Chapter 2
The next day Alex and his friends head off to their classes learning and what not.
When it's time for lunch the friends are hanging outside of the School eating sandwiches while drinking milk and soda.
"Hey you know I just realized? We don't even know how each-others powers work. We only heard of them, but never saw them in action. Why don't we show how our powers work?" Bobby suggests.
"I'm down. We can use our empty cans and cartons as targets." Sunspot says.
"Bet. Let's set them up." Bobby says as he puts them up on the bench.
"Alright. Each of us get two targets each. So let me demonstrate how it works." Bobby says as his skin and body turn into ice.
"WOAH! You are Iceman!" Alex and Roberto exclaim.
"Told ya." Iceman says as he blasts two ice spikes into the cans.
"Awesome! My turn!" Roberto walks over as his body is engulfed by a black substance and now his whole body is black and wavy, with yellow eyes and solar energy radiating around him.
Then he charges up and blasts solar energy completely destroying the can and carton.
"Sick! We are fire and ice!" Bobby yells as he blasts ice to prevent any fires.
"Alright Havok. Your turn." Iceman adds.
"I don't know. I might destroy the school or something."
"Come on! You don't how your powers work unless you try." Sunspot adds in.
"Fine. Then you two will see what I mean." Alex says as he takes a deep breath, then two blue rings of energy spin around him, but as he throws them to hit the targets, they miss completely and slice off the sides of the bench, leaving a trail of fire where they where.
"WOAH! Those are like Destruto Discs from Lizard Square X!" The two yell exited.
"Yea... the problem is I can't aim them where I want. They just go where ever."
"Hey man, I get it. Just keep practicing and you will get the hang of it." Bobby says to encourage him.
"You boys are so stupid. Using your powers outside of the school." A strong feminine voice says from behind them.
The three look over and see a woman with long purple hair, purple stockings, red shorts, a purple shirt and a katana around her waist.
As Iceman sees her he lowers his shades to get a better look, while both him and Sunspot are jaw dropped by her stunning body.
"What do you mean by that?" Alex says defending them.
"I mean using your powers so carelessly and dangerously. You three could have hurt someone." The woman elaborates.
"Well here's the thing lady, we are just showing how our powers work, getting to know each other. And besides we are being careful." Havok says crossing his arms.
"Whatever. Don't be surprised when you all get into trouble. Boys are that way anyways." She says as she starts to leave.
"Hey what's your name anyways beautiful?" Iceman asks trying to be flirty.
She stops and says "Call me Psyclock." She says as she walks away.
"Man she's hot." Bobby says
"Yea, but Havok. You really stood up for us. Like a leader of a team stood up. Just like your brother." Roberto says with Bobby agreeing.
"Heh I guess that's right. Guess it runs in the family. But we better get a move on. Class with Forge will start soon." Alex says as they head over to the class.
Later on after the class with Forge, Cyclopes comes into the class and announces they will have a tournament in two weeks, so they should be training up.
So then we see Havok in the danger room as he is throwing his energy discs to a dummy but they continue to miss and he gets frustrated yelling in rage.
Then Cyclops comes into the danger room.
"Hey, what's going on?" He asks.
"I just can't seem to control my powers. It's pissing me off!" Alex yells.
"Hey, I understand, look at me, I can't control my powers, I need optic goggles to control them." Scott says tapping his mask.
"Wait...That's it! I will see you around!" Alex says as he runs off.
"HMP. I wish you luck." Cyclopes says watching him run.
Back with Alex, he runs over to Forge and Beast with the two in conversation about technology.
"Hey! Could I speak with you two?" Alex says out of breath.
"Oh Alex, sure what's up?" Forge asks.
"Well I was thinking. I can't control my powers no matter how hard I try and with this tournament coming up, I want to use my powers effectively, So, what if you two could build me something like Scott's goggles?"
"Hmmm, we will need to see how they work then we can see how we can help." Beast responds.
They head over to the Danger Room and Havok shows them how his powers work and the downsides to them.
"Alright. We can see what we can do. We will need you around so we can make measurements and how you want your suit to look." Forge says.
"If it means a awesome suit and controlling my powers, I'm down." Alex responds as they head over to the lab.
While there, Beast and Forge measure Summers to get his body size for his suit.
Alex draws up some designs with them all agreeing on one.
Then they make a large circular device and put it inside the chest area of his suit, with this taking around 2 weeks for the scientists.
Finally they finish the suit and the device as Beast hands it to Alex.
"Alright Alex, try it on." Beast says as he hands him the suit.
Alex goes into a changing room and in a couple minutes, he comes out in his amazing outfit!
It's a completely black rubber suit, with a tech blue dot and circle on his chest, tech blue lines going from his chest to his wrists where they connect to lines wrapping around his wrists, and a mask covering his hair and around his eyes, with three silver lines on top of his mask, a silver X on his belt, and combat ready black boots.
"You look great Alex." Forge says as he and Beast fist pump each other.
"Thank you. But while I'm in this suit, I want to be called Havok."
"Havok. That's a good name." Forge responds.
"Man, I'm going to show it to my friends. The tournament will start soon. See you guys around. Thanks again! I will repay you guys someday!" Havok says as he heads to the dorms.
Eventually, he meets back up with his friends with them both wearing trench coats.
"Hey guys! What do you guys thinks?" Havok asks as he shows his outfit to them.
"AW MAN! That looks clean and slick!" Bobby yells.
"Dude! It's fresh to death!" Roberot responds.
"Thank you. What about you guys? Do you have outfits for it?" Alex asks.
"Sure do. Check it out!" Bobby says pulling off his trench coat showing his dark blue suit.
"Yo! Sick!"
"That's not even the best part. Check this out." Bobby says as he transforms his whole body into ice with his suit blending in and making look like his whole body is ice.
"That is nice!" Havok says.
"Alright. My turn!" Roberto says as he takes off his trench coat showing he is wearing black leather jeans, a zipped up black leather jacket with a big yellow X on the chest, then he turns his body into solar power to look super cool!
"Guys! We look so badass. We are X Men!"
"Hell yes!" Iceman and Sunspot yell.
"We are going out there to the tournament and we will show them how awesome we are!" Havok yells to encourage his friends!
