy counts as a gimmick, then it's both." Rocky answered, lovingly caressing Zuma's cheek as he thought about how lovely trick or treating with him has been. "My Zoomy has every right to be proud of himself, and no one can convince me otherwise."

"Oh Wolfy. I know your inventions would've blown them away too." Zuma flirted, being more than happy to be spending the night with Rocky, as he should be. "Just like how you always blow me away by being sweet enough to give me cavities." Rocky and Zuma nuzzled each other with Rubble gagging over how flirty they were being. Zuma then took charge in having the groups switch floors again. "Alwight everwyone. We've got two more floows on this complex each. Let's make them count!"

Rocky, Zuma, Charm, and Rubble all hi pawed with Charm whispering something to Rubble about their 'gimmick'. "Ya know, we could have the candy fall right into our paws if we play our cards right." Rubble seemed intrigued, wondering what Charm could be planning with this.

Wave's group was at the apartment complex by the dock, and after getting the candy from their latest door, Snow couldn't help looking past the railing once the door closed. Wave, Liberty, and Arrby noticed her walking over to the railing, leaning on it after setting her candy down as she looked at the crater created by the meteor. Wave, Liberty, and Arrby joined her, and they looked at the crater too upon seeing it. Snow sighed, being in deep thought about all that's happened lately. "Crazy how one week of living here turned into something so chaotic."

"Yeah, I know. To think we thought it would just be Humdinger we dealt with." Wave responded, and she noticed Liberty looking intently at the crater. Seeing her expression changing, she checked on her to make sure she was okay. Snow looked as well once she asked. "What's wrong Liberty?"

Liberty flinched upon getting that question, and Arrby looked to her briefly with a smiling nod, showing that he saw this as a chance for her to open up more. While Liberty still didn't mention what Victoria said to her, or how intense her thoughts were, she was able to open up a bit of her thoughts to Wave and Snow. "I'm just... thinkin' the same thing you are. This all happened so fast. And now that Victoria's out, she could do a lot worse."

Wave saw where Liberty was coming from, as did Snow, who's anxiety started to act up as she thought about it herself. "It's not just Victoria either Liberty. Now Slash has her, and Humdinger by his side." Wave noticed Snow starting to get more tense as she continued. "What if they send the demon army to attack the city? Or steal one of our crystals to use it against us?" Wave, Liberty, and Arrby were worried, especially as Snow finished her statement. "They could be planning anything right from under our noses!"

Wave put a paw on Snow's shoulder to comfort her, which worked like a charm. Especially when Wave gave her comforting words, while also understanding her dilemma. "Maybe they will do something like that. Or, maybe something greater." Wave's smile showed Snow just how optimistic Wave was about their chances. "But we've beaten Slash before. The fact that he has Humdinger and Victoria with him now shouldn't change how things end."

Arrby looked at the crater himself, and when he looked at the dock, he got an idea on how to make the place more pleasant for them. "Hey. This might be a stretch, but maybe we could, I dunno, take some moments by the dock to just, relax?" Wave, Snow, and Liberty looked at Arrby as he elaborated. "Sid and I could park our boat around here, and we could all hang out here by the crater. It would give us all a chance to think about what to do with this part of the land."

Liberty showed her loving to Arrby's idea when she spoke up about an idea she had herself. "And we could add a smaller park or something for the kids who live here!"

Wave saw that Snow was starting to ease up, offering her a chance to offer an idea. She was more than happy to do so. "I guess I could paint a mural around here. But I'd need help designing the wall for it."

"You must have a lot on your mind for it then." Wave said, and Snow nodded her head yes, showing that her creative juices were flowing.

"Oh, oh; we have to add in a perimeter for the kids to swim safely in the ocean!" Liberty chimed in, discussing this more with the others as they all headed off to continue trick or treating while clarifying what she meant. "I mean, we don't HAVE to. But if we did, we could get some of the kids here into swimming, until we maybe make a pool for Adventure City!"

"Who's to say we can't consider both?" Wave asked, leaving Liberty to squee while stamping her paws happily over what she just heard. Arrby smiled when he saw this, glad to see that Liberty was getting better at expressing her deep thoughts, and sharing her big ideas. Granted, the latter was easier for her to begin with, but still.

Back with Marshall's group, Skye was telling the others a story about her latest attempt at mimicking bird calls. Oh yeah, she still does that. "It kinda surprises me that I haven't tried ducks before. We've seen them plenty of times before in Adventure Bay."

