"Stupid icehole, stupid icehole, stupid…" Seething, Ann angrily grumbles glaring at her boat being encased in ice swiftly slamming stamping stomping her heel into the ice below brow furrowed fiercely trying to free her boat from the ice below, she had to be careful though if she used too much forces she'd drop down into the seabed and she didn't exactly want to be wet if she could avoid it she'd be thankful…

"There are other words outside stupid you know?" Surprised, she jolts up at the voice, turning harshly on her heel, drawing out her flint towards the tall towering figure that was Aokiji.

"Oh just keep walking icehole!" Incensed, she snaps scowling at the ass.

"Afraid I can't do that." He crouches down as with ease he gets it out.

"Oh would you stop following me you freak!" Furious, she snatches the boat back.

"Freak's a bit rude don't you think?" Tiredly, he eyes the grumbling girl looking it over.

"And freezing Luffy isn't!? Great the rudder's frozen…just what I needed…" Agitated, Ann curses cross.

"Ah that…" Aokiji hums.

"Don't brush it off icehole! You have no reason to attack them!" Tense, she snaps pointing at him.

"They harboured a fugitive." Flippantly, he shrugs her off.

"She was a child! There's no reason for you to hate her. I did what I did you can't blame her for a decision I made." Agitated, Ann reminds Aokiji.

"…You know I can't hate you." Aokiji sighs softly.

"Really? Because I'm more than happy to hate you. I mean what are you even trying to accomplish testing them like that anyway?" Ann asks Aokiji annoyed.

"Hm?" He hums.

"Just because you spared my brother doesn't mean I owe you jack!" Ann glares at Aokiji.

"I never said you did." Aokiji aloofly shrugs her off ticking her off.

"Then stop searching for me…I'm not going to give you the answers you want." Ann tells him how it is.

"Is me looking for you that troublesome?" Aokiji asks Ann.

"Best thing for you is to keep away from me surely Sengoku and all that told you the same haven't they?" Tiredly, Ann argues.

"Yeah…they have." Aokiji admits.

"And you didn't listen…?" Ann furrows her brow befuddled.

"Nope." Aokiji answers.

"Why?" Ann frowns.

"You know why." Aokiji answers.

"I'm not going back. Just leave me alone." Agitated, Ann huffs turning to leave.

"You know I can't do that." Tiredly, he sighs softly at Ann.

"Do you honest think you supposedly changing is going to change anything that has happened? That poor girl has been through enough hell and you are here to continue to torment her?" Angrily, Ann demands from Aokiji.

"I'm here to put the past behind me." Aokiji recites resolved.

"If you are then leave her alone leave me alone." Angrily, Ann orders.

"I can't do that." Aokiji repeats resolute.

"Of course you bloody can't what would the big wigs you bend to say right?" Ann sneers.

"Ann…just tell me why you're here." Aloofly, Aokiji questions her.

"I can't do that." Tiredly, she tells him.

"And why not?" Aokiji queries.

"Because you marines will make things worse like you always do!" Ann assumes.

"Ann!" Aokiji scowls seeing her try to storm off.

"To say it was nice to see you would be a huge lie and I hope we never meet each other again!" Angrily, Ann snaps swerving on her heel huffing turning to leave.

"I wish I could say the same…" Scowling, she glares at Aokiji as she tries to go about her day before cursing when she suddenly trips falling flat to the ground.

"…Not. One. Word." Agitated, Ann points to Aokiji simply sighing, the gentle ring of the bell on his bike making the message clear.

"I am NOT getting on the bike with you!" Ann refuses.

"Why not? Your only ride's broken you really want to walk through the ice in those heels." Honestly, Aokiji points out to the glaring girl.

"Hey these heels are amazing." Ann defensively disputes.

"And you're avoiding the point." Pointedly, Aokiji deadpans.

"I am NOT getting on the bike of my enemy!" Enraged, Ann seethes.

"All right your loss." Aokiji shrugs about to go on his way while Ann sighs.

"…Urgh hold on." Ann groans raising her hand huffing.

"Hm?" Humming, he watches her force herself over.

"Let's make some rules first no unnecessary questions and no talking!" Sternly, she sets some ground rules down.

"You're the one doing the talking." Tiredly, he points out.

"Just agree to it!" Irritated, she orders.

"Fine…" Flippantly, he shrugs.

"Good." She uses the rope of her small boat of sorts tying it to the bike.

"Water seven is it then." Aokiji assumes.

"Yeah. And don't even think of handing me in as soon as we get there, I'm gone got it gone with the wind!" Sternly, she tells him.

