Kol shoved Shane into the janitor's closet, Rebekah smirking beside him.
Shane tried to catch his breath, "Kol… And Rebekah Mikaelson, two members of the original vampire family. This is such a trip."
Then Rebekah looked into Shane's eyes, "Where is the cure?" She asked, trying to compelling him.
"Compulsion won't work. It's a little trick I picked up in Tibet." Shane exhaled.
Rebekah looked shocked initially, but shrugged it off. If compulsion doesn't work, they'll have to do something else."
"Right. Well, we'll just have to do this the old-fashioned way." Rebekah looked at Kol, who smirked.
"Beat him until he tells you where to find it." Was the last thing Rebekah said before walking out.
Once Rebekah left, Kol looked back at Shane with a smirk on his face. "Well, I guess it's just you and me. Now do you do this the easy way or the hard way?"
"Will my answer even have any effect?"
Kol chuckled, not even bothering to answer Shane's question.
Shane exhaled, "If I tell you, will you let me go? I have some important business I need to get done."
"Where are they?"
"Bonnie? I thought she left after our meeting."
Kol raised an eyebrow when he heard Shane say that. So that's why she was walking out of that office…
"I guess she wanted to see her friends, so she came back." Shane hummed.
"How about we split up, and then get back to each other if one of us finds them?"
Kol hummed. That must've been Nik's former sire and that blonde vampire's boyfriend that he wants to kill so he can have Caroline to himself.
Truthfully, he didn't get why Klaus would be interested in someone like Caroline. He had always been more into witches, so he'd have thought Nik would go after the Bennett witch.
Kol shrugged it off. More room to pursue her himself. He always held witches in high esteem anyways.
"Shit!"
Tyler walked out of the Chemistry classroom towards Bonnie, who was walking out of the Physics classroom. "They're not in the Chemistry room. And I'm guessing they're not in the Physics room either."
Bonnie shook her head, "Mhm." She sighed and laid against the wall, "We've checked almost every room…except the library."
"Still glued to your seats? Ooh, it's thick with tension here."
Bonnie and Tyler looked at each other and back at the library entrance.
"They're in the library."
"Did that hurt, having someone you love drive a dagger through your heart?"
Stefan glared at Rebekah, "Go to hell."
Caroline gave Stefan a sympathetic look, and couldn't help but think more about the sire bond. Elena probably has a lot going on in her head and right now, it doesn't look like she's happy.
Maybe it was because Rebekah was interrogating her, but something wasn't right.
"Did…that…hurt?" Rebekah repeated louder, looking more angry than ever.
Stefan looked down, at Elena, and back at Rebekah, "Yes."
For a moment Rebekah smiled sadly, but then regained her composure, "Welcome to the last 900 years of my life."
Just then, Tyler bursted the door open and came in with Bonnie. Caroline looked up in shock, but also relief.
Rebekah turned around, "Ah, good, you're both here. It was just getting depressing." She then looked at Bonnie, "I was going to send April to bring you in as well, but it looks like there's no need for that."
"What the hell is going on?" Tyler demanded to know, walking closer with Bonnie.
"Me and your friends are just playing a little truth or dare, but that's not why I called you. I just wanted to say that I'm sorry for your loss."
Confused and shocked, Tyler and Bonnie shared a glance and looked back at Rebekah. "What?"
Rebekah sighed, "As someone who knows firsthand what it's like to have Klaus ruin everything good in my life, I offer my condolences."
Tyler truly didn't know what to say. He expected Rebekah to torture him or something, not…this. But then again, this might be a trap.
"Now I know what you're thinking, but it's not a trap. I just thought it would be better to offer my condolences in person."
Tyler sighed and nodded, "Thank you. I-I didn't expect that." He replied, honestly. Rebekah may not have ever been his favorite person, but she was a hell of a lot better than Klaus.
Rebekah smiled softly at him, before turning to Bonnie, "I want you to come with me. Alone. "
Bonnie raised an eyebrow. She and Rebekah have never really been close, despite being on the cheerleading team together. It wasn't like they hated each other or anything, but most of the time they interacted, it involved her having to stop Caroline and Rebekah from fighting.
"There's something…important we need to talk about."
