Elizabeth shakes her head and says " I know I am pregnant and I am a bit of a scattered brain but I thought I just heard my big brother tell me that he is my father." Steven says " You heard me correctly. It is why I was hardly around and it was why I graduated high school early. Jeff and Carol even moved you and Sarah to an entirely new state to start over and for your safety." Elizabeth says " For my safety you make it sound as though my birth mother was dangerous." Steven says " Your birth mother was complicated and she tried hard to be a good person but her family was relentless. They wanted her to give into her nature and she fought long enough to give birth to you and as a last gift she gave me a journey in hopes that you would be better than her. I was infatuated with her and we should never been together because she was older than me and it was wrong. I lied about my age and had a fake ID. So she knew me by Thomas Richardson and would call me Tommy. I later found out she lied about her name too and a lot of things. I only knew her by Angela and we would always go to hotels or her place. Her family was very wealthy but very reclusive. Your mother is part of a clan of powerful people and we have been able to hide you all this time." Elizabeth says " What are you not saying, Steven?" Steven says " I will give you the name of her family so you can see I am telling the truth but be very careful if you decide to look into them. Because when you turn 22, they will be able to track you and they will want to claim especially now that you are pregnant. You are a part of the Crisan Clan and they are not humans but vampires." Elizabeth says " The fuck is this underworld. This is not very funny and I refuse to believe it. I am just a human girl who is probably pregnant by a married man, whose best friend is sick and is in love with a man I cannot have, and my soon-to-be ex-husband is a terrible human being those are problems I can handle but this no can do Bob. So take it back." Steven says " I am so sorry Lizbits but you can do a search on them and you will see what type of people they are and when you are ready I will provide you with your mother's journal. I do love you and I am going to protect you the best way I know how." Elizabeth hangs up the phone and thinks if this is true shit just got a lot worse.

Jason met up with his trusted allies in Brazil and they gave him the schematics of the home that was holding Courtney and Carly. He needed ten of the best and he left nothing to chance. They were able to rescue them and they set fire to the home they just left he is exhausted and thankfully they were treated well because they were pregnant. He feels suffocated because Carly and Courtney are both curled around him due to the fact that he has to stay behind and hold down the fort. The reality of his situation is hitting him harder than he expected and he knows he has to make a choice. Even if he chose Courtney would she forgive him for cheating and if she could would Sonny see it as a betrayal? Then there is Elizabeth and his complicated feelings towards her. His first instinct is to protect her and be a father whether or not he shares DNA with the child because no matter what this child is a part of her and he is split in two. He is in love with two women and he cannot shrug off his responsibility. No matter what someone will get hurt and he just hopes it will not be his children.

Elizabeth decides that she will not be a victim and that she will be proactive. She called her brother back and no she is not calling him her father until she gets proof because cannot be real. She gave him the address where her clothes would get shipped to and she needed time to process what he told her and he told her to be safe. " Hey Johnny I ordered those clothes and it said it would be at that warehouse today plus my brother sent something to that address and I know you to check it but just do not read it," Elizabeth says. " Of course, I had to do a check-in with Sonny due to everything going on." He says." Elizabeth says " Johnny it is okay for you and Francis to talk about the fact Jason is back and he is with his family. I promise I will not break and I know you guys know the truth and I trust you. I will see you later because I have to go my appointment is today and I have to get ready." Johnny says " I am your friend and I am here for you okay and of course Francis' big-headed self." Elizabeth giggles and says " I know and I appreciate you guys please be safe for me okay, See you soon."

"Hello Melissa, I am Dr. Ford and I am going to take care of you." Elizabeth ( Melissa) says " Thank you, Dr. Ford." Dr. Ford says " Alright let's see your baby. From the records, I see you are healthy and so far the baby is as well. We will be able to do an ultrasound and our hospital has 3D imaging so you can get a more accurate picture." Elizabeth is excited and she is curious because it feels like she got bigger and wonders what that means. The doctor says " So this gel will be a little cold and here we go." Elizabeth feels tears in her eyes as she hears its' heartbeat. The doctor is fairly quiet and Elizabeth says " Is everything okay doctor?" They respond " Oh I apologize I was not trying to scare you. I was concerned because your records said you were 10 weeks but you are closer to 20 weeks and you are carrying triplets." Elizabeth thinks that is fucking impossible because she was not having sex five months ago. Shit, maybe there is truth to what Steven said and triplets.
She is barely wrapping her head around one but three kids but maybe this a small blessing in disguise because she can lie to Jason and claim that Ric is the father so he can finally let her go and she can leave Port Charles to protect everyone. When he was asleep she took his DNA and already had the test done and she asked Steven to pick up the results and put them in the journal he was sending. So she will find out who is the father today and plan accordingly. The doctor gave her a list of precautions to take when carrying multiples and she is silent in the car. She is brought to her thoughts by Francis and he says " How are you hanging in there Kiddo I know it is a lot to process?" Elizabeth says " I am nervous but oddly content. Instead of one name, I have to think of three. The only thing I am sure of is that I want this to be a Webber regardless. I cannot wait until I have my last name back." Francis says " You will always be Webber to me." Elizabeth says " Thanks Frannie you are the best." He says " Do not let Johnny hear you say that." Elizabeth says " No need to deflate his massive ego." Francis shakes his head as he finishes reading his book. He thinks those are made for each other and hopes they pull their head out of their asses.
