Meyfoire, Kingdom of Antheria Year 839 H.E
One Hour after the attack
Everything seems to be confusing as Haiden begins to wake up wondering what happened it wasn't until he bolted up remembering everything as he looked around to see himself in an alleyway with a young Hawanese boy around his age looking at him.
"Hey, looks like you're finally up. The names Natsuo Hayata." The Boy said as he looks towards Haiden. "Wha-what happen? where are we? Are we-" " Woah slow down there. To answer those questions, we're still in Meyfoire, you pass out after what I assume those creatures ate your parents after I and my friend I lost on the way here saved you after you passed out." "If we're still in Meyfoire how far in-well out are we? Surely, we are close enough to the outskirts of the city, aren't we?"
Haiden looks at the boy who sighs and then answers him again. "Sadly, we're nowhere close to the Outskirts in fact we're only ten blocks away from the center and seven blocks away from what happen to your parents there's justtomany of those things, but it seems to have died down a bit are okay with going forward or do youstillneed time?" Natsuo asked as he looks at Haiden sternly but also concern. Haiden looks to the left and right of him as he checks his area to the left shows no signs of those creatures to his right though there's seems to be some lurking around looking for people to eat. He looks at Natsuo and nods at him telling him he's ready.
"Let's head towards the left there doesn't seem to be too much of them so let's go this way." Haiden said as He grabs Natsuo's arm and heads to his left. After a moment of running, they've come to a complete stop as the head out of the long alleyway that they have just been in. As the look they can see the aftermath of the attack as bodies further out lay on the ground underneath rubble as the houses look unrecognizable as if they've been in a war zone. Not taking chances to be seen by the giant pig creatures the hurry down the street. Once they reach the outskirts, they spot a group of people try to board a train as soldiers are reprehending them that they have to leave and that there's no room for them. Suddenly out of nowhere the land begin to shake panicking the people boarding the train as the try to look where the shaking was coming from. It wasn't until they look back at the city and realize that the creatures caught up to them as the then start to run at them. In desperation people begin to push the soldiers back only for them to get shot as the train departs. Wasting no time Natsuo and Haiden rushes to the train pushing through the crowd of people as the make an attempt to escape as the last car of the train becomes visible in a split-second decision Natsuo jumps on to the platform of the back of the train with Haiden behind him. In the distance a soldier notices Haiden and decides to lift his gun up and aim at him, as he does this, he then shoots Haiden in the leg who almost stubble if it wasn't for Natsuo who grabs his arm and pulls him up.
After failing to shoot him the soldier then tries again only to notice something of as he then looks up to see a pig like creature hovering over him as it picks him up. In horror, the soldier tries to fight back only for the creature to rip him apart as he screams, only to be silence as his head was chomped off.