"Maybe it just didn't pop into your head until Liberty talked about the ones she likes to feed." Everest suggested, seeing a possibility for why that took Skye so long. "Some things work better with an example when it comes to discovery."

Skye looked ahead, seeing so much truth in what Everest told her. "So true." Everest still giggled a bit at the silliness of it all.

Chase was currently looking around, which Marshall noticed, seeing that he was supposedly in alert mode. "You okay Chase?"

"Yeah, I'm fine. Just keeping an eye out." Chase explained, elaborating on why as he inspected a nearby trash can. "Liberty wanted us to patrol around too. I felt that one of us should take charge of that while we're out here." A racoon popped out of the trash can with Chase calling over to him since he had a moldy banana peel. "Hey! You'd better throw away what you don't eat! We gotta keep this city clean!"

The racoon gave a thumbs up and ran off to eat the banana peel in private. Marshall then joked about how alert Chase was. "Guess we brought the right K-9 for the job."

"Especially one who's refusing to trash the case." Chase quipped in reference to the racoon he caught earlier. He and Marshal hi pawed after that, and then got back to focusing on trick or treating. With Chase keeping a lookout for any suspicious activity of course.

Skye got a look at some of her candy and noticed that she got some really sour candy balls. Since she didn't like sour stuff, she made an offer to Everest for the trading they'd do later. "Hey Everest. I know we're not done yet, but I'll trade you these sour lemon balls for whatever."

"Gummy worms?" Everest offered, even though she liked gummy worms. Skye nodded her head yes, leaving Everest satisfied with the trade she would make later. "Great! Those sour lemon balls will be mine!"

Back with Rocky, Zuma, Charm, and Rubble, Charm was having Rubble distract the owner of their last apartment as he snuck more candy into his bucket. Rubble was using his superhero cape to distract him as he pretended to be invisible. "You can't see me yet. But very soon, a bunch of bats will cover every criminal on the block with fear and bites!"

When Charm was done, the owner complimented Rubble's performance, as he found it quite cute. "Well aren't you taking your role seriously. You enjoy that candy now."

"He certainly will." Charm stated proudly, heading off with Rubble, who was quite proud of his performance. When the owner realized how much candy was gone, it was too late. Charm and Rubble already turned the corner. The two were snickering as Charm gave Rubble his cut, being quite happy with their last haul. "That was brilliant Rubble! We have to at least be caught up with Rocky and Zuma now."

"I certainly hope so." Rocky said from nearby, and Charm and Rubble saw him walking over to them with Zuma as he got a look at their buckets. "That's quite a lot compared to what you had before."

"What can we say? We've gotten used to this stuff." Rubble replied, being more than happy with how much candy he got.

Rocky and Zuma got a good look in their buckets, and when they did, Zuma made another call for his part of the trick or treating. "Whelp, I think we've got enough to head back now. You guys weady to head home?"

"Will I get to eat half my bucket tonight for free?" Rubble asked, and Rocky's big brother instinct kicked in, so he nodded his head no to answer. "Aw, fine."

A question came to Charm's mind in regards to what could happen if he ate enough candy. "I wonder. Will I be as immune to cavities as I am to being killed by anything other than brain destruction?"

Rocky and Zuma looked at each other in intrigue, and Rubble joined them. Rocky gave his response, not really knowing the answer himself. "I don't think we should risk it. Just because we can afford an expensive dentist trip, doesn't mean we should risk it."

"Fine with me. I want to get as many sugar rushes as I can this year anyway." Charm replied, heading off with the others to head back to HQ.

Rubble's stomach started growling as they headed home, looking into his bag while giving off certain implications. "Ya know, I don't think Wave and Skye would say that ONE piece of candy would ruin my appetite."

Rocky stopped Rubble as he made his rebuttal. "I'm sure they WOULD however, say no candy before dinner." Rubble pouted after being denied his early piece of candy. At least he still got a rigload worthy of going into his bedroom closet later that night.

Wave's group was finishing their trick or treating, having just gotten finished with trick or treating at the last place on their route. Liberty couldn't believe the load she got on her first time trick or treating. She knew she'd be getting candy, but she didn't think she'd be getting enough to fill her whole bucket. Wave, Snow, and Arrby could see how happy she was, and Wave brought up something else they'd all be doing once they got back to the Lookout. "You're gonna love the next part Libby. Next, we'll all be trading candy when we're all back at HQ!"

Liberty was intrigued by what that would entail, looking into her bucket and wondering what she could trade. "I hope I have enough stuff I'm willing to trade for that. Anything with peanut butter in it would be amazing."

