Chapter 88 Rise of the undead

Tenchi and the others traveled through the land together. They have been going through the rough parts as theres man jagged rocks around where they are.
"Who would even pass here?" Tenten said.
"It's clear the enemy wishes to make sure nobody would come." Kurotsuchi said.
Tenchi looks around but then purple lightning came down surprising them as skeleton warriors rise up from the ground.
Tenten got shocked and stunned with Chojura saying: "Skeletons?!"
"Great, another like the reanimations." Neji frowns.
The skeletons charged at them with swords and axes as they roar. Kurotsuchi uses Lava Release: Quicklime Congealing to shoot making many get delayed.
Conan slashes many of the skeletons with Chojuro and Tenchi doing the same with they're weapons.
Tenten takes out many weapons as she throws them at the warrior, they got sent down but they slowly fixed themselves.
Kankuro used a bigger puppet. "These guys just won't give up."
"We need sealing experts!" Tenchi called out.
Many shinobi came as they threw wrappings around many as the seal masters threw talismans to make the seal on some.
"Alright!" Two girls high fived.
"They're still coming!" Tenchi said.
Many of the warriors came and they had to fight them back.
Darui shoots many beams at them. "Lord Supreme Shogun, what shall we do?"
"We must find the source, someone must be controling them." Tenchi said.
He looks around and Sakura then noticed something, she rushes forward and punches the ground near it making a big shockwave hitting many back, then a woman comes out.
"Mesmira." Conan frowns.
She looks at them and she's sorceress with long black hair.
"Well it seems your ally managed to notice me. If I didn't run I would have been hit." She looks at Sakura.
"I managed to notice after a similar battle." She said.
Mesmira looks around. "So these are the warriors of the elemetal nations. They tend to seal our soldiers away."
Many got they're weapons ready since they can tell she's powerful.
The undead kept going and the shinobi kept sealing as much as they can.
"If only Gaara was here we could have stopped them better." Kankuro said.
"Try to reduce they're bodies to the point they can't fix themselves." Tenchi said.
Sakura punches at one breaking into way smaller pieces that the light from it's eyes dies out. Lee also strikes at many with the stronger members trying to take down a huge part of the army.
"Oh so that's your plan." Mesmira chuckles.
She charges up a spell and shoots at them making many avoid it as it made a huge explosion.
"That much from a single attack." Tenchi got surprised.
Mesmira shoots more magic to make her soldiers stronger as they kept going to attack.
"Kurotsuchi! Use your quickslime to trap many for the others." Tenchi said.
"Right!" She does that as the seal masters started to do they're work on many.
The soldiers fight back before they could be sealed but Tenchi and Conan slash many of they're limbs off.
Jezmine throws many shurikens to strike back at the skeletons. "We gotta get her."
Tenchi charges at Mesmira who dodges his slash.
"You know, you could be a good husband for me." She smiles.
"What?" He got surprised.
"Don't touch Tenchi!" Sakura charges forward.
She looks and shoots a spell but Sakura punches through it, Mesmira got shocked as she got hit away.
The Sorceress holds her side and spits out blood. "How is she this strong?"
Sakura attacks making Mesmira block with a barrier with the medical nin showing her power pushing her back.
She throws many punches making the sorceress grunt as the others fought the army back. Mesmira goes back and shoots lightning making Sakura block with her arms.
Mesmira then saw the seals appearing on Sakura.
"She's getting stronger." She got surprised.
Sakura punches the ground making it cave in as the soldiers went inside getting buried alive.
"My men." She got shocked.
She then got attacked from behind and Mesmira saw a red hair barbarian woman.
"You." Mesmira teleports away.
They looked at the new one.
"She's here." Conan said.
"Who are you?" Tenchi asked.
"I am Red Sonja, and I am a friend." She smiles.
"Really?" Lee asked.
"Yes, I was traveling until I saw Mesmira from a distance. I didn't expect her to make a attack like this." She said.
"It seems he must have sent here." Jezmine said.
"Oh I see." Sonja said. "If he's planning something we should go to his castle."
"We were preparing to go there, but then she came and attacked us." Tenchi said.
"It means that Thulsa knows we're coming." Jezmine said. "He wouldn't send Mesmira if he didn't know."
"We must continue and head towards the castle." Conan said.
"I know, but it's best not to rush in." Tenchi said.
He might be more reckless, but he isn't stupid.
"So what's the plan?" Sakura asked.
"If we can find a different entrance we can get him by surprise." He said.
"That would be the best." Samui said.
"Okay, let's get this guy before something worse gets to us." Tenchi said.
They went forward and made sure none of the skeletons came back. They had a taste of magic of this world and the shinobi were stunned a magic user can surpass the greatest of the Charka users.
But Tenchi wonders if Hagoromo was here before or not. Since this guy might be very old it makes him think that he must have met Hagoromo in the past.
'If he fought him than it will be more difficult since he can be more skilled than Hagoromo himself.' Tenchi thinks.
Thulsa is head from a distance. "Foolish ninjas, your power will not stop me in my conquest. I will subdue you and take you as my slaves. And you Conan, I will finally have your head and conquer the entire land."
Note: Mesmira is from the conan cartoon with Red Sonja making a appearance, I wanted to add more things from Conan lore into this arc.
