It was dark with the only light out there is the crescent moon and the stars above the forest not far from a school. A man wearing a log long coat holding a case walked down a path to hos office off the school grounds entering through the front door mumbling under his breath. He closed the door behind him turning around to head to his office seeing a girl with very white hair with smudges of dirt and what looked to be blood. "Merlin?" said the girl. "Yes. How did you get in here?' said Merlin not taking his eye off if her. "I have my ways but i heard about you and your school. I want to attend here please. "i know it comes to my understanding young lady. But its not that easy. Where are your parents?" said Merlin. "Dead. Everyone else scattered with their leaders gone. I'm Ashina." said the girl. "I would need more than that and i cant just have a teenager left unattended without a guardian. Im sorry." said Merlin. "I wont be much trouble except for one thing." said Ashina. "And what would that be?" said Merlin when the sound of wolves howling got his attention. He looked away for a moment to look at the moon humming in thought then looked at Ashina who flashed her ember eyes at him. "I see but i dont have any dorms avaible for you. "I can manage. So . . ." Ashina paused looking at him. "I'll think about it. You can explore but dont enter the classes." said Merlin. "Okay and i'll tell you everything you need to know about me." said Ashina. She walked to one of the windows climbing out and ran into the forest on all fours with Merlin going over to lock his window seeing her jump over some bushes disappearing deeper into the forest. Ashina walked through the forest hearing voices and laughter near the lagoon knowing it was from the students. She didnt see them in person and thought it wouldnt hurt to see who is going to face since she never interacted with others who werent her kind. Getting close to the voices she saw at least five teens walking by her without being spotted talking among themselves slowly following them. The girl with a sea themed outfit faced her group who was a girl dress in all black with horns looking menacing, next to her was a boy with a fiery blue mohawk dressed in grey and black with his arm around her, and the two other boys were dressed okay except one had a hook in his hand. "I swear the new kids dont know they are dealing with. Like that wonder girl who thinks that everyone will love her in a snap. Please." said the girl "Come Uliana. She'll learn her place." said the boy with the hook.

"What is your plan James Hook? Feed her to the sharks." said Uliana rolling her eyes looking away from him. She then saw something move in the bushes almost seeing Ashina who stood still as the others look at her direction. "Hades." said Uliana. Hades snapped his finger to light his full body in blue fire matching his hair walking towards the bushes seeing a pair of ember eyes and out a white wolf ran off. He turn his flames off facing Uliana and the group who waved off the wolf thing going to their hang out and looked back for a moment curiously before hearing the girl with horns calling him. Ashina shifted back once she was far away from the lagoon reaching her home which was a very large oak tree that was hollowed out from the inside big enough to crawl in and used the makeshift door covered in ivy and old bark she found. She laid down on straw and covered herself with a blanket made of deer skin listening to the sounds of the animals and insects helping her get some sleep. Or at least tried to since she did tell Merlin that her parents are dead but didnt want to go into details of how they died when it happened just last month. Ashina has the ability of changing into a wolf but that took her all of practice and have to stay inside when the moon is full otherwise her animal instinct will take control. She chose to come here to herself some answers without her being found out of what she is and will put her in danger than the ones who will be scared of her. No one will except werewolves for they have been known to attack people and their livestock but it's not their fault or anyone's. Hopefully she made the right choice after her family pack left her without any remorse of what happened to her parents. She missed them like any kid would even was excited to be a big sister but will never get the chance to see them and still have the images stuck in her memories forever. Turning to her back looking up the small hole of the tree showing the night sky with the moon barely peeking hummed a soft lullaby her mother sang to her when she was little even it has no words it was still nice to hear. Snap. Ashina stopped to hear for any noise besides the tree snapping sing her senses to smell someone close by slowly crawling to the door seeing a pair of boots apart from each other with a stream of urine from what she immediately sniffed coming down between rolling her eyes at this. She started to slowly growl getting their attention and snarled getting whoever it was to leave and went to get some sleep for her exploration.

The next morning Ashina walked down the stone path of the school looking at the students minding their business while others looked at her curiously. Maybe because she did ger here and cleaned herself up by washing her face from the dirt and remains of her last hunting even French braided her hair into pig tails. "Hi." said a girl with pink wavy hair with a hearts themed dress. She walked over with the brightest smile holding her books one arm while extending the other out for a handshake. "Im Bridget. Are you new here?" said Bridget. "i'm Ashina and yeah but im just exploring i all." said Ashina shaking her hand slowly. "Theres no need to be shy. I can show you around along with my friend Ella." said Bridget. "I just never been to a public school." said Ashina. "Really? Me too. You are going love it here." said Bridget. She guided Ashina to some spots talking along the way with her listening and not saying anything. The bell rang signaling everyone to class except for Ashina who went to the library where Bridget showed her go since she doesnt go to the school yet. Ashina looked at he spines of the library books in the shelves finding something to read and took a spot in the corner where no was watching her. She was too focused on her book to see Hades and the boy wearing dark green walking in searching for some books for class. Hades sat down with only one book sitting down at the table with his feet propped up looking board with his eyes wondering. His eyes then landed on Ashina reading in the far corner away from the other students catching his curiosity when the boy named Morgie that he wa swith dropped a hug textbook turning his head to him looking annoyed. "What? You have something better to do. That quiz on Potion History will be eating us alive if we dont pass." said Morgan. "Who cares? Check out the newbie over there." said Hades turning to Ashina who turned the next page of her book. "Fresh meat. What should we do to her?" said Morgie looking a her with grin. "I say we prank her. Lets meet up with Uliana." said Hades. "Right but you need more work than me." said Morgie seeing he only had one book. "Do you want to be on fire again?" said Hades looking at him. "I'll go this way." said Morgie walking away. Hades turned back staring at Ashina like he'd seen her before but cant put his finger on it when she looked up to catch him. He didnt look away and neither did she watching her close her book not moving a muscle on her emotionless face when Morgie called him breaking their little staring contest making her smirk. Ashina went back to her back going back to where she was until she ws done and went to find another book when Merlin found her. She followed him to listen on what goes on in the school as they walked to the vice principal office having a seat with Morgana to get her schedule and explain her backstory to them.
