The wind was harsh and cold, but he carried on. after all it wasn't as if he cared what happened to this body, in about an hour it would be dead.
A half an hour later he arrived at the base of the water tower, it was swaying slightly in the wind. he gripped the metal ladder, his hands freezing in the cold. he had had to wait until night to sneak out, since he didn't want to arouse suspicion. If someone found out he was sneaking away, they might follow him. they might try to stop him.
As he climbed the ladder he could see Dipper's soul floating up the ladder beside him. no matter, it wasn't as if he could do anything to stop him anyway.
"You sure are dumb, Pine tree!" he hollered over the roaring wind, "You know, I thought you'd at least be smart enough to avoid the potentially traumatising sight of your own body being thrown off of the water tower!"
"So THAT'S what you're doing with my body?!" Dipper screamed
He realised only then, that it hadn't even occurred to him to tell Pine tree what he was actually going to be doing with his body once he was done with it. Humans are so NEEDY! They need to be told every little detail of what's going on or they completely freak out! (Not that he particularly cared whether pine try was freaking out or not, but it was annoying all the same.)
"Of course! our deal was that you gave me a puppet, and I chose you! so I figured you wouldn't want this lousy old flesh sack back once I was done with it! after all, I broke quite a few of your bones! you'd be surprised which ones I managed to break!" He retorted with a grin.
Dipper visibly shuddered, but before he was able to respond, Bill flung Dipper's body off the side of the water tower, sending it plummeting towards the ground below.

A/N
Hey! This is the first "Author's Note" I've written for this story so far, mainly because I completely forgot to add one in Chapter 1. So, for this author's note I'll just be answering some potential FAQ about the story!
Q: Why are the chapters so short?
A: The chapters are super short right now (and that might change later on) but for now they will stay relatively short.
Q: How many chapters will there be?
A: I'm not entirely sure right now, but I do have a basic idea for the entire story so I know how it should all play out (for the most part)
Q: How often will chapters be posted?
A: Chapters will be posted rather often (since they are so short), but I can't 100% guarantee a set schedule. I might post four chapters in one day and then go three days without posting.
