Somewhere near Knoxville, Tennessee, 11 Months after Gojiras Rampage.
The Woods Crashed as the Theropod Like Form of Jira emerged, she was much smaller than the other Kaiju, comparable in Size and Weight to a Theropod Dinosaur, although her form more resembled a Mix of a Tyrannosaurus and a Utahraptor and Weighing in around 18 Tons, although she wasn't very durable compared to anyone else. She had figured these out a long time ago, and of course avoided human society unlike other Kaiju, human weapons were very capable of affecting her, and Jira had only thing that the others did not.
The Ability to reproduce Asexually, without a Mate. She had already laid her eggs, and they had all already hatched. She had to hunt for them however, and unluckily for her prey was scarce. She was the Size of a Large Tyrannosaur, which had evolved to hunt large Herbivores, and Large Herbivores had been scarce the last couple of Million years. As a Result, Jira had spent a long time stalking the woods, and unfortunately unlike a Real Tyrannosaur she wasn't very stealthy, every time she got close to prey she seemed to scare it off, she had scarcely enough to feed herself. She had resorted now to breaking into the Human City to find suitable prey, and she knew there was a Zoo here that had prey to suit her needs.
Jira was no dumb monster, she was quite intelligent, actually, and when she did end up making choices like this, it was her own maternal instinct. She broke through a Fence, stepping out into the cold, drizzling rain and onto the street, roaring at a couple cars. She stepped over the Parked Vehicles, crushing them and splattering Metal and Glass onto the street. As she looked down the road towards Downtown Knoxville she knew she would have to move quickly, she could see well in the night and move better undetected. Jira thought to herself about the experiences encountering Humans in the Past, remembering their strange-looking vehicles and deciding that it would be best to avoid them, although she would still have to enter the city to find them.
Jira walked towards the city, it took time for her to encounter her first civilians, the ones she stepped on were already empty, but her first vehicle she encountered was a Bus driving out of town. When it came into her view she sprinted towards it, the Bus stopped, and tried to Reverse, but she had already caught up to it. She grabbed the Frame with her Jaws, biting through Glass and Metal, then she began to twist it and she could hear and feel the Metal Bending and breaking. Jira then stepped on the front and crushed the Drivers Cabin, the Tour Bus was then flipped over, its occupants scrambling to get away from her. Jira stepped on the Underside of the Bus, its Fragile Components broke under her foot, and she roared at the fleeing occupants of the Bus, she then launched herself off of it, the force of her leaping broke some component in the Bus, and as she landed off the ground it exploded behind her.
Jira could hear wailing Police Sirens in the distance, and in order to avoid the confrontations she quickly walked over a Metal Fence and into the Woods, she might be able to get closer if she went through here. She kept low to the ground as she walked, and as she did she just realized how much these woods extended towards the city, she could get much closer than she thought she could this way. As Jira snuck through the underbrush she heard a Fire Engine Rush past in the distance, followed by police vehicles. She was hidden by both Darkness and the Foliage, and Jira was thankful they were focused on securing the scene, as she continued to sneak through she came across a Small Stream, Its Rocky Shores surrounding the raging waters. She stepped over the stream, producing a Splash as she climbed over a Small Mound and sending a Cascade of Dirt and Pebbles down, as She stood on the Mound of Dirt she could see the Nearby Streets and Fences of the city, and now she had no choice but to emerge from hiding.
Jira stepped onto the street, crushing the Metal Bars of a Fence. A Car driving on the road swerved to avoid hitting her, and she watched as it Crashed against a Wooden Fence, breaking through it and hitting a House. She stepped over a Parked truck as she continued, the entire vehicle breaking down and exploding under her feet as she stepped over it. Luckily, although Jira wasn't very Durable, she was mostly fireproof. She kicked the Flaming wreckage into a Nearby Streetlamp, and she bit down on another Streetlight, curious as to what it was. She tugged and ripped it off, the Light shut off and she tossed it at a Nearby House, where it impaled itself into it. She continued to an Intersection, biting down on a Passing Car, stopping it then raising it up before throwing it back down, the car was flattened against the ground, its wheels bent to unnatural angles. Jira could hear Police Sirens Approaching, and as she watched several of them, with a Swat Team following, Rounded a Corner and drove full speed at her. Jira roared at them, turning tail and running the other direction, she spotted a House at the end, running towards it she braced herself, jumping through the building at full speed her nearly 20-ton mass hit the building, instantly it crumpled, shattered as she burst through it, when she emerged from the other side she turned at the collapsing structure, She roared at it as something ignited a Small explosion within the Debris.
