(Hello Hello! What's it been, a few years? I am so sorry this took so long to update. I've been in college and just sitting on these two chapters. I'm here to say that I'm back! I'll be writing stories again (hopefully longer chapters) now that I have the time. Without further ado, The Spider's Weakness!)

Stark Industries

Midnight

The quiet hum of machines was filling the operation room. Felicia started to slowly open her eyes only to be greeted by a bright blinding light. "Huh...w-where am I?" She spoke with a dry voice as she noticed that her arms felt strange..wait, her arms! She moved them up into the light which allowed her to see something that was not flesh but shiny silver metal. 'Oh god.'

She let out a blood curdling scream. "WHAT THE FUCK?! AHHHHH! Oh God! What the hell happened to my arms?!" She was struggling to get up but there was a metal bar holding her down on each leg and one across her torso right above her belly button.

At that moment Peter came rushing into the room and right to her side. "Felicia! Hey hey hey, calm down. I'm right here. You're fine." He grabbed her cheeks. "W-what's going on?! Where am I and why are my arms metal?!" Her heart was racing and her breathing was fast. "Look at me, it's ok. You have nothing to be afraid of." He pressed a button on the side of the table which released the torso bar and turned the upper half upward so she was sitting up.

No matter what he said, she wasn't going to relax but she did stop struggling. "What happened?! Why are my arms like this Peter?!" Her heart was still pounding fast and her breathing was heavy. "What's the last thing you remember?" She relaxed a bit while trying to think about the past events.

"The last thing I remember is that I was on my weekly paycheck run," Peter rolled his eyes. "You mean your weekly crime run." She smirked for a small moment signaling to Peter that she was still ok. "Yes, my weekly crime run. I was jumping to the next roof when I tripped on the roof. I thought it was you coming to stop me so when I felt a sting I was a little mad. Then I heard Doc Ock. He told me that he planted a bug on your suit and that he knows who you really are. The next thing I know my arms are gone, I get thrown against a wall, and then you show up. Then I wake up here with these things." She pulled her arms up again.

Peter sighed. "I'm so sorry Felicia. I should have been there much sooner." He caressed her cheek while looking into her eyes. "I once told you that I'd never leave you. I meant that. Whether I'm Peter Parker or Spider-Man I'll always be here for you. That's a promise that I'll always keep." He pressed his lips to hers. Unsurprisingly, she kissed back. "Peter." She leaned into him, a tear slowly rolling down her cheek.

The matter still remains about her arms. "What happened to my arms? Why am I like this?" She softly spoke as she laid back and brought them upwards. "That's a little tough to explain. You were losing a lot of blood that night. I webbed up your arms as best as I could but you were still losing too much blood. I had to call in a favor. I couldn't let you…live, like that." He grabbed her arms. "It's a prototype we've been working on. It's not the best but it's wired into your nervous system. You can still feel but your senses will be enhanced. It'll take some time to get used to, but you'll be ok."

Peter gently placed a kiss on her metal hand which sent a shiver through her body. "I felt that." She whispered. "And you'll feel a whole lot more in time." He smiled at her and she gently squeezed his hands. "And you'll be with me every step of the way?" Peter smiled widely. "Anything for my Kitty Cat."
