It was a dark night in the town of Port Charles an evil Mobster named Joseph Sorel was in charge and everyone feared him. His trusted partner the extremely handsome Sonny Corinthos helped him out as always in alot of ways. Sonny however felt himself wanting to change his ways. Nobody believed he could change they still considered him a dangerous Mob Prince. Joseph had taken him in as a child and has been like a father to him and taught him everything he know's about the Mob World. However this night Sonny was given an assignment he couldn't go through with it involved the lovely and beautiful brunette the Deception model Brenda Barrett she had a past she knew nothing about and Sorel wanted her for himself. Sonny knew how fragile Brenda was so he goes to her former flame the wealthy Jasper Jacks to ask for his help in saving Brenda. It was something he knew Jax wouldn't pass up however coming from Sonny Jax didn't feel he should have to listen to Sonny and think of his own plan to save Brenda.

"Jax thanks for not shutting the door on me we need to talk it's about Brenda." Sonny tells Jax.

"What do you know of Brenda?" Jax asks quite curious and concerned.

"I'm not seeing her she know's nothing about me but Sorel know's something about her did you know she was a Mob Princess." Sonny tells Jax.

"Brenda is not a Mob Princess and Sorel has been lying to you she would want nothing to do with the Mob." Jax tells Sonny.

"It's because she doesn't know her true parents a man from the town of Salem John Black. Do you know of him? He needs to know he has a daughter who is in danger." Sonny tries to tell Jax but Jax wouldn't buy it especially since it was coming from Sonny a man he was told to avoid speaking to.

"John is a good man he would never get involved with the Mob." Jax tells Sonny.

"I know you are having a hard time with this with accepting the truth but Brenda is in danger of Sorel and I'm trying to save her." Sonny tells Jax.

"She doesn't need saving from you she will be fine I will save her." Jax tells Sonny.

A lovely red head named Skye Quartermaine over hears the conversation and says nothing until Sonny is gone.

"I can see this is going no where I will leave." Sonny says before walking out of Jax's home.

"You know Sonny you really wasted your time showing up here and stay away from Brenda she doesn't need the likes of you." Jax warns Sonny but Sonny wasn't going to listen to Jax he was going to save Brenda in his own way.

"Sonny Corinthos wanting to save Brenda perhaps you should let him she needs a new boyfriend she can't always depend on you." Skye tells Jax.

"I don't want Corinthos near Brenda look Skye I have to protect her at all cost from the Mob. I mean if Sorel know's about her true father she's in alot of trouble." Jax tells Skye.

"I know you want to always be there for her but Sonny is right." Skye tells Jax taking Sonny's side on the matter.

"Why are you siding with the thug." Jax says.

"Jax it's not that I don't love you but I don't like you having to save an old flame especially like Brenda she's always pulling you into her disasterous world and your always having to save her from something it's getting tiresome." Skye mentions to Jax.

"I know you are but I promised Brenda I would always save her and I have to keep that promise she's counting on me." Jax tells Skye.

"But your not even with her anymore she doesn't love you in the way you want her to love you. She only see's you as a friend and she knows your with me now and we our working on our future. I feel like sometimes you want to go back and try and build something with her again instead of working on us." Skye tells Jax

Skye tries to get through to Jax and he did understand where she was coming from but he feared the worst for Brenda and still felt he had to save her from the likes of Sorel and Sonny.