Arrby chimed in with excitement after hearing Liberty bring that up. "You love peanut butter flavored candy too!?"

"Yeah, I think so!" Liberty responded, having to admit that she didn't have a lot of experience with candy. "I love peanut butter, and I love chocolate, so it'd make sense."

Wave looked into her bucket as she got ready for the candy trading ahead of time. "Something tells me we all hit the jackpot this year." She then looked to Liberty with a smile over how things went down. "Guess that's one of the perks to living in the big city."

Liberty giggled a bit, seeing where Wave was coming from there. "Yeah, I guess so. At least if we remember to brush."

Wave and Snow started holding paws for the rest of the trip home, leaving Snow to comment on how the city looked in the evening. "It's just like back home. You can feel how beautiful the start of the sunset is." Wave, Liberty, and Arrby looked with her as Snow spoke again. "Someday, I'd love to paint a sunset like that. Just get my easel, set it up by the docks, or the park, or wherever, and start painting until I get the exact image I want."

"That would look amazing. Especially with your creative paws and mind." Wave complimented, making Snow even more happy as she received it. Wave then gasped when she remembered what was almost coming up. "Oh, that's right; it's almost dinner time!" Wave called for her truck, which arrived in a flash since they were close to HQ. When they noticed this, Wave pumped her fist with joy. "Even better!"

Wave and the others hopped in with Wave sitting next to Snow at the driver's seat, and Liberty and Arrby sitting in the back. Liberty instantly started thinking about what Arrby's potential Paw Patrol vehicle could look like once Wave drove off. "Dude; if we got you a pirate flag, we could totally put it on the back of YOUR vehicle if you join the team."

"I've sailed the seven seas. Now let's drive across the seven continents!" Arrby exclaimed proudly, laughing with Liberty over the idea. He didn't have any intention of joining the team, but if he did, a pirate flag would be a welcome addition to his vehicle.

Marshall's group was wrapping up their route on trick or treating too, having just finished the last house they were heading to. Once Snow and Everest stepped down, they all looked into their buckets, and Skye was the first to comment on how much candy they got this year. "This is a lot bigger than the loads we get in Adventure Bay. Just think about what the others will have!"

"No reason to believe it wouldn't be as big of a load." Everest pointed out, heading home with the rest of her part of the trick or treating split up.

As they headed home, Chase smiled as he started to open up about something. "I can't think of a better last trick or treating."

Marshall was confused by this, looking at Chase as he asked what he meant. "Does that mean you won't be joining us next year?"

"Nope. I'm turning eighteen this year Marshall, remember?" Chase reminded Marshall, who realized how close Chase was to being an adult. "Just two and a half weeks, and I'll be a fully fledged adult. It felt... good, to feel like a kid one last time."

Skye saw Chase getting a tad sentimental and stepped over to him, wanting to remind him that he could still keep his youthful side intact. "You can still enjoy the stuff you love now, Chase." Chase looked at Skye, who lovingly told him what she wanted him to know. "Sure, you'll have to find something else to do for Halloween next year, but you can still enjoy it." She held his paw lovingly as she finished her statement. "Just because you're getting older, doesn't mean you'll outgrow who you are now."

Chase loved that sentiment, smiling as he continued to hold Skye's paw. "Thanks Skye. I'll keep that in mind."

Chase and Skye smiled to each other with Marshall having another question about Chase and Skye. "By the way, what are you guys gonna do about... you know."

Chase and Skye looked at each other in confusion, but then realized what Marshall was talking about. They laughed once they did, and after a few seconds, Chase explained to Marshall what they knew. "Don't worry Marshall. The legal age of consent in Canada is sixteen, and we started dating long before that point. We should be fine."

Marshall wiped his forehead in relief, not wanting Chase and Everest to end things against their will. Everest then started holding his paw as she lovingly assured him that would be the case for them too. "That should hopefully answer your question about us too."

"It does." Marshall said, starting to feel as glad as Chase was that his last trick or treating was a good one. "Yeah. This was a good way to go out." Chase smiled and did his signature paw shake with Marshall with focus on Marshall's paw scar being shown, as usual. The two then went back to holding their girlfriends paws as they all headed back to the Lookout to finish their Halloween. And to see what delicious meal Wave had planned for dinner tonight.