"Yeah, yeah…oh pardon us." Aokiji continues on his way on his bike, the seal calling out to the two as Aokiji apologises to the seal while the annoyed Ann is on the bike one leg over the other pouting at the situation she found herself in…

"Robin!" Nami perks up at the sight of the recovered Robin.

"Robin swan!" Sanji coos at the sight of the no longer frozen Robin.

"Robin do you still feel cold?" Chopper rushes over to her.

"Your regimen has helped me recover. Thank you, you are a great doctor." Robin thanks Chopper.

"Calling me a great doctor won't make me happy you bitch!" Beaming, Chopper spins about bashfully blushing.

"He sure looks happy." Usopp takes note of the dancing reindeer.

"Yep." Luffy confirms.

"Don't push yourself Robin. Luffy's already recovered enough to run around screaming his head off but you can take your time." Nami advises Robin.

"Yay." Luffy cheers.

"That wasn't a compliment!" Nami snaps at Luffy.

"Robin-chan should I make something to warm you up? Have you gotten your appetite back?" Sanji offers.

"Yes may I have some coffee please?" Politely, she requests.

"Of course!" Cheerily, he goes to do just that.

"Ah Nami…" Robin calls out to her.

"Hm?" Humming, she turns to Robin.

"Did Ann leave?" Robin queries.

"Ah yeah when we got to Luffy she was long gone." Nami confirms.

"She probably took care of that admiral." Zoro assumes.

"She isn't a yonkou's left hand for nothing! Just like my dad!" Usopp boasts.

"So she's gone." Robin furrows her brow by the news.

"Yeah." Nami confirms calmly.

"I see…" Disappointed, Robin sighs sadly, smiling still she should have known, no one could tie Ann down after all as the strew hats head to water 7.

"Gorosei something terrible has happened!" A marine rushes over to the five elders all sat down before the marine bowing before them.

"What is it?" One of the elders demand from him.

"The fleet we sent a few days ago was defeated by the left hand of the Yonko red hair Shanks…" The marine begins the report but…

"…You mean Portgas." The elder's hues narrow at the name.

"Yes." The marine confirms.

"…The D's truly are a troublesome force…" The bald one with the glasses grumbles.

"She's meeting with Yonko Whitebeard Edward Newgate!" The marine add astonishing the elders.

"What?" The Gorosei's eyes expand at the news not quite sure what to say to this development.

"Captain it's Pink Haired Ann!" One of the whitebeard pirates call out to the man attached to the lifelines.

"Eh? That brat?" Whitebeard hums downing a barrel of some sort.

"Here comes pink hair…" Jozu eyes the blonde coming up on board.

"The weak ones stay back you can't handle that person." Marco tries to warn them but…

"What'd you mean by you can't handle that person? She's just some girl." One of the newer recruits scoffs.

"She ain't just some girl you need to go inside." Marco warns but it falls to deaf ears as just like that with the crisp click of heel hitting the ship, do tons upon tons of men fall flat to the ground…

"Oh my god Eddie I'm so sorry for missing out on the feast you wouldn't believe what happened, I get attacked by an admiral, bloody freezes my rudder…" Apologetic, Ann makes her way over to the old man tiredly oblivious to the pirates falling flat around her.

"What's wrong? What's happening to them!?" Panicked, one of the men cry out there.

"It's already too late." Jozu states.

"Don't panic they just lost consciousness." Marco assures the scared crew.

"If you're half prepared you won't be able to hold your senses before that woman." Jozu crosses his arms over his chest.

"Aokiji tried to get you to talk again did here?" Whitebeard remarks as Ann tosses him a small jar of sorts.

"Urgh don't want to talk about it had to have a while bike ride for two with just still silence it was so awkward! Still though I hope this drink is enough to give my apologies I'm sure the feast you hosted was great. But I had to get my rudder fixed and this guy would not budge on the haggling." Huffing, Ann ruffles her long locks of pinkish blonde not batting an eye to the bodies slowly but surely falling…

"As usual her haki is as powerful as her old man's…." Jozu remarks as just like that…she clocks on.

"Eh? Ah apologies for the surprise visit and for the bodies below I was in a bit of mood earlier shouldn't have let my haki outburst do that though sorry, sorry, oh Marco you're looking as dashing as ever join our crew!" Cheekily, she soon spots the bodies on the floor flirtatiously winking at the blonde still standing.

"And you're as ballsy as ever…no." Marco rejects the girl.

"Aw come on one date." Dubiously, she presses playfully winking.

"D-Date?" One of the still standing men perk up.

"M-Marco go for it she's a beauty!" Another adds eagerly.

"She's also a terrifying woman…" Marco remarks.

"I can't help it when I want something I'll get it." Amused, Ann winks at Marco.

