The unveiling of the plaque to Mrs Patmore's nephew brings back a memory for Thomas.

March 1912 - a baby is abandoned at the doors of Downton Abbey. Servant Thomas Barrow agrees to claim paternity for the foundling. The story mainly revolves around Thomas and his daughter, but the other characters also play a role in every chapter. The characters don't belong to me, only the OC does.

Mrs Patmore decides to sell her B&B, after the house of ill repute scandal and she is devastated, but unexpectedly the Carsons decide to give her a helping hand. AU-different plot then we had in the series. Placed by the end of season six.

Just some drabbles, about things happening in the series or movies. I am also adding scenes that may not been seen in the show, but they take place in between the scenes that we have seen. (I also added drabbles, that link back to the series, but are not necessary scenes in between.)

In this story, I'm going to focus on the gap between the conversation about full marriage and wedding. I have a feeling, that there was a lot going on behind close doors, but we didn't have a chance to see that, so I'm filling the gap.

We meet Cora when she is 31. She has moved to London, to get her writing career started. One day she hears beautiful piano music coming through her window which inspires her to write. Will she ever meet the one who plays that piano? Robert is 34 and works for his father's company, managing estates. He secretly plays the piano.

Edith Crawley, now happily married and expecting her first child with Anthony Strallan, defies his overprotective concerns by sneaking out to enjoy the estate, prompting a heartfelt reconciliation when he finds her, leading them to a deeper understanding of love and freedom.

Set after Season 3 Episode 5, this short story will explore a slightly different turn of events following the tragic death of Sybil Crawley hours after childbirth.

A series of scenes involving Mrs. Hughes and Tom. Many of the staff and family will be featured in various scenes so the characters will be changing except for Mrs. Hughes and Tom. Chapter 3 has been replaced with the correct version.

On their journey to Downton, a series of amusing mishaps leaves Edith and Sir Anthony stranded, turning a simple trip into an unexpectedly romantic adventure.