Jira, walking over a Fence, could tell she was much closer to her destination now. She was emboldened by this, perhaps growing a Bit arrogant, Jira, pressing forward, decided to run straight through a Crowded Commercial Area. The Traffic here was much heavier, one of the cars nearly hit her, swerving into oncoming traffic and colliding with a Truck, causing it in turn to Spin out and hit a Pole. She watched as the Cars all either swerved successfully away or crashed, either against each other or some obstruction. Jira ran straight through a Sign advertising a Dozen different stores, sending sparks as the Sign broke off and crashed against the street. Jira could hear the Human Polce returning, they were already on the road and racing towards her, and Jira turned towards them, the Tiny spines on her Back lit up, glowing a Fiery Orange as she unleashed her Fire Breath, the Ignited Gas striking the ground and creating a Wall of Flames between her and the Human Forces.
This took a lot of energy out of Jira, and she quickly lept on top of a Nearby Gas Station, the store began to deteriorate under her weight, and she lept off it as the roof collapsed, sprinting over a Highway overpass and climbing it. Some of the cars had stopped to watch her, but as soon as she began to climb they drove off, Jira watched them, of course, but she also continued to her destination. She walked over the concrete divider in the middle of the highway, she leapt off the highway once she got to the other side.
Once she jumped down she realized she could hear police far ahead of her, although she noticed that they were moving away from where she was, Jira found that strange since she was the cause of most of the problems in the city. Jira continued to walk, crushing several cars, and eventually turned onto a Road where she was, for a moment, aware of an Oncoming Vehicle. She felt severe pain in her leg as the Vehicle Struck her, and in the pain she was aware of the Humans getting out and rushing at her, she quickly got up, pushing through the pain,and bit at the Soldiers, throwing one with her jaws, their firearms were ineffective luckily, and with a Swipe of Her tail she dispatched the rest, flinging them into the wall and incapacitating or killing them. Jira turned her gaze to the Humvee they had used to ram her, it had its Front Dented in, and with Anger she grabbed its Frame with her Jaws, she could feel the metal distorting as her Teeth tore into it, and she began to walk, limping, she then threw the Humvee with all the force she could, she watched as it Collided with the Roof of a House, something Ignited and the House Exploded, blowing apart in Flames, Jira Roared.
That's when she heard something, in the same direction of the distant retreating police sirens Jira heard Screams, So many Screams, she heard Gunfire, followed by Crashing Noises and a Strange…Chittering? Jira looked around her, then focusing on the locations of the sounds, she could see the Tracer lines of Gunfire, followed by Several Explosions and swaths of smoke rising into the air. Jira began, cautiously, to walk towards it, she walked straight past the zoo, and suddenly realizing her destination was right there she pushed the wall down and walked straight Inside. She Noticed damage on the walls, holes, some embedded spikes Jira had no memory of, and as she inspected the walls she found a Splatter of something that sent Chills down her Spine.
Blood.
Massive amounts of it, streaks of blood, drops of blood in such quantity it might seem like it rained from the sky, and she could see Pieces of Flesh discarded across the Entire Complex of the Zoo.
Jira began to back up when she heard the Noise again, a Strange Chittering, followed by the Noise of a Creature Scuffling across the ground. Jira turned to the noise, but it was already gone and she could hear it running Circles around her. Jira roared, and she suddenly spun and swept her tail around, hitting the wall and knocking it over. She turned to the discarded wall and saw the Creature that had done this.