"Tch brat you're just like your old man stealing my sons right in front of me." Whitebeard glares down at Ann.

"Ah sorry sorry Shanks is supposed to be coming later on I thought I'd give you a heads up." Ann admits to Whitebeard.

"As I heard from your little rookie." Whitebeard's brow furrows.

"Ah yeah you made rockstar cry gramps that's too mean." Ann teases.

"Your captain had the nerve to send me a letter if that bastard wants to speak to me he'll do it in person." Proudly, Whitebeard bellows, scaring a fair few but not Ann as she simply smiles.

"I know, I know we've just been a bit busy not to mention marine activity has been a pain in the ass." Agitated, Ann grumbles glaring to the side.

"Don't make excuses brat you think we don't deal with the same crap you do?" Whitebeard argues.

"…It pains me to see you this way." Sighing, Ann couldn't help but admit eyeing the IVs impaled into Whitebeard.

"That's time for ya I can still fight you know…" Whitebeard reminds her.

"Oh don't I know it? Still I hope you enjoy the sake." Softly, she smiles up at Whitebeard.

"Is that all that the woman who came here to show her haki say?" One of the men shakily standing sneering.

"I said I was sorry! My Haki's just a bit up and down right now…I bumped into a right headache, an admiral I'd be on the lookout if I were you." Ann huffs eyeing the cracks created around the rim of said ship.

"An admiral eh? You didn't finish him." Whitebeard eyes Ann.

"And have the whole navy on me? Please I can only stand so many headaches in one day." Ann grumbles cradling her head at the thought.

"You idiot hahah!" Whitebeard laughs.

"Oi Portgas look what you did." Marco's annoyed voice adds.

"I said I was sorry maybe I can buy you a drink sometime to compensate for it." Cheekily, she winks at him.

"You're relentless!" The blonde glares at the amused Ann.

"Hahaha! Like father like daughter!" Whitebeard bellows.

"Not my fault I like older guys." Amused, Ann winks.

"Old man should we…?" Jozu begins but…

"Yeah it appears this isn't war leave us alone." Whitebeard orders.

"West blue sake this isn't good enough." Whitebeard frowns at Ann.

"From all the sea's I've been in there's no sake that surpasses this water's skin healing properties it's sake from my captain's hometown you should be thankful." Teasingly, she smirks at Whitebeard.

"Not bad…Roger, Garp, Sengoku only a few of those who knew the seas back then remain…" Whitebeard sighs softly.

"A lot can change." Ann shrugs.

"Yeah such as someone's alliance, I heard you became a marine after Roger's passing, the hell was that about? Working with the people who executed your old man?" Whitebeard's hues narrow at her.

"It was the old man's last wish." Simply, she shrugs sat down cross legged before the man on his throne of sorts.

"He wished for that?" Whitebeard's brow furrows.

"For me to follow Garp…" Ann answers.

"But you didn't last…" Whitebeard points out.

"You think I could wearing the marine colours forever? Hearing them run my father's name through the mud…hearing them hoping to hunt down my mother and brother…please the shit I've seen those bastards do…it's unforgivable…" Anguished, Ann seethes snarls shaking at the sheer thought of it all.

"Seems just like yesterday you and that red headed bastard were just apprentices on Gol D. Roger's ship…" Whitebeard recalls.

"And it seems just like yesterday your hair was as long and gold as goldilocks locks." Amused, Ann teasingly throws back.

"Hah! I remember…! You were pretty good on Roger's ship unlike the other apprentices you didn't hesitate when it came to killing." Whitebeard recalls.

"It was me or them simple as that." Tense, Ann's hues harden at the murky memory of her brothers being at stake she couldn't let them get hurt due to her hesitation…

"Heh I remember that weird faced partner of yours crying clinging to you like some child…" Whitebeard chuckles.

"Yeah haven't seen Buggy in a while I really should visit him." Happily humming, Ann considers.

"That his name?" Whitebeard hums.

"Yeah." She recalls.

"He was always with you clinging to you like some baby is that funny red nose dead?" He pries.

"I hope not…it's funny messing with him I heard he's still a pirate though." Ann recollects.

"It feels just like a while ago it happened there are just a few of the ones who became legends…the daily duels of you and Hawkeyes still sound new to my ears…" Whitebeard recalls.

"Please Shanks was the real rival to Hawkeye, Drac and me just like teasing each other." Ann dismisses dubiously.

"Hm…still it must have been easy taking that path…" Pained, Whitebeard looks down at the strained smile of Ann.

