Elsa sat at the table by the library window drinking her tea. Outside there was a gentle snowfall.

"I really appreciate you've joined me for tea, Jean Luc," she said.

"The pleasure, as always, is mine," he replied, smiling.

"Would you mind talking about matters of state?" she asked. "I've had some problems that have been on my mind. Nothing serious, but-"

"I'm happy to discuss anything," he said.

She looked deep in thought while taking another sip of tea.

"But, at the end of the day, don't listen to me, listen to them." He gestured at the town below.
