Within the land of Hyrule, Princess Zelda sat upon a mountain, sketching in a journal a flower called a Silent Princess.
"We are unable to grow this specimen and must hope that it thrives in the wild. If only there were a way, yet perhaps it is meaningful because it has been untouched by us," she told herself.
The wind silently whistled through the air as Zelda packed up her gear. She stood up and looked upon the entire kingdom of Hyrule. More specifically she looked towards Hyrule Castle in the distance.
"This kingdom, it is truly a sight to behold. I just hope that I will be able to unlock this power to protect everyone," she told herself. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. "Right, better get back. Everyone might be worried," she said.
She was moments away from walking down the mountain when suddenly the ground shaked. She looked around.
"What was that?" she asked herself.
She began hearing a strange noise from the sky. She turned up and found the sky turning red as the clouds blackened. She watched in horror as the Halberd descended into the land.
"Could this be a sign of the Great Calamity? No, it's too early, but what in Hylia is that?" Zelda asked herself.
The Halberd began spewing out shadow bugs that covered the land in Primids. Zelda was in deep thought trying to understand what was happening. Suddenly the neigh of a horse was heard as a stallion arrived and riding it was Zelda's royal knight, Link. Zelda walked towards him.
"Link, we must head to the castle, immediately," she said. Link nodded in response as she hopped on his horse and they rode off.
Above the cloud line, Kirby flew the Warp Star towards the Halberd as King Dedede and Bandana Dee hung on tightly.
"Kirby! Slow down! Do you have to ride so fast?!" Bandana Dee yelled.
They moved past the clouds as they saw the entire kingdom of Hyrule being invaded.
"Whoa, they're doing the same thing here as they did back on Dreamland," Bandana Dee said. "Yeesh, am I not important enough to be exclusive! Unbelievable!" King Dedede complained.
Suddenly the cannons on the Halberd began to move and point in their direction.
"Uh- uh! That's not good!" Bandana Dee yelled. "Move Kirby! Move!" King Dedede yelled.
Kirby suddenly flanked the Halberd as it opened fire upon them. Kirby swiftly moved the Warp Star through the firing as he tried to get closer, yet they kept getting pushed back.
"We're not going to be able to get close!" Bandana Dee yelled.
Inside the Halberd, Wolf watched as the Primids opened fire and Kirby and the others.
"RARGH!" he roared, "That pink brat survived?! Well it's not going to matter! Today we end him!"
A red button began to beep and Wolf pressed it as a hologram of Ganondorf appeared.
"Wolf, status report," Ganondorf said. "We're taking this world swiftly Ganon, relax," Wolf said. "Do not underestimate the fighters of this world! If they're anything like mine, then they won't be easy to take down," Ganondorf said. "Eh, you got experience? Why not do the dirty work yourself?" Wolf asked. "Just follow command," Ganondorf said. "Fine, fine," Wolf said as the hologram turned off.
A Primid walked past and Wolf grabbed it by the collar. "Make sure they're blown to pieces!" he ordered. Wolf walked away towards his Wolfen, prepared to take matters in Hyrule into his own hands. Meanwhile inside the vents, they hadn't known that they were being watched.
Inside a vent, a man watched the monitor of the Primids trying to blow Kirby and his friends into kingdom-come.
"Otacon, this is Snake. Do you copy?" he whispered. Static came through the other line. "Otacon. General. Anyone? Do you copy? Does anybody hear me?" he asked. More static came through. "Either I'm too far… or they didn't make it," he told himself, "Still, I've got to complete the mission."
Snake slowly opened the vent without causing any noise. He jumped out stealthy, quiet enough so the Primids don't hear him.
"Here goes nothing," he thought to himself.
Snake loaded up his pistol equipped with a silencer. He aimed carefully for the Primids and he made his shot. He walked towards the console as the Shadow Bugs left the room.
"Works every time," he said, "Now, let's give these guys some help."
Snake got to work to deactivate the weapons that were firing at Kirby and his friends. He then placed a flash drive into a port on the console.
"Alright, let's see what they have here," Snake said as he started searching in on the plans.
Kirby narrowly dodged laser beams and other projectiles until they suddenly stopped.
"Uh, what happened?" Bandana Dee asked as they continued to fly around the Halberd. "I don't know, but look!" King Dedede said as he pointed out an entrance, "Let's go!"
Kirby directed the Warp Star into the entrance as they entered the Halberd. As those events occurred, Link carried Zelda on his horse as they ran through the hordes of Primids on the ground. Link had unleashed his Master Sword and sliced the Primids that dared to confront them.
"These things, they aren't natural! They are a creation," Zelda said, "Whatever they are, they are causing destruction. We cannot let them take over." Link nodded.