"No…it wasn't. It really wasn't but…it was my captain's last order you know?" Anguished, Ann crosses her arms over her chest at the miserable memory of it all of her father's final days still smiling despite it all…

"Your loyal it's a shame you're not one of my own." Whitebeard sighs sadly.

"Aw come on Whitebeard you've always been like a grandfather to me, rival or not." Ann smiles at him.

"Heh…when a soon to be admiral suddenly returns to the path of piracy anyone would be surprised, what had happened to make you return to your past of piracy Portgas?" Whitebeard couldn't help but ponder.

"A lot happened and I sorta just…snapped I suppose. I have seen many things in the years of being a marine but what I saw that day…what would have been lost to the future generation…I couldn't let that happen…I couldn't let what he left behind be forgotten…" Firmly, Ann anguished vows swearing it remembering the fierce flames feasting upon the tall towering tree of Ohara's library…remembering her friend be frozen solid remembering the young face of a crying child, her blues begging beseeching for some semblance of aid as she ran through the fiery forest, running as fast as she could to keep the Poneglyphs alive to keep the girl alive…to keep her alive.

"If you don't have regrets then it's fine." Whitebeard blurts out.

"Whitebeard…" Anguished, Ann calls out to him.

"Hm?" Humming, he looks down at her.

"Call Ace back." Beseechingly, Ann begs the old man.

"I thought that's why you'd be here." Tiredly, he sighs sadly at Ann's pleadingly face.

"He'll get himself killed the fruit that Blackbeard has will kill him! Ace is strong I know that, but Blackbeard is not to be taken lightly you've seen what he did to my captain to your fellow son!" Earnestly, Ann attempts to explain.

"What do you want me to do?" Whitebeard demands from her. The air around them turning tense, the once bright blues of the soft sky turning pitch black, grey clouds soon standing over them…

"Call him back! Order him back! Get Marco to bring him back by force if need be. I've tried talking to him but he won't listen if he listens to you…please…you have to stop Ace." Anguished, Ann begs beseeches Whitebeard but…

"Hahahaha!" Whitebeard laughs bursting into a fit making Ann's hues harden.

"You think this is funny!? Ace will die! All of you will die if you go after Teach, leave him be it's not yet time for Blackbeard to fall!" Furious, Ann seethes standing up, hand darting down to her handle.

"The old man is laughing…" Surprised, one of his men point out.

"That's like the way of talking of that funny nose his crime is…something that should never be done on a pirate ship, the murder of a nakama. He broke the iron rule. Since the time he got on my ship no matter how stupid he was he became my son as had Ace due to your request and out of respect for you I gave him the family you said he needed. Now where does the soul of a murdered son go to? I have to show that man that without morals you can't cross the world! It's my responsibility to show Teach his foolishness! Do you understand moron! You're 100 years too soon to instruct me!" Mad, Whitebeard bellows boisterously enraged as he slams the sake she had handed to him at her however she simply quirks her head to the side, dodging said strike.

"It's my brother's head on your shoulders Newgate!" Ann seethes snarls standing withdrawing her blade.

"I am Whitebeard!" Whitebeard bellow boisterously as both blades clash, slamming her blade bashing against Ann's own, a bright blast of haki being released between both of them but they both remain strong, firm throughout the shockwave scowling at each other.

"That pink haired bitch what's she doing to the old man!?" The onlooker glares at the back of Ann.

"Wait, wait he isn't the type of man that does stupid things…" Marco stops the onlookers.

"But it seems something went wrong in the conversation look at the sky the clouds o the sky has been divided!" Jozu points out as the waves wash crashing against each other while the sky above shows said crack created by both divided debates…both of them falling to a crossroads…

"The wind brushes through the hair of the straw hats perched upon the gate before the tall tower of Enies Lobby arms crossed as they stare up at the chained Robin ready for her demise…

"Robin where have you been?! We've been looking for you!" Sanji questions her, Chopper by his side.

"I won't be going back with you we shall part ways here in this city." Coldly, Robin dictates.

"How can…?" Chopper begins but…

"There is a darkness within me that none of you are aware of that darkness will one day destroy you all." Robin ends for Chopper.

"It's all thanks to Aokiji who gave us the permission to use the buster call…! This is my biggest chance yet!" Spandam beams brightly at the news as he holds the golden snail in his hands happy at the power.

"I'm not after the Poneglyphs in order to receive the weapon I just want to know our history…" Honestly, Robin admits to Iceburg pinned down to the ground held down by Robin's hands as she holds a gun to his head.

"That doesn't matter! You're still pursing that history even after witnessing the fate of the Ohara Demons!?" Iceburg assumes angrily.