It was a creature unlike anything Jira had ever seen, at first she thought it was a Spider, then she saw Quills running up its back and down its Legs, and unlike other Spiders it had pincers, like a Crab. She stared down the Arachnid Monster, which, she also noticed, had roughly a 2 Dozen Eyes. The Creature made an Attempt to rush at Her, But Jira Sidestepped her and Used her Tail to Trip one of its Legs. The Monster, however, did not fall over, rather it simply lurched, collected itself, and came back at Her. Jira rushed at it as well, she tried to leap at the Monster but felt her Leg Buckle, she had nearly forgotten she had been hurt by the Humvee. Jira felt the Arachnid collide with her and she felt one of its Pincers squeeze her Tail, she felt searing Pain as she felt its crushing strength, so she bit down on its Nearest Limb and began to charge her Fire Breath, a Orange Glow lit up her spines and as she did the Arachnid Monster let go, probably sensing what was wrong.
Unfortunately for the Arachnid, by then it was already far too late, and Jira didn't let go. She Felt a Stabbing Pain as it tried to use another Leg to Claw her, but she held her Grip. Finally, she let her Fire Breath Loose. The Resulting Flames Torched the Creatures Leg, she felt it weaken, then it broke off as it burned. The Creature Shrieked, she continued the onslaught of Fire Breath, watching the Creature wriggle around as its carapace was bathed in flames, It quickly backed away, but Jira ran after it, Grabbing its Carapace with her Jaws, she pushed the Arachnid through a Building in the Zoo, then threw him through a Wall back out onto the Street.
She Roared at the Monster, Charging at it, she pushed it, shoving it through a Nearby Cafe, She watched as the Arachnid looked at Her, its Eyes flaring with Rage, it charged, raising 2 of its front pincer legs, Jira ducked beneath them and Shoulder checked the Monster, Biting one of its Rear Legs and Then using all her Strength to Toss it into a Nearby Storefront, where it crumpled in the side of the building. It got back up, Roaring, It Charged at her and she felt pain as its Front Legs connected this time, she grabbed onto one of its legs and began to tear, there was a terrible cracking sound, followed by a Snap as she managed to rip it clear off, before tossing it into the Storefront and impaling the Glass of a Clothing Shop. Now without 2 of its Legs, it was very unsteady while walking, and as she watched it fell over.
Taking advantage of this, She charged the Arachnid Monster again, Stepping onto it with her foot. She roared at it, and it responded in Kind by shrieking at her, trying to grab at her with its Crab-like Pincers. Jira charged up her flames, and when it was done the Head of the Monster had been roasted and its movements gone still, she watched as the Lights Faded from all of its Eyes. She roared, then began to bite off pieces. She hadn't considered Arachnid for Dinner Previously, but she supposed it would do. As she ate some of the Creature, she realized that her fire had actually cooked the Skin, and she began to carry it off to her Nest.
As She dragged the Carcass of the Arachnid Back, she watched several armored vehicles drive past her, completely ignoring her. As she stared she realized that there were billows of Smoke coming from the City Center, Jira, looking at the scene, realized there were the same noises being produced by the Arachnid coming from that area, she guessed there were probably a Dozen other Such Creatures roaming around fighting the military, and as she dragged off the creature she heard the whish of Fighter Jets Overhead. Jira was certain she wasn't who they were after, but she did not wish to find out. Jira dragged the Carcass all the way back to the nest, and there she set it down infront of all 9 of her babies, who quickly began to tear at the carcass, making chirping sounds. She looked at the Hatchlings fondly, before sitting down. She could hear the distant Explosions and sounds of Gunfire, and she just wanted them to stay away from her family, she didn't care if they did anything else as long as they did that
UNGCC Floor, New York City.
Dr Serizawa was in his office, reading over the papers of the aftermath of Kamoebas Attack on Costa Rica Earlier that year. He had no idea why he had been so aggressive towards Humans and even other Kaiju. Serizawa had been studying his attacks for the past month, studying his powers, behavior, and he couldn't find much reason. Perhaps Kamoebas was just a Manovolent Kaiju and had something out for Humanity, and that would fit everything that they saw too.
