So after that last chapter which was mostly just summarizing we can now get to the thrilling climax as I want to get this story at least mostly over with before Halloween (Some epilogue might come after and that's fine by me) also I get to include some bits about Mizzer Tourists to New York I forgot to put in previous chapters
So with both the Turtles and Glass Joe and Von Kaiser safely asleep thus meaning Great Tiger didn't have to worry about them, Great Tiger and Piston Hondo worked at the spot they had been working where Eleanor had found them, by a twinkling brook that ran through the middle of Forest...After what he had seen in the deep recesses of Isis' mind Great Tiger felt sure that Isis was a reincarnated Mizzer Humanimal, now reborn into a Mutant Animal body here in Third Earth and now with this information he felt certain of what the White Ronin was after…
So he and Piston Hondo worked forming a circle of things that would hopefully remind Isis of her former home...Mizzer Humanimal tourists weren't hard to identify as their planet's culture was essentially 'Space America' they had the typical American habit of wearing their opinions on their belly. If you saw an animal person and their T-Shirt said things like 'Mizzeran: Now and Forever' or 'Mizzer Humanimal and Proud' hinting that during their decade in enslavement they hadn't been treated particularly well by the existing Slave Humanimals (But for an Indian like Great Tiger who understood the caste system that really wasn't surprising, much different from the Christian belief of 'My Brother in Christ' and that all people are made in the image of God which would cause people like the Americans to believe that the Humanimals would be unified against their common enemy simply because they were both Humanimals but Great Tiger understood that the Humanimals were indeed like humans in that ideals rarely work out in people the way they should and that people can and will divide over anything…
After an hour their work was complete and Great Tiger and Piston Hondo went back to Eleanor's mansion to wake the others to get ready for 'The Big Jump'
Meanwhile after completing the Third Test all the Mutants were exhausted being the one adult of the Mutants Dana felt obligated to take responsibility and said "All right White Ronin...If that's who you are...We jumped through all your hoops now we want answers! What was this all about?! What do you want from us?!"
The old man laughed making the two men by his side who were still just ordinary humans very nervous "What I want…" He sneered "IS YOU!"
And with that the White Ronin raised his arms and he seemed to both grow and turn into clouds or smoke...As his smoke-like body elongated he sort of...Oozed down from his viewing box and certain Mutants like Lovelace and Stripes screamed in fright! He seemed to take the form of a Serpentine Dragon with a human face complete with his long white beard as he rose up and circled around him.
"I was once an ordinary man…" The White Ronin said "...Until I discovered the means to harvest powers from both men and Kami! I helped the Ninja Tribunal attain their own powers and I agitated them against the Invaders from the West you might know as Europeans! Since then I have come to hate all spirits who sided with the Western Invaders including those the Westerners call 'Fairies' where I am called a 'Demon' or a 'Yokai' and that brings me to you...I have long yearned to satisfy my sweet tooth for fairy life energy...And you all have some of that as all have the souls of Humanimals who are imbued with Fairy Magic! You are all naughty Humanimals who have been reincarnated in Mutant Animal bodies!"
Bacon Bit looked at Dana who had become like an 'Aunt' figure to her and saw the Mutant Doberman's face a look of sorrowful recognition…
"Dana!" The Mutant Piglet exclaimed "Is...Is this true? We were all Humanimals?!"
"Yes…" Dana sighed "...We were all Humanimals from Mizzer but I didn't want to tell any of you because I didn't want to upset or frighten you!"
So with that out of the way we can now have the heroic rescue! A reference to the Animals of Farthing Wood with 'Mizzerans: Now and Forever' is meant to echo the quote 'Farthing Wood Animals Forever' which in the original novels goes into more detail about how that attitude caused problems for them in their new home of White Deer Park in the case of the Mizzer Humanimals with the Native Slave Humanimals it's more nuanced, neither side were exactly saints