"What do you know about Ohara!? The life I threw away the happiness I had forgotten the dream I had given up on they were all given back! I was able to find Nakama…Nakama who believed in me." Robin seethe snarls at Iceberg before beginning to break…

"So, what's your wish?" Iceburg questions Robin after she removed herself from Iceburg, removing the gun and hands protruded out from his body.

"To allow the other six Straw Hats to leave this island unharmed!" Robin declares.

"That involves resurrecting the weapon don't you care about what'll happen to the world!?" Iceberg panics perturbed.

"I do not!" Robin admits.

"Oh one more thing I received a report earlier it said a bunch of idiots barged in here trying to rescue your sorry ass!" Spandam cackles taunting the battered beaten locked up Robin on the floor. Frankie by her side just as banged up and locked up as her.

"Impossible!" Robin gasps.

"Too bad they've all probably been arrested by now Straw Hat Luffy and his crew. Enies Lobby's 10,000 soldiers will dispose of them like trash!" Spandam cackles crazed.

"Wait! We had a deal! In exchange for my cooperation they were to be left unharmed!" Robin reminds him.

"They departed water 7 and subsequently came here." Spandam tells Robin.

"Why did they come here!? Robin bows her head anguished as a robed figure from the top of Enies lobby watches on smiling softly at the sight of the rubber boy, a stray strand of pink pouring out of her hood…

"ROBIN! I'M HERE TO SAVE YOU!" Luffy yells calling out to the chained woman startling Spandam seeing all the straw hats unharmed lined up ready to take back Robin…

"There goes Pluton…heh man Luffy you really know how to make things interesting…" The hooded blonde beams brightly as she watches Frankie set the pluton plans to flames

"If you invoke a buster call right now…it will wipe out Enies Lobby…as well as you!" Robin tells Spandam shaking trying to get him to comprehend the power behind the snail in his hands.

"W-What are you blabbering about? You think I'd be killed by friendly fire!? You don't know what you're talking about!" Angrily, Spandam snaps at Robin.

"Twenty years ago…it took everything from me. So many people's lives were ruined… All with a single attack the buster call and now…it's back! It's being directed at my carefree nakama the more I want to be with you guys…the more my fate endangers you! No matter how far I sail…I cannot escape such a powerful enemy! Not when that enemy is the world itself with all of its darkness. First with Aokiji and now this…I've gotten you involved twice! If this goes on no matter how kind you all are…you'll eventually see me as a burden! You'll end up betraying me and tossing me aside! That's what scares me the most! That's why I didn't want you to come save me! If I'm just going to be discarded one day I'd rather die here!" Robin bows her head at the murky memory of it all, Aokiji's words ringing through as she tries to explain herself to her crewmate unaware of the pained figure watching this all from afar.

"Robin…" Anguished, the hooded woman whispers softly sadly at Robin as she watches from afar.

"Hahahaha! I see! You're spot on! That's right no one is stupid enough to take you along without seeing it as a hindrance! Take a look at that symbol pirates! That design represents the unity of more than 170 predicating nations…located throughout the world's four oceans as well as the Grand Line. That's the world. Do you realize how puny your defiant existence is in comparison!? Can you guess how many powerful organizations are in pursuit of this woman?" Spandam cackles crazed boasting about the flag above them all.

"I'm well aware of Robin's enemies. Sogeking…shoot down that flag." Luffy crosses his arms over his chest.

"Roger that. This is my giant slingshot its name is Kabuto behold its might! Hissatsu Firebird Star!" Sogeking does just that burning the marine flag bringing a small smirk to the robed woman's lips at the sight.

"It can't be…!" Robin gasps at the fierce flames feasting on the flag.

"All done." Sogeking reports.

"H-He's done it!? Do they have any idea what destroying a flag means!? These pirates…just declared war on the world government!" The marines gawk gape at the sight only making the robed woman's smile widen.

"Are you kidding me!? Don't think you can oppose the entire world and make it out alive!" Spandam screams scared.

"BRING IT ON! ROBIN! I NEED TO HEAR IT FROM YOU! SAY YOU WANT TO LIVE!" Luffy roars as tears freely fall from her as the robed woman waits to hear her answer…

"Life…"

"There's no place for you in this world Robin!"

"Your very existence is a crime Robin!"

"I thought even wishing for it was wrong…no one ever accepted me!"

"I JUST WANT TO DIE!"

"Except…except…"

"If I can live who says you can't? The ocean is vast Robin one day without a doubt…you'll meet nakama who will protect you!"

"If…if even for a moment I can express my true desires…then I…"

"I WANT TO LIVE! TAKE ME OUT TO SEA WITH YOU!"

Robin begs beseeches the Straw Hats, the tears freely falling from her.