Suddenly they heard a loud whisper-like noise. Wolf on his Wolfen was tracing them and it began opening fire, launching them forward. Link grabbed Zelda as they rolled through the grass and his horse ran off.
"What was that?!" Zelda asked. Link grinded his teeth as he fiercely grabbed his sword. The Wolfen flew up, spun, and was ready to do another pass by. "Grahahaha! Prepare to die!" Wolf yelled.
Wolf shot more lasers towards them. Link ran forward, shield ready, and at the right moment the lasers hit his shield as he parried them back. Wolf quickly dodged the return fire.
"Ah! You mother-!" Wolf cursed.
Link quickly took out a bow and shot three arrows, with one hitting the engines on Wolf's engine. The Wolfen crashed into the ground but not without Wolf jumping out and landing in front of Link. Zelda had run up to Link as he took out the Master Sword and he stoically kept his position.
"Who or what are you?" Zelda asked. "The name's Wolf, and you're going to pay for that!" Wolf yelled as he charged.
Link stood still in his position as Wolf opened fire as he ran at them. Link used the Master Sword to deflect the shots. Once Wolf got up close, with a flash of light, Link sliced Wolf's blaster clean through. Wolf's claws immediately glowed purple as he was about to scratch Link until Link quickly brought out his shield and Wolf's claws smacked the shield as Link tossed him back.
"Rah! You! Ganondorf was right!" Wolf yelled. "Ganondorf?" Zelda whispered to herself. Wolf looked as the Primids were surrounding them and he smirked, "Let's see you try and take on an entire army." Wolf stepped back as a black portal appeared and he stepped through, disappearing along with it.
Link kept close with Zelda as he sliced the Primids.
"Link, there are too many," Zelda said. Link grinded his teeth as a drop of sweat swam down his face. "Well you're not alone!"
Multiple kunai-s flung through the air and smacked straight through the Primids. In a puff of smoke, with the grace resembling a ninja, Impa arrived.
"Impa!" Zelda said. "Link, I'll protect the Princess. You do your thing," Impa said. Link nodded as a response and held his sword and shield tight as the Primids closed in.
On the Halberd, Kirby, King Dedede, and Bandana Dee hid in a corner as they moved through the corridors.
"I still have to know, why is Meta Knight doing this? And who is this Wolf fella?" Bandana Dee whispered. "I don't know, but when I get my hands on him I swear," King Dedede said.
They heard footsteps approaching. King Dedede held his hammer tightly, as did Bandana Dee with her spear. Sweat dripped from Dedede's and Bandana Dee's faces, while Kirby mostly seemed confused. Suddenly next to them a cardboard box shook.
"Hey, what's this box?" King Dedede asked.
Suddenly Primids poked around the corner. Suddenly Snake jumped out of the box and rolled. He quickly pulled out his pistol and shot the Primids.
"Kept you waiting, huh," he said.
Snake turned over to the others, who were shocked, besides Kirby who still looked confused.
"Come on, let's get it moving," Snake said with a head tilt as he ran ahead. "Should we trust him?" Bandana Dee asked. "I don't know," King Dedede said, "But hey, he seems like he could protect me."
King Dedede had grabbed Kirby and followed Snake through the corridor as Bandana Dee followed right behind them. Snake led them through the Halberd until they made it to the bridge.
"This looks like the bridge," Snake said. "It sure is mister, but may we ask who you are," Bandana Dee said. "If we survive this, then yeah," Snake said. "Okay, great response," Bandana Dee said with sarcasm.
Snake kicked down the door and rolled in and landed on his knees as he had his gun out. Everyone else awkwardly followed in.
"What the?" Snake said with confusion. "What the heck are those things?" King Dedede asked.
Commanding the vessel were two-dimensional men that looked straight out of an 80's video game, and they all stared at the group. Suddenly they summoned bells and they rang them.
"What are they doing?" Bandana Dee asked.
The ceiling opened up a hatch that released Shadow Bugs and then more Primids appeared.
"They're sending out an alarm! Take em' out!" Snake ordered.
Snake shot at a couple of the Primids. Bandana Dee stabbed her spear straight through 4 Primids as if they were kabobs. King Dedede smacked some of them into the wall while Kirby drill kicked them. Then the two-dimensional men somehow fused together and created a giant octopus.
"What now?" Snake complained. The giant octopus moved its tentacles, smacking everyone. "Ow! Ow! Come on!" King Dedede yelped.
A trap door opened and the octopus grabbed everyone and tossed out of the Halberd. King Dedede and Bandana Dee were screaming as Kirby spun in the air, and to their rescue came the Warp Star. Meanwhile Snake didn't catch the Warp Star, but was diving towards Hyrule.