Back at the HQ, Wave and the others were all trading candy to finish off their Halloween. They were all very satisfied with how things were going. Liberty managed to get a lot of peanut butter flavored candies, as she desired. And Wave was able to get a lot of sweet ones, as well as sharing some with Marshall for the trading. Skye was able to trade away the sour candies she had, and Charm was more than happy to suck on them. And now that dinner was finished, Rubble took a chance to eat a candy bar early. Rocky smiled and rubbed his head as he did.

Zuma was comparing his load with Melody, who giggled before smirking to him. "That's way more than I got! Did you cheater again?"

"No, but someone did." Zuma said with a smirk while pointing to Charm and Rubble, hinting that he knew how they got more candy than everyone else. This made the two of them snicker as Rubble continued digging at his candy.

Wave and Marshall took a moment to talk during the candy exchange with Wave expressing how happy Liberty was. "This was an awesome introduction for Liberty, Marshall! Look at how happy she is!"

Marshall saw how happy Liberty was while talking to Arrby. He couldn't help sharing the joy she felt that night. "That first trick or treating is always a special one." Wave nodded in agreement as Marshall then started talking about the talk he had with Chase on the way home. "I imagine it's the same with your last one too. Chase seemed to catch onto it on the way home."

Wave looked at Chase, who was eating a chocolate bar with Skye that they were obviously going to finish together with a kiss. Wave was more than happy to see him enjoying himself on his last night trick or treating. "It's good to see him making the most of it."

"Agreed." Marshall replied, and then he got to talking to Wave about their last time trick or treating. "You'll get a couple more years after my last trip comes." Marshall put a paw on Wave's shoulder while giving her a loving smile. "You make the most out of those years, okay?"

"Already planned on it." Wave assured Marshall, smiling as she looked at all of their friends. To think that so soon after Slash's announcement with Victoria and Humdinger, they were all enjoying themselves, trick or treating and having as much fun as they could just, chatting, trading candy, and talking. She was especially glad to see Liberty enjoying herself. She knew she'd never had a real childhood. So to help her have one was a blessing to them both. She confirmed this with what she said next to Marshall. "I'm glad she gets to be a real puppy now."

Marshall wrapped his arm around Wave, who was more than happy to do the same for him when he replied. "Me too sis." Wave and Marshall continued sitting there with their friends as they thought about just how good the moment was. "Me too." And as they did, they felt more than happy that another successful Halloween had been accomplished.

Later that night, Wave was looking through her candy bucket, trying to find something good she wanted for dessert. After finding a good looking milk chocolate in her bucket she hadn't had any of yet, she put her bucket back in her snack drawer and started opening it up. She couldn't wait to bite into this chocolatey goodness. Then again, anyone with good tastes would find it hard to resist. She sat down on her bed while giggling to herself, getting all giddy as she playfully spoke to the chocolate bar in some kind of kid like voice. "I'm going to eat you!"

As soon as she took her first bite, Snow came into the room with her own bucket. She gave Wave a sly grin as she opened up the closet to put her candy next to hers. The buckets were labeled, so they knew who's was who's. "Ya know Wave, there's only one thing in this world I think could be sweeter than chocolate."

Wave swallowed the second bite of her chocolate bar before asking Snow what she meant with a smile, seeming to have an idea of what she meant. "And what might that be?"

Snow went over to Wave and got on top of her, much to her delight as she smiled lovingly to her. "You." Wave giggled lovingly before putting her candy bar in her mouth. Snow saw what she was doing and put her mouth on it too, biting with Wave before joining her for the closing act. When the two of them finished biting, they started kissing with their mouths covered with chocolate. They embraced the kiss with Wave turning over, leading to her and Snow both lying on the bed. When they stopped, they lied down next to each other, looking into each other's eyes.

Wave and Snow continued to look at each other lovingly as Wave told her how she felt. "I love you Snow."

"I love you too Wave." Snow said back, being as happy as could be to be spending time with Wave in that moment. The fact that they were able to enjoy a soft, tender moment with the deliciousness of a candy bar made that moment all the sweeter for them. The two held their paws while lying down in bed to enjoy themselves before they went to brush their teeth as the screen faded to black, ending the episode off.

Rock music started playing as Chase started talking about what was going to happen with specific moments from the next chapter being shown. "I can't believe I'm finally an adult! If you asked me sixteen years ago, I'd say I didn't even know if I'd make it that far in life. I'm gonna make my first birthday as an adult the best birthday it can be! I know it's already gonna be awesome with Wave and Skye doing the cooking and baking. But I can only imagine what else I'll have in store."

Chase finished the announcement with the words Paw Patrol in all blue with red outlines surrounded with a white border with Wave on the right, and Marshall on the left.
