"Oops, my hand slipped," said Van while pulling the sword out and jumping back. The whole time he had a bloodthirsty smile across his face and the blood from the sword was splattered onto the ground.
"My… my lady," said Golden Monkey as he stumbled around, blood staining his suit from the stab wound which he had placed a hand on.
"It… it's alright, I got you," said Multi Hound who had caught him.
"I… I lov…e you," is all Golden Monkey could say as his hand fell away from Multi Hound's face, hitting the ground while his eyes went distant and lifeless.
"No, it can't be," said Shadow Moth as he watched the hero turn into Adrien.
"This… this can't be real," said Nino.
"Looks like that's the end of your dear partner, Ladybug, and soon this whole world will go with him!" said Van while laughing.
"You're going to pay for that!" said Shadow Moth who wildly began to attack.
"Hey, I know you wanted to kill him too but is this not going too far?" asked Van who only dodged the other man's attacks without a single one hitting him.
"He was my son!" said Shadow Moth.
"Shadow Moth is Gabriel Agresste?!" asked Nino and Alya. Meanwhile, Marinette had undone the unities and fused back into one before transforming back into her normal self.
"What are we going to do now?" asked Mullo who was eating along with the rest of the Kwamis.
"The only thing we can do," said Marinette while reaching into her pocket.
"This is just too easy," said Van while standing over a defeated Shadow Moth. The remains of his cane laid nearby, shattered to pieces and useless for him to use to fight back with.
"You won't get away with what happened here today, we will find a way to defeat you," said Shadow Moth as he glared up at the other man.
"He will be paying here and now," came Marinette's voice as something came blasting by and grabbed Van before heading up into the sky before vanishing into the clouds which began to rain at the same time.