"What is he doing?!" Bandana Dee asked.
Snake dove straight until he finally rolled and he took out a device that slowed his descent as he landed on a tower. Then he was met up by the others.
"What was that?" Bandana Dee asked. "It's a Cypher," Snake said. "I don't know what that is, but can I have it?" Bandana Dee asked. "No," Snake said.
Snake looked up as the Halberd's engines roared and it was ascending the cloudline.
"Looks like we're not going to be able to get back in, not for a while," Snake said. "Should we follow?" Bandana Dee asked. "In a moment," Snake said as he took out a flashdrive, "First, we need to show someone this." "But where the heck are we going to do that? I don't know if you've noticed but it looks like we're in a medieval ren fair," King Dedede said. "Hey, you managed to travel to another planet. Could you do it again?" Snake asked. Kirby tilted his head in confusion.
They heard screams and Kirby turned around and saw at the bottom Link and Impa protecting Zelda while fighting off the Primids. Kirby immediately jumped into action.
"Kirby! Don't leave me! I wanna go home!" King Dedede complained as he followed. "Suppose we got another show to follow," Snake said. "I feel like that's a good catchphrase. "Showtime"," Bandana Dee said. "Let's go," Snake said.
Link sliced the Primids as Impa tossed kunai continuously.
"There's too many!" Zelda yelled. "Hold your ground!" Impa yelled. Link slightly nodded as the Primids closed in.
A Primid popped up behind Zelda. Zelda thought it was over until suddenly the Primid was kicked by Kirby. Kirby landed on his feet and then immediately jumped up and drilled kicked a Primid. Then Snake rolled in and tossed in a grenade that blew up some of the Primids.
"What the? Who are you?" Impa asked. "Just call us your help ma'am," Snake said as he shot the Primids.
Bandana Dee hopped on top of Snake and tossed her spear as King Dedede spun his hammer around.
"Man, these creatures sure are annoying," King Dedede said. "Are you a Rito?" Zelda asked. "A pretty fat one," Impa murmured. "Hey! I'll have you know I am 100% a Penguin, or something like that! That's what my mamma told me!" King Dedede exclaimed, "Plus I am fat boned!" "And I'm his royal guard," Bandana Dee said.
Link sliced up the Primids while Kirby kicked any of the Primids that tried to get Link from behind. Impa tossed her kunai as quickly as Snake rolled beneath them, shooting the Primids, meanwhile King Dedede smashed the Primids into pancakes.
"These things just keep on comin'!" King Dedede yelled. "Well we're not going down here!" Impa yelled. "Hm, I cannot sit around and do nothing," Zelda said.
Zelda grabbed an ancient slate known as the Sheikah Slate from her belt. She tried tampering it to work to try to activate it.
"Come on. You have to work, in the name of Hylia now is our moment," she said.
A Primid came up in front of her which caused her to let go of the Sheikah Slate while stumbling back. Link immediately came in front of her and sliced the Primid and grabbed the Sheikah Slate before it fell to the ground. Suddenly the Sheikah Slate came to life when it fell into Link's hand and multiple bombs were sent out and the battlefield flashed blue.
"Huh, pretty impressive kid. Couldn't have done it better myself," Snake said. "Link! You've activated the Sheikah Slate!" Zelda said, impressed. "Mind you we're fighting so can you oh I dunno, help!" King Dedede yelled. "Oh, right! Link, may I try?" Zelda asked.
Link passed the Sheikah Slate onto Zelda.
"Hm, perhaps now that you have activated the Sheikah Slate, perhaps now I might be able to-" she said.
Suddenly another Primid appeared and Zelda tapped the Sheikah Slate and the Primid was quickly frozen in time.
"Astounding!" she said.
King Dedede smacked it once. The Primid unfroze but was launched away.
"Cool!" Bandana Dee said. "Oh the discoveries we can make with this!" Zelda excitedly said. "Yeah, that's great Princess, but I think we have to survive to do that," she said.
Suddenly out of nowhere a large object appeared.
"What is that?" Zelda asked. "Oh no! Not this again!" Bandana Dee yelled. "Not this again what?!" Impa asked. "We gotta get outta here!" King Dedede yelled.
Suddenly the Warp Star quickly approached their destination.
"Wait, we're getting out on this? How are we all supposed to fit?" Zelda asked.
Kirby immediately opened his mouth wide open and began inhaling the air.
"Whoa! Whoa AH!" Impa and Zelda screamed as they and Link were sucked in. "Just don't swallow," Snake said.
They hopped on the Warp Star and immediately took off as the bomb exploded and sucked Hyrule into an eternal darkness.
