The Morgan residence, Same day, 3:30 pm
They make it back and normally everyone goes and does their own thing on lazy days like this but all they want to do is cuddle up with their mother. They are currently watching some Horror Movie that Jason does not understand but Elizabeth seems to be into it.
As the movie ends, Jake says " Pay up Lila I guessed the killer." Lila says " Only because mom whispered something to you which means you cheated." Elizabeth says " to be fair I only told him that he had the killer right but the reasoning wrong so he did win." Lila says " Whatever loser" as she hands him 50 dollars." Jason says " You bet 50 dollars on a movie." Elizabeth says " Is the grandson of a billionaire complaining about a 50 dollar bet because that is hilariously stupid?" Jason says " Hey this is coming from a woman who did not let said person pay her when he was staying at her studio even though I could afford it." Elizabeth shrugs "Touche but my tastes have matured and I can appreciate the finer things in life. Speaking of that, I have to go. I have a meeting to attend." Martin says in a small voice " Are you leaving forever again mama?" Elizabeth says " Come here sweetie. I hear that you like to be called Martin because that was my favorite Uncle." He nods his head. " Well he was my favorite because he would let me run wild and free but he supported my art. He got me my first canvas and paintbrush. That is why he was my favorite and that is why your Dad named you that. I have to go again but I will be back as soon as I can. I do not want to make false promises but I know that school starts next week and according to your Dad, you three skipped two grades so it will be the first day of your senior year. I will be here because believe it or not I have been there all of your first days but you did not see me." Jake says " Really Mom you were there?" Elizabeth says " Your first day at Port Charles Academy you were wearing black pants with a red polo and you were wearing a Spiderman watch, Lila was wearing black pants with a blue polo and a Black panther watch and Martin was wearing khaki pants with a black shirt and he had a wristband with paint icons on it." Jake says " I remember that day I was so nervous but then I heard this voice in my head say I am with you and you got this. Was that you?" Elizabeth says " Yes it was." Jake hugs her and he whispers something that Jason cannot hear and Elizabeth rubs his back. She hugs them again and leaves.
Crisan Family compound
Ivan says " You look pretty Sissy." Athena says " Thank you Ivan you look handsome. Where is mother?" He says " She is still getting ready." Athena says " They tell me to be on time but yet they are late." Viktor says " There is a reason for that. We have something important to discuss." They all take a seat and the waiter pours blood into their glasses. Athena says " Yum my favorite AB negative." Her mother finally arrives with a mysterious man on her arm. Athena thinks you have got to be fucking kidding me. They brought AJ Quartermaine here, which is not good at all. Tassa says " My dear I would like to meet AJ Quartermaine, AJ this is my daughter the one I told you about." She sees a flash of recognition but pretends to not know her. " Hello Athena, it is a pleasure to meet you." Athena says " Mother, this is a surprise, a warning would have been nice." Tassa says " If I would have told you I was bringing a suitor you would not come." Athena says " I am not a child and I do not have a problem meeting men." Tassa says " No you do not but none of them have been proper and AJ is from a prestigious family and considering we have a business arrangement with his brother you two would be a good match.
" Let's just get through this dinner shall we" Athena says as she walks away. After dinner, she grabs AJ and speeds him away. " What are you up too AJ?" AJ says " Imagine my shock when your mother shows me a picture of you saying that she is looking for a suitor for her young and beautiful daughter because she needs heirs. She tells me that if I produce heirs I would inherit more money than I can dream of and I would gain immortality. Now I know that she is unaware that she already has heirs but your family does not know. It would be a shame if they find out." Athena sends him flying and he lands on his back and she says " I will fucking kill you before I let you expose them." AJ says " IF you kill me there are instructions to announce to your family about your children." Athena says " You fucking piece of shit. You want to play ball fine. I will pay you double of what my mother is offering for you to hand over that proof and disappear but if you double-cross me there will not be enough pieces to identify you. Aren't you supposed to be dead anyway?" AJ says "My body was put on ice while they figured out a way to revive me so biologically I am still 35." Athena says " Do we have a deal?" AJ says " As tempting as that offer is, I want the money, power, and immorality but most of all I want Jason to know I am marrying the love of his mortal life and I can give her children she can claim." Athena says " Keep your mouth, stay away from them and I will agree to your deal but if you fuck me over I will keep good on my promise." She zooms away and hours later she ends up at the statue of the lonely girl. " What have I told you about being out at night?" She says. " I come about sometimes to feel close to you. I remember taking our last bike ride together and you were in so much pain. You were conflicted about your feelings for me and feeling obligated to Lucky. I know what it looks like when you are torturing yourself so please let me help you." She says " Outside of today, the last time I felt human and it was the last time I saw the children in person was Lila's funeral. I saw them sad but you told them Lila lives on in them and she would want them to celebrate her life. After everyone left, you came back and you talked to her for hours. Before that, I heard you telling them stories of us. About how we would ride on the motorcycle and how I wanted to steer but we would playfully argue about why I shouldn't and I heard you tell them the first time you realized you loved me was when I stood up for you against everyone. You felt valued because someone stood up for you and told them when they found someone like that to hold onto them." Jason says " I regret not fighting for us and for being a coward when Sonny faked his death. I get why he didn't want me to tell you and it was because when I am with you I am harder to control and I would put you first without you realizing I just never told you. If it would have fought for you I know you would have trusted me and we would have been together." Athena says " We still would have ended because there is no hope for me. I am cursed and I protected them the best I could. Today when they called me mom I felt a flicker of emotion that I have not felt in years. I know you want to save me but I am a lost cause but our children still have a chance. I need to keep them hidden until they are eighteen because they are truly special due to our bloodlines and because they are considered the trio of power. Have you ever noticed they never get sick or if they ever get injured it barely hurts? Even though they are slightly more human than vampires. They can live without blood and are capable of a great many things. I do not want my family to get a hold of them because if they do they will lose their humanity and bring this world to its knees. They deserve more than that and they will live for a very long time. There is something else you should know: your brother AJ is alive." Jason says " How is that possible?" Athena says " Someone froze his body and revived him and my family wants me to marry him to give them heirs." Jason growls " There is no fucking way he is getting anywhere near you. I will marry you instead and they can't touch you." Athena says " If you were to do that you would lose a part of yourself because you would be forced to be immortal and expected to give me an heir within the year and if you fail then they will deem you weak and kill you." Jason says " If it saves you then I will do it. I want to live as long as possible with you and our children. We give them what they want for now until we find a way to defeat them." Athena says " Why do you still protect me after all these years when I have caused you and our children pain?" Jason says " Because I love you and you did want you out of love, not cruelty. You have made all these sacrifices so it is my turn." Athena says " If you do this there is no turning back and we will have to deal with AJ." Jason says "Let me deal with AJ and you deal with your family and we set an agreement. When are they expecting you to get married?" Athena says " Anytime before September 21st." Jason says " Looks like we are getting married."
