Ch. 6: The Classes

It was the next day and Chloe was still trying to get used to not only no Sabrina but as well as Marinette as the team leader, when Marinette told the team that they will unpack their stuff after classes are over because they need to get ready for the day.
Chloe listened and followed but couldn't help but think that was an obvious thing that they were going to do and it annoyed her, that her teammates Adrikins and Alya. Especially Adrikins were praising Marinette for the idea and Adrikins had that look in his eyes whenever he sees her ever since they met in the junkyard that day
Chloe was about to suspect it was love when the bell for breakfast rang and team MAAC left to eat and ate with team MMRN where they found out that Markov (one of the people on the team) was a robot and Markov explained that he was built by Max Pegasus, the team leader of team MJIK
Max was a fourteen-year-old, horse Faunus with black hair and wore glasses. Was wearing a dark brown zipped up long sleeved jacket, black fingerless gloves over dark brown gloves, black belt with holsters attached, dark brown pants and black shoes
Both of team MAAC and team MMRN couldn't help but be impressed by Max.
A teenager, having built a robot with combat and AI. But there far away idoling was stopped when the bell rang for class and they all went to class which was the most boring thing ever. It was just the teacher, Mr. Port. Going on and on about one of his Grimm fighting tales from back in the day
It seemed everybody was just as bored from his tale, except for a few that was listening in. Adrikins, Max, Kagami and Markov. When Port called for a volunteer to battle a Boarbatusk and Marc volunteered, wanting to prove to himself that he was a good leader
So, the fight began. With Marc punching it with a fire punch thanks to his semblance and then knocked it to it's side with a claw attack from his claw weapon and while it was down, he swiped his other claw weapon at it's belly which killed it
He was applauded by the class except for Kagami (a blue haired girl. Wearing a red short skirted dress with black and gold highlights, black and red with gold highlights gloves and black and red with gold highlights shoes) and Max with Kagami saying
"You could've defeated your opponent in two moves if you went in with the claw attack to get it to it's belly, for your first move." "I calculate she is correct." Max said, making Marc go off crying and Chloe followed behind
With Markov saying "That was unnecessarily mean of you two, Kagami Zeus and creator Max." "I was only thinking of probabilities, something you should be thinking of. Maybe I should fix that." Max said threateningly
Getting Markov to say "But I like the current me." "And if you want to keep it that way, I suggest you never question me again." Max said, getting a "Max, no threatening a student. Detention." From Mr. Port
Only for Max to say "But Mr. Port, he's my creation..." Only to be interrupted by Mr. Port who said "And that means you have to think of his best interests and love him for who he is and don't use the excuse the fact that he's a robot from doing so."
"I must go over the facts you've shown me." Max said dejected and walked out of the room and into Chloe and Marc with Chloe trying to convince Marc that he's a good leader and to not listen to Kagami and Max
When Max said "Look, I'm sorry. I've shouldn't have said that, it doesn't matter in how many moves you take down a Grimm. Just that you take one down." "But it does, it could determine a life from either a civilian or/and from one of my teammates."
Marc said while crying getting Max to say "Just the fact you're thinking of civilian's and your teammate's lives and not your own means you're a great leader and a great person, don't forget about that."
"Really?" Said Marc, only for Chloe to say "Really, really. Remember be loud and proud." And the three headed back to class only to discover Markov was watching and Max said to him
"Listen, I have no idea of how to raise a child. I'm still a child myself, being fourteen and a grade skipper to boot but that's no excuse for the way I've treated you and I promise to be better." "Thank you, I can tell from my program that you are sincere" Markov said
And the four of them went back to class which has ended, Chloe still not sure how to feel about Marinette being leader but knows that she must be like Marc. Kind and selfless, to have been made leader and accepts her as leader.
