The Abandoned Town
Several years after discovering forbidden magic, Starlight Glimmer, now a teenager, is planning on something big. "Okay," Starlight Glimmer said to herself, "Now it's time."
For all those years, she had been living all by herself with no pony to care for her. But she had proved to live all on her own. Though there was still no pony around for her to tell her stories. At that moment, Starlight Glimmer was just walking by herself on top of a cliff.
Then, suddenly, Starlight Glimmer had tripped on some vines. She tumbled down and ended up approaching a cliff. Luckily, she had stopped herself before she had fallen off. "Okay," she said, "I'm fine."
She managed to get up, but she'd stopped herself dead in her tracks. Because Starlight Glimmer had found something out in the open. "What is that?" she asked. Starlight Glimmer had found an abandoned town.
It's not as big as most of the other towns in Equestria, but to her, it is home. Starlight Glimmer walked down off the cliff she almost fell off of and got a closer look at the mysterious town. "Wow," she said, "This is amazing."
Even if the houses are old and decaying, Starlight Glimmer is still amazed. "Time to do some exploring," Starlight Glimmer said. So, she did, but there wasn't much to explore. But she is interested of the town's arrangement. It is in two straight lines and that's all there is to say about it. Nothing else.
"Okay," Starlight Glimmer said in conclusion, "This is it!" By now, Starlight Glimmer had chosen this small abandoned town as her new home. "Okay," she said to herself, "Now I need help to restore it." But still, there were no ponies around to help her.
So, she managed to make herself at home first.