There was a Knock at the door to his office, and Serizawa told them they could come in. Serizawa wasn't surprised, but was most definitely horrified that it was Dr Brody stepping in. Brody only came in if another Kaiju had surfaced or if an Existing one was attacking a city.
"Sir, we've been receiving reports of a Kaiju Mass Casualty Situation in Tennessee." Brody said, and Serizawa began to think. No Mutagen facilities had been in Tennessee, Mutagen had nothing there at all, if this had popped up in Tennessee then it had to have come from somewhere else.
"How bad is it?" Serizawa asked, and Brody gulped.
"The Kaiju have put the city under siege, the Small Local Police Force and whatever military assets are trying to hold out, but they are losing badly, it is expected the city will fall in the next 2 days." Brody said, and Serizawa began to deconstruct what he just said, finding some amount of confusion.
"The Way you worded that makes it sound like there is more than one." Serizawa said, and Brody nodded.
"Well, Yes." Brody answered, "We don't know how many there are exactly, but it seems a large number of Arachnid Kaiju within the City, at least 22." Brody then handed him a Map of the City of Knoxville, which had a Number of Red Circles near the Downtown and some Suburban areas.
"What is this supposed to be, exactly?" Serizawa asked Brody.
"These are areas with either sightings or Engagements." Brody told him, "They also represent known areas we lost, this map is probably already outdated though, since it was created 15 minutes ago."
"Can I see a Picture of one of these things?" Serizawa asked, Brody handed him a Small Photo, looking at it, Serizawa could see that the Creature was one he never wished to see again. It looked like a Mix of a Crab and Spider, with over 20 Eyes that glowed various colors, Giant Pincers, a Lot of Legs and some fur on its carapace.
"What an Ugly little fellow." Serizawa said, "You said there were about Twenty of these things?"
"That we know of." Brody said, "These things don't exactly leave a lot of survivors, and there is another Kaiju that we spotted in the City, the numbers are obviously lower than the real count-"
"Another Kaiju?" Serizawa asked, his voice suddenly filled with Anger, "You probably should have told me that before, yeah?"
"Well Sir, I think the Arachnid species might have been more important at the Time, besides, that other Kaiju is Jira." Brody said, showing him a Picture. Serizawa knew a Lot about Dinosaurs, but what he saw was beyond his knowledge of the creatures. Jira was already known before, but now they had a much better picture of Her. She looked like a Large Dromaeosaur mixed with a T-Rex, more specifically a Utahraptor.
"Jira is by herself?" Serizawa asked.
"Yes, we did not see any other specimens, Jira retreated to the Woods after killing and Partially Consuming one of the Arachnids." Brody informed him, and Serizawa thought for a Moment before speaking.
"I remember hearing a Theory about Jira, one that said there is a Chance she could reproduce through Parthenogenesis." Serizawa said, "It is just a Theory, but if it's True then there could be a Lot of Jiras soon, but I think for now we should Focus on the Arachnid creatures."
"Kumonga." Brody corrected him, "The Working Name for them is 'The Kumonga', don't ask me how they came up with that."
"Well, these Kumonga can obviously reproduce if there are so many of them, and given how we didn't detect these guys before they probably are pretty stealthy too, they could be deadly for both humanity and the ecosystem." Serizawa informed Brody.
"So what do you recommend?" Brody asked
"Destroy the whole city, Cauterize the wound, make sure none of those things survive."
Somewhere off the Coast of Siberia
It had been 4 Days since the last Sighting of Gojira, A Russian Fishermen whistled an old folk song, he had just cast his line when he felt the boat begin to tip, He held onto the sides, letting go of the fishing rod in His Panic, The Fishermen was completely stunned and Gasped as a Line of Dorsal Spikes Emerged from the Water, and just as soon as it started it had ended, the Dorsal Spines disappeared, sailing straight for the Pristine Woodlands of Siberia.
Gojira was back.

The Fishermen brought out his phone and called the UNGCC HQ, luckily he was able to get reception, and so the UNGCC was informed of the Sighting, and began to make plans, as Gojira might be making landfall in a Less Populated Area, Deadly options could be on the table.
